Horseback riding on the North Shore was truly amazing. The only downside was the driver's poor attitude. I was told the car's air conditioning was not working well, but it was completely ineffective, making the environment inside the car terrible. I believe proper maintenance is the bare minimum of good manners. If you're in the service industry, I expect a proper response.

ノースショアでの乗馬は、本当に最高でした。ただただ残念なのが運転手の愛想が悪かったことが残念です。車のエアコンの調子が悪いと言われていたが…全然エアコンが効いておらず車内の環境は、最悪でした。ちゃんとメンテナンスをしておくことが最低限のマナーだと思いますよ。客商売ならきちんとした対応を望みます。

It was my first experience at the sandbar. The staff on the boat were all very cheerful and kind, and I was able to have a great time. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the sandy beach, but I was very satisfied to see the clear, beautiful sea, sea turtles, and manta rays. The hamburgers grilled by the captain were also delicious. Since the sun is quite strong, those who don't want to get sunburned should make sure to apply sunscreen properly!

初めてのサンドバー体験でした。
船のスタッフさんがとても明るく親切な方たちばかりで、楽しい時間を過ごせることができました。
残念ながら砂浜を見ることは出来ませんでしたが、透き通ったきれいな海とウミガメ、マンタを見ることができて大満足です。
キャプテンが焼いてくれたハンバーガーもおいしかったです。
かなり日差しが強いので、日に焼けたくない方は日焼け止めをしっかりしたほうがいいです！

It was an enjoyable, memorable, unforgettable, and breathtaking Dinner Cruise celebrating my 60th birthday on August 31, 2014 with "Three Star Classic Steak & Lobster Dinner" all the way from Toronto, Canada. Me and 13 guests were very pleased from Customer Service (very friendly staff), food and beverages, and atmosphere. I will surely strongly recommend to all Canadians and non-Canadians. The greatest thing... I felt I was the "STAR" of Honolulu Dinner Cruise guest at the time, as I got lots of attention from STAFF and GUESTS greeting me "Happy birthday." In addition, one of the Polynesian dancers, Emmy C. my cousin daughter watching her dancing, added my day celebrating another Milestone. She and all her co-dancers and all the entertainers did a great job! Kudos!

I will also to thank VELTRA tours and activities Company especially my niece Emily Coloma who booked our reservation. I will surely recommend to all my friends, family, relatives and acquaintances globally. Mahalo!

I wanted to visit Sandbar after seeing it introduced by Higashi MAX on the TV program "Another Sky." What I saw on TV was truly a place surrounded by the ocean, but on this tour, we were brought to a spot close to the land. Huh? It was just a shallow area. I’m not sure if it was just beautifully portrayed on TV or if this tour was a letdown...

Since I participated in the afternoon, the water came up to about my chest. It didn't feel like a sandbar at all. The itinerary included a sea turtle spot, but there was no guidance about it, and when the boat got a bit noisy, it was just because a sea turtle was there. Plus, I could only see it for a brief moment...

We also went snorkeling, but honestly, the sea and the fish were not beautiful at all!!! It was no different from Waikiki Beach.

I participated in the recommended plan with a barbecue lunch, but I would recommend the early morning plan with a snack breakfast instead. The snorkeling felt like it was just added on to raise the price, and I felt like I lost out.

Since the sunburn was intense, I highly recommend taking thorough precautions against it.

ＴＶ番組アナザースカイで東ＭＡＸがサンドバーを紹介していてどうしてきたかったサンドバー。
ＴＶで見たのは本当に全面海、という場所でしたが
このツアーで連れてこられるのはふつうに陸地も近くです。あれれ？ただの浅瀬じゃん。
ＴＶが綺麗に映していただけなのか、このツアーがはずれだったのか・・・わかりませんが。

お昼に参加なので胸くらいまで水がきてました。サンドって感じはしなかったなぁ。
日程にウミガメスポットが含まれていますが、そのような案内はなく、船の中がざわついたなと思ったらウミガメがいたという感じです。
しかもほんの一瞬しかみれませんでした。。

シュノーケリングにも行きましたが、正直ぜんぜん海も魚も綺麗じゃないです！！！
ワイキキビーチと変わらないですよ～。

おすすめプラン・バーベキューランチ付きに参加しましたが、早朝プラン・スナック朝食付きをおすすめします。
シュノーケリングは本当に無理やり付けて値上げした感があって損したきぶんです。

日焼けがはんぱないので念入りに対策をおすすめします。

Last year, when I came, I couldn't find the time to go, but this time I made it a point to go.

First, we took the cruise to the submarine. This was the issue. My wife, our 4-year-old child, and I participated, but my wife is prone to seasickness. However, we were told it wouldn't be bumpy, so we decided to join.

Once on the boat, feeling a bit too confident, we moved to the deck. It seems that going to the deck made her seasickness worse, and by the time we arrived at the submarine, my wife was down. She returned to the hotel instead of boarding the submarine.

So it was just my child and me in the submarine. Both of us were super excited. We even saw turtles, and time flew by. By the way, I think the submarine was hardly bumpy at all.

I recommend that anyone who is concerned about seasickness should avoid going to the deck.

Personally, I would love to go again. I hear that the one in Hawaii Island allows you to see whales, so I'm curious about that too.

去年、来たときには時間が取れず、乗れなくて、満を持して、乗って来ました。
先ずは潜水艦までのクルーズ。ここが問題でした。妻とこども（4才）の3人での参加で、妻は船酔い持ちですが、揺れないとのことで、参加してみました。
船に乗って、調子にのって、デッキに移動。デッキに行ったことで、船酔いがましたらしく、潜水艦に到着したときには妻はダウン。妻は潜水艦に乗らずに、ホテルにリターンしました。

潜水艦はこどもと、２人。こどもも、僕も大興奮。亀も見れ、時間があっという間に過ぎました。因みに、潜水艦は殆ど、揺れなかったと思います。

船酔いが気になる人はデッキに行かない事をお勧めします。

個人的にはまた、乗りたいです。ハワイ島のは鯨見れるみたいなので、そっちも気になります。

The shuttle service was very loose with timing. The content was wonderful, and the instructors, staff, and food were all very good. It's a shame that they didn't say anything about the delays in the shuttle service.

送迎時間がとてもル-ズでした。内容は素晴らしく　インストラクタ-、スタツフ　食べ物もとてもよかつた　送迎が遅れても何も言わないし残念。

I stayed at the Waikiki Park Hotel, and right in front of the ABC Store, there was a tourist information center with a foreigner. They offered the Atlantis submarine tour for just $40 per person. I had heard that local bookings were cheaper, but I didn't expect it to be this low. The water quality was quite murky, and our next tour was canceled.

My son was happy to be on the boat, and the staff were all very cheerful and wonderful people, but despite that, I still had some dissatisfaction with the tour. If you have a basic level of English or have a translation app or English conversation book on your smartphone, I strongly recommend making a local reservation.

By the way, the souvenir photos that are common at theme parks cost $50. At Dole Plantation, the train photos were $25, so I bought them there.

Wow, I learned a lot. You really can't know until you go and see for yourself.

ワイキキパークホテルに泊まっていましたがすぐそばのABCStore前に外国人が1人いる観光案内所があり、そこではなんと1人40＄でアトランティス潜水艦ツアーが…現地予約は安いと聞いていましたがまさかここまでとは。水質も濁りが酷く、私達の次の便は中止になっていました。
息子は船に乗れて喜んでいましたしスタッフは皆さんとても陽気で明るく素敵な人達でしたが色々差し引いても不満が残るツアーでした。
少し英語ができるレベル、またはスマホで翻訳や英会話本をお持ちなら現地予約を強くオススメします。
因みに、テーマパークによくある記念写真はなんと50＄です。
DolePLANTATIONの列車では25$でしたのでそちらで写真は購入しました。
いやー勉強になりました。
やはり行ってみないとわからないものですね。

Awesome adventure! Truly enjoyed being on a boat being overseen by experienced and helpful staff. Saw turtles and dolphins and snorkled as they swam around us. Great lunch too

We love this luau!! The chef was super funny and he interacted with everyone at the luau. It was really personal and everyone was treated like family. We will def go back again. LOL Mahalo!!

I was unsure which dolphin experience menu to choose from the several options available, but in the end, I’m glad I chose this one. The instructor was very fun and although it was only in English, I was very satisfied. Currently, there are no programs in Japan that allow you to interact with dolphins to this extent.

幾つかあるイルカ体験メニューでどれを選ぶか迷いましたが、結論 これで良かったです。インストラクターも非常に楽しい方で英語のみでしたがとても満足しました。日本では今のところここまでイルカに遊んでもらえるプログラムはありません。

The captain was a very nice person, and I received various services that I can't write about here. The children also seemed very happy. It was a great experience.

キャプテンがとても良い人で、ここでは書けないようなサービスを色々受けることが出来ました。子供もとてもうれしそうでした。

I had the pleasure of using Dolphin University. In a word, it was amazing! We were blessed with good weather, got to visit the sacred site of Makua, met dolphins, and saw sea turtles, making it an unforgettable experience. The staff, including class representative Sue, were very accommodating, and I had a lot of fun! I will definitely participate in Manta University next time! Thank you!

I used this service for my first trip to Hawaii. Although there were no staff members who spoke Japanese, both the shuttle staff and the onboard staff were friendly and welcomed us warmly. There was also a Japanese manual before boarding the boat, which made me feel at ease for the departure. During parasailing, they kept the atmosphere lively, and I was very satisfied and had a great time. However, the only disappointing thing was that the car finally arrived 15 minutes past the initial pickup time. Since I was anxious being in a foreign country, I think it would be reassuring if they could somehow improve that aspect, and I would feel comfortable using the service again.

初めてのハワイ旅行で利用させていただきました。
日本語を話せるスタッフさんはいませんでしたが、送迎スタッフ、船上スタッフ共に愛想が良くてとても暖かく迎えてくれました。
ボートに乗る前に日本語のマニュアルもあったので安心して出発でき、
パラセーリング中も盛り上げてくれてとても大満足で楽しむことができたのですが、ただ一つだけ残念なのは、最初のピックアップ時間を15分過ぎてようやく車が来たことです。
外国で不安なのでそこだけどーにかしてくれると安心してまた利用できると思います

About 7 to 8 years ago, I participated in surfing lessons here. It was my first time, but I managed to ride the waves a few times and had so much fun that I decided to join again. This time, I successfully rode all the waves! Yay! The staff were incredibly helpful, and I realized once again that this school is the best. They give you a little push at the moment you catch the wave, which makes you feel like you've really "caught it!" After that, all you need to do is stand up calmly, and you're good to go! Riding the waves was a success. Of course, paddling is tough, but my sister, who joined me, is also a woman in her late 40s. If you have the motivation, you can definitely do it, so I highly encourage everyone to give it a try. Surfing in Hawaii is the best memory for a trip!

By the way, I also tried surfing on the Gold Coast, but I couldn't ride a single wave. I wonder if the waves in Hawaii are better or if the staff are just that good, as it felt surprisingly easy to stand up.

I was a bit worried after seeing some comments saying the service was "neglected," thinking, "Was it really great 7 to 8 years ago but has changed?" However, that was not the case at all. The staff were truly amazing, encouraging me with wonderful smiles and providing strong support. Even when I was paddling hard but not making progress or couldn't go in the direction I wanted, they offered solid support.

In the end, I wanted to take a photo with the staff who took care of me the most, but I missed the chance, which was disappointing. They were busy cleaning up, and I felt bad interrupting them. It's impressive that they clean up after the lesson too; they are truly powerful staff! If I go to Hawaii again, I will definitely participate in the lessons. By then, I might be over 50... (laughs)

７～８年前にも、ここのサーフィンレッスンに参加しました。
その時初めてだったのですが、何度か波乗りに成功し楽しかったので、また参加しました。
今回は波乗り全部成功しましたよ。ヤッター！スタッフの方に大変助けてもらって、やはりここのスクールでなくっちゃと改めて思いました。波乗りの瞬間、ひと押し入れて下さるんですよ～。これで「乗った！」と実感できるので、あとは落ち着いて立てばＯＫ！波乗り成功です。もちろんパドルはしんどいですが、私も一緒に参加した妹も４０歳後半女性です。やる気があれば、がんばれますので是非是非皆さんも体験して下さい。「ハワイでサーフィン」なんて旅の思い出として最高です！
（ちなみにゴールドコーストでもサーフィンに挑戦しましたが１度も乗れませんでした。ハワイは波が良いのか、スタッフが良いのか不思議と簡単に立てます）

時々、書き込みで「放ったらかし」とあったので、「７～８年前は凄く良かったけど変わってしまったのかな？」と心配していましたが、全然そんなことなく、素敵な笑顔で励ましてくれたり、力強く助けて下さったり、本当に最高のスタッフでした。一生懸命パドルしてるけど力不足で進まない、行きたい方向に行けないなんて時にはしっかりサポートしてくれます。

最後に一番面倒を見てくれたスタッフと写真を撮りたかったのですが、取り損ねて残念。後片付けを一生懸命されてるので声をかけるのが申し訳なくて。あのレッスンの後に後片付けもなんて、本当にパワフルなスタッフです！
またハワイに行ったら、絶対レッスンに参加します。その時、私５０歳超えかもですが。。。（笑）

Beautiful scenery.... Friendly courteous guides..too short... Would have liked to be on the beach more!

We went as a family of four. There were about six groups, including us, who boarded the boat and set off from the port to start parasailing in turn. It felt amazing and really got our spirits up! I highly recommend it! The instructions were only in English, but I managed to understand by watching the others. There isn't a designated place or time to change, so it's better to wear your swimsuit underneath when you go to the hotel. You can return even if you're wet.

一度にボートに乗って港を出発して順番にパラセイリング開始します。めちゃくちゃ気持ちくてテンションあがります！オススメです♪
説明が英語のみでしたがなんとなく他の人たちのを見てたらわかりました。
着替える場所と時間が準備されている訳ではないのでホテルで中に着ていった方がいいです。濡れたままでも帰れます。

We visited Hawaii for our honeymoon, and I booked this show again for my husband, who was visiting Hawaii for the first time. We were able to watch the show in an open outdoor setting in Waikiki, and it seemed like my husband enjoyed it. The show is wonderful, but just like last time, the buffet (food) isn't particularly delicious, so it's best not to have high expectations (though the meat was good). We might not go for a third time, but I think it's worth seeing once. Also, please note that buses do not stop at the bus stop in front of the Hilton right now!

新婚旅行でハワイを訪れ、初ハワイの旦那さんのため、以前参加したこちらのショーを申込みしました。
ワイキキで、そして屋外という開放的な場所でショーを見られ、旦那さんも楽しんでいたようです。
ショーは素敵なのですが、前回同様ブッフェ（食事）は美味しいというわけではありませんので、あまり期待はしない方がいいです。（お肉は美味しかったようです）。
3回目はないかもしれませんが、一度観るには良いと思います。
あと今はヒルトン前のバス停にバスが止まらないので要注意です！

I had an amazing time. I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The kids said it was the most fun among all the optional tours they participated in. I think this tour offers great value for the price.

I participated with my wife and middle school children. First of all, I was impressed by how clear the water was. From the boat heading to the snorkeling point, I could see the colors of the tropical fish close to the surface. Upon arriving at the point, we first experienced the underwater scooter. A little diving required pinching my nose to equalize, but after that, it was just a matter of turning the throttle on and off. The divers adjusted the direction and distance from the surface as needed, making it easy to operate. Being close to the surface and having the divers nearby made it reassuring to enjoy the underwater experience. We had a net with pieces of bread attached to the front of the scooter, which attracted the fish. I had done experience diving and snorkeling before, but this was the first time I was surrounded by fish so closely that my view was almost blocked. The diver signaled for us to look down, and when I did, I saw a large sea turtle leisurely resting on the seabed. After finishing with the scooter, we soon boarded a rubber boat and moved to a shallow point closer to the open sea. I thought it was better described as shallow rather than a sandbar. When I asked the guide, they said it was around the time between high and low tide, so the water was about knee-deep. The sand was beautiful, and the water above it sparkled, making just walking around enjoyable. It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding, and it was more challenging to balance while standing than I had expected. The two hours flew by. The pleasant breeze, clear water, many beautiful fish, and the sparkling sand in the shallow area created an extraordinary experience that still comes to mind when I close my eyes.

妻と中学生の子供たちと参加しました。まず、水がとても澄んでいて感動。スノーケルポイントに向かうボートから、水面に近づく熱帯魚たちの色がよく見えました。ポイントに着くと、最初に水中スクーターを体験。少し潜ったところで鼻をつまんでの耳抜きが必要でしたが、あとはアクセルのオンオフだけで、ダイバーの方々が進む方向や水面からの距離も都度調整してくれ簡単に操作できました。水面から近く、ダイバーの方が側にいてくれるので安心して水中を楽しめました。パンの切れ端の入ったネットをスクーターの前につけていて、魚達がそこを目指して集まってきます。体験ダイビングやスノーケルをやったことはありましたが、これほど、至近距離で、視界がふさがるくらい魚たちに囲まれたのは初めてでした。ダイバーの方が下を見てと合図してくれ、下を見ると大きなウミガメが海底にのんびり沈んでいました。スクーターを終え、しばらくすると、ボートからゴムボートに乗り込み、沖に近い遠浅のポイントに移動。サンドバーというより遠浅といったほうがいいかと思いました。ガイドさんに聞くと満潮と干潮の間くらいとのことで、水は膝くらいありました。砂がきれいで、その上の水がきらきらしていて歩いているだけで楽しかったです。スタンドアップパドルは初めてで、思っていた以上に立ってバランスをとるのが難しかったです。あっという間の２時間でした。心地いい風、透き通った水、たくさんのきれいな魚達、遠浅で見たきらきら輝く砂。目をつぶると今でも浮かぶ非日常体験でした。

This time I challenged myself to 150 meters!! The wind was weak on the ground, but there was quite a bit of wind at 150 meters up, and it was scary holding the camera while desperately gripping the safety belt (laughs). Also, I was surprisingly prone to motion sickness, so I recommend taking some anti-nausea medication before participating!

今回150mに挑戦しました！！
地上は風が弱かったのですが、150m上空はそれなりに風があってカメラ片手に乗っているのが怖いくらいで必死にベルトにつかまってました(笑)
あと意外に酔い易いので、酔い止めを飲んでからの参加がおススメです！

I participated with my children, who are in the fourth and third grades. My child wanted to try horseback riding, and after researching, this was the only option available for an 8-year-old. Besides our family, there was only one other family, and they listened to various requests. However, although it was advertised as a 90-minute horseback riding session, it actually lasted only 60 minutes. I thought we would have a bit more time for North Shore sightseeing, but there was hardly any time left. Our guide, Nakama, was very polite and taught us a lot, but it felt a bit different from what I had expected. However, the horseback riding was great.

小４と小３の子供と３人で参加しました。子供が乗馬をやりたいと言い、調べたところ８歳の子供でもできるのはこれしかなかったので。うちの家族以外はもう１家族のみで、いろいろ要望を聞いてくださいました。ただ、乗馬は９０分とあったのに実際は６０分。ノースショア観光ももう少しできるのかと思っていましたが、ほとんど時間がありませんでした。ガイドのナカマさんは、いろいろ教えてくださってていねいでしたが、ちょっと思っていたことと違う感じでした。でも乗馬はよかったです。

It was after a once-in-a-decade hurricane hit Hawaii, so I was worried about the strong winds and whether my 8-year-old could participate. However, the weather was great on the day of the event, and we were able to enjoy the wonderful scenery. My child was thrilled and said, "It was the best!" For $30, we got a lot of photos, which were given to us on an SD card right there. Since I can't take photos like that myself, it was a bit pricey, but I'm glad I asked for it.

１０年に１度のハリケーンがハワイにやってきた後だったので、風が強いかな～８歳の子ども、参加できるかな～と不安でしたが、当日は天気も良く、すばらしい景色を楽しむことができました。子どもも、「最高だった～！」と大喜びでした。３０ドルで写真をたくさん撮ってもらえて、その場でＳＤカードでもらえました。自分じゃ撮れないので、ちょっと高いけど、お願いして良かったです。

On our last day in Hawaii, my girlfriend and I dressed up and boarded a boat, but it felt like a children's summer camp from the movie The Addams Family, with an overly cheerful muscle crew interacting with families and elderly couples in a typically American, broad manner. The food was terrible, mostly fried items that would have been better left unserved. It might be fine for families with children under 13 or elderly couples, but I can't recommend it for couples. My girlfriend felt seasick and became moody, stopping talking altogether. Everyone seemed to be happily enjoying the sea turtles popping up, but I wondered if it was really that fun. This tour, which only goes a short distance from Waikiki Beach, reminded me a lot of the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea ride I took at Disney World in Florida long ago. We boarded a submarine-like attraction that was full with just 15 people, dove only 2 meters, and saw a mechanical octopus that was broken and wouldn't move, with dads exclaiming "Waoooo!!" to their kids. It brought back that atmosphere.

I feel bad for my girlfriend...

ハワイ最後の日の思い出にと彼女とオシャレして船に乗り込んだものの、映画アダムスファミリーの子供向け夏合宿のごとく、やたら陽気一辺倒のマッスルクルーがマッスルスマイルで家族連れから老夫婦迄、アメリカ特有の大雑把なくくりで終始対応していた。食事は最悪で出さない方がまだましな揚げ物系ばかり。家族連れの13歳未満のお子様、老夫婦には丁度いいが、カップルにはお勧め出来ない。私の彼女は船酔いもあって気分悪く不機嫌になって喋らなくなってしまった。海カメが顔だしているのを皆まんぞくげに喜んでいたが、そんなに楽しいのだろうか？ワイキキビーチからわずかに遠くに行くだけの本ツアーは、昔フロリダのディズニーワールドで乗った海底2万マイルとよく似ている。15人も入ったら満員の潜水艦型アトラクションシップに乗込み、わずか2メートル潜水して、機械仕掛のしかも壊れて動かないタコがでてきて、お父さんが子供にWaoooo!!というやつ。あの雰囲気を思い出す。

彼女には悪いことしてしまった。。

Although I arrived early at the location with a rental car, there was a road closure due to an accident just 1 kilometer away, and I couldn't make it on time for my reservation. I was unsure when the closure would be lifted, and in my frustration, I called the phone number listed on the voucher. I explained the situation, but due to my poor English, they initially thought I was lost. Eventually, I conveyed that it was a road closure, but they told me they couldn't help since I wasn't speaking to the reservation department, which made me realize the drawbacks of online booking. I had no choice but to turn back for a while, and when I returned later, the road was open. I went to the location and explained the situation, and after consulting with the intermediary company over the phone, they agreed to let me join the next session. (By the way, I was told that cancellations were not possible.)

The horseback riding was with two Japanese families and an Australian family. The instructions were given in very fast English, but it seemed manageable even for elementary school children. They provided helmets, so there was no need for riding hats, but since the path went through narrow trees, long pants are essential. I wore a short-sleeved shirt, but since branches might scratch you, I recommend wearing long sleeves if you're concerned.

Despite the accident, the local staff (two women) were kind, and riding along the beach was a wonderful experience. However, the restroom situation is poor, so I recommend using the facilities before you go.

レンタカーで現地に早めに行ったものの、あと１キロのところで事故による道路の封鎖があり、予約の時間に行けませんでした。封鎖がいつ解かれるかもわからず、困ってバウチャー記載の電話番号に電話し、事情を話しても（英語が拙かったせいで最初は道に迷ったと思われてしまいましたが、最終的には道路の封鎖だと伝わりました）予約担当じゃないからわからないと言われてしまい、ネット予約のデメリットを痛感しました。仕方なくいったん引き返して時間を置いて戻ったところ、道が通れるようになっていたので、現地に行き、事情を話したら、電話で仲介会社（？）と相談の上、次の回に入れてくれることになりました。（ちなみにキャンセルはできないと言われました。）
乗馬は日本人家族２組とオーストラリア人の家族と一緒でした。説明はとっても早口の英語でしたが、小学生くらいのお子さんでも大丈夫な感じでした。ヘルメットを貸してくれるので、乗馬用の帽子は必要ありませんでしたが、狭い木々の間の道を通るので、長いズボンは必須です。私は半祖袖を着ていましたが、枝で切ってしまうかもしれないので、心配な方は長袖の着用をおすすめします。
アクシデントはありましたが、現地のスタッフ（女性２名）は親切でしたし、ビーチ沿いを馬に乗って歩くのは素晴らしい体験でした。
なお、トイレ事情は悪いので、済ませてから行かれることをおすすめします。

Was everything that we expected and much more. Good food, great entertainment and a lot of fun. My husband and I went on this fabulous cruise not only for dinner and entertainment but for the beautiful sunset that occurs off the shores of Oahu. Would highly recommend this for everyone...couples, families, and singles!

I participated because it had been my dream since childhood to swim with wild dolphins. I had to wear a life jacket the whole time, which was a bit disappointing compared to what I imagined a dolphin swim would be like, but I was moved when I heard the dolphins' voices and when they swam right underneath me. There were also many turtles that I could see up close, which was great. One downside was that the tour guide was a bit too talkative, which bothered me and made me feel uncomfortable during my time in Hawaii. There’s room for improvement, ◯-san... Also, it might be a bit tough for those who can't swim. The malasadas from Leonard's were delicious!

野生のイルカと泳ぐのが子どもの時からの夢だったので参加しました。ライフジャケットをずっと着用してなければいけないため、ドルフィンスイムを想像していくと少々期待はずれですがイルカの声が聞こえたりすぐ真下を通ったときは感動しました。カメもたくさんいて間近で見られ、とても良かったです。ひとつ残念だったのはツアーガイド?の方が、いつも一言多くていちいち勘に触ったので、ハワイに来て嫌な気分になりました。◯ーさん、改善の余地ありです…あと泳げない人は若干ツラいツアーかも。レナーズのマラサダおいしかった！

It was an awesome experience for my children and myself....to see the turtles was incredible and I would not hesitate to recommend to other families:)

Since it was my child's first time in Hawaii, we booked a Dolphin Encounter as something special. We planned to go by rental car, so there weren't many options without transportation included, and we made the reservation here.

Our session was at 3:15 PM, but my child started shivering from the cold halfway through. The cooler time of day was not suitable for kids. The Japanese staff explained everything kindly, but once it started, the staff only spoke English, and since the main focus was on taking photos, we couldn't move (we had to take photos at the exit), which was sad because my child was just shivering the whole time.

The photos are expensive, but we bought one as a keepsake of my child kissing a dolphin. Next time, when my child is older, I would like to try the Dolphin Swim. The dolphins were cute but quite firm!

子供は初めてのハワイだったので、何か特別にとドルフィンエンカウンターを予約しました。
レンタカーで行く予定のため、送迎なしプランがあまりなく、こちらで予約しました。
15:15からの回でしたが、途中から子供が寒さで震えだしました。涼しくなる時間帯には子供は不向きでした。日本人スタッフが丁寧に説明してくれましたが、始まってしまうと英語のみのスタッフで、写真撮影がメインな為他の人の邪魔になるから(出口で撮影)うごけず、ずっと震えていて可哀想な事をしました。
写真は高いですが記念にイルカとkissしている物を購入しました。
次はもっと大きくなったら、ドルフィンスイムの方に挑戦してみたいです。
イルカは可愛くて硬かったですよ。

I thought the first boat would have a better encounter rate, but it was full, so we took the second boat. We departed the port after eating malasadas.

It took quite a while to reach the point where the dolphins were, but since it was summer vacation, there were seven children under 12 on board. Thanks to that, we were able to try three times and see dolphins each time, which was great. To be honest, it felt more like watching the dolphins swim underwater rather than swimming with them.

I wore a long-sleeved rash guard, so I didn't rent a wetsuit, but after getting out of the water and heading to the next point, it was a bit chilly.

There was a place to store luggage under the seats on the boat, but in some spots, people got soaked from the waves.

After that, we moved to a snorkeling point where we could see turtles and tried canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. The stand-up paddleboarding felt more like paddling calmly on the sea like a canoe rather than riding the waves, and it seemed difficult to stand on the board.

On the way back, we had cheeseburgers. Along the way, we were also served warm tea, snacks, and juice.

Since we tried three times, there was no time to change, so everyone got on the bus in their swimsuits to return to the hotel. The air conditioning on the bus was very strong, and it was cold. Usually, it seems that people change in a spacious restroom.

Some experiences mention a strict guide, but we had a Japanese male guide who was very good.

第１便の方が遭遇率が良いのかと思いましたが、満員で第２便の出発となりました。
マラサダを食べてから港を出発。

イルカのいるポイントまで随分かかりましたが、この日夏休みと言うこともあり12歳以下の子供が７人もいると言う話でしたが、おかげで３回もチャレンジして頂き３回ともイルカを見ることが出来て良かったです。
正直一緒に泳ぐと言うかは水中でイルカが泳いでいるのを見ると言った感じでした。

私は長袖のラッシュガードを着用して行ったのでウェットスーツはレンタルしませんでしたが、海から上がりまた次のポイントまで船を走らせると少し肌寒かったです。

手荷物は船の座席の下にしまう場所がありましたが場所によっては波がかかりずぶ濡れになってる人もいました。

その後カメに会えるシュノーケルポイントに移動しカヌーやスタンダップ・パドルボードに挑戦。
スタンダップパドルは波に乗ると言うよりカヌーの様に穏やかな海の上を漕ぐだけでしたがボードに立つのが難しい様でした。

そして帰りながらチーズバーガーを頂きました。途中温かいお茶やスナック菓子やジュースも出ました。

今回は３回もチャレンジしたので時間が無く着替える時間も無かったので、皆水着のままバスに乗りホテルに帰りました。
バスの中はクーラーがガンガンに効いてて寒かったです。
普段は広めのトイレで着替えるようです。

体験談の中には厳しい口調のガイドだった事も書かれていますが、私達は日本人男性のガイドさんでとても良かったです。

Both my child and I had a great time. As expected, the certificate was also a nice surprise for the kids. The underwater map was very good as well.

親子ともとても楽しめました、やはり、子どもにとっては認定証もうれしかったようです。
海底地図もとてもよかったです。
