I arrived earlier than scheduled, but I was greeted with a smile. Everything was in English, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The horses were really cute, and riding in such beautiful scenery was a lot of fun. It was very quiet, so it felt like a private experience! The prices are reasonable, and I hope more people get to enjoy this.

時間より早く着きましたが、笑顔で対応してもらえました。すべて英語ですが、スタッフの方もとても優しくて親切です。馬もとっても可愛いし、綺麗な景色の中の乗馬はとても楽しかったです。すごく空いているので、貸切です！！
お値段もお手頃だし、もっとたくさんの人に利用してもらいたいなぁ。

First of all, the guide was skilled and provided a fun introduction. The dolphins escaped from the initial spot, but the captain quickly decided to move to another location. I had a great time.

まずは　ガイドさんが上手で楽しい導入でした。イルカは、はじめのポイントから逃げてしまいましたが、船長の判断で直ぐにポイントを移動。とても楽しめました。

I had been wanting to interact with dolphins for a long time, so I signed up for this experience. Since it was a popular optional tour, I couldn't participate at my preferred time, but I managed to change the timing of my next scheduled optional tour and join this one. Changing my plans was definitely the right decision! It was so much fun! I also got to touch turtles and see penguins up close, which are experiences I can't have in Japan.

前々からイルカに触れ合いと思ってて、今回申し込みしました。やはり、人気のオプショナルツアーだったので、希望する時間帯では参加出来ず、次の予定のオプショナルツアー参加時間を変更して何とか参加出来ました。でも、変更して大正解❗とても、楽しかったです‼️他に亀にも触れたり、ペンギンも間近で見られたりと日本では体験出来ない事が出来ました。

There were three of us, a young couple of two, and a group of five foreign family members.
We went armed in a jeep.
The explanations were all in English, but we managed somehow.
I got hungry from morning until we returned, so I would have appreciated some light snacks or a stop at a store on the way back.
The scenery was beautiful and it was fun, so I wish we could have taken more photos.

説明は全部英語でしたが、、まぁなんとかなりました
朝から帰りまでお腹が空いちゃうので、簡単な軽食でもあるか、帰りお店にでも寄ってもらえると嬉しかったかな

I experienced the 2-hour E-bike course and the sea kayaking course at Kualoa Ranch! The E-bike was really, really fun! The scenery was breathtaking, and since it’s an electric bike, it was not tiring at all. The guide was very cheerful and took photos and videos for us! I thought the 1-hour course might not be enough, so I’m glad I chose the 2-hour course! The sea kayaking was a bit scary with the waves, and we didn’t progress very well, but the guide helped pull us along, so we managed to reach our destination! The lunch was a bit disappointing, but both experiences were truly great!

クアロアランチのEバイク2時間コースとシーカヤックのコースを体験しました！！Eバイク本当に本当に楽しかったです！景色は圧巻だし電動自転車なので全くしんどくなく、ガイドのお兄さんがとても愉快で写真やムービーを自ら撮ってくれました！1時間コースでは物足りないかと思います！2時間コースにしてよかったです！シーカヤックは波が怖くてなかなか進まなかったけどガイドのお兄さんが引っ張ってくれたのでなんとか目的地まで行けました！ランチは微妙でしたが、、二つの体験は本当によかったです！

I participated alone! There was another person who joined solo, so I didn't have any particular issues. It was my first time surfing, but they taught me carefully from the basics, which was great. I was really happy when I managed to ride the waves well. I think anyone who wants to try something new should definitely give it a go!

1人で参加しました！他にも1人参加の方がいましたし特に困ることはありませんでした。初めてのサーフィンでしたが、初心者向けで1から丁寧に教えて頂けました。上手く乗れたときは本当に嬉しかったです。新しいことに挑戦したい方はぜひ参加してみるといいと思います！

I thought there would be other Japanese participants based on the reviews, but I was the only one this time. The driver didn't talk much, which might have been because I didn't initiate conversation, but he wasn't unfriendly. Some drivers engage with everyone during the ride, asking where they're from, but the journey was long, so it got a bit boring. There were Japanese screens for explanations that were almost like waiving rights. Most of the staff (if not all) didn't speak Japanese, but they seemed to care. Even if I didn't understand everything, it was fine as I could just follow what the person in front of me was doing. Sliding down seven times was a blast! I was a bit nervous on the first run, thinking it required more courage than skydiving, and I mentioned to the staff that I was a little nervous, but by the last run, I was enjoying it enough to choose the faster drop. The weather was also great. I could buy photos later, and although I initially chose 2-3, in the end, I got them all since they were the same price. Getting them sent via email later is quite modern. The next day, I fell and hurt my hand, and I thought if it had been before the zip line, I might not have been able to hold the handle, so I’m grateful for the day I chose.

口コミを見ると日本人の参加者もいるかと思っていたら今回私一人の日本人。
ドライバーさんはこちらから話さないからか感じは悪くなかったですが終始無口でした。ツアーによっては移動中に皆どこからですか？とか話をふるドライバーもいますが道中長かったのでちょっと退屈。現地では権利放棄に近い説明も日本語の画面がありました。
スタッフもほとんど（全く）日本語を話しませんがちゃんと気にかけてくれてた気がします。説明は全部はわからなくても前の人を見ていればいいので大丈夫でした。7本も滑ると満喫！！1本目はちょっと緊張してスカイダイビングより度胸いるかとも思いスタッフにもちょっとナーバスなどと言ってたのですが最後のダウンでは早く落ちる方を選ぶくらい楽しめました。お天気にも恵まれたのがよかったです。写真も後から買えて2－3枚買うのと全部が同じ値段だったのではじめチョイスしていましたが結局全部しました。
後からメールで送られてくるのも今どきです。
翌日転倒して手を痛めてしまいジップの前だったらハンドルを持てないので無理だったかもと選んだ日にも自己感謝です。

The food was delicious and enjoyable even for elementary school students. Unfortunately, due to a private party on the top floor, the only space available on the deck was in front of and behind the second floor. Additionally, it was quite rocky, which made my daughter seasick. Motion sickness medication is definitely necessary. The air conditioning inside the boat was too strong, making it cold.

料理は小学生でも飽きずに美味しく食べれるものでした。
タイミングが悪く一番上の階でプライベートパーティーをやっていたためデッキには二階の前後にあるスペースのみでした。
また、結構揺れたために娘が船酔いになってしまいました。酔い止めは必要ですね。船内は冷房が効きすぎて寒かったです。

The boat sways a bit vertically, which can make you feel seasick, but the view from above is amazing. I will never forget it. The guide was also very kind, and I felt good enough to give a generous tip.

船は少し縦揺れが凄いので酔いますが、空からの長めは最高。
一生忘れません。
ガイドさんも親切で、チップ多めに渡すくらい気持ちよかったです。

The sea was beautiful, and I was able to see a lot of fish! It seems that some people even saw sea turtles up close. I would love to go again if I have the chance! ^_^

とにかく海がきれいで魚もたくさん見れました！
すごく近くでウミガメを見た人もいるみたいでした。

I participated in early December. I wanted to walk on the sandbar, but the tide was high, and the water was up to my waist, feeling cold. I understand it's seasonal, but it was disappointing. Next time, I want to join in the summer for a rematch!

12月上旬に参加しました。サンドバーを歩きたかったのですが、潮が満ちていて海は腰まであり、水温も低く寒く感じました。。時期的なもので仕方ないと思いますが、残念でした。次回は夏に参加してリベンジしたいと思います！！

I participated in an activity during my trip to Hawaii in September. Since it was a special occasion, I chose the 150-meter height. The weather was great, so the view was amazing.

Before we started, the guide took a photo of me flying with a professional camera, and there was a service that allowed us to purchase the data. Since it was a special occasion, I decided to buy it! For about $20, I got a lot of great photos, so it was definitely worth it.

I would love to participate again when I go back to Hawaii!

9月に旅行でハワイに行った際のアクティビティで参加しました。せっかくなので150mの高さを選びました。天気も良かったので最高の景色でした。
始まる前にガイドさんの一眼で飛んでいるところの写真を撮ってもらい、それをデータで買うことができるサービスの案内がありました。せっかくなので購入しました！20ドル程度でたくさん撮ってもらえたので非常に良かったです^_^

またハワイに行った際には参加したいです！

My two sons wanted to try surfing, so we signed them up for a lesson since it was their first experience. They received instruction in Japanese. It seemed quite difficult, but by the second day, they were able to ride the waves a little. According to them, it was a lot of fun!

息子2人がサーフィンしたいと言うので、初体験だったのでレッスンの体験を申し込み、日本語でレクチャーしてもらったそうです。
かなり難しかったみたいですが、2日目には波に少し乗れたそうです。
2人曰く、楽しかったそうです！

Parasailing was amazing! The captain and crew were very enthusiastic, and even though my fellow passengers were strangers, they chatted with me before and after parasailing. I was filled with anxiety, but it was so much fun.
(Note) Japanese is not well understood.

However, I waited for 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, so I would have appreciated an email or some form of communication if there was going to be a delay. I was left wondering whether they would come or not, and it felt like I was just waiting around...

パラセーリング、最高でした！
船長さんたちも盛り上げてくれ、同乗者は知らない人たちでしたがパラセーリングする前後に声かけてくれ、不安いっぱいでしたがとても楽しかったです。
(注)日本語はほぼ通じないです

但し、迎え予定時間から45分も待ったので遅れる場合はメールなどで連絡が欲しかったです。
来るのか来ないのか分からず、待ちぼうけになってしまったので…

For the English lesson, there were some details I didn't fully understand, but the instructors provided solid support, so I was able to enjoy surfing!

I was also happy that they took photos of me while surfing.

It was my first time surfing in the ocean, but I was able to stand up and had a great time!

英語でのレッスンのため、細かい事分からない部分もありましたが、インストラクターの方々がしっかりサポートしてくださるので、楽しくサーフィンできました！

サーフィンをしている姿を写真に撮ってくれるのも、嬉しいです。

海でサーフィンは初めてでしたが、立つ事ができ、楽しめました！

The guide was very friendly and easy to talk to. It might have been even better if the foreign guide had communicated a bit more, as it would have enhanced the feeling of being in a foreign country.

ガイドさんとても気さくで話しやすかった。
外人のガイドさんがもう少しコミュニケーション取ってくれたら更に外国に来た雰囲気を味わえてよかったのかもしれない。

The dolphins were slow to appear, and just as we were starting to feel discouraged, the cheerful hula dance by the crew got everyone excited, and then the dolphins showed up! We couldn't swim with them due to time constraints, but we were able to see many dolphins from the boat, including some jumping! It was a group of three ladies, and we had a great time with our first kayaking, waterslide, and snorkeling experience. One of us was worried about seasickness, but the anti-nausea bracelet we bought on the shuttle bus was very effective! The hamburgers for lunch were delicious, and the crew was kind and fun, making it an amazing experience. I would love to participate again when I go to Hawaii!

イルカがなかなか現れず、諦めムードのなか船上でクルーの陽気なフラダンスで盛り上がりはじめると、イルカ出現！時間的に一緒には泳げなかったけど、沢山のイルカが船上から見れました。ジャンプしているところも！おばさん3人組でしたが、初カヤック、滑り台、シュノーケリングとてもたのしかったです。１人船酔い心配でしたが送迎バスの中で買った酔い止めブレスレット効果的面！ランチのハンバーガーも美味しく、クルーのみなさんも親切で楽しく最高でした。また、ハワイに行ったら参加したいです。

It was my first time horseback riding, and I had a lot of fun! However, the North Shore was quite short, and including the meal, my stay was only about 30 minutes, so I couldn't see much at all. I would like to come back to the North Shore and take my time to explore it properly.

乗馬ははじめてでしたが、とても楽しくできました！ノースショアがかなり短く、ご飯も含めて滞在時間が30分くらいで、ほとんど何も見れませんでした。ノースショアは改めてゆっくり来たいと思います。

We participated as a group of five. Since we were the last ones, we got completely soaked, to the point where we were dropped into the water (laughs). The previous groups barely got wet, or only their feet went into the water.

5組での参加でした。私たちは一番最後だったので、頭までずぶ濡れになるほど、水の中に落としてもらえました（笑）それまでの組みは全然濡れなかったり、足だけが水の中に入ったり。

The tour of the filming locations for Jurassic World was more fun than I expected. Only those who have experienced it can understand how enjoyable it is. It was unfortunate that it rained, but it was still worth going. Having a Japanese guide made me feel at ease, and I had a great time. I created the best memories. If I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate.

ジュラシックワールドのロケ地巡り、思った以上に楽しかったです。どんな風に楽しいのかは、体験した人にしか分からないですね。
雨が降ったのは残念でしたがそれでも行く価値はありました。
日本語ガイドさんなので安心もできましたし、楽しく過ごせました。最高の思い出が出来ました。
またハワイに行ったら是非、参加したいです。

We take a boat out to the submarine. We glide past canoes and surfers, enjoying views of Honolulu's beaches and cityscape, as well as Diamond Head from the sea before boarding. We also enjoyed a short cruise. At the bottom of the ocean, there are not only fish but also sea turtles and eels...

潜水艦に乗る沖合まで船で行きます。
カヌーや波乗りの横をすり抜け、ホノルルのビーチと街並み、ダイヤモンドヘッドを海側から眺めてから乗船です。短い時間のクルーズも楽しめました。
海の底には、魚のほかにもウミガメやウツボも、、、

My daughter and I really enjoyed the scenic route. We get to experienced the outdoor adventure where they filmed Lost, Godzilla, Hawaii Five O’s, and Jurassic World. We were actually there riding UTV through out the location. It was so fun for both of us.

This was my first surfing experience in Hawaii, even though I've been there several times! The group lessons with Hands Heideman Hawaii Local Surfing Lessons were so much fun, as the instructors helped us a lot and made it easy to ride the waves. I want to make this a routine every time I come to Hawaii from now on!＼(^^)／ I think it would be difficult to enjoy surfing like that without the instructors. Everything, including the timing, was just perfect, and I am truly satisfied. I can't find any complaints. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the Hawaiian sea even more than usual!! ✩.*˚ Thank you so much! ((﹡ˆ︶ˆ﹡))

Seeing the turtles was so fun and the guys that helped us get all set were amazing. They filled our drinks after and made she we were well taken care of.

It was a great sunset (as almost all are in Hawaii) meeting some new friends and having some fun with a lively crew. Would recommend for family entertainment as well as enjoyable for 'just the two' of you. It was great to have the pre-boarding show and get to meet some of the crew/cast. The food was good and the crew took very good care of of all.

It was my first time, and I was nervous, but I had the best time enjoying the wonderful scenery and the ocean while on the boat. I definitely want to try parasailing again. When I come to Hawaii next time, I will absolutely do it again.

初めてで、ドキドキしましたが、ボートに乗ってる時も素敵な景色と海を満喫出来て最高でした。

I had a great time. I got to see dolphins, turtles and got to feed some colorful fish.

I experienced the 2-hour course. The horses are generally very smart. The horse I was riding kept stopping to eat grass, and whenever everyone fell behind, it would run to catch up—this happened repeatedly, which was amusing. At first, I was surprised, but I got used to running after a while. I'm glad I had an experience that wasn't mentioned in the reviews. The guide also talked to us a lot, which made it fun.

2時間コースを体験しました。馬は基本的にはとってもお利口です。私が乗っていた馬は寄り道して草を食べ皆んな遅れをとれば走って追いつく、、の繰り返しでした笑はじめはびっくりしましたが途中から走るのにも慣れてきました笑口コミにはない体験ができよかったです笑笑ガイドさんもたくさん話しかけてくれ楽しかったです
