On the day of the festival in Waikiki, the meeting place was changed the day before. However, thanks to VERTRA's attentive email support, I was able to participate without any issues. There were Japanese-speaking staff on-site, which made everything very smooth. The park had a pool for feeding fish and a space for feeding parrots, so we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about the time until our transportation or activities. It was difficult to take photos or videos of the dolphins during the activity, so I think we will end up buying the ones taken by a professional, which were $30 each. I participated with my 8-year-old son, and he was not afraid of the dolphins at all; he was thrilled to swim with them.

当日ワイキキでお祭りがあり、前日に集合場所が変更になりました。しかし、VERTRAさんの丁寧なメール対応で問題なく参加できました。
現地に日本語のスタッフがいて非常にスムーズ。パーク内には魚にえさをあげるプールやインコにえさをあげるスペースもあり、送迎やアクティビティまでの時間は気にすることなく楽しめました。イルカの写真や動画はアクティビティ参加中は撮ることが難しいのでプロに撮ってもらったものを買うことになると思います。１枚３０＄でした。８歳の息子と参加しましたが、イルカに怖がることもなく、一緒に泳げて感動してました

I participated in the lesson starting at 3 PM. There were a total of 7 participants, including myself, 3 Caucasians, and 3 Koreans, with 2 instructors. I was a bit anxious since I don't speak much English, but one of the instructors was mixed with Japanese and spoke to me using simple Japanese words. Half of the participants were Japanese. There was a Japanese woman at the front desk.

The board we used in the lesson was similar to a SUP board, so it's easy to stand on. Also, when a wave comes, they push you from behind, so I think even those without paddle strength can enjoy it.

Since this is primarily a "surfing experience" plan, I wouldn't recommend participating with the goal of improving your skills. The mixed Japanese instructor mentioned that after graduating from school, they might come to Japan and appear on Terrace House or not?

参加者は自分と白人3名、韓国人3名の計7名、インストラクターは2名でした。あまり英語も喋れないので不安でしたが、インストラクターの一人は日本人とのミックスとの事で簡単な日本語の単語で話しかけてくれました。利用者の半分は日本人との事です。フロントには日本人女性がいました。
レッスンで使った板はサップの板に近いので、簡単に立てます。また波が来たら後ろから押してくれるので、パドル力が無い人でも楽しめると思います。
あくまで「サーフィン体験」のプランなので、上達したいという目的で参加するのは勧めません。
日本人とのミックスのインストラクターさんは、学校を卒業したら来日してテラスハウスに出るとか出ないとか？

This was my first trip to Hawaii for my honeymoon. I was determined to get in the water, so I took on the activity of swimming with dolphins! The day I participated was sunny, and the waves weren't high, so I was able to see the dolphins right away on my first attempt! I saw a pod pass underneath me twice and even heard their calls, making it a satisfying experience.

I took motion sickness medication before getting on the boat, but since I tend to get seasick, I felt a bit unwell. However, once I got in the water, I forgot all about that and was completely absorbed in searching for dolphins. After the dolphins, we had a lesson with the sea turtle professor, and we went to a spot where sea turtles are known to live. In the clear water, I was lucky enough to spot five sea turtles from the rocks and took lots of photos with my underwater camera!

I didn't have the energy for the last activity, but those who were kayaking and paddle boating looked like they were having a great time without showing any signs of fatigue. Since I was able to encounter the dolphins without much trouble this time, it became a wonderful memory. If I have the chance to come back to Hawaii, I would love to participate in this activity again!

ハネムーンで初ハワイ。これは海に入らねばと意気込んでイルカと泳ぐアクティビティに挑みました！
私が参加した日は快晴で、波も高くなかったので1回目のチャレンジで即イルカ先生が見られました～！
真下に群れが通る事2回、鳴き声も聞けて満足のいくアクティビティでしたね。
船に乗る前に酔い止めを飲みましたが、自分が船酔いしやすいのもあり、多少気分が悪くなりましたが、海に入ればそんな事も忘れて無我夢中でイルカを探していました。
イルカ先生の後は、ウミガメ大教授の授業との事で、ウミガメの生息している所へ
透き通った海で、岩場から運良く5匹のウミガメがいるのを確認でき、水中カメラでバシバシ撮りました♪
私は最後のアクティビティをやる元気はありませんでしたが、カヤックやパドルボートを漕いでいる方達は疲れも見えず、楽しそうにしていましたね～
今回はそれ程苦労せずイルカと出会えた為か、すごくいい思い出になったので、またハワイにくる事があれば、こちらのアクティビティに参加したいと思います！！

Perhaps because it was cloudy, the sea wasn't very beautiful. I checked the low tide times and made a reservation for that period, but it wasn't the sandbar I had imagined. The snorkeling felt more like just swimming, and it didn't have the enjoyment of corals and fish. If the weather had been better, my impression might have been different.

曇りだったためか、海はあまりキレイではありませんでした。干潮時を調べて、その時間帯を予約しましたが、イメージしていたサンドバーではありませんでした。シュノーケリングもただ泳ぐ感じで、サンゴや魚を楽しむという感じではありませんでした。
お天気さえ良ければ、この感想は変わっていたのかもしれません。

The weather was nice, and I had no trouble communicating in Japanese with the locals. It was a valuable experience, and I had a great time. The driver who picked us up was cheerful and shared various information like a tour guide.
- If you are prone to seasickness, it's advisable to take medication.
- If you want to have your photo taken with a camera, it costs $30 (cash) for the SD card. Note: Card payments will cost $35.
- I also paid an additional $20 as a tip (of course, this is optional).

天気が良くて、日本人には日本語で話してくれて困ることはなかっです。
貴重な体験なので、楽しく過ごせました。
ピックアップするドライバーが陽気な人で、観光ガイドのようにいろいろ教えてくれます。
・船は船酔いしやすいひとは薬を飲んだよいでしょう。
・カメラの写真を撮ってもらうと、SDカードは30ドル（現金）かかります。
注：カード払いは35ドルかかります。
・別にチップで20ドル支払いました（もちろん任意ですが）。

At the first sandbar, it was beautiful, and I had plenty of time, so I was very satisfied!

I had a great time seeing dolphins and turtles with the energetic crew early in the morning! I think it's a good idea to take motion sickness medication, as you might experience seasickness. I ended up getting seasick and couldn't enjoy the slides in the second half, but my wife had a blast with the other participants. :) There are only the boat or the restroom to change back, so it might be a good idea to be prepared to head back wet.

朝早くからテンションあげあげなクルー達と楽しくイルカ、亀をみれました！
船酔い、波酔いはあると思うので酔い止めは飲んでおいた方がいいです。
自分は波酔いしてしまって後半滑り台とかで遊べなかったですが妻が他の参加者の方と謳歌していました :)
帰りの着替えする場所は船上かトイレしかないので濡れたまま帰る準備はあっても良いかもです。

The aerial trapeze while overlooking the city of Waikiki was amazing. The instructor's energy was high, and I had a lot of fun, but aside from the long wait time and the strong rocking of the boat that made me a bit dizzy, it was fantastic.

It was definitely the right decision to go up to 150 meters. The view of Honolulu's cityscape and Diamond Head from the sea was spectacular. The staff and fellow passengers were all very enthusiastic. However, it may not be suitable for those who are prone to seasickness or have a fear of heights.

海上から見るホノルルの街並みや、ダイヤモンドヘッドは特別な景色でした。
スタッフや同乗者の方々と大盛り上がり。
ただ、船酔いしやすい方や、高所恐怖症の方には不向きかもしれません。

My friend and I woke up early in the morning and drove ourselves out to Haleiwa for this tour. The sky looked really overcast and were already thinking the worst that the tour would not be great however we were wrong. This is the perfect kayak tour to do on a sunny or even rainy day. Visibility was still clear and when entering into the Turtle River with all the rain, if felt like we were in a National Discovery scene exploring the amazons. We seen so much turtles in the river and so much fishes out in the ocean. It is also a plus that the kayaks are clear ans see through so you can just record and take pictures from inside your kayak instead of risking it out and losing it.

This trip was the first time we have ever been on a submarine and we are glad we did it as it was one of the best experiences of our lives. My boyfriend Daniel and I were booked on the Premium Seats which I definitely recommend as those windows are much larger. The staff members are very knowledgeable and always looking out for your safety. You will first board the ship that will then sail out to take you to the submarine dock. The sail is really beautiful as you get to see Waikiki and diamond head on the way. When loading into the Submarine they ensure that your safety comes first and are very careful about every little details. During the submarine tour we went as deep as 110ft and it was just wonderful. Everything is super blue and you get to see a lot of different varieties of fishes, treasures and coral reefs. Also the guide and captain are super funny so you will definitely enjoy your time.

I think the price is reasonable for the group lessons. Even though it's a group lesson, you can really enjoy it. They also took photos and sold them for just $10, which was great.

The pickup did not arrive even after the meeting time had passed, and when I called Sea Life Park, I couldn't get through because it was outside of business hours. In the end, they arrived about 15 minutes late. The dolphins were very cute and amazing. The photos were sold for $15 each, which felt a bit expensive. Also, since the return shuttle was combined with other time slots, I ended up having about 3 hours of free time after it was over, so I took the bus home.

集合時間過ぎても迎えが来ずシーライフパーク に電話をしても営業時間外で繋がらなかった。結局15分ほど遅れて来た。イルカはとても可愛くて最高でした。写真が1枚15ドルでの販売で少し高い。また帰りの送迎がほかの時間帯の方と合わせる為、終わってから3hほど時間を持て余したのでThe busで帰宅しました。

Three years ago, I participated in Dolphin University, and I thought that if I could go to Hawaii again, I would definitely want to join.

I was moved to see many more dolphins than before. I could hear their calls, and they swam right by me. The snorkeling was better last time, and I feel like I had more photos taken then, but the main focus is the dolphins, so that's okay.

The group of three 66-year-olds was initially anxious, but once they got into the water, they were completely absorbed and having a great time.

３年前にイルカ大学に参加し、またハワイに行けたら絶対参加したいと思っていました。

前よりたくさんのイルカ達が見れて、感動しました。
鳴き声も聞けたし、すぐ近くを横切ったり、
シュノーケルは前のが良かったし、写真も前のがたくさん撮ってもらえた気がしますが、メインはイルカなのでOK

66歳の三人組も、最初は不安がっていましたが１度海にはいると、夢中で楽しんでいました。

- Toilet break at Dole Plantation → There is hardly any time. If you're going to eat ice cream, it seems good to share one among 3 to 4 people.
- Free time in Haleiwa. I received a map with points of interest, which made sightseeing easier. I strolled around and had garlic shrimp, and before I knew it, time flew by. You can be dropped off at your favorite spot, but you have to walk back to the meeting place at Matsumoto Shave Ice, so it’s difficult if it’s too far.
- It seems they recommend shrimp from Camaron, and they take orders for that in advance. Giovanni may not open as scheduled and has long lines, so it might be difficult to eat there.
- For horseback riding, it seems that sneakers are necessary to communicate commands to the horse, and I was warned when I went in flip-flops. However, the horses are well-trained, so there wasn't any particular problem.
- If you don't go with a shoulder bag or a small backpack, there is no place to leave valuables. There are no lockers, and you can't go empty-handed with just your phone. It might be good if you can wear it around your neck. Selfie sticks are also not allowed.

・ドールプランテーションでトイレ休憩→ほぼ時間はありません。アイスを食べるなら3〜4人で１つで良さそう。
・ハレイワでフリータイム
見所を記載した地図を貰えたので観光しやすかったです。
ブラブラしてガーリックシュリンプを食べたらあっという間でした。
好きな場所で降ろしてもらえるのですが、集合場所のマツモトシェイブアイスまで歩いて戻らないといけないのであまり遠いと難しいです。
・エビはカマロン推しのようで、そこだけは予め注文を取ってくれます。ジョバンニは予定通りに開くとは限らないのと行列なので食べるのは難しいかもしれません。
・乗馬はスニーカーでないと馬へ指示が伝わりにくいようで、ビーサンで行ったら注意されました。ですがよく飼いならされた馬なので特に問題なかったです。
・ショルダーバッグや小さめのリュックで行かないと、貴重品を預けるところはありません。ロッカーもないし、手ぶらで携帯だけを持っていく、ということも出来ません。首から下げられるといいかも。セルカ棒もNGです。

We participated as a couple!!
We achieved our long-held dream of swimming with dolphins!
We were able to meet them sooner than we expected, and it was moving.

Once we entered the water, we got to see a pod of dolphins up close!
However, there were many other tour guests, so our watching time was limited.
I wanted to see more, but I was very satisfied!!

In addition to dolphins, there were activities like snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding, allowing us to enjoy the unique scenery of the ocean while having fun.

The staff members were very friendly, and it was enjoyable even on the boat!

I want to participate again next time.

Thank you Hawaiian Parasail for such a an amazing adventure. The staff is great and the photographer took many wonderful pictures for me and my husband. Parasailing in Waikiki is so much fun, what a incredible feeling... the views are awe inspiring. I would for sure do this tour again, this is the best parasaling tour in Waikiki.

Great & affordable shuttle to Diamond Head! The shuttle is very clean, comfortable and reliable.We were picked-up on time, the driver gave us instructions, a map and a bottle of water. The great thing about this tour is that you can walk at your own pace. The hike itself is easy, however towards the end there are some stairs. Walking through a lava tube was really cool. During the hike there are many lookout places with beautiful views of Oahu's south shore. You can see Waikiki, the mountains, downtown Honolulu & Koko Head from a distance and taking a lot of pictures. It was a great way to start my day. Thank you Kaimana Tours for such a great service and for taking me to one of Honolulu's top attractions, it's not everyday that you can tell your friends that your hiked am ancient volcano. I love Hawaii =)

This was my second time at Chief's Luau and I got say... i love the new location. The new venue is so beautiful. Chief Sielu is the best luau host in Hawaii, he is funny, entertaining and for sure he is what makes this luau so special. The dancers and the musicians are really good and the fire-knife dance is breath taking. The food is delicious and the buffet has a lot of variety. It was a lovely evening and I recommend this luau to everyone, specially families and couples.

The perfect way to spend our day together! We were booked on the Ultimate package that included the Adventure Tower, Zipline, Kings Swing, ATV & rock climbing. This package is perfect for couples as its all about trusting each others judgement and it could get a little competitive too. The adventure tower took a lot of energy out of us as it did require a lot of upper arm workout however it was defiantly worth it. The off road ATV drive was so much fun! You can either take turns to drive or for 20-30 minutes each. Lastly, for the Zipline we did the full 6 line and we had a blast! The staff members definitely take care of you and make sure you're comfortable before doing any of the activities. I would recommend this tour to anyone honestly. Young or old, either way I'm sure everyone will enjoy this full day tour!

I decided to take my entire family on a hike just to experience it and since we did not have a car rental planned, we decided to book a shuttle with Kaimana Tours! I was even more excited that they allowed us to bring my toddler (2 years old) as a lap child as long as we have a baby carrier, free of charge!

We were picked up by van on time directly from our hotel. The driver was very nice and friendly! The hike to the top was not too bad at all, even my girls enjoyed it (ages 8 & 10). Most of us are beginner hikers and the best part, the view of Waikiki was just breathtaking! I would definitely book Kaimana Tours again next time we visit! maybe go to Manoa Falls or Makapuu Point next time!! I will for sure recommend this to family and friends!

I had a blast with Dolphins & You, the cruise was fantastic! The crew was fun, prompt, courteous, engaging and entertaining. We saw a lot of dolphins and they were swimming right next to us. What an amazing feeling it is to be so close to such lovely creatures.
The west side coast is so beautiful, the mountains and the ocean... every where you look you makes you want to take pictures! The snorkel part was also great and for lunch we had a delicious burger.
The boat is so much fun, when they stop on the second snorkel location you also have the chance to play with the water toys, they have water slide stand-up paddle and kayaks.
Even though it might seem like the west coast is far away from Waikiki, it's totally worth the trip. This tour has free pick-up from most of Waikiki hotels and the snorkel spots are much better than the ones in Waikiki. I highly recommend this dolphin cruise to everyone!

I took a tour bus to the location.
During the bus ride, the guide provided various explanations, making it a fun time.

Also, after arriving, the Japanese staff at the park were very attentive, allowing us to experience everything without any worries.

It's best to wear your swimsuit in advance; you just need to take it off when you get there. A bath towel and a change of clothes are sufficient.

As for the interaction with the dolphins, the instructor does not speak Japanese, but communication through gestures and other means is more than enough. It lasts about an hour, but it was so enjoyable that it flew by.

After the experience, we participated in a dolphin feeding experience (additional fee). We explored the park until it was time to leave. Although it was surprisingly small, we had a great time interacting with birds, watching the sea lion show, the dolphin show, shopping for souvenirs, and dining… it all went by in a flash.

イルカとのふれあいですが、
インストラクターの方は日本語不可ですが、ジェスチャーなりなんなりで充分コミュニケーションしてくれます。
約1時間ですが、楽しすぎてあっという間でした。

体験後はイルカエサやり体験(別料金)をしました。
帰りの時間まではパーク内を散策。
意外と狭いのですが、鳥とのふれあい、アシカショー、イルカショー、お土産、食事…とこれまたあっという間でした。

I bought a private lesson for my 13 year old daughter. It was her first time surfing as we are from Colorado. She had her own instructor who provided great instruction and having 1 on 1 instruction helped us both to feel safe. The lesson came with a tshirt and pictures of her lesson which I thought was a great deal. My only complaint was that the adults in the group lesson often got in front of her so she had to sit down to avoid hitting them. They go over this in the beginning of the overall lesson so I don't blame the school, just maybe a reminder in the water would have been helpful. Overall it was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend.

It was my day off and kids were at school so I figured, why not do a "me" just for a day! I invited my friend to join me since she happened to have the same day off. We booked the Morning Cruise at 7:00am since the water is usually warmer and calmer, and we decided to drive ourselves to the harbor. What's good is that there is a restaurant at the harbor where you can buy coffee or breakfast before heading out.

Upon check-in, we were already given our snorkeling equipments, and an option to rent their body suits, which we rented for $10 each. They asked us to sign the liability waiver, and I think' it's cool that they even take your instagram information so they can tag you photos (if you're in it) that they upload at the end of the tour.

The staff and crew are very funny and entertaining! As we were heading out to the ocean, they peformed Polynesian dancing, and playing ukulele. They also performed traditional Hawaiian prayer for our safety. As we were getting closer, we could already see the pod of dolphins, af the signal from the crew members, we jumped to the water and started to swim with these beautiful dolphins!!! I never swam with dolphins in the open water before and this was really exciting!! There were lootsss of them!!

We hopped back on to the boat for our next snorkeling location and that before jumping in the water again, we were given some activity options to take such as stand-up paddle boarding, canoe ride, water slide, and many more!! It was just an awesome experience!!
Their lunch burgers were delicious too which were served as we were headed back to the harbor. It was long day but it was all worth it!!

Oh by the way, make sure to take seasickness pills if you get nauseous easily!

When I put my face in the sea, I was able to see several dolphins swimming. It felt mysterious, and I was moved by the sight of the blue sea and the dolphins swimming.

In May, the sea was a bit cold, so I was glad I rented a wetsuit (for a fee). During our time, there were many guests from other countries, and the staff were very lively, making it a fun time on the boat. I could especially feel the staff's attitude of wanting the guests to enjoy themselves. It was a wonderful time.

海に顔をつけると、泳ぐイルカを何頭か見ることができました。
見たときは不思議な感覚になり、青い海と泳ぐイルカの姿に感動しました。

５月で海は少し冷たかったので、ウェットスーツ(有料)を借りて正解だったなと思いました。
わたしたちの時は他の国のお客さんが多く、スタッフさん含めとてもノリがよく船の上でも楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
特にスタッフさんたちの「お客さんに楽しんでもらいたい」という姿勢が伝わってきました。楽しい時間でした。

I had a amazing time with Toa Luau, food, drinks & show are great. It's a very family oriented luau and the location is beautiful. The good thing about being far from Waikiki, is that you can skip the crowds from the other shows and get a more personal experience.

I really enjoyed the pre-luau activities, they let us be part of dinner preparation and we learned how to make some traditional Polynesian dishes. They let us peel taro, green banana, they showed us how make flower leis & how to use palm leafs to make headbands, baskets and hats. We played Polynesian games and had the chance to play some musical instruments too. Kids and adults were having so much fun! I believe this is the only luau where you can experience a Kava Cerimony, one of the most iconic cultural traditions in Fiji.

I've been to other luaus before, but this one felt different. I didn't feel as a tourist. The staff makes you feel like you are part of their family and that they are inviting you for a real party at their home, so it made the evening really special.
Another good thing is that it includes admission to Waimea Valley. We arrived earlier and were able to enjoy the botanical garden and of course, swim at the most famous waterfall on Oahu. There are changing rooms available at the park so you can get ready for the luau.

I recommend this luau for everyone who is looking for a real luau experience and wants to learn more about the beautiful Hawaiian & Polynesian culture. Absolutely loved it!

It's not often that you get to ride a horse leisurely for two hours, so spending time in nature in Hawaii while letting the horse take the lead feels great. My husband was also riding for the first time and seemed a bit nervous at first, but by the end, he said, "Riding a horse is easy" (laughs). I couldn't help but think that it was really the horse being smart and we were just along for the ride... The weather was also pleasantly refreshing, not too hot, and we had a wonderful time.

なかなか２時間もゆったり馬に乗りことはないので、ハワイの自然な中で馬に任せて過ごす時間は気持ちがイイです。
夫は乗馬自体も初めてで最初は緊張していた様子ですが終わった時には「馬に乗るのは簡単」などと…（笑）
それは馬が賢く、ただ私たちが乗せていただいていただけなのに…と思ってしまいました。　天気も暑すぎることもなくさわやかな中でとても楽しかったです

The beach horseback riding and exploring Haleiwa were amazing!

What made the tour even more enjoyable than originally planned was our guide, Hiro!

Thanks to Hiro's thoughtful arrangements, we were taken to the SOAP factory and some great photo spots near Kualoa!

Perhaps it's his Kansai personality, but his tour talk was filled with jokes, making the journey completely entertaining.

When I sign up for another tour with the same company, I definitely want Hiro to be my guide again!

でもツアーの元々の予定以上に楽しくしてくれたのは、ガイドのhiroさんでした‼️

hiroさんの粋な計らいによって、SOAP factoryやクワロワ近くのフォトスポットにも連れて行ってくれました！！

関西人の人柄なのか、ジョークを織り混ぜたツアートークで道中飽きることは全く無かったです。

また同社のツアーにエントリーする際は是非ともhiroさんに着いてもらいたいです！！

Great family excursion! Absolutely fantastic trip with knowledgeable, informative and passionate crew. Friendly and relaxed. Swam with dolphins twice and saw several sea turtles. Our captain even found a second pod of dolphins so we could see another type. Watched spotted dolphins leaping into the air in our wake and even spotted a reef shark! Can't recommend highly enough!
