It felt like we rode horses for two hours, and I was surprised we went much farther than I expected (laughs). The guides were all English speakers, but they were kind, using gestures and translating with their phones. At one point, the horse suddenly tried to run, which startled me, but I pulled the rope behind and it stopped right away, so that was good. The scenery was beautiful, and it was a wonderful activity.

2時間お馬さんに乗って回るかんじでしたが、思っていたよりもめっちゃ遠くまで行ってびっくりでした（笑）ガイドさん達はみんな英語でしたが、ジェスチャーだったり携帯で翻訳してくれたりと、親切でした。途中馬が急に走り出そうとしてびっくりしましたが、後ろに紐を引っ張ったらすぐ止まってくれたのでよかったです。景色も良くとても素敵なアクティビティでした。

I was anxious about the ticket scramble, so I used this service. I received reminder emails multiple times until the day of the event, and they picked me up at the hotel at 5:30 AM. The ride was shared and everything was in English, with no other Japanese passengers. However, they provided a printed sheet in Japanese that included the prohibited items and the pickup time, so there were no issues. It gets quite cold in Hanauma Bay until the sun rises. I think especially Japanese people might find it chilly. Considering the water and air temperature, I believe it's better to go around noon. There was plenty of time, and it was more relaxed compared to the plan with a Japanese instructor. I participated in both, but I think it depends on your purpose. I was able to relax so much that I took a nap for about 30 minutes. We returned to the hotel around 1 PM. If I plan to go to Hanauma Bay again, I will definitely use this service. It was fun.

チケット争奪戦に不安があったので、こちらを利用しました。当日まで何度もリマインドメールがあり、当日早朝5:30ホテルまで迎えに来てくれました。乗合いで全て英語、同乗者も日本人は居ませんでした。ですが日本語のプリントも渡してくれて、禁止事項や迎えの時間場合が書かれていて問題無しでした。ハナウマ湾は太陽が昇るまで結構寒いです。特に日本人は寒いと思います。水温や気温を考えたら昼頃からが良いと思います。時間にはゆとりもあり、日本人インストラクター付きプランよりゆっくり出来ます。どちらも参加しましたが、目的別だと思います。あまりにゆっくり出来て30分程昼寝してました。帰りは13時頃ホテルです。次回ハナウマ湾予定があれば、またお願いします。楽しかった。

We participated with two adults and four children (ages 2 to 13). We were a bit anxious because it was slightly cheaper than other tours and only had English-speaking staff, but I thought communication would be fine as long as we could manage simple conversations. The boat was more luxurious than we expected, and we had a comfortable time.

During the snorkeling, we saw about 5 to 6 sea turtles from a distance for around 40 to 50 minutes. One of the local staff members was snorkeling and pointed out where the turtles were, but he wasn't very proactive, so we ended up diving and searching for them ourselves. However, we were thrilled to see one up close! If I have the chance to go again, I would love to participate.

大人2人、子ども4人(2〜13歳)で参加しました。
他のツアーに比べ少し安かったことと、英語のスタッフのみということで、少し不安はありましたが、簡単な会話ができる程度であれば、全くコミュニケーションは問題ないと思いました。
船も予想以上に豪華で快適に過ごせました。

ウミガメは約4〜50分間シュノーケル中に、5〜6頭遠くに見えました。
1人、現地のスタッフの方がシュノーケルをしながらウミガメのいる場所を教えてくれるのですが、あまり積極的でなかったため、自分たちで潜って探す感じでしたが、1頭至近距離で見れて感動しました！
また行く機会があったら参加したいです。

The pre-lecture was quite simplified with gestures and such. However, the captain and everyone else on board were all nice guys and very reliable. We went out to sea about three times to catch some waves, and on the second time, we managed to ride a pretty big wave, which was really exciting. It lasted about 25 minutes, but based on the waves we caught, it felt like it could have gone on a bit longer.

事前のレクチャーは、ジェスチャーなどで、かなり簡略化しています。
ただ船長はじめ、一緒に乗ってくれる方々は、みなナイスガイでとても頼もしいです。
波をつかまえに、３回ほど、沖の方へいき、２回目にかなり大きな波に乗れ、かなーり盛り上がりました。
だいたい２５分くらいで、終了でしたが、乗れた波の感じで、時間はもう少し長くなるのかな？って感じです。

The bus arrived 15 minutes before the meeting time, so I was relieved to recognize it right away. While looking for various activities during my free time, I found an event that piqued my interest and made a reservation. Since it was a new service, I boarded with excitement. The female staff member greeted us cheerfully in Japanese and explained the equipment very thoroughly. The device can be adjusted to fit each individual, allowing for a personalized setup. Once the video started, multiple power stones appeared. By using my palms to grab them, I could hear various explanations about Hawaii's history.

As a tip for grabbing, I was able to catch several by quickly and firmly grabbing them. My husband mentioned that it was difficult to react with long sleeves, so it might be better to roll them up. While listening to various scenery and explanations in the video, we quickly reached the final stop. The staff were very cheerful, and I was grateful that they took photos for us after getting off the bus.

集合時間の15分前にはバスも到着しており、このペイントなので直ぐにわかり安心しました。
スキマ時間に色々探していた所、未体験で興味を持ったイベントを見つけて予約しました。まだ新しいサービスとの事でワクワクしながら乗車　スタッフの女性は日本語で明るく接して頂き、装置説明もとても丁寧に教えていただきました。頭に装置をセットし個々に合わせてサイズ調整も可能な為、自分サイズでセット出来ます。映像が流れだすとパワーストーンがいくつも現れます。自分の手のひらを使ってグッとつかみゲットするとハワイの歴史や色々な説明を聞く事ができます。
つかみ方のコツとして私は素早くグッとつかむ感じでいくつもゲット出来ました。主人は服の袖口が長いと反応しづらいと言ってたので袖口はまくってた方が良いかもしれません。映像で色々な景色や解説を聞きながらアッと言う間に終点。
スタッフの方がとても朗らかでバス降車後に写真も撮って頂きありがたかったです。

Greeted with all of the information we needed to check in. Great tour by Mikey. Lots to see and it kept everyone highly entertained. Highly recommend to anyone, the views are breathtaking.

The breathtaking view from above was very impressive. The explanations were given very kindly and thoroughly, making for an enjoyable time.

空からみる絶景の景色がとても印象的でした。とても丁寧に優しく説明してくださり楽しい時間になりました。

My child wanted to go horseback riding, and it seemed difficult to do it individually, so we signed up for a tour. There were no problems since a Japanese guide showed us around. We had the experience of riding a horse through magnificent scenery, something we can't do in Japan.

子供が乗馬をしたがり、個人で行くのは難しそうなのでツアーを申し込みました。
現地では日本人ガイドさんが案内してくれたので何も問題なかったです。
雄大な景色の中を馬に乗って散歩するという、日本ではできない経験ができました。

I was a bit anxious about horseback riding in the blazing sun, so I chose the sunset time. It turned out to be a great decision! The breeze was pleasant, and the scenery was truly beautiful.

I met a slightly free-spirited horse. However, the instructor was always nearby, which made me feel safe and allowed me to enjoy the experience.

At a spot where the sunset reflected beautifully, I was able to take a lot of pictures (even though I was wearing a helmet... haha), creating wonderful memories.

I am very satisfied with this precious experience in Hawaii.

炎天下での乗馬はちょっと不安だったので、サンセットタイムを選びました。
結果、大正解！風も心地よく、景色が本当に美しかったです。

私が出会ったのは、ちょっぴり自由奔放なお馬さん。
でも、常にインストラクターの方がそばにいてくれて、安心して楽しめました。

夕陽がきれいに映るポイントでは、たくさん写真も撮っていただき、
（ヘルメット姿ですが…笑）素敵な思い出になりました。

ハワイでの貴重な体験ができて大満足です。

The seating is way to close they are cramming as many people as they can on the boat . The food was not good the meat was not appetizing looking or tasting . The view from the top deck is nice but they really really need to work on the food if they are going to charge you so much we had to get food after still because we couldn’t eat the food from the buffet

Whether you’re a movie buff or just love beautiful landscapes, this tour is perfect for a more relaxed day inside Kualoa :)

Dinner was delicious with a good variety of Hawaiian favorite dishes. We had rear seating, but still had a clear view of the stage and all the action!

Of course everyone told us ahead of time to make sure to stop here, and they were not wrong. What a fabulous type of tour, fun and historical!

The performers at Mauka were truly amazing—especially the thrilling fire knife finale!!

Having a private guide made the tour that much better, such a great location to kayak!

ATVs were easy to drive and in great condition and guides were awesome throughout!

The buffet had a decent selection with carved roast beef, chicken, and sides. It’s not a luxury gourmet meal, but for the price it was solid and filling.

This was our second time doing this sandbar tour with this company. The staff is always very nice and there are beautiful views. The first trip went really well however, this second trip was not so great.
I am aware of high and low tide times which both times were high tide, but this time the water was over my head and windy with a pretty strong current. I am 5’ 1” and it made it near impossible to do anything at all. I know the staff cannot control ocean levels but just something to keep in mind for shorter people or people with kids. I would have been better off just saving the money and walking out into the regular ocean as far as I could before it got too deep.

The banana boat can accommodate six people in two rows for two families. It was so much fun! You won't get thrown off. Due to the tides, we couldn't reach the sandy beach, but that's understandable. You don't need water shoes at all. Both stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking were enjoyable, and even though we didn't see any turtles, we were happy to see lots of fish. Staying in the water for too long can get chilly, and if you get out while still wet, it gets even colder, so having a dry towel or a dry jacket is necessary. There are cold juices or water on the boat, but you can pay for hot coffee. My daughter and I kept drinking hot water to warm ourselves up. Also, my husband almost caused a commotion when he dropped his phone, which was in a waterproof bag, but the staff found it, and we were really grateful for that. Thank you so much for your help at that time. Next time, I’d like to go when the sandy beach is visible!

バナナボートは2家族の横2列の6人乗り。めっちゃ楽しかったです。振り落とされる事はありません。潮の満ち引きなので仕方ないですが砂浜には出会えませんでした。ウォーターシューズはなくても全然大丈夫。サップもカヤックも楽しかったし、カメには出会えなかったけどたくさんの魚を見られて良かったです。海の中にずっといると冷えるし、上がっても濡れたままだと更に冷えるので、乾いたタオルか乾いた上着が必要です。船上には冷たいジュースか水ですが、お金を払えば暖かいコーヒーがあります。私と娘はお湯をひたすら飲んで身体を温めました。あと、旦那が防水袋に入れたスマホを落としてしまい、大騒ぎになりかけましたが、スタッフが見つけてくれて本当に助かりました。あの時はありがとうございました。次は砂浜が出てる時に行ってみたいですね〜

The fireworks we paid for were only 4 minutes long. The food was alright. The staff was friendly.

Great experience with friendly staff and beautiful scenery with a plethora of activities to choose from!

Our family, including 5 children ages 7 to 20 & 3 seniors took this boating excursion. It was fantastic! I recommend getting the all inclusive package so you can enjoy the banana boat & bumper tube. All the staff were great & the entertainment was good too. The staff keep everyone safe in the water & were constantly looking out for guest safety.

We went as a family of three.
Along the way, something went wrong.
One person was taken off the horse and sent back by car, which was a disappointing event.
Was it judged to be dangerous?
Was it determined that the horse couldn't be controlled because it was only eating?
In any case, we returned halfway without a clear reason, which was quite disappointing.

The staff on the boat is very friendly, fun and helpful. We had a great time watching dolphins swim and then snorkeling after that.

I participated in a beginner-level plan with shuttle service. There is a bus to Kualoa Ranch, and at the information desk, there are Japanese staff or staff who can speak Japanese.

When you arrive at Kualoa Ranch, the Japanese staff will instruct Japanese participants to gather together. Once gathered, they will explain the basic flow and locations in Japanese, so there’s nothing to worry about.

There were no Japanese-speaking staff on the return bus. It was initially sunny at Kualoa Ranch, but it gradually became cloudy.

It was my first time on an E-bike. At first, there is practice on the course. I applied the brakes as I would on a regular bicycle, but they are very effective, so be careful. Make sure to apply the brakes slowly.

Once you get used to it, there are no problems. The activity guide communicates only in English. Before starting the activity, they show you how to operate the E-bike with a video that has Japanese subtitles. During the activity, it is completely English-only.

送迎有り初心者レベルのプランに参加しました。クアロアランチまでの行きのバスとクアロアランチのインフォメーションデスクに日本人もしくは日本語を話せるスタッフがいます。
クアロアランチに着くと日本人スタッフなどが日本人は集まるようにと指示してくれます。集まったら簡単な流れや場所の説明等を日本語でしてくれるので何も心配いりません。
帰りのバスには日本語を話せるスタッフは乗車しませんでした。
クアロアランチは最初は晴れていたんですがだんだんと曇り空になりました。
初めてのEバイクでした。最初、コースで練習があります。普通の自転車の感覚でブレーキをかけたのですが思いっきりブレーキが利いてしまうので注意してください。ゆっくりブレーキをかけるようにしましょう。
慣れれば何も問題有りません。アクティビティのガイドは英語だけでやり取りします。アクティビティを始める前にEバイクの操作方法を日本語の字幕が付いたビデオで見せてくれます。アクティビティ中は完全に英語オンリーです。

We took a taxi from Waikiki and arrived in about 20 minutes. The receptionist and the boat driver spoke Japanese, so we felt at ease and enjoyed ourselves. They also introduced us to some delicious nearby restaurants. I'm glad I experienced marine sports for the first time here!

ワイキキからタクシーで向かいましたが20分程度で着きました。受付、船のドライバーさんも日本語が話せる方だったので安心して楽しめました。近くの美味しいお店も紹介していただけました。初めてのマリンスポーツがここでよかったです！
