We got to see dolphins and get in the water which was so refreshing!

The ride and the guide were amazing! The ranch has cows throughout that you get to see when horse riding. It is the best ranch I have been to.

We found out that there were no other Japanese participants besides us on the pickup bus, but we felt reassured knowing that our Japanese guide, Hiro, was there to support us. The path to Manoa Falls was through a lush tropical rainforest, allowing us to enjoy a side of Oahu beyond just the beaches. The local guide who explained about the plants was friendly and had a lively tone, making it enjoyable! After walking just under 1 km, we arrived at Manoa Falls, which had a decent height but a relatively low water flow. The width of the waterfall was unexpectedly narrow, which was a bit disappointing. Exiting the rainy tropical rainforest, Manoa town was dry, and it was interesting to see the climatic changes due to the terrain. We picked up lunch at a popular sandwich shop that has been around for three generations and headed to Tantalus Hill. Enjoying a sandwich that lived up to its reputation while overlooking Diamond Head and the hotels in Waikiki was incredibly pleasant. Although Hiro, our Japanese guide, mentioned that he has only been a guide for a short time, we appreciated his attention to detail.

ピックアップのバスに乗ってみて自分達夫婦以外に日本人の参加者はいないことが分かりましたが、ちゃんと日本人ガイドのHiroさんが付いてサポートしてくれて安心。
マノアの滝までの道は鬱蒼とした熱帯雨林で、ビーチだけではないオアフ島を楽しめた。植物などについて説明してくれた現地ガイドの方は気さく、軽快な口調で面白かった！1km弱歩いて到着したマノアの滝は高さはそこそこあるものの水量が少なめ。滝の幅が予想外に狭くてややガッカリ。雨が降る熱帯雨林から出るとマノアの街はカラッとしていて地形による気候の変化が面白かった。街中で3代続く人気のサンドイッチ店でランチをピックアップしてタンタラスの丘へ。ここからダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキのホテル群など一望しながら、人気店と言われることが納得できるサンドイッチを頬張るのは凄く心地良かった。
日本人ガイドのHiroさんはガイド歴はまだ短いとのことだったが、細かい気配りがありがたかった。

What an absolutely amazing day! We had so much fun. Special mention to the guides who shared stories of the land and taught us about the Aloha spirit.

Kioki was by far the best guide we’ve dealt with and we have done a lot of tours. Very energetic and knowledgeable. The North Shore Eco-Tour was awesome. Highly recommend this to anyone. Breathtaking views and the true nature of Hawaii!

日本の大手ツアー会社と提携している同様のツアーが満員で予約できなかったためこちらで予約しました。
結果的に大満足でした！船は大きくてトイレや更衣室もあり、ドーナツや飲み物のサービスも嬉しかった。天気があまり良くなく、水位も高かったのですが、十分に楽しめました。海に浮かぶラウンジも思ったよりのんびり出来て良かった。バナナボートは想像以上のスピードで何度か落ちそうになりながらも後ろの知らない人が支えてくれたりしてアットホームな雰囲気でした。行き帰りのハワイアンミュージックの生演奏がとにかくいいです。上手だし、ノリノリの外国の方がいてさらに盛り上がりました。こっそり置いてあるあったかい紅茶のサービスも冷えた体には助かりました。

I had a reservation at 3 PM, but it started around 3:30 PM. Since we were supposed to gather 30 minutes before the reservation, we waited for over an hour. There was no shade, and it was very hot.
But... this is the blue sky, the blue sea, and the view of Waikiki from the opposite side; parasailing was amazing. The reception staff and the crew were all kind, and overall, I was satisfied. I definitely recommend it.

15時からの予約でしたが始まったのが15時半ころ。予約の30分前集合だったので1時間以上待ちました。日陰もなくとても暑かったです。
でも、、、これぞ青い空、青い海、逆から見るワイキキの景色、パラセイルは最高でした。受付のお姉さんたちや、クルーの皆さんも優しく総合的には満足でした。絶対おすすめです。

Our tour guide Kevin was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Island and was super friendly. The activities were fun and the landscape was beautiful! We had a great time!

Lots of fun, live music, friendly staff and beautiful views, a forever memory swimming in the reef , kayaking in the ocean and relaxing in paradise.

My sister and I went to Kualoa Ranch for my birthday to do the E-Bike tour, and we are so glad that we did. It was so much fun riding E-Bikes. There was a slight delay in getting started due to the sizes of the bikes being a good fit for the riders. Justice and Christian went above and beyond to find the right bike for each rider. Once we got started on our tour, it was so much fun riding around the ranch. The ranch is so beautiful, and Justice is very knowledgeable with the history of the ranch and shared all of the "Fun Facts" with us during our stops making it interesting. The only negative thing that I could say is that I wish it was a longer ride, I didn't want to stop.
Next time I am in Oahu I will definitely be coming back :)

Due to the lack of Japanese speakers, all the information was provided in English, which I couldn't understand at all.
However, the scenery was absolutely stunning.
I could sense that all the guides were cheerful and probably made a lot of jokes.

日本人が少ない為、全て英語の案内で、英語のわからない私には、内容は全くわからず。
でも、目に入ってくる景色は最高でした。
ガイドさんも全員明るくて、冗談をいっぱい言っているんだろうな？って事は感じ取れました。

Amazing . The food was awesome along with the music and vibe

I usually don't write reviews, but I decided to do so because the tour guide left a very good impression on me. The guide was Japanese and shared various information about Hawaii during the bus rides to and from the destination.

Additionally, while reading other reviews, I noticed that some mentioned a very tight schedule where they only went horseback riding and couldn't explore Haleiwa. However, it seems that this has improved, as we had time to spend in Haleiwa. After enjoying coffee in Haleiwa, we went horseback riding, took about 30 minutes to eat garlic shrimp, and then relaxed at the Dole Plantation before returning to Waikiki. The horseback riding along the beach was leisurely for about an hour, and it was a wonderful experience.

I was also happy that the guide took photos for us and was very proactive.

普段口コミを書かないんですが、ツアーガイドさんがとても好印象だったので書くことにしました。
日本人？の方で、行きも帰りも移動中のバスの中でハワイのことを色々と話して下さってました。
また、他の方の口コミを見るとあまりにもタイトスケジュールで乗馬だけしてハレイワは散策出来ないとありましたが、改善されたのかハレイワで過ごす時間もありました。
ハレイワで珈琲飲んだ後に乗馬して、ガーリックシュリンプを30分くらいかけて食べ、ドールプランテーションでゆっくり過ごしワイキキへ戻りました。乗馬も海辺を1時間くらいゆっくり乗馬して
とても素敵な時間でした。
ガイドさんが、写真撮ってくれたり率先してくれたので嬉しかったです。

Beautiful scenery, super kind staff, wonderful music. Tried kayak, snorkel and it was so fun. Water was so clear, I could see fish so close it was beautiful. Only thing is the time could be longer. We got to the sandbar about 9:30 and left around 12pm. I wish I could have more time so I could try other activities like volleyball and paddle board. The boat was full with over 100 people but didn’t feel like it was packed. Especially when we got to the sandbar, people were more spread out. Overall, the tour was way better than expected and definitely want to do it again!! Thank you!

My fourth-grade daughter had some horseback riding experience in Japan, but her parents had almost none, yet we felt comfortable participating. Since we met at the location, we rented a car through an app and headed there. It took just over an hour to arrive from our hotel in Waikiki. Our group consisted of a total of eight people, with only our family of three being Japanese. The rest were Europeans and Asians. My wife speaks English, but my daughter and I only know a little. Still, we managed just fine. It was amazing to be able to ride horses along the white sandy beach. There was a height restriction for horseback riding at Kualoa Ranch, so my daughter couldn't participate there, but this tour was fine for ages six and up, so there was no problem. There was also a polo practice area, and it was fun to watch the polo practice.

小学四年生の娘は日本で何度か乗馬経験がありましたが、両親はほぼ乗馬経験なし、それでも安心して参加できました。現地集合のため、アプリでカーシェアリングの車を借り、現地へ。ワイキキ のホテルから1時間強くらいで到着しました。我々が参加した組は合計８名で日本人は我々家族三人のみ。あとは、欧米人とアジア系の方々。家内は英語を喋りますが私と娘は片言。それでもなんとかなりました。白い砂浜を馬に乗って散歩できるなんて最高でした。クアロアランチへの乗馬は身長制限があり、娘が参加できませんでしたが、こちらのツアーは確か6歳以上だったので問題ありませんでした。ポロの練習場が併設されていて、ポロの練習も見られて楽しかったです。

I was picked up by a large bus near my hotel in Waikiki and arrived at Heeia Harbor (which apparently was one of the filming locations for Pirates of the Caribbean) in just under an hour, where I boarded one of the catamarans. From there, Yukiko, a staff member from Japan, provided a thorough and reassuring guide. First, we arrived at a sandbar and practiced snorkeling in the shallow waters with white sand. In the background, we could see Kualoa Ranch, used in the filming of Jurassic Park, and Chinaman's Hat, with Yukiko taking plenty of photos against this backdrop. After playing for a while, it was lunchtime. The BBQ-style hamburgers were delicious, and eating them on the sunlit boat was the best! After the meal, the boat moved to a spot where we could see sea turtles. We encountered quite a few sea turtles and manta rays before heading to the final point. Snorkeling around a coral hill the size of a soccer field was a bit daunting for me, but I saw many fish underwater. I heard there are sea turtle nests here, but I didn't get to see them. After snorkeling, we received warm drinks and returned to port. Looking back, it felt like it went by in a flash, but I was able to experience so many new things! I enjoyed the pleasant breeze and the blue sky with the Hawaiian flag fluttering on the boat. I'm really glad I participated in this tour!

ワイキキのホテル近くで大きなバスにピックアップしてもらって1時間弱でHeei’wa(?)のハーバー(パイレーツオブカリビアンのロケ場所の一つだったらしい)に到着してカタマランの一つに乗船。ここから先は日本スタッフのユキコさんが丁寧に案内してくれて安心。まずサンドバーに到着して白砂の浅瀬でシュノーケリングの練習。後ろにはジュラシックパークの撮影で使われたクアロアランチやチャイナマンズハットが見えて、これをバックにユキコさんがバンバン写真を撮ってくれる。暫く遊んだ後はランチタイム。BBQ仕立てのハンバーガーは香ばしくて日光が降り注ぐボートの上で食べるの最高！食事の後ボートは海亀が見れるポイントへ移動。結構な数の海亀とマンタに出会えて、いよいよ最後のポイントへ。サッカーグラウンドほどの広さがある珊瑚の丘の周りをシュノーケリングするのは初めての自分にはちょっと勇気がいったけど水中には沢山の魚が見れた。ここには海亀の巣穴もあるらしいけど会えなかった。シュノーケリング終えて温かい飲み物をもらって帰港。振り返ってみるとあっという間だったけど、いろんな(しかも初めて！)体験ができて、海風にたなびくボートに掲げられたハワイの旗をなびかせる心地よい風と青い空を楽しめて最高！このツアーに参加して良かった‼︎

I was scared to do this at first, but it was worth every second and every penny spent!!

The captain and crew were friendly, gave clear instructions and seemed to know what they were doing.

I would recommend anyone who typically suffers from seasickness, or who hasn't done this before to have some medication for that handy, but by all means, get this experience under your belt and thank me later!

I was happy to participate this time since my previous visit to Hawaii was canceled due to weather issues. Although visibility may vary depending on the weather, the day I participated was very sunny, and I was able to see the ocean floor beautifully.

You can see a wide variety of fish, from small ones to quite large ones.

I was also very satisfied to encounter sea turtles twice.

以前ハワイに訪れた際には天候の問題で中止になってしまい、今回2度目にして参加できたので嬉しかったです。
天気によって透明度等が変わるかもしれませんが私が参加した日はとても天気がよく、綺麗に海底を見ることができました。

小さな魚からかなり大きなサイズの魚まで幅広い種類をみることができます。

また2度もウミガメに遭遇することができて大満足でした。

My daughter Crystal and I went to the Kaneohe sandbar on July 26. Although it started with a little rain, it didn't damper (pun intended, lol) our adventure. We were greeted by a great team on board the catamaran. Especially Jesse, such a wonderful guy. He and another band member sang and played great music to and from the sandbar. Everyone were such fun and really made us feel special. We celebrated Crystal's birthday. We even were surprised with a private tender boat ride to go see a beautiful sea turtle very close to our boat. So fantastic! Thank you all for a unforgettable day.

The food is ok, the show is extraordinary! Totally worth it!
I’ll purchase again when revisiting Hawaii

This was an amazing experience definitely a must see show the chief was so funny and the dancer were really good, will definitely recommend to other! The show was very organized and the food was great!

We were not able to stop at all the sites which was disappointing. I was looking forward to taking pictures of things on the brochures and so I was disappointed. The time in between arrival and your event needs to be planned better. We had to wait two hours before the UTV tour and then another two hours after were were able to board the bus to go home. It would have been great to do another tour of something instead of waiting.

Luna, Alex, Evan and Capt. Eric (All the crew) were terrific, super friendly and overall helpful. It was such a enjoyable, fun, memorable experience especially if you are booking this with kids. The only thing is to make sure that you bring snacks or food aboard which they inform you about on their instructions as they only provide light snacks (protein bars, water, and lemonade)

Lastly, it can get really crowded on the boat. And so, check in as early as possible to secure your spot inside the boat especially if you are traveling with your family.

The excursion was the perfect way to spend my birthday! It was very well organized from the pick-up all the way at to drop off! The music onboard was so enjoyable and had lots of people singing along!!!!!! At the sandbar there was soooooo much to do!! We tried it all and even learned how to paddle board!! Staff were all amazing and willing to lend a hand and making sure we were all safe!!! This was our favourite thing we did on our whole trip and wished it lasted longer!!!

I felt safe and enjoyed myself as they paid attention to infection prevention. The staff who spoke Japanese provided clear explanations about the dolphins, which made it enjoyable. The experience of feeding the sea turtles was also fun as they came right up close. I definitely want to go again next time.

We did one of the glass bottom kayak tours while in Oahu and had a great time. Hunter and Ramsey were our guides and were amazing! Our group had some younger children, and the guides made sure everyone had fun and was able to stay together. I would highly recommend this!
