I went horseback riding. The horse was calm, and the instructor was very friendly. They primarily communicate in English, but for those who are not comfortable with English, they provide important instructions (like the horse's seating position) in Japanese. The scenery was also wonderful, and I felt it was worth participating.

If there are few activities, the waiting time for the return bus can be long, but if you inform the reception, you can take the city bus back to the Waikiki area. There is a bus stop about a 4-5 minute walk from Kualoa Ranch, and the travel time is about the same as the shuttle, around one hour. It costs $3 per person, but if horseback riding is the only activity and you have to wait nearly three hours for the shuttle, taking the city bus is a good way to make effective use of your time. For those who find the city bus a bit daunting, you can also call an Uber or a taxi, which might be another option.

乗馬をしました。馬は大人しく、インストラクターさんは非常に気さくで基本的には英語対応ですが、英語が苦手な方には、重要な点(馬の座り位置など)は日本語で指示を出してくれます。景色も素晴らしく参加して良かったと思いました。

アクティビティが少ないと帰りのバスまでの待ち時間が長いのですが、受付に申し出れば市バスでワイキキエリアへ帰ることが可能です。クアロア牧場から歩いて4-5分のところにバス停があり、移動時間は送迎と同じ1時間程度でした。3USD/人かかりますが、アクティビティが乗馬だけで送迎のバスまで3時間近く待つ日程だったので時間を有効活用したい方は市バスで帰るのはありかと思います。
市バスがハードルが高い方はUber、タクシーも呼べるのでそれもありかもしれないです。

I couldn't find the sign listed on the website, but there was a similar sign for "Hawaii Polo Oceanfront Trail Rides" nearby. When I went inside to ask, they confirmed that this was the right place. It might be better to aim for this name from the start.

I had heard from reviews that there would be Japanese guidance available, but I couldn't find any, and all the explanations were in English. I was quite anxious since there were only foreign customers, but the operation was easy, and the staff were kind, so I was able to ride without any worries.

We walked through the pine forest right next to the coast, and occasionally, we got to walk on the beach, making for a fantastic location throughout the experience. They also take photos when you reach the beach.

I think this is an activity that you absolutely must experience when you come to Hawaii. I highly recommend it! (However, I think it may not be suitable for those who are experienced riders and want to run or perform advanced maneuvers, as it is a slow-paced ride.)

サイトに載っている看板は見当たらず、よく似た名前の「Hawaii Polo Oceanfront Trail Rides」という看板がすぐ近くにあり、中に入って聞いてみるとここで合っているとの事。最初からこの名前の看板を目掛けて行った方がいいかもしれません。
あと口コミで日本語の案内が置いてあると聞いていましたがどこにも無く、説明も全てオールイングリッシュ、外国のお客さんばかりで不安でいっぱいでしたが、操作も簡単でスタッフの方も優しく、何も心配なく乗ることができました。
海岸すぐ横の松林を歩き、たまに広いビーチになるとビーチを歩く瞬間もあり、終始最高のロケーションの中楽しく過ごすことができました。
途中ビーチに出た時に写真も撮ってくれます。
ハワイに来たら絶対に体験した方がいいアクティビティだと思います。
本当にオススメです！！(但し乗馬に慣れていて自分で走らせたり上級の操作をしたい方には不向きだと思います…終始ゆっくりゆっくり歩くだけなので^^;)

The shuttle bus ride was very smooth, and I was able to enjoy activities right after arriving. They also played Japanese videos if needed, and the guide was very unique and fun! While driving, you get covered in dust, so I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, but they provide cloths to protect your face and goggles, so you don't need to bring anything special. It was really great to participate, enjoying both the sea and the mountains while seeing movie filming locations!

送迎バスに乗るところから非常にスムーズで、ついてすぐにアクティビティを楽しめました。必要があれば日本語のビデオも流してくれるし、ガイドさんもとてもユニークで楽しかったです！走ってるときは砂埃を全身に浴びるので、汚れても良い服装で行くことをおすすめしますが、顔をガードする布とゴーグルは配布されるので、特に持参するものは不要でした。映画のロケ地も見ながら海も山も楽しめて本当に参加してよかったです！

I was relieved to have a guide who spoke Japanese! The live acoustic performance on the ship was really moving—I want to hear it again. The sea was beautiful, but I was surprised that there were no sandy beaches, as I had imagined it would all be sand.

日本語話せるガイドさんもいて安心しました！船内の弾き語りライブもすごく感動しました〜また聞きたいです。海も綺麗でしたが砂浜とかあるの想像していたので全部海でびっくりました笑

Thanks to the Japanese guide, I was able to enjoy a safe and fun time. I had the best half day with music in the background. I wished I could stay at the sandbar forever. The foreign guide was also fun and friendly, which was great. It would be nice to have fresh water showers on the boat. The restrooms at the dock were too dirty. There were also no paper towels or trash cans. I think suggesting to use the restroom there while filling out the consent form would help avoid crowding the restroom on the boat.

日本語ガイドさんがいてくださっていたおかげで安全に楽しく過ごせた。音楽をバックに最高の半日を過ごせた。ずっとサンドバーにいたいと思った。外国人のガイドさんも楽しくフレンドリーでよかった。船に真水のシャワーがあればありがたい。船着場のトイレがきたなすぎ。ペイパーもゴミ箱もなかなった。同意書を書いている間にそこのトイレを利用をすすめることで船にのったときのトイレが混まないと思う。

It was the best experience! We signed up for the 150 meters. Our family of five participated, splitting into two groups of two and three! Even our 9-year-old child enjoyed it without being scared 😊 The crew members were very kind! I highly recommend it!

My daughter and I take snorkel trips every year but the hilarious crew made this one of the best!!

The show was very good, the food not so much especially for the price. A lot of walking. A long drive from Waikiki in traffic.

I was relieved to have the reception in Japanese before boarding. Although it was said that English would be used after boarding, there were some people who could speak broken Japanese, so it wasn't a problem at all. The explanations for snorkeling and the staff were very enjoyable, and I had a great time.

However, perhaps due to the wind, I felt very cold after getting out of the water and was shivering. I wished they could at least provide warm drinks for a fee.

I was able to change in the only changing room available, which was a relief, but it seemed like the foreign guests were planning to leave in their swimsuits and looked quite cold.

I expected a wide sandy beach, but when we got off the boat, it was a shallow sea, which was a bit different from what I had imagined. However, I was able to see a lot of fish while snorkeling, and it was fun to ride the boat.

受付、乗船前の日本語でしていただいて安心しました。乗船後は英語と言われていましたが、カタコトの日本語ができる方もいて特に問題ありませんでした。シュノーケルの説明や、カラーの方たちがとても楽しくて、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
ただ、風が吹いていたせいか、海から上がって寒くて寒くて、ガタガタ震えていました。
せめてあったかい飲み物くらい有料で良いから置いて欲しかったです。
早めに上がり、ひとつしかない更衣室に入って着替えできたので、助かりましたが、外国の方は水着で帰るつもりなのか、寒そうにしていらっしゃいました。
砂浜が広がっているかと思いきや、船を降りたら浅瀬の海で、ちょっと想像していたのとは違いましたが、シュノーケルで魚もたくさんみれて、ボートに乗ったら楽しかったです。

The guys were great, there were a ton of sharks. Just wish they would have given a little bit of instruction as to the use of the snorkel. I spent a fair amount of time afraid I wasn’t using it properly and would inhale the water. Otherwise it was a super experience! I would definitely recommend Hawaii Shark Experience.

The Japanese staff provided assistance from the pre-boarding explanation and even accompanied us on the boat, so I had no issues at all. I signed up for the full set with the banana boat and bumper tube, and everything was well organized. After that, I was able to enjoy enough time for SUP, kayaking, and snorkeling.

Since there was only one changing room after the activities, returning to the boat a little earlier than everyone else allowed for a smooth change. There were many comments about the bus being cold, but the driver frequently checked the temperature inside, so those in swimsuits didn't seem cold at all.

I think I will participate again next time!

乗船前の説明から日本語スタッフが対応してくれるし、船にも同乗してくれるので、何も困ることがありませんでした。
バナナボートandバンパーチューブ付きのフルセットで申し込みましたが、段取りも良く、その後にSUPやカヤック、シュノーケリングまで時間内で十分楽しむことが出来ました。
アクティビティ後は更衣室が1つしか無い為、みんなよりちょっとだけ早めに船に戻ることで、スムーズに着替えることができます。
バスが寒いとのコメントが多いですが、ドライバーさんが何度も車内の温度をヒアリングしてくれるので、水着のままの人も決して寒そうでは無かったです。
次回も参加すると思います！

Everytime we come to Oahu we book this trip. It never disappoints. The staff always friendly and entertaining while keeping you safe while navigating the boat! Delicious hamburgers bbq’s on the back of the boat. A perfect day every time!

You can enter the Missouri, the Aviation Museum, and the Submarine Museum smoothly. At the Aviation Museum and the Submarine Museum, you can borrow audio guides for free, so even those who are not confident in their English can feel at ease.

ミズーリ号、航空博物館、潜水艦博物館にスムーズに入場できます。航空博物館と潜水艦博物館では無料でオーディオガイドを借りることができますので英語が苦手な方でも安心です。

The weather was nice, and I was really glad to be able to enjoy parasailing. The waiting time before doing the three different types was a bit tough.

There are three types of activities available, so you can have plenty of fun. However, waiting on the boat in the blazing sun for about an hour until the parasailing time was tough.

アクティビティが３種類できるので　十分楽しめる。
ただ　パラセーリングの時間まで　1時間くらい　船の上　炎天下の中　待ちがあったのが　辛かった。

At first, I was planning to use a buggy, but after referencing YouTube videos, I chose the e-bike tour. This tour, where you ride through nature and feel the wind while visiting various movie filming locations, is fantastic! The electric assist has a bit of a quirk, but you get used to it quickly, and it makes climbing hills easy and enjoyable. This time I took the beginner course, but next time I want to try the advanced course as well.

最初はバギーのつもりでしたが、YouTube動画などを参考にe-bikeツアーを選択しました。
大自然の中で色んな映画の撮影地を自転車で風を感じながら巡るこのツアーは最高！
電動アシストにはちょっと癖はありますが、すぐに慣れて坂道も楽々気持ち良く進んでくれます。
今回は初心者コースでしたが、次回行く時は上級者コースも行ってみたいです。

The zip line was fun.
Basically, both the staff and instructors spoke only English.
Most of the customers were Americans, but they used simple English and tried to keep the atmosphere lively.
The scenery and the length of the zip line were both very good.
However, the wait time after finishing the zip line until the return bus was too long, resulting in a significant loss of time.
It felt like a waste of time.
Getting to the zip line location also involves going through a movie filming course, so you can enjoy the round trip as well.

Captain Bobs was amazing! I went with my husband and 2 children! We all had so much fun!

VR has advanced. It felt like I was traveling between the surface and the deep sea, which was a strange sensation. I was also glad to see Diamond Head up close.

Highly recommend this tour. There are many similar ones but we had a blast. We had plenty of time to snorkel and explore. Boat had changing rooms and bathrooms. Loved the entertainment.

We arrived at Kualoa Ranch in just under an hour with a 10:15 pickup. Since our activity started at 14:15, we had about two and a half hours of free time (laughs). It was around lunchtime, so we leisurely had lunch and spent time browsing the gift shop.

Before the activity began, we watched a safety video. We were the only Japanese participants, but they showed us a video in Japanese, which made it easy to understand and feel secure about participating! Our group had two guides during our start time, but all the explanations were in English, so it might be tough for those who don’t understand English at all. However, the buggies themselves were fantastic, and I think it’s an activity that can be enjoyed even without understanding English! You can drive with a Japanese license, so if you have one, you should definitely drive there! If there aren’t any participants with a license, I believe the guides will drive you.

We had to change from horseback riding to buggies due to full reservations, but I’m really glad we did because it was so much fun! I highly recommend it!!!

私たちのアクティビティ開始は14：15だったため、２時間半ほど自由時間がありました（笑）ちょうどお昼を挟む感じだったのでゆっくりランチをしたり、ギフトショップを見たりのんびり過ごして時間を潰しました。
アクティビティ開始前に安全のビデオを見ましたが日本人は私達だけでしたが日本語用のビデオを見せてくださり、分かりやすく安心して参加できました！私たちの開始時刻のグループには2人のガイドが付いてまわりましたが全ての説明は英語なので英語が全くわからない方には厳しいかもしれません。しかしバギー自体はとても最高で英語がわからなくても楽しめるアクティビティだと思います！日本の免許で運転可能なので免許を持ってる場合は運転して行くべきです！！参加する中に免許を持ってる方がいらっしゃらない場合、ガイドの方が運転して連れて行ってくださるのだと思います。
乗馬が予約いっぱいでバギーに変更しましたが、結果バギーにして良かったと思えるほどとっても楽しかったのでおすすめです！！！

I hardly speak any English, so I was very anxious at first. However, there were moments when Japanese was mixed in, and I really had a great time. The magic was also amazing! The conversation was lively, but since it was in English, I couldn't keep up with everything, and I truly regretted not studying English more. I really don't understand much English, but I had an incredibly wonderful time!

The speed at which we ascended into the sky was enough to make my fear of heights disappear. It felt amazing— the view from above was fantastic! The instructor chatted in English, but the atmosphere was lively and fun, making for an enjoyable experience. I'm glad I tried it.

It was just a transportation contract, so there wasn't much to it. Perhaps due to the busy season and the shuttle service, there were some delays. While it seemed that others weren't giving tips, when I gave one, they were very pleased.

I have been on numerous snorkeling tours in various countries and many in Hawaii, but this was the most disappointing tour.
Reason 1: Despite enduring seasickness on a rocking boat, we went to a spot where there were hardly any fish. It was the worst experience ever. Everyone in my group, including myself, suffered from seasickness.
Reason 2: I anticipate a response like "it's nature, so..." regarding the above reason, but the accompanying photographer was terrible. While I was trying to take pictures of the kids, he constantly interrupted with his loud, cheerful voice, stealing their attention and my perfect timing. For me, who was looking forward to taking photos, he was nothing but a nuisance. Moreover, I was told that if I wanted the photos, it would cost $75. I understood this beforehand, but at such a high price, I would have declined all photography. Naturally, I didn't buy any, but until the very end, I was approached with "I'll give you a discount to $55..." This has led to an absolute negative evaluation of this company. They should have stated the price as $55 from the beginning and only taken time from those who wanted to take photos.
I was so disappointed that I wanted a refund, so the next day I went to a snorkeling spot accessible from land and was able to play with a thousand times more fish.
I applied under the term "limited number of monitor," but will I qualify?

過去様々な国やたくさんのハワイで数多くのシュノーケリングツアーに行きましたが、最も残念なツアーでした。
理由①揺れて船酔いに我慢する中、わざわざ行ったのにもかかわらず、ほとんど魚がいないスポットだった。過去ワースト。私も含め同行者全員が船酔い。
理由②上記理由は「自然が相手だから…」とか言う返信が予想されるが、同行者カメラマンが酷かった。私が子供達の写真を撮ろうとしているのに、悉く大きな陽気な声で子供達の目線や撮影位置を私から奪い、絶好のタイミングも奪われた。撮影を楽しみにしていた私にとって邪魔以外の何物でも無い。しかも写真が欲しければ75ドルが必要と、最後に値段があかされ、わかってはいましたが、そんな高額なら、カメラ撮影は全て断っています。当然買いませんが、バスから降りる最後まで「55ドルにディスカウントするので…」と声をかけられ、この会社への評価は絶対的なものになりました。だったら最初から値段を55ドルとあかし、撮影を希望する方だけの時間を奪えばいい。
返金を求めたいくらい残念だったので、翌日、陸から行くシュノーケリングスポットに行ったが1000倍の魚と戯れることが出来ました。
人数限定モニターという言葉で応募しましたが、対象になるのでしょうか？

The view from above was nothing short of amazing. There were some waves, but I enjoyed it without getting seasick. Two cheerful staff members kindly assisted us while mixing in some Japanese, and since it was our last challenge, we were playfully splashed down multiple times...

空からの眺めは最高以外の何物でもない。それなりに波はありましたが、船酔いすることもなく楽しめました。
陽気な兄さんスタッフ2人が日本語交えながら親切に応対してくれ、私達は最後のチャレンジだった為、何度も着水させられて遊ばれました…

It rained here and there, and while you might get wet, that's part of the fun of the activity. It dries quickly, so it's not a problem. The cast members also spoke in English, mixing in some jokes. I wish we could have stopped at the locations of the King Kong skeleton and the main area of Jurassic Park, as we just passed by them. It was a long time, but it was enjoyable enough to be worth more than the price.

所々 雨が降ってきて、濡れることもあるがそれもアクティビティの楽しみ。すぐに乾くので問題なしだ。キャストの人もギャグを混じえて英語だが話してくれる。骨のキングコングの場所や、ジュラシックパークのメインの所は通り過ぎたので停まって欲しかった。長い時間なのでそれなりに楽しめるので価格以上の価値はありました。
