Best Catamaran experience we have ever had and a bonus to swim with the turtles! The crew was amazing! Friendly, helpful and fun! The views while sailing were spectacular! Hands down a bucket list experience!

This was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! The staff was friendly, the music was light and fun, and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

The transportation to and from the place makes it such a smoother process! Everyone on the crew were really amazing and sweet! We had so much fun and it's definitely something everyone should do if it's their first time visiting. The only thing is that they don't have towels, so bring your own! Otherwise it was such a fun experience for the family!

This activity is for those who like to treated like a VIP. From arrival to departure, you feel like a special guest. This boat is enormous. 4 floors of dining & entertainment. The views from the 4th floor walk around area can’t be beat. The food is good and the drinks are outstanding. If you get cold easily, bring a light jacket. The dining area is air conditioned. Supposedly, you can see the Hawaiian Village fireworks on Friday nights. A great way to get some fantastic photos and memories.

It was wonderful! Although the day wasn’t the warmest, the experience was well worth it…beautiful location. Must see!?The crew was very helpful, the activities were fun, and glad we had a meal because after being in the sun - playing and sun bathing, it hit the spot ! Thank you for the great memories. Hope to do it again when we return to Oahu!

We love and really enjoyed the snorkeling. The tour guide was so nice and fun . We saw a lot of different colors of the fishes. It was so clear and shallow. A lot of activities that we could play in the beach. They gave us a lot of time to play in the beach. Worth the $ . We will come back

This was one of our most fun activities in Oahu!!! Very relaxing, amazing live music, super friendly staff and the water sports were a highlight!!! We will be back again. Ny husband lost his wallet in the ocean and one of the Captains was honest and returned it. This was such a blessing because our trip could have been ruined with no way to return home. But thanks to the crew on the boat , it stayed just as awesome as this fun day at the sandbar cruise!!!!

This is not your regular Luau event that you go to. My husband and I were celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary and it’s his first trip after 35 years. I was surprised to know that I was not only watching or going to a luau but also going to a comedy show. Chief was amazingly great! His delivery was superb and did not seem rehearsed but was very natural. The staff (i feel bad that I didn’t get his name :( but he was great) took care of a mishap that happened and was very professional. Everyone was so great and I will definitely go back and tell my friends to make sure to see Chiefs Luau.

First, the prior guidance about the location of the check-in counter was poor. I entered the address into Google, but there was no counter there. I asked a nearby fisherman, who told me it was not there but over there. However, I had a hard time finding the counter with the name of the activity organizer. Just when I was about to ask where the organizer's location was, the lady at the counter called my name, and I finally arrived.

As for the activity itself, it was different from what I expected. The snorkeling in the rough waves had very little to see underwater; aside from a sea turtle, there were only two types of fish that appeared alternately, so there were hardly any fish at all. The water was murky, and I couldn't see even a meter ahead. The water slide was only worth doing once. On the water trampoline, I couldn't really bounce; I just lay there sunbathing. It felt nice, and I ended up falling asleep, which was the most luxurious part of the experience. While I think it was good to have had a unique experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

まずチェックインカウンターの場所の事前案内が雑。住所をGoogleに入れて行ったが、そこにはカウンターは無い。近くの漁業関係者に聞いてここではなく、向こうだと言われ行くも、アクティビティ主催者の名前のあるカウンターがなかなか見つからない。たまたまここの主催者の場所はどこか聞こうとしたところ、カウンターのお姉さんが自分の名前を呼んでくれたので、ようやく辿り着きました。アクティビティ自体は期待してたのとは違い、荒波の中のシュノーケリングで、水中を除いてもウミガメはもちろん、魚も2種の魚がかわりばんこに出てくるぐらいで、ほとんどいません。水中も濁っていて、1m先も見えない状況でした。ウォーター滑り台も一回やれば十分。水上トランポリンではトランポリンできるはずもなく、ただ寝そべって日焼けごっこ。気持ちよくて寝てしまったがそれが1番贅沢でした。貴重な経験ができたのでよかったとは思いますが、おすすめはしません。

It was my second time to this activity. This time my family of 4 revisited taking 2 more families (4+3) with us. We all had a blast. It was a great, fun, friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the sandbar, snorkeling, and the hospitality of the onboard staff.

My children were so pleased with this ride and the amazing sunset views. The girls that went out on the trail with us were wonderful and very informative I would recommend this site to all!!! It was breathtaking! I give this horseback riding location 5 ⭐️!

Avoid them at all cost. They are there to loot your money only. If you just want to experience holding a oxygen tank on your back and go down 12 feet, then this would be for you. Even though they say you don’t need to know how to swim, hey also don’t really teach you much and so when you feel uncomfortable, they take you out. No wetsuits were provided. They are right by a little bay so you won’t be going anywhere in a boat and they finish the entire thing in about hour (there are about 10-12 people). It feels like they just want to get done with it so they can get their money. Never here again!

This was a great experience for me and my family. The kids had never been snorkeling and it had been a long time for me. I like that we had transportation from the hotel, and then a fun boat ride. They had life vests and snorkeling gear. The stop at the sandbar was fun because we decided to get used to the snorkeling gear while others played volleyball. And my daughter doesn’t swim so she was getting comfortable in the water there. Lunch was great, a nice bbq on the boat. And then the snorkeling was so cool! By the way there’s a ladder down into the water (especially good for kids but all the adults used it too.) We saw a lot of sea turtles on the way to our spot. And also while swimming. And as you know or will hear, you have to back up from them and give them 10 feet of space. But they are majestic! So cool to see the reef and all the tropical fish. My son especially loved it. The crew was all very great and helpful. I think it’s a great trip and we are glad we did it!

Family had a blast at Sandbar. Crew was wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful. Musicians were fantastic!! Made for a wonderful experience for the whole family! I highly recommend them for your Sandbar experience!! Gotta try out the banana boat and tubing! Overall a very memorable experience!

I was scared before flying, but once I took off, the view was beautiful and it was amazing!!

The photos were $40, and they showed each one properly, allowing me to consider my purchase!

There were over 100 photos, and I felt like it was quite a bargain, so I ended up buying them!

For reference... Even if you usually don't get seasick, the boat can sway quite a bit, and I think you'll feel nervous too, so it's better to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

I took it, so I was fine, but my companion got seasick.

The male staff were friendly and full of hospitality, which made it enjoyable. When you go up and the wind blows, it sways, so it might be safer to take motion sickness medication. Quite a few people were experiencing seasickness.

This is truly a 5-star luxury experience and the best Oahu sunset dinner cruise. From start to finish you are treated like royalty by friendly and helpful staff. We had the package that includes transportation to and from Waikiki and 4 drinks each (1 Captain's Bellini drink and 3 premium drink tickets). When you arrive you are greeted by dancers, the crew, and captains. You have an opportunity to meet the captains and get amazing photos before setting off on the cruise. The boat was very accessible with elevators to each of the decks. The 5-star luxury SuperNova deck is beautiful and spacious. You are treated to a 7-course dinner and live jazz trio band. At any point you are free to roam the private top deck area for incredible photos of Oahu, Waikiki, Diamond Head, ocean, and sunset. I would advise anyone who signs up for the 5-star luxury deck to wear the appropriate attire (business to formal). I don't think you would be allowed boarding with swimsuits or t-shirts. Dress pants, sneakers and collared shirts should be fine for men, but be aware some guests will dress very formal and be celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, etc. We highly recommend the 5-star luxury dinner experience as it was one of our favorite parts of our Hawaii trip.

This Luau is a must! It is so entertaining. The Chief’s story is so heartfelt, the performance is awesome and the food is amazing! I am so glad we chose this Luau to attend. Definitely one of a kind performance!

the crew was friendly and we easily found our way to the table. The ship was clean while a bit snug easy to move around. We really thought the entertainment was well done and varied with polynesian dancers and jazz musicians. Our dinner was well presented and prepared.
The Deluxe 3 Star was the way to go.

If you have limited time in Hawaii, this is a MUST DO! The atmosphere is amazing, the hosts truly make you feel like family! Delicious food & drinks-A perfect blend of laughter, history, and talented performers.

I booked this sunset cruise trip as a get-away trip for me and my mum. My mum is 70 years old and she has bad knees so we have limited activities we can enjoy in Honolulu. The Star of Honolulu is probably the biggest cruise I can find in Oahu. It even has an elevator so my mum does not need to climb stairs!
I was super impressed with the service. As soon as we boarded the ship, we were brought to deck #4 through the elevator, this is the top deck. We were greeted by crew members, have our private photo opportunity with the captain and two beautiful dancers. we enjoyed our onboard drink and appetizer before being brought to our table. by the way we have six alcohol drink vouchers as part of the package. we had a five-course meal: soup, salad, lobster, wellington beef, icecream, and desertl food is absolutely delicious. this is absolutely five star luxury dinner. Most of people were celebrating anniversary, honeymoon or birthday. The crews are super friendly and attentive. When my mom and I walked to the deck to take sunset pictures, they came out to help us! I highly recommended the tour, it will make your the other half feel so special. My best memory of Honolulu.

Nonstop entertainment with lots of variety, engaging the audience as well.
The basket weaving, coconut and fire demonstrations were great. Such a variety of food, drink and hula dancing, war dances, and lest anyone could forget, the fire dances ! We loved it!
