Although we had no experience with mountain biking, we thought it would be fine since it was a beginner course. However, since it was our first time using electric assist, the sensation of acceleration and control felt somewhat different from a regular bicycle, which made us anxious from the start. Just when we thought we managed to start, within five minutes, two of the children were asked to leave, and since we couldn't leave two minors waiting in a foreign land, the parents had no choice but to leave as well. The remaining three of us continued, but ultimately, after about 15 minutes, my middle school son was also asked to leave, and only my husband and the university student completed the course. There was no alternative plan, no partial refunds, and it was a tourist facility that only operates as an experience facility, leaving us just waiting for the other members to finish. We missed the highlights of the movie we wanted to see... and it cost nearly 20,000 yen per person. I hope they recognize that the fee is a reflection of the service provided. It's disappointing that they think presenting a cancellation policy will alleviate complaints. The participation criteria are low, yet the riding standards they require are high.

親族を含めた６人で参加しました。子供達は大学生、高校生を含めた中学生以上で、普通に自転車は乗れるので参加しました。マウンテンバイクは未経験でしたが、初心者のコースだったので大丈夫だと思いましたが、電動アシストが初めてということもあり、途中で加速する感覚や普通の自転車とコントロールがやや違うので、最初の練習から不安でした。なんとかスタートしたと思いきや、その５分も経たないうちに子供2人が退場宣告を受け、異国の地で未成年を2人で待機させる事ができず、親も退場せざるしかなく、残り3人で進んで行きましたが、結局その15分程で、中学生の息子も退場させられ、主人と大学生だけが完走しました。代替えプランなし、一部でも返金なし、体験施設のみで成り立ってる観光施設で、ただ、他のメンバーの終わりを待つのみ。見たかった映画の見所を見れず…それで１人2万円近く。
料金はサービスに対する対価であることを認識して欲しいです。キャンセルポリシーを提示しておけば、コンプレを押さえれると思ってること事が残念すぎます。参加基準が低い割に、求める乗車基準が高いです。

The weather was clear and perfect for horseback riding on the day of the experience. I had tried horseback riding a few times in Japan, but this was my first long ride, and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. It seems there has been a lot of rain recently, and due to some paths being washed out, the 2-hour plan was shortened to 1.5 hours, but it was still more than enough of an experience. They also offered a refund for the shortened time. That day, it rained in the evening, and we were worried about the weather, but as the sun began to set, the skies cleared up, and the cruise ship made sure to navigate in a way that allowed everyone to enjoy the sunset from their seats. The meal was very satisfying, especially the lobster, which was hearty and delicious. The final Polynesian dance was also a big hit. Kualoa Ranch, famous for being a filming location for Jurassic Park, is truly breathtaking when you see the scenery right in front of you. The horseback riding lasts a solid two hours. You ride in a line of six, navigating some pretty tough paths, including narrow trails and cliffs. However, the horses are very smart and know the way, so there are no issues.

One instructor accompanies you and explains the locations in English. Occasionally, if a horse doesn't move or if a rider's posture is poor, they will give you a reminder. My legs were shaking after the two hours, but it was truly a valuable experience, and I'm glad I did it! Since it's a tour, you might have some free time afterward, but the burgers at the café are incredibly delicious, and since the ocean is right next to it, you can relax by the sea if you return within the time limit. I think it's an experience you can't have in Japan!

たまに、お馬さんが動かなかったり、乗る人の姿勢が悪かったりすると声をかけてくれます。２時間終わった後の足はガクガクになりましたが、本当に貴重な体験ができてやって良かったです！ツアーなので、終わった後に時間を持て余しますがカフェのハンバーガーがめちゃくちゃ美味しいのと横が海なので時間内に戻れば海に行ってのんびりも出来ます。日本では出来ない体験だと思います！

I'm giving a 4 out of 5 because the trek to the beach was a long hike. The description did say you had to take your kayak down to the beach yourself, but we weren't expecting such a long hike to start kayaking. Once down at the beach their were employees there to help you into your kayak and give you a good push to get you started. The water was amazing, the bird sanctuary was nice. We didn't make it to the snorkeling by kayak, but drove there because not everyone could have made it the whole way. Once we made it to the snorkeling area it was amazing. The reefs were beautiful and full of sea life. The price for the self guided was great. You get access to all of their gear all day until 5pm.

I participated in the E-bike tour again this time. This is a repeat from last year. The guide was very kind and attentive. One slight disappointment was that it was crowded, and the spots often overlapped with jeep tours and bus tours. Last time it was less crowded, so it was more comfortable. I recommend Kualoa Ranch to others as well. I have experienced bus tours and horseback riding multiple times, but the E-bike tour offers the best scenery and photography opportunities.

The horses were very gentle and cute, and I'm glad I had this experience. It became my favorite memory from this trip.

The boat and sandbar experience was 10/10! I highly highly recommend it to anyone thinking of doing it. We also paid an extra $20 USD per person for a banana boat ride and that was probably the highlight of the experience. It was SO FUN! The staff was incredible and so nice and fun. There was standup paddle boarding, kayaking, floating lounge chairs, snorkeling, live music, and drinks available for purchase (juice and water were free though). Such a fun time and the highlight of my trip.

From the bus boarding location to our return, I felt the staff's hospitality and attentiveness were truly wonderful! We had a window seat on the third floor, which allowed us to enjoy a fantastic 360-degree view, and the observation deck was also amazing! The food had a Hawaiian touch, and the lobster was good, but peeling it myself was fun and made my hands sticky. I didn't expect there to be a line for the women's restroom.

The dancers' performances in the second half were incredible, and the boat dance where all the staff and customers stood up was absolutely the best! I was worried about the weather for this tour, but the sunset, dolphins, the view of Waikiki from the sea, the dance, the food, and the hospitality made it the right choice.

What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff. They carefully explained the types of drinks and kindly taught us how to eat lobster, showing their attention to detail throughout. It felt like receiving Japanese-style service, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The menu also had Japanese translations, which is a great point for those who are not confident in English.

Additionally, we had access to the rooftop deck at any time during the cruise, allowing us to take photos or relax at our own pace. The staff informed us when it was sunset time, so we could enjoy the beautiful sunset at the perfect moment.

I received detailed explanations and rules in Japanese, and even though most of the participants were from Europe and America, I felt comfortable joining in! The water temperature was still a bit chilly, but the sunny weather made it pleasant to spend time there! The crew also spoke to us in Japanese, which was heartwarming!
