The sunset was the goal, but due to bad weather, we couldn't go out into the bay. I didn't have high expectations for the food, but it was not delicious at all. It felt more like just having a meal inside the boat rather than a sunset dinner cruising experience.

サンセットが目的でしたが天候悪く湾の外に出られませんでした。料理については期待はしていませんでしたが全く美味しく有りませんでした。サンセットディナークルージングでは無く舟の中で食事だけした感じです。

Since I was planning to go to the North Shore in the afternoon, I chose this plan without a shuttle service. I arrived by rental car, and although there was no bench at the meeting point "Deli," the local staff were accommodating, so it wasn't a problem. I was worried about whether the tour would proceed due to the rain in the morning, but we only experienced a delay in preparation because of the rain, and we departed 15 minutes later with two boats. Everyone was Japanese, and it seemed that many participants were those who had taken the shuttle from Waikiki. Perhaps there was a Japanese-speaking guide. Despite the rain getting stronger at times, I didn't feel seasick, and we were able to see both sea turtles and manta rays. The water at Sandbar was about knee-deep, but I was very satisfied that we could land there. I didn't have high expectations for snorkeling, but there were life jackets available, so it was completely fine even if you couldn't swim. There were about 40 people swimming in lines along the coral reef, and since the time was limited and we swam the same route back and forth, it was crowded. My child was more concerned about bumping into the feet of the person in front or hitting the coral rather than looking at the fish, so it might have been better to wait on the boat. The participants were obedient to the instructions of the two Japanese female staff members, but one was kind while the other couldn't hide her condescending attitude. At the very beginning, when assigning guests to the boats, it seemed they didn't grasp the number of people who weren't participating via the shuttle bus, or perhaps their Japanese was actually limited. They acted arrogantly as if there were customers boarding without permission after exceeding the boarding limit, and after a debate about what was said, one of them yelled in Japanese, "Isn't it enough to just apologize?!" and then continued to assert herself in English towards her busy colleague, treating us as if we were completely at fault, which made for a rather strange experience in Hawaii. If there were English speakers present, that behavior wouldn't have happened. However, I have great respect for the local staff who worked hard without showing any displeasure in the rain. It seems there are no showers at the port, so I think it's better to prepare to return in wet swimsuits with towels and warm clothing. You can leave your belongings on the boat, but since there are no waterproof bags, it's also good to prepare for that.

午後にノースショアへ行く予定だったので、送迎ナシでこのプランを選びました。レンタカーで到着し、集合場所の「Deli」のベンチはなかったですが、現地のスタッフが対応してくれて問題なかったです。朝から雨で催行されるのか不安でしたが、雨で準備が遅れただけで二船で１５分後に出航しました。全員日本人で、ワイキキからの送迎による参加の方が多かったようです。もしかしたら日本語ガイド付きだったのかもしれません。ときおり強くなる雨の中、酔う事もなく、ウミガメもマンタも見られて、サンズバーは膝ぐらいでしたが、上陸出来て大満足です。シュノーケリングはあまり期待してなかったのですが、ライフジャケットがあり、泳げなくても全然大丈夫です。４０人ぐらいでサンゴ礁に沿って数列で泳ぐ形でしたし、時間も限られ往復同じ経路を泳ぐため混みこみで、前の人の足があたるか、サンゴに足が当たるかに気をとられ、魚を見るよりそちらを気にして子供は怖がっていました。船で待っていても良かったかもしれません。参加者の皆さん、素直に二人いる日本人？女性スタッフの言うことに従っておられましたが、一人は親切、一人は上からな態度が隠せないスタッフでした。最初どちらの船に客を割り振るかの時点で、送迎バスで参加していない人の人数を把握していないのか、日本語が実は不自由なのか、乗船制限を超えて割り振った挙句、勝手に乗り込んでいる客がいるかのように横柄に振る舞い、言った言わないの水かけ論の後、謝ればいいんでしょ！と日本語でわめき、その後も忙しく準備している同僚に対し英語で自己主張し、こちらに全部非があって、完全に変な客扱い・発言で、ハワイに来て違った意味で興味深い体験でした。英語圏の人がいたらあの振る舞いはないでしょうね。でも雨の中嫌な顔一つ見せず頑張っていた現地スタッフの方たちの働きには頭が下がりました。港にはシャワーがない様子なので、タオルや防寒具など濡れた水着のまま帰る準備をしておいた方が良いと思います。荷物は船に残しておけますが、防水バッグ等はないのでそちらの準備もしておくと良いです。

It was raining in the morning, and the venue was changed, making it very difficult for non-staying guests at Hilton Hawaiian Village to find the location! However, while wandering around, we noticed more and more groups who seemed to be lost like us, and we all searched together, which eased our anxiety. Among them, a family from NJ seemed to be staying in the tower with the ballroom after the change, and although it was unrelated to the show, the concierge we asked at the hotel was not very helpful. The venue felt like a large wedding hall and had a smaller number of attendees, but we had seats in the front center, where we could closely watch lei-making and even get temporary tattoos done by magicians. The children had a great time as well. They came to our seats to take drink orders for three rounds, and we were allowed to go to the buffet first, with both the food and desserts being delicious. The show started quite early, so I was very grateful for the priority seating. Of course, we got to see an impressive show, and even though the rain in Hawaii had us feeling a bit down, we enjoyed a fun night with a fire show by three masters.

朝から雨が降っていて、場所が変更されての開催でしたが、ヒルトン・ハワイアン・ビレッジ非滞在者にはとても場所が分かりにくい！！しかし、うろついている間に、同じような迷子？グループが増えていき、みんなで探して不安がまぎれました。なかでもNJからお越しのご家族は、変更後のボルルームのあるタワーに宿泊していたらしく、ショーとは関係ないですが、質問したホテルのコンシェルジュが頼りなかったです。会場は大きな結婚式場みたいな感じで人数も少なめな感じでしたが、前方中央席で、近くでレイ作りや、マジックで入れ墨？を書いてくれたり、子供も多いに楽しんでいました。ドリンクも三杯分、きっちり席まで聞きに来てくれたし、バッフェも優先に取らせてもらえて、料理もデザートもおいしかったです。ショーは結構早く始まったので、優先で取れるのは大変ありがたいと思いました。もちろんばっちり迫力のあるショーが見られたし、雨のハワイではテンションも下がり気味でしたが、三人のマスターによるファイヤーショーも見られて、楽しい夜になりました。

Great time, great scenery, and very well run tours.

I definitely want to participate again! It was great to see dolphins and turtles up close. The instructors were all fun, and I enjoyed the travel time as well. This became my favorite memory from my 7-day trip to Hawaii, and I want to recommend it to my friends and participate again.

After snorkeling, I had a great time playing on the slide and dancing with the staff. Everything was wonderful. The day I went was sunny, but it got a bit chilly when I was in the shade after coming out of the water. Since it was an early morning tour, I still had time to play in the ocean afterward. The photo and video sales were about 10,000 yen for one family. They also sold trainer T-shirts on the bus. Thank you to the staff for a fun half-day!

インストラクターの皆さんも楽しい方ばかりで移動時間も楽しめました。今回のHawaii5泊7日の中で1番の楽しい思い出になり 友達にもススメたいし 又 もう一度参加したいです。

スタッフさんとダンスする時間 全部良かったです。僕が行った日は晴れていたのですが 海から上がって陰に居たら寒かったです。朝早くのツアーなので 帰ってからも海で遊ぶ時間ありました。写真・ビデオ販売が希望者には1家族で1万円程でした。トレーナー Tシャツ販売 バス内であります。楽しい半日スタッフさんありがとうございました。

I participated with my 5-year-old and 3-year-old daughters. At first, they were a bit scared, but by the end, they were going up to touch the dolphins on their own and seemed very satisfied. We even got a photo of them kissing a dolphin, which I think made for a really memorable experience.

5歳と3歳の娘と参加しました。最初は恐る恐るでしたが、最後は自分からイルカにタッチしに行くようになり、大満足の様子でした。イルカとのキスの写真も撮れて、すごく思い出に残る経験ができたと思います。

The staff were kind, friendly, and funny.
There was a team of about 10 people, and we skied down 6 runs, and I was in a mixed team of Japanese and American members.

It's basically like being in a forest, so it was humid after the rain the day before, and it might be a good idea to bring insect repellent.

The kids weren't scared at all, and the parents were a bit nervous at first, but we had a great time.

基本森みたいなところなので、雨上がりの翌日で蒸し暑く、虫除けを持って行ったほうがよいかも。

子供は全く怖がらず、親は最初びびってましたが、楽しかったです。

There are individual differences, so I can't say for sure, but even someone like me who is not good with heights enjoyed it. The conversations are all in English, but the staff are all kind and teach you with gestures, making it a refreshing activity that leaves you smiling.

個人差があるので一概には言えませんが、高い所が苦手の私でも楽しめました。
会話は全て英語ですが、スタッフの方は皆親切で、ジェスチャーを交えて教えて頂けるし、スカッとして笑顔になれる新感覚のアクティビティです。

The meeting point expression is unclear as "near the parking lot." It would be better to indicate "here" since there is a small hill in the harbor. Parasailing was fun. It was quiet up in the sky, and the view was amazing. Please be careful of seasickness; my kids were down for the count in the second half. The staff was also entertaining and great.

集合場所の表現が駐車場付近と分かりにくい。
ハーバー内に小山があるのだからココと表示した方がいい。
パラセーリングは楽しかった。
空の上は静かで眺めは最高でした。

I was a bit worried about the online reservation, but the staff was very pleasant, and my family of six was able to fully enjoy the wonderful sky and sea of Hawaii. Thank you very much. I also think the pricing is in the best range.

The horseback riding time was quite long, and I enjoyed walking along the coast. I felt that the Dole Plantation wasn't really necessary.

We participated with one high school child and two parents. At first, we were a bit anxious, but the instructors explained the precautions with plenty of humor, which eased our tension. It was our first time surfing, but when the waves came, the instructors pushed us from behind, allowing us to ride the waves. After a few tries, we all managed to stand on the boards. If we have the opportunity, we would like to come back here again.

I participated with my two children.

I was nervous until the end, wondering if it was okay for all three of us to join, but it seems the kids had a great time.

The boat rocked quite a bit, so I took motion sickness medication in advance before participating.

結構船が揺れるので、あらかじめ酔い止めは飲んで参加しました。

I was worried about oversleeping with an early departure, but they even gave me a morning call. During the boat ride to where the dolphins were, our Japanese guide, Miu, and the crew were all cheerful and made it enjoyable. The dolphins swam close by, and we also got to see turtles up close!

The sea water was a bit cold, but the weather was nice, so I was able to enjoy snorkeling, the slide, and paddleboarding comfortably. The hamburger was delicious too!

I made the best memories on the last day of my stay in Hawaii. I'm really glad I participated!!!

朝早くの出発で寝坊しなかと心配でしたが、モーニングコールの電話もして頂けました。ボートに乗ってからイルカのいるところまでの移動では日本人ガイドのみうさんはじめ、クルーの方がみんな明るく盛り上げてくれ楽しめました。イルカも近くで沢山泳いでくれ、カメも近くで見れました！！
海の水は少し冷たかったけど、お天気もよかったのでシュノーケリングや滑り台やパドルも気持ちよく楽しめました。ハンバーガーも美味しかったです～
ハワイ滞在最終日で一番いい思い出ができました。参加してほんとによかったです！！！

We flew with our first-grade child, and it lasted longer than we expected, which felt wonderful. The guide was very cheerful, and our child was extremely happy. At the end, they let you touch your bottom to the water's surface, so I think it's better to wear a swimsuit. If we go to Hawaii again, I would like to do it again.

小学校1年の子供と親子3人で飛びましたが、思ってたより長く飛んで、とても気持ちよかったです。
ガイドの人がとても陽気で、子供も大変喜んでいました。
最後にお尻を海面にタッチしてくれるので、下は水着を着ていた方がいいと思います。
またハワイに行くことがあればやりたいと思います。

The meeting place was easy to find, and although there were some communication issues during the lesson in English, I had a great time!

I believe the place where I watched the Japanese video before getting on the boat was near Kakaako.

The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that while they take photos for you, I thought it was a bit expensive, so I gave it 4 stars (I don't remember the price ^^;).

Since there is food for the fish on the scooter, they came swimming around a lot, which was really fun!! You can also eat plenty of snacks!

Unlike diving, even those who can't swim can easily participate. However, this means there are fewer activity elements. When I went diving at another place, they provided thorough instructions on equalizing, but here the video only said, "If your ears hurt, please equalize," so I felt that some people might struggle with that.

恐らく、ボートや乗る前の日本語ビデオを見た場所はカカアコ付近だったと思います。

最初に星5ではない理由ですが、写真を撮ってくれるのですが、高いなぁと思ったので星4つにしました(値段は覚えてないです^^;)。

スクーターにエサが付いているので、魚が凄い寄ってきて楽しかったです！！スナックもいっぱい食べれます！

ダイビングと違い、泳げない人でも簡単に乗ることが出来ます。その分、アクティビティ要素は少ないです。
ですが、他の場所でダイビングをした時は、耳抜きの説明を入念にされたましたが、こちらはビデオで「耳が痛ければ耳抜きをして下さい」程度の説明だけなので、出来ない人もいるんじゃないかな？と感じました。

I participated at 110m (the voucher stated 700ft ≒ 210m). I thought the height was 110m, but it seems that 110m refers to the length of the rope, and the actual height was probably 50m.

I'm not good with roller coasters and the like, but there was no floating sensation, and it wasn't scary at all.

The scenery is beautiful, and the staff even playfully splashed water on us, which made it very enjoyable!

高さが110mだと思っていたのですが、110mなのは恐らく紐の長さで、高さは50mだったと思います。
ジェットコースター等が大の苦手なのですが、ふわっとする揺れは無く、全然怖くなかったです。

とにかく景色が綺麗ですし、スタッフの方がわざと水に落としてくれたり、非常に楽しかったです！！

I participated in multiple dolphin swim tours over consecutive days, and it's no surprise that this tour is ranked number one in popularity.

At first, during the dolphin snorkeling, I ended up at the back of the group and, unfortunately, I only caught a brief glimpse of the dolphins. However, when I honestly mentioned this while confirming whether I had seen any dolphins, they offered a second try for those who wanted it. Although the dolphins didn't come very close during that attempt, I was already satisfied just to have the opportunity. To my surprise, they changed the location and gave me a few more minutes for a third try, and I was finally able to see the dolphins swimming.

I could really feel their strong belief that "if there are dolphins there, we will definitely show them to everyone."

After the activity, the cheeseburgers grilled by the captain on the boat are absolutely delicious. If you can't eat them on the spot, you can take them home, but the freshly made ones are truly tasty.

Hawaii tends to have strong winds, and the boat sways more compared to Kerama and Ishigaki Islands. Considering the time difference and climate changes, my body felt more fatigued than expected, so even those who are usually fine with motion sickness might want to take some anti-nausea medication just in case (the placebo effect shouldn't be underestimated). On the day of the tour, just over 10% of the participants experienced motion sickness.

Also, I strongly recommend bringing the items listed outside the voucher section. Personally, I think a wetsuit rental, two bath towels, a change of clothes, anti-nausea medication, water (to take the medication before boarding), and cash are essential. Since there are places where you might get splashed, it's a good idea to take precautions to keep your belongings dry.

I wrote a lot, but I had a very enjoyable and extraordinary experience. If I have the chance to participate in another dolphin swim tour, I will definitely choose this tour again.

連日複数のイルカスイムツアーに参加しましたが、ツアー人気No.1というのは当然だと思います。
はじめイルカスノーケリングでは最後尾についたため、運悪く私だけがイルカの影をちらっと見た程度だったのですが、イルカが見れたかどうかの確認で正直に話したらさらに希望者だけのセカンドトライを行ってくれました。そのときはイルカはあまり近くに来てくれなかったのですが、そこまで行っていただいただけでも満足していました。と思いきやさらにポイントを変えて私だけ数分間サードトライをしてもらい、最終的にイルカが泳ぐ姿を見ることができました。
天候の都合等もあるかと思いますが、「そこにイルカがいるなら絶対に全員に見せるんだ」という強い信念をひしひしと感じました。
運動後、船長が船上で焼いてつくるチーズバーガーは絶品です。その場で食べれない方は持って帰れますが、熱々の出来立ては本当においしいです。
ハワイは風が強く、船の揺れも慶良間や石垣島と比べて大きくなる印象です。時差や気候の違いも含めて身体が予想以上に疲れているので、船酔いに強い人も念のために酔い止めを飲まれた方がいいかもしれません（プラシーボ効果も侮れません）。当日は１割強の人が船酔いで体調を崩していました。
あとバウチャー欄外に記載のおすすめの持ち物は本当に持って行った方がいいと感じました。個人的には、ウェットスーツレンタル、バスタオル２枚、着替え、酔い止め、水（船に乗る前に酔い止めを飲むため）、現金、が必須だと思います。場所によっては水がかかるので、荷物の中身が濡れないような工夫はしておいた方がいいです。
長々と記載しましたが、とても楽しく、非日常的な時間を過ごすことができました。またイルカスイムツアーに参加する機会があるなら、間違いなくこのツアーを選びます。

I searched for Hawaii OP and decided on VELTRA after reading various reviews. From the reservation stage, I felt well taken care of, and I was glad I chose VELTRA.

The morning meeting was quite early, but they provided a wake-up call, and the staff member Miyu was very pleasant and guided us throughout the day.

As for the tour itself, all the staff provided a wonderful Hawaiian hospitality experience, which was fantastic. Of course, we were thrilled to see dolphins and honu ❤️ My husband jumped into the sea and within five minutes, he cramped up in both legs and had to signal for help, and the staff came to his rescue. They were lifesavers. The weather was perfect, but the seawater was a bit cold, and since the bus had air conditioning on the way to and from the site, I think a jacket is necessary. For lunch, snacks like pineapple and hamburgers were provided, but if you're a big eater, I recommend bringing some light snacks besides bananas. I'm really glad I participated.

朝の集合かなり早かったですがモーニングコールもしてもらい スタッフさんの未優ちゃんが とても気持ち良く 1日を案内してくれました。
肝心なツアーですが スタッフの皆さん とてもハワイアンなおもてなしで 最高でした。勿論 イルカ・ホヌも見れて感激❤️ 夫が海へ飛び込み5分で両脚がツリ すぐにリタイアサインを送り スタッフさんに助けてもらいました。命の恩人です お天気は最高に良かったですが 海水少し冷たく行き帰りのバスは冷房が効いているので上着は必要だと思います。ランチにスナック パイナップル ハンバーガーが出ますが大食いな方はバナナ以外の軽食持参した方がよろしいかと…。参加して良かったです。

The price is high, but the satisfaction is also high, and I had a great time. The instructor spoke broken Japanese, but there were Japanese staff members who explained the flow until we got to the pool, so there were no problems at all. I was able to touch the dolphins more than I had imagined, and I think this is a rare experience. The only downside was that I had a long wait until the return time. Overall, it was a highly satisfying option!

値段は高いけど、満足感も高く、とても楽しめました。インストラクターの方はカタコトの日本語ですが、プールに行くまでは日本人スタッフで流れの説明もあり、全く問題ありませんでした。想像してたよりもイルカに触れて、こんな経験はなかなかできないと思います。
ただ一つ残念なのは帰りの時間まで長く持て余してしまいました。
トータルでは満足感の高いオプションでした！

A Professional diver was assigned to each individual which was reassuring. A sea turtle was by us practically the whole time. Our diver caught an small octopus a let us touch it. The photos and video also was worth buying as many friends at work have enjoyed watching it and would like to try this someday!

I had the image of a staff member leading each horse for a walk, but instead, it was really nice to see them trotting along freely.

1人ずつ係りの人が馬を引いて散歩するイメージがありますが、それではなくパカパカとお散歩する感じがとても良かったです。

I arrived a little late to the meeting place, but it was a lot of fun. The main purpose was horseback riding, but I was also able to stroll around the town of Haleiwa (the garlic chicken was delicious). Although I didn't see any turtles due to the season, I was excited to see a seal during the horseback riding. The horses are cute and gentle, making it a great option for beginners.

待ち合わせ場所には少し遅れて迎えがきましたが、とても楽しかったです。
目的は、乗馬でしたがハレイワの街を散策出来たり（フリフリチキンが美味しかったです。）時期的にカメはお目にかかれませでしたが乗馬の時にアザラシがいてテンション上がりました。馬も可愛いし、おとなしいので初心者にもオススメです。

It was my first time at the sandbar, and the guide provided thorough explanations, making it a very enjoyable experience. I was also lucky enough to swim with a sea turtle! The timing and weather weren't great, and the water was up to my thighs, so I would like to go again in the summer!

初めてのサンドバーですが、ガイドの方も色々丁寧に説明して下さりとても楽しめましたし、運良くウミガメと泳ぐこともできました！時期と天候があまりよくなく太ももあたりまで海水があったので今度は夏に行きたいと思います！

I was worried that I couldn't participate because I forgot to copy the voucher, but when I informed the staff on-site, they assured me it was okay, and I was able to join!

It was my first time horseback riding for 2 hours, but the staff was kind and taught me well, so I had a great time on the movie course! I think it would be twice as fun for those who have seen the movie, haha. Since I hadn't watched it much, I felt a bit confused even when they explained things.

I boarded the bus from the Sheraton bus stop, but the bus was about 15 minutes late, and I was quite worried that I might have missed it.

2h乗馬するのは初めてでしたが、係りの方も親切に教えてくださり、楽しく映画コースを回れました！
映画観てた人だと2倍くらい楽しいと思います 笑 あまり観てなかったから、説明されても ？って感じでした

シェラトンのバス乗り場から乗りましたが、15分くらいバスが遅れていて、乗りそびれたのでは？と結構心配になりました〜

The staff also played with us, and although we didn't leave the sandy area, we had plenty of fun. The burger meat at lunch was the most delicious I had among all the food I tried in Hawaii. During snorkeling, we saw a turtle among the corals, which scared the kids, but it was an impressive experience.

スタッフの方々も一緒に遊んでくれて砂地は出て行かなくだけどたっぷり遊べました。
特にお昼のバーガーのお肉がハワイで色々食べた中で一番美味しかったです。
シュノーケリング中にもサンゴの中から亀がいて子供達は怖がってたけど感動しました。

Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and cold on the day of the tour, which made the conditions less than ideal, but I thought the tour itself was very good. I can only imagine how much fun it would have been if it had been sunny!

Despite the weather bringing everyone's spirits down a bit, our guide Yuki's bright enthusiasm really lifted the mood. She was amazing. Looking back, I have nothing but good memories. I realized how much the experience can change depending on the staff. (The day before, on a tour with another company, both the weather and the guide were quite gloomy and terrible.)

The travel time, time to play at the sandbar, time to observe sea turtles, and time for snorkeling were all perfectly balanced, making it a tour that never got boring. I would definitely like to participate again.

The air conditioning on the bus to the destination was freezing, but the driver didn't turn it off. I hope this can be improved. On the way back, thanks to Yuki's help, it was comfortable. Thank you.

残念ながら当日は曇天で寒くて、条件は悪かったのですが、このツアー自体はとてもいいと思いました。晴れていたらどんなに楽しかったことか！
天気のせいで皆のテンションも下がり気味だったのに、ガイド役のyukiさんの明るい頑張りで、盛り上げてもらえました。すごい力量です。帰ってきてみればよい思い出ばかりです。スタッフさん次第で、ずいぶん変わるものだと思いました。（前日別の会社のツアーは、天気と一緒にガイドも曇り顔でひどかったです）
移動時間、サンドバーで遊ぶ時間、ウミガメを観察する時間、シュノーケルをする時間、どれもちょうどよく、飽きないツアーでした。また是非参加したいです。
行きのバスのエアコンが死ぬほど寒かったのに、ドライバーさんはオフにしてくれませんでした。改善してほしいです。帰りは、yukisanの口添えのおかげか快適でした。ありがとう。
