We participated as a family of four across three generations. The view of Diamond Head and the hotels in Waikiki from 150 meters high was amazing. The crew doesn't speak Japanese, but there is a Japanese audio announcement. We flew with our cameras and captured the scenery from the sky. There was another couple with us, making a total of six people for three flights, but even while waiting, the cheerful crew kept the atmosphere lively, making it a fun hour. I requested photos, and they took pictures for two flights for $30.

I was moved when a pod of dolphins swam right in front of me, just below us. The staff worked hard to entertain the participants as well. However, it was really unfortunate that the boat was rocking and the weather was not great, making it cold. Nature is beyond our control, so there's nothing we can do about that. The tour itself was wonderful, and I highly recommend it.

I had a 2-hour horseback riding experience!
It was my first time riding, but the two hours flew by.
It felt like I had truly stepped into the world of Jurassic Park.
The staff were very friendly, and when my horse stopped to eat grass, they came over to guide the horse.
I had some anxiety, but there was nothing to worry about.

I'm really glad I could have such a wonderful experience in Hawaii.
There are many other tours, like beach tours, in Hawaii, but I really want to recommend this 2-hour horseback riding course.

There were almost no lessons on the beach, and we went straight into the ocean, but the kids have an incredible sense for it; they never fell off the surfboard and rode the waves skillfully over and over again.

It was the best surfing experience, and I want them to try it again in Hawaii!

Three adults took a semi-private lesson, and a child (9 years old) took a private lesson. We brought vouchers for both the private and semi-private lessons, but it seemed like only the semi-private lesson was not reserved, so we ended up receiving a lesson on short notice.

All of us were beginners, but somehow we managed to ride the waves, and it felt amazing! I think for travelers, surfing at Waikiki Beach is the best option without having to go all the way to the North Shore. I’ll definitely do it again on my next trip to Hawaii!

For someone like me who doesn’t usually exercise, I’m sure I’ll be suffering from muscle soreness below my ribs.

Aside from the reservation issue, it was a very satisfying surfing experience. Highly recommended!

I didn't check the local tide chart, and the shuttle bus got caught in an accident-related traffic jam, which caused us to arrive at the port a bit late. As a result, the tide wasn't as low as I had imagined for walking on the sandbar, and the sandbar was submerged up to my knees. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to explore the sandbar. The weather was bad, but we saw three sea turtles, and snorkeling in the clear ocean was amazing. My kids and I had plenty of fun just snorkeling. If the weather had been good, it would have been perfect!

I highly recommend it. It's right by Waikiki Beach, so you can enjoy it without wasting time and be very satisfied! I was surprised to see about five sea turtles up close. This was my first time snorkeling like this, and I was really moved. We also saw whales spouting from a distance while sailing! Plus, it ends at 11:30 (but actually lasts a solid three hours), so you can do other things in the afternoon, which is fantastic. Snacks are all-you-can-eat!

I was able to see dolphins. The crew on board, including the captain, skillfully found a pod of dolphins and guided us into the water. I thought they would be further out at sea, but I was surprised to find them closer to the shore. While in the water, wearing snorkeling goggles, we were signaled to "look down!" However, rather than looking straight down, we needed to look ahead at a shallow distance to see the dolphins. During that time, some people in our group couldn't see anything and the dolphins swam away without them getting a glimpse.

While it says "you can swim with dolphins," it seems that the dolphins do not come close to you. The experience felt more like watching a pod of dolphins from the water. If you want to swim with them, I think you would have a more enjoyable time at a seaside park. Additionally, repeatedly getting in and out of the water can be a bit tough for elderly people and small children, especially since the boat isn't very large.

After the dolphin experience, we moved to another location for snorkeling. We spent about 40-50 minutes there. The crew worked hard to provide us with slides and kayaks, and we were able to see sea turtles.

Lastly, I won’t mention names, but one Japanese female crew member who was with us from the pickup was quite disappointing. She was in training, and perhaps it was her first day, as she kept saying things like "I don’t know how to say in Japanese!" and "It's super amazing!"—phrases that are not commonly used in Japanese customer service. Although she played a video with safety instructions, her conversations with senior crew members and the cameraman about her dog and husband (some of which were quite vulgar, mixing Japanese and English) were distracting, making it hard to hear the video. I also wondered about the senior male crew member who didn’t intervene.

I would have preferred if such conversations were held after the tour. It seems they assumed that the Japanese participants wouldn’t understand English, but among those who attended that day, we exchanged glances, thinking, "That person is saying something incredible..." Since most of the participants were Japanese, I wished they had shown a bit more consideration.

”イルカと一緒に泳げる”とありますが、イルカは決して寄って来てくれるわけではないようです。感覚としては、海の中からイルカの群れを見る...という感じでしょうか。一緒に泳ぐならシーサイドパークの方が確実に楽しめるかと思いました。あと何度も海に入る、船に戻るを繰り返し、船も大きいわけではないので、高齢の方や小さい子供は少し辛いかもしれません。

イルカが終わったら、次は場所を移動してシュノーケリングをします。ここで40-50分過ごしました。滑り台やカヤックを出してくださり、ウミガメを見たりとクルーの皆さんはとても頑張ってくださいました。

最後に、お名前は控えますが送迎から一緒の日本人女性クルーが、とても残念な感じでした。
研修中との事でしたが、たぶんその日が初日だったのでしょうか、説明中は、I don’t know how to say in Japanese ! や、超すごいんでぇ！などとあまり日本人の接客では使わない言葉を連発し、「注意事項のビデオを流すので、よく見てください」と流したものの狭い車内の中で、彼女は先輩クルーやカメラマンに、ご自身の犬や旦那様(一部かなり下品な内容を日本語と英語を混ぜて話されていて不快極まりないです)の話、今日これ終わったらうちに遊びに来ない？などと、積極的に話しかけ、その声が邪魔になりビデオの音声なんて聞こえませんでした。それを注意しない先輩男性クルーもどうなのか...。
そういうお話は業務中でなく、終わっかてからしていただきたかったです。ツアーに参加する日本人は全く英語がわからないと思われているのでしょうが、その日に参加した人達の中で、「あの人、すごい事話してるね...」と顔を見合わせていましたよ。日本人参加者がほとんどのツアーなのですから、もう少し配慮をしていただきたかったです。

It was less scary than I expected, and while flying, it felt like time had stopped, which was a strange sensation. The ocean was beautiful, and it became a wonderful memory of Hawaii. The instructor was very energetic and made it a lot of fun.

Our wranglers were very knowledgeable about the trail and very attentive. My son who is 8 absolutely enjoyed the ride and had no problem riding this trail. Definitely a ‘must activity’ at Gunstock Ranch!

A fantastic experience ... but

First, allow me to emphasize just how professional and engaged the divers, driver and the captain was on this experience. Seriously these guys were fantastic .. they were always attentive, showed understanding and you felt in very capable hands the whole time. This aspect was important to my wife as she had some very serious apprehensions about doing this ..but being a dutiful husband I badgered her until she agreed :-) .. took a few weeks.

The pre-trip meeting answered any questions we had and explained the workings of the submersible in terms of engaging the motor .. but nothing in regards to steering the vessel which i thought interesting.

We had a big group of approx 20 people so we just all fitted on the small boat. The seas were a little rough so a few people got a little woozy but nothing too bad.

My wife and I were one of the first to try out the scooters and the process to get in them was simple and effective .. no diving underwater to get in them .. this was a relief to my wife. We were in the water almost immediately and already could see fish in the distance. So we were very excited !

Here is where i was a little disappointed .. we had been trained to use foot pedals to engage the motor for the propellor but mine seemed to be a much older model and had the button on the steering column. No big deal i guess except i had an underwater camera with me and hence could not use it while the motor was engaged, which is approx 80% of the time. Consequently i was unable to take many photos .. disappointed.
I now understood why we were not taught the steering of the submersible ..you don't steer it ..there is a diver that holds onto 2 of the vessels the whole time and steers it. This was disappointing as i had no control on where to go.

In summary this was a FANTASTIC experience and again i want to emphasize how good the divers and crew were .. BUT it felt more like an amusement park ride than what the marketing suggests.

The sunset was the goal, but due to bad weather, we couldn't go out into the bay. I didn't have high expectations for the food, but it was not delicious at all. It felt more like just having a meal inside the boat rather than a sunset dinner cruising experience.

Since I was planning to go to the North Shore in the afternoon, I chose this plan without a shuttle service. I arrived by rental car, and although there was no bench at the meeting point "Deli," the local staff were accommodating, so it wasn't a problem. I was worried about whether the tour would proceed due to the rain in the morning, but we only experienced a delay in preparation because of the rain, and we departed 15 minutes later with two boats. Everyone was Japanese, and it seemed that many participants were those who had taken the shuttle from Waikiki. Perhaps there was a Japanese-speaking guide. Despite the rain getting stronger at times, I didn't feel seasick, and we were able to see both sea turtles and manta rays. The water at Sandbar was about knee-deep, but I was very satisfied that we could land there. I didn't have high expectations for snorkeling, but there were life jackets available, so it was completely fine even if you couldn't swim. There were about 40 people swimming in lines along the coral reef, and since the time was limited and we swam the same route back and forth, it was crowded. My child was more concerned about bumping into the feet of the person in front or hitting the coral rather than looking at the fish, so it might have been better to wait on the boat. The participants were obedient to the instructions of the two Japanese female staff members, but one was kind while the other couldn't hide her condescending attitude. At the very beginning, when assigning guests to the boats, it seemed they didn't grasp the number of people who weren't participating via the shuttle bus, or perhaps their Japanese was actually limited. They acted arrogantly as if there were customers boarding without permission after exceeding the boarding limit, and after a debate about what was said, one of them yelled in Japanese, "Isn't it enough to just apologize?!" and then continued to assert herself in English towards her busy colleague, treating us as if we were completely at fault, which made for a rather strange experience in Hawaii. If there were English speakers present, that behavior wouldn't have happened. However, I have great respect for the local staff who worked hard without showing any displeasure in the rain. I definitely want to participate again! It was great to see dolphins and turtles up close. The instructors were all fun, and I enjoyed the travel time as well. This became my favorite memory from my 7-day trip to Hawaii, and I want to recommend it to my friends and participate again.

After snorkeling, I had a great time playing on the slide and dancing with the staff. Everything was wonderful. The day I went was sunny, but it got a bit chilly when I was in the shade after coming out of the water. Since it was an early morning tour, I still had time to play in the ocean afterward. The photo and video sales were about 10,000 yen for one family. They also sold trainer T-shirts on the bus. Thank you to the staff for a fun half-day!
