It was my first time parasailing, and I chose the highest option at 150 meters. It was very high, but seeing the vast scenery of Hawaii in a panoramic view became an unforgettable memory. However, I did get a bit seasick, so I recommend that anyone who is prone to motion sickness take proper precautions before going.

初パラセーリングでしたが一番高い150メートルを選択。とても高かったですが、ハワイの広大な景色をパノラマで見れたのは最高の思い出になりました。ただ船酔いをしてしまったので、少しでも酔いが気になる方はしっかりと対策をして行くことをオススメします。

It was my first time paragliding, and I participated with my family. I got a bit seasick on the boat, but when we ascended into the sky during paragliding, I was able to enjoy the breathtaking views!

初めてのパラセイリング、家族で参加しました。ボートで酔ってしまったのですが、パラセイリングで上空に登ったときは絶景を楽しめました！

We flew together as a family of three. The view of Waikiki Beach from the sky is amazing. Additionally, this time we were able to see whales spouting from above!

家族3人で一緒にフライトしました。空から見るワイキキビーチは眺望が最高です。さらに今回はクジラが潮を吹く様が上空から見れました！

At first, the weather seemed to be nice...

Before I knew it, the weather turned bad from the mountains.
In no time, the sky above the sandbar was covered with dark clouds,
and without any sunlight, we landed on the sandbar anyway!

The water is so cold~~＞＜
It started to rain, and everyone around was hardly enjoying the sandbar,
just waiting inside the boat＠＠

I can't complain about the weather!
I accepted that we were just unlucky this time.

If there's a chance next time, I want to see a beautiful sandbar!

初めてサンドバーに行く！
広い浅瀬に、白く光るサンゴのじゅうたん！
そんな中で、ハイチーズ！
なんてことをイメージしながらいざ出港！
最初こそ、なんとか天気は良さそうだったのに・・・・

気づけば、あれよあれよと山の方から天気は崩れ。
あっという間に、サンドバー上空も真っ黒な雲に覆われて
日差しもないまま、とりあえずサンドバーに上陸！

水冷たい～～～～＞＜
雨も降ってきたし、周りのみんなもサンドバーを楽しむどころか
船内でほぼ待機状態＠＠

天気に関しては誰にも文句は言えません！
今回は運が悪かったと、潔く諦めました。

次回チャンスがあれば、きれいなサンドバーを拝みたいです！

This was my second time on this tour. I participated on April 28, right in the middle of Golden Week. I was originally scheduled to join on the 27th, but there was some trouble with the ship that day, and it couldn’t depart, so I had to join the next day.

The last time I went, two years ago, I participated alone, but this time I was with someone else. During the previous trip, we found dolphins about 20 minutes after departure and spent a long time snorkeling with them and even got to see turtles up close. I was hoping for a similar experience this time!

Maybe the weather wasn’t great? This time, it took a while to find the dolphins, and we searched from the boat for about an hour before the dolphins finally noticed us and came into view! Just as we were all set to snorkel and swim with the dolphins, one of my companions got seasick and panicked a bit since it was their first time snorkeling.

They decided to give up after just 10 minutes in the water. They told me to go ahead and enjoy, but I couldn’t just leave them alone on the boat while I had fun! (As a guy, I felt I had to support the girl properly!)

I felt a bit regretful, but we were able to spot dolphins from the boat, and they even came quite close at one point. Just being able to see the dolphins made my companion happy.

Despite the ups and downs, we ended with some fun commemorative photos, and I realized how enjoyable it is to see dolphins! Even though we were at a distance, they were so cute! I’m already looking forward to planning to join again in two years!

今回で2度目のこのツアー。
ゴールデンウィークの真っ最中の4月28日に参加しました。
本当は27日の参加予定だったのですが、その日の船がトラブル？
で出港不能となり、翌日に改めての参加となったのですけどね。

前回は2年前に一人で参加したのですが、今回は二人での参加。
前回は出港後、20分ほど？でイルカが見つかり長い時間シュノーケルで
イルカを見たり、亀を間近で見れたりもしたのです。
今回もそうなると良いな！と、思いながらの参加です。

少し、天気も良くないってのもあったのかな？
今回はなかなかイルカが見つからず、船の上から探すこと
1時間ぐらい？　ようやくイルカがこちらに気づいて？見つかってくれました！
さっそく、みんなでシュノーケル！でイルカと泳ぐぞ！！って時に・・・
一緒に行った人が、船酔いもしたのと初めてシュノーケルで少しパニくって
しまって＞＜　
海に入ってわずか10分で、断念。連れは私はいいから見てきて！って
言ってくれたのだけど、一人船の上に放置して自分だけ楽しむわけにも
行かないじゃないですか！
（一応、男子としては女子をしっかりとサポートせねば！ｗ）

少し、心残りはありましたが、船の上から一緒にイルカを探しながら
遠めでもイルカは見れましたし、途中船のすぐ近くにも来てくれた。
そんなイルカを見ることができて、それだけでも連れは喜んでくれてました。

なんやかや、すったもんだありましたが、最後は楽しく記念撮影なんかもして
やはり、イルカを見ることって楽しいな！そして遠めだったけど、イルカは
可愛いな！って思いました。
2年後にもう一度、参加するつもりで今から楽しみに計画を練ってますｗ

My daughter and I did the 2hr horse back ride with lunch and it was all excellent! It’s such a uniquely beautiful place that I rank it along with Machu Picchu and Monument Valley as my most incredible travel destinations. We highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this trip.

It was absolutely amazing, the crew went out of their way to make everyone happy. They even brought me a beer while I was standing on the sandbar, imagine that...

Take this trip, it is worth every dollar!!!

I rode on the 150m! I have a fear of heights, but I felt no fear at all, and the beautiful sea was breathtaking!! However, I only brought a small amount of money, thinking I might get wet, so I couldn't buy any photos (ToT) lol.

高所恐怖症ですが、恐怖感は全く感じず、綺麗な海は感動しました！！
ただ、濡れてしまうのではと思い、チップ程度のお金しか持たずに行ってしまったので、写真が購入できずでした(ToT)笑

I had a great time watching dolphins and playing with a cheerful crew who spoke Japanese. The blue sea of Hawaii, the clear sky, and the wonderful smiles of the crew—please experience it at least once!

My husband, son (25 years old), and I went for a 150M jump together. We all jumped at the same time. Just to be safe, I took some motion sickness medication, but it wasn't necessary. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed the stunning views of Hawaii. I didn't change clothes and just laid a bath towel on the car seat to sit on (no one was wet above the waist). The guide for our transportation was cheerful from the start and kindly shared information about delicious restaurants and shopping. Since it ends in a short time, I think we can easily enjoy our plans afterward. It's also nice to head to the hotel pool or beach still in our swimsuits!

夫、息子（25才）と3人で150M。3人一緒に飛べました。念のため私は酔い止めの薬を飲みましたが、必要無かったです。天気にも恵まれ最高のハワイの景色を堪能出来ました。着替えはせず、車のシートにバスタオルを敷いて座ってOKでした。（腰上まで濡れてる人は居ませんでした）送迎のガイドさんは最初からずーっと陽気で、美味しいお店や買い物の情報など親切に教えてくれました。短時間で終わるので、その後のプランも余裕で楽しめると思います。水着を着たままホテルのプールやビーチに繰り出すのもいいですね！

I was a bit scared when I heard it was 150 meters, but it was fine. It felt good.

Seeing the coastline of Honolulu from the sea was refreshing.

150mと聞いて、少し怖いかもと思ってましたが、大丈夫でした。

I was able to see a group of dolphins swimming while sleeping in the ocean.

What was even better was getting to see a sea turtle up close.

海の中で寝ながら泳いでいるイルカの群れを見れました(^^)

それよりも海亀を間近で見れた事が良かったです。

My wife, who is not fond of heights, was gripping the belt tightly but still had quite a bit of fun.

When we got splashed with water, I dropped my shoes, so I recommend participating barefoot.

It was my first time parasailing! The weather was great, and the view was amazing! All the other participants were foreigners, and since I'm not good at English, I was really anxious at first. However, the staff and the other participants were very friendly, and I was able to communicate with them happily, which made me very satisfied! Also, we spotted a pod of dolphins from the sky, and when we landed, we were able to see the dolphins up close! According to the staff, it's rare to see dolphins. It became the best memory!

人生初のパラセーリングでした！天気も良く、眺めも最高でした！私たち以外の参加者は皆さん外国の方で、英語が苦手なので最初はとても不安でしたが、スタッフの方や他の参加者の方、皆さんとても気さくで、楽しくコミュニケーションを取ることができ、大満足です！！また、上空からイルカの群れを発見し、着地時にはすぐ近くでイルカを見ることができました！スタッフさん曰く、イルカが見れるのはレアとのこと。最高の思い出になりました！

The staff seemed unable to speak Japanese, but instructions were provided in Japanese, so there was no need to worry about the language barrier. The horses were well-trained and walked straight even for complete beginners. I chose this place because you can start riding from the age of eight. The staff kindly took family photos and individual pictures while we were riding, which made for a great keepsake.

スタッフは日本語が話せないようでしたが説明書などが日本語で用意されていて言葉の不安は不要でした。
馬は良く調教されていてまったくの初心者でも真っ直ぐに歩いてくれます。
８歳から乗馬できるのでここにしました。
スタッフも親切に乗馬をしている家族写真や単独写真を撮ってくれて、良い記念になりました。

I participated with mixed feelings about whether I would encounter dolphins or swim with them, but many dolphins appeared, and I was able to swim nearby. I was also glad to meet a sea turtle.

イルカと遭遇するか、一緒に泳げるか、半信半疑で参加しましたが、多くのイルカが現れ、近くを泳げました。またウミガメにも会えて良かったです。

The cruise was filled with a bright and fun atmosphere, typical of Hawaii, and as we progressed, we received explanations about filming locations from Jurassic Park. I was thrilled to see sea turtles multiple times.

I had never tried snorkeling before and was quite unsure, but I decided to give it a go. The staff kindly checked my gear and equipment, which allowed me to experience it without any anxiety. The underwater world was so enjoyable that I feel like I might become hooked on snorkeling.

It would have been difficult to get there on my own, so using the tour was definitely the right choice.

　明るく楽しいガイドさんでハワイらしい雰囲気満点のクルーズ、途中ジュラシックパークの撮影場所の説明なども聞きながら進んでいくと、ウミガメもしっかり何度も現れてくれて感激しました。
　シュノーケリングは全くの初めてでかなり自信がなかったのですが、思い切ってチャレンジ。親切に着用の状態や装備の点検をしてくれたので、不安なく体験することができました。水中の世界が楽し過ぎて、これからシュノーケリングにはまりそう。
　自力で行くのは大変な場所なので、ツアー利用して正解でした。

I participated in this tour during my first visit to Hawaii. The water was incredibly clear and the emerald green sea was amazing. The guide was very friendly, and I had a great time. It had been over 10 years since I last swam in the ocean, so I was a bit anxious, but the detailed explanations in Japanese made me feel very reassured. There were also many small children participating. This was a tour that I would love to join again when I come back to Hawaii! (﹡´◡`﹡ )

初めてのハワイでこちらのツアーに参加しました。
透明度抜群でエメラルドグリーンの海は最高でした。ガイドさんもとても気さくな方で、楽しく過ごせました。海で泳ぐのは10年以上ぶりだったので、なにかと不安でしたが、日本語で丁寧に説明していただけるのでとても安心です。小さな子供もたくさん参加していました。
次回ハワイにきたときももういちど参加したいと思えるツアーでした(﹡´◡`﹡ )

The crew was very friendly and they provided all the instructions when we are on board. They provided snacks and water. For each scooter they had their own person to guide them. We had a very good time

There are no Japanese instructors, but everyone was kind and taught us patiently using gestures, so I wasn't worried. I read in reviews that the full zip has the same route, but aside from the last part where two people slide together, it was a different route, so I enjoyed it! Since you can't request transportation for the half zip, I recommend the full zip.

日本語のインストラクターはいませんが、みなさんジェスチャーで親切丁寧に教えてくださるので不安はありませんでした。
口コミでフルジップ6本は同じルートと書いてありましたが、最後の2人同時に滑るところ以外は違うルートだったので楽しめました！
ハーフだと送迎が頼めないので、フルジップがおすすめです。

The bus attendant was bright and entertaining, which really lifted our spirits even though it was early in the morning, making the time before seeing the dolphins very enjoyable. The foreign instructors who joined us on the boat could speak a little Japanese, so we were able to communicate and had a lot of fun.

Our group struggled to see the dolphins, but everyone persevered and took us to a spot where we finally saw them on the fifth try! We didn't have time for snorkeling because we were running late, but normally, they split into groups for snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking afterward.

We ended with everyone dancing the hula, which was a wonderful way to finish! I had such a fulfilling time. Plus, since it was an early morning plan, we had plenty of time for sightseeing in the afternoon! I was able to enjoy Hawaii to the fullest! ^_^

バスの添乗員さんは朝早かったのにテンションを上げてくれるような明るさと面白さで、イルカを見る前からすごく楽しく過ごせました。
船に一緒に乗ってくれた外国人のインストラクターの方々も、日本語を少し話せるのでコミュニケーションが取れて楽しかったです。
私たちの回はイルカを見るのに苦戦しましたが、皆さんが諦めずにイルカが見えるスポットまで連れて行ってくださり5回目でやっとイルカを見ることが出来ました！
時間が押していたのでシュノーケリングの時間は無かったですが、本来だったらシュノーケリングをしたあとにサップとカヤック組に分かれてやるそうです。
最後はみんなでフラを踊って終了〜！
すごく充実した時間が過ごせました。
しかも朝早くからのプランだったので、午後も充分観光ができました！ハワイを120%満喫できました^_^

So happy that I finally decided to go parasailing! I can't believe I waited so many years to do it. This is an experience I'll do again.

I participated with my 8-year-old daughter and my parents who are over 60, and everyone enjoyed it from the bottom of their hearts. At first, I was nervous, but the view from above was so beautiful; it was the best.

My mother was wearing marine shoes, but when she got splashed with water, her shoes were swept away by the sea. I recommend participating barefoot.

8才の娘、還暦を越えた両親と参加しましたが、みんな心から楽しんでいました。
最初はドキドキしましたが、上からの景色が綺麗すぎて、最高でした。

母は、マリンシューズをはいていましたが、水ジャボンされたときに海にシューズがさらわれてしまいました。裸足で参加をおすすめします。

I went parasailing for the first time this New Year. It was a small tour with about four groups. I thought it wouldn't be too bumpy, but as soon as we left the yacht harbor, the boat started rocking a lot. I took some motion sickness medication, but I still felt a bit nauseous. My son joined me, and he didn't take any medication, so he got quite seasick. However, once we were up in the air, the view was amazing, and the altitude was impressive. I didn't feel too scared and was able to enjoy it. Next time, I plan to take better precautions against seasickness.

新年1発目にパラセーリングをしてきました。
4組程で少人数でのツアーでした。
大して揺れないだろうと思っていましたが、ヨットハーバーから
外に出たとたんに船が大きく揺れて酔い止めを飲んでいましたが
それでも少し気持ち悪くなりました。息子も一緒に参加したのですが
彼は酔い止めを飲んでなく相当酔っていました。
それでも上空に上がったら景色は最高で決行な高度がありましたが
怖さもあまりなく楽しむことができました。
次回は船酔い対策をしっかりして挑もうと思います。

On the day of the event, it was a bit disappointing that the luau was held indoors due to the weather, but I was greeted with a lei at the entrance and chose a Mai Tai. There were many types of food available to fill up before the show, and I was quite satisfied. The show included audience participation events, creating a friendly atmosphere. The singing and hula were fantastic, and the fire dance brought everything to a climax. It was an incredibly enjoyable evening.

当日は天候の影響で室内でのルアウとなり少し残念でしたが
入り口でレイを掛けていただき、マイタイをチョイス。
ショーの前の腹ごなしも多くの種類が並び満腹になりました。
ショーでは客席参加型のイベントもあり和やかな雰囲気でした。
歌、フラも最高、ファイヤーダンスで最高潮となり
とても楽しく過ごせた夕べでした。

I felt that Kahala was a better choice than Dolphin Park due to the location and timing, even though it seemed a bit overpriced. The photos turned out well, but I was disappointed when my child said they didn't want to participate again because the water quality was full of algae. I also thought it looked like a muddy pond.

ドルフィンパークより、カハラの方が、場所と時間の都合上良かったので、割高に感じましたが、参加しました。写真はうまくとって頂き、良かったのですが、水質がこけだらけで、次参加したくないと子供から言われて残念でした。私も、泥池に見えました。

This was my fourth experience. Usually, I choose the most expensive options, but this time it was 120m. I enjoyed it refreshingly.
There are usually some pushy aspects, but this time there was none of that, and I was able to give a tip comfortably, as the service was humble.

4度目の体験でした。いつもは、最高に高いものを選んでいましたが、今回は120ｍでした。さわやかに楽しめました。
いつもは、少し強引なところもございましたが、今回はそれはなく、チップをこちらから気持ちよくお渡しでき、謙虚なご対応でした。

I was shocked by the self-centered way of entertaining. This was the only tour during my stay in Hawaii that left me feeling unpleasant. Even though we were thanked at the end, the atmosphere in the vehicle was so quiet.

Everything about it was tedious, filled with sarcasm and unnecessary details, and the overall vibe of the tour (inside the vehicle) was far from pleasant.

This was my sixth time in Hawaii, but it was the first time I felt this way during any of the many optional activities I participated in. The only good thing was that I was able to go horseback riding in nice weather.

独りよがりの楽しませ方に愕然。今回のハワイ滞在で唯一嫌な気持ちになったツアーでした。最後はありがとうございましたの挨拶はされていながらも、シーンと車内もするほどでした。
すべてにおいて、ねちねちねちねち、ことごとく、嫌味の連続、うんちく、雰囲気はとてもいいものとはいえないツアー（車内）でした。
ハワイは6回目でしたが、多々参加するオプションでこんな嫌な気持ちになったのは初めてでした。
良かったのは天気の中、乗馬ができたことだけでした。

I wanted to meet and interact with dolphins, so I took my mother in her 60s on this tour, looking forward to our trip to Hawaii.

However, as soon as we arrived at the venue, we were told to hurry and run because there was no time! It was a terrible environment for my mother, who usually walks with a cane.

Additionally, my mother has a medical condition that has slightly deformed the bones in her fingers, making it impossible for her to remove her wedding ring. We had applied to participate with gloves, but upon arrival, we were told she needed to take it off. Despite pulling until her finger turned blue, it wouldn’t come off.

They said she could participate if we cut the wedding ring and reattach it in Japan. Meanwhile, other staff kept insisting she put on a life jacket quickly, come faster, and cut the ring.

When I spoke to the only Japanese staff member, Junko, she said it was difficult for her to help and left the scene with a dismissive remark.

In the end, everyone left us there, and there was no apology for the miscommunication. The event went on without us, and it ended.

I felt sorry for my mother, who was just left in her swimsuit. Even though she wanted to go back, we couldn’t because the bus departure time was set. We ended up wasting a day in our swimsuits without being able to touch the dolphins and feeling abandoned by the staff.

Of course, there was no refund.

I felt that this tour was so terrible that I thought we could have skipped Hawaii altogether.

On the bus, other tours booked through different sites had friendly staff who engaged with us and shared fun facts about Hawaii, but the staff from this tour were unfriendly and silent, roughly unloading luggage. It was very disappointing.

I absolutely do not recommend this for your important trip.

There was no follow-up or any communication at all.

It was truly the worst experience.

イルカに会いたい！触れ合いたいという60代の母を連れて、このツアーを非常に楽しみにハワイに行きました。
まずは会場に着いた途端、時間がないから走れ！急げ！何をしているんだ？と言われ、いつもは杖をついて歩いている母には初めから酷い環境でした。

更には母は病気で指の骨が少し変形しているため結婚指輪が外せません。その場合は手袋での参加との事で申し込みをしたはずですが、現地では外して欲しいとの事。
指が青くなるまで引っ張りましたが外せません。

結婚指輪を切って日本でくっつけるなら、参加させてもいいとの事。
そんな中でも他のスタッフが、はやくライフジャケットを着ろだの早くこいだの指輪を切れだのやってきます。

唯一、日本人のスタッフ、ジュンコという人にも話すと、私に言われても困りますと捨て台詞を吐きいて、その場からいなくなりました。

結局、みんながその場からいなくなり放置され、情報の行き違いなどに謝られるわけでもなく、勝手に時間のイベントが開催され、終わりました。

水着でただ園内に放置された母が気の毒でした。
帰りたくても、バスの発車時間が決まっているので帰れず、ただただ無駄に水着でイルカにも触れず、スタッフに見捨てられ無駄な一日でした。

もちろん返金もありません。

これならハワイにすら行かなくても良かったと思うほど、ひどいスタッフ達のツアーです。


バスの中でも他のサイトから申し込みをしたツアーは、感じがいいスタッフが盛り上げてくれたり、ハワイの雑学を教えてくれたりと楽しいのですが、こちらのサイトからの今回のツアーはバスの中も、不機嫌そうな無愛想なスタッフが一言も発さず乱暴に荷物を降ろしたりしているだけで、非常に残念です。

大切なご旅行の際は絶対におススメいたしません。

アフターフォローも声がけも全くありません。

本当に最低最悪です。

I was a bit scared before getting on, but once I started flying, it was very refreshing and felt great. The weather was nice, so both the sky and the sea were a brilliant blue, and the view of Waikiki from the ocean was spectacular. I'm glad I experienced it. The staff were also very kind. I don't understand much English, but they showed me a paper with explanations in Japanese, so it was totally fine! It’s very bright, so I think it’s better to have sunglasses.

乗るまでは怖いのかなと思いましたが、
いざ飛んでみたら、そんな事はなくとても爽快で気持ちよかったです。
天気が良かったので空も海も真っ青で
海から眺めるワイキキの景色も絶景で
体験して良かったです。
スタッフの方もとても親切にしてくれました。
英語はあまり分からないのですが、日本語の説明の紙も見せてもらえたので、全然大丈夫でした！
とても眩しいのでサングラスはあった方がいいと思います。
