I had a great time with my grandson, my eldest son and his wife.

First, we enjoyed a beach volleyball game at a sandbar with a water depth of about 20 cm. It was a multinational game, and the skill level wasn't too high. After that, we practiced snorkeling. It was my first time snorkeling, but I had almost no problems. The only issue was when I tried to breathe while swimming freestyle out of habit, and water came in, making me cough. However, since we practiced in shallow water, I was fine after that.

On our way to the coral reef, we encountered several sea turtles. From the boat, they looked like clumps of seagrass floating in the water, but they were all sea turtles. Occasionally, they would come up for air, and my grandkids were thrilled.

We then arrived at our final destination, the coral reef, which was about 50 meters in diameter. We put on life jackets and fins and enjoyed snorkeling. There were plenty of colorful fish around the coral, and we had a great time exploring the reef. I heard that if you're lucky, you can swim with sea turtles, but unfortunately, we couldn't this time. However, we did get to see sea turtles resting on the reef.

Those who were confident swimmers were diving around the boat, and I thought that was a fun way to enjoy it too. My 4-year-old grandson was initially scared and wouldn't swim away from the boat, but when I held his hands and swam together, he had a lot of fun. His impression was, "I saw red and white fish from the surface."

There were also foreign people on the boat, and I became quite friendly with those who enjoyed beach volleyball with us.

We made wonderful family memories.

孫と長男夫妻、妻と一緒に楽しみました。
まず、水深20CM程度のサンドバーで、多国籍のそれほどレベルの高くないビーチバレーを楽み、その後、シュノーケルの練習をしました。シュノーケルは初めてでしたが、問題はほとんどなし。問題があるとすると、クロールで泳いだ時、習慣で息継ぎをしようとしたら、水が入ってきてゲボゲボ。でも、浅いところで練習できたので、それ以降はもう大丈夫でした。
そこから、珊瑚礁に行く途中で複数のウミガメに遭遇。船の上から見ると、海草の束がいくつも浮かんでいるように見えたのですが、それらがみんなウミガメ。時々、顔を上げてのサービスもしてくれ、孫たちは大喜びでした。
そして、最終目的地の珊瑚礁に到着。そこは直径50mほどの珊瑚礁で、ライフジャケットとフィンを付けてシュノーケリング楽しみました。サンゴの周りは色とりどりの魚が一杯で、楽しみながら珊瑚礁を一廻りしました。機会に恵まれると、ウミガメと一緒に泳ぐこともできるそうですが、今回は残念ながら一緒に泳ぐことはできませんでした。しかし、珊瑚礁で休んでいるウミガメにはちゃんと出会えました。
泳ぎに自信のある人は、船の周りで潜っていましたが、そんな楽しみ方も良いと思います。
4歳の孫は最初は怖くて船から泳ぎに出られなかったのですが、両手をとって一緒に泳ぐと結構はしゃいでいました。孫の感想は「水面から赤と白の魚が見えたよ」でした。
船の中では外国の人たちとも一緒で、一緒にビーチバレーを楽しんだ人とは、結構仲良くなりました。
家族の良い思い出が残りました。

Since I have been let go by Spider Man because he moved on in life recently, I have now been contracted by Iron Man to be his editor and newspaper publisher. Iron Man had told me that while he is in Oahu, he wants to do something fun and exciting. So I did my research and found hawaiiactivities.com - Veltra. They had great reviews of Hawaiian Parasail and they are the highest ranked for customer reviews! Veltra has a 9:00am early bird special that is reasonably priced, so that is what we booked for. As we checked into Hawaiian Parasail, the reservation agents Loke and Keri were very welcoming with an ample amount of Aloha. They got us checked in and ready to board as we met Captain Jayme and crew member Jason. As we were sailing out to sea, there was quite a bit of nervousness from everyone on the boat. It was everyone's first time, and there was 1 woman who went by herself and she could not swim. So Iron Man voluntarily flew tandem with her, and I stayed on boat as an observer so Iron Man could save her lonesome day. As Iron Man started to get ready to go up, Jason and I were getting all the photos in as we could. Since I am only an editor, my pictures were not of great quality compared to Jason's. It was a smooth ride the whole time for them until they were returning back to the boat. The female started trembling with fear as they started to get dipped in the ocean. Her body twisted as she almost did a 360, until Iron Man caught the line to prevent her from doing so. As we got back to the hut, Keri and Loke displayed their images of Iron Man's event. He saved the day again and he had an amazing time. All in thanks to Hawaiian Parasail & Veltra!

Totally exceed my expectation, fantastic! Good for take pictures and great for snorkel.

I participated in January. There were many tour participants, so the snorkeling time was short, and my satisfaction level was low. I think my satisfaction would have been higher if there had been a bit more snorkeling time.

1月に参加しました。ツアー参加者が多かったのでシュノーケリングの時間が短く、満足度が低いです。もう少しシュノーケリングの時間があれば満足度が高くなったと思います。

The zip line tour was a fantastic adventure! This tour is perfect for beginners because you can sit in your harness and enjoy the canopy views. Each platform is at ground level, there are seven cables with varied lengths and two rope bridges.

The dance show lets you experience the Hawaiian vibe! The food is delicious too. However, there aren't many Japanese people there, so there is no support in Japanese.

Very entertaining and nice experience. The food was a little disappointing, could have been better for the price.

I always wanted to visit Sea Life Park! It felt like I was really in Hawaii, and I participated with excitement. The dolphins were so cute, and it was very healing for my heart. To get to Sea Life Park, you would need to use a trolley if you don't have a rental car, which could be time-restricted, so I signed up for this tour. I'm glad I was able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace.

一度は行きたかったシーライフパーク！ハワイに来たという感じで、ワクワクしながら参加しました。イルカがとても可愛くて、心が癒されました。シーライフパークに行くにはレンタカーがなければトロリー利用になり、時間の制約ありそうなので、このツァーに申込みました。ゆっくり楽しめてよかったです。

The staff at Hans Hedeman surf school in Waikiki Went above and beyond to make sure my family had an enjoyable safe experience.
C.J. Was waiting for us in our hotel lobby with a big smile and welcoming personality.
Everyone from classroom to water were friendly and knowledgeable. I had the upmost confidence that my kids were in safe hands at all times.
The instructors did a great job and all three of my kids were able to get up and stay on their boards immediately.
Thanks to the Hans Hedeman school, my family had a great experience with memories they can keep for years ( and video to prove it !)

Speaking of Hawaii, I thought of surfing and decided to try surfing for the first time.

I couldn't ride the waves at all, but I was really excited and had a great time.

If you have energy, you can do anything!!

ハワイといえばサーフィンと思い、
初めてサーフィンにチャレンジしてきました。

全然、波に乗ることはできなかったのですが、テンションはすごく上がって楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

元気があれば何でも出来ます！！

For those visiting the North Shore for the first time, I think this tour, "Introduction to the North Shore by a Local Japanese Guide," is perfect. It made me want to explore the North Shore on my own in the future, perhaps by renting a car. The tree and Dole Plantation tours are geared towards children, but I believe they are great for first-time visitors.

The guide was wonderful and resourceful, taking us to two delicious garlic shrimp spots for lunch. Since the morning assembly went smoothly and we had some extra time, we stopped by a coffee shop favored by Noritake Kinashi, even though it wasn't on the tour route. Because it was a time when the waves were high and we couldn't see any turtles at the beach, the guide arranged for shopping at a shop popular with North Shore surfers and a restroom break.

We selected hiking. I heard that the hike to Waimea Valley (waterfall) takes about 20 minutes along the main road, but since we had time, we took a detour on a side path and rested in the shade on a bench along the way, enjoying a leisurely walk until it was time to be picked up.

With that, the tour concluded, and we returned to Waikiki without any traffic, feeling pleasantly tired. We were dropped off at our desired location, making for a fulfilling day even after the tour. Thank you very much!

ノースショアが初めての方には、「現地日本人ガイドによるはじめてのノースショア紹介ツアー」としてぴったりのツアーだと思います。将来レンタカーなどで自力でノースショアへ行こうと思いたくなるツアーでした。この木なんの木観光とドール農園観光は、子供さん向けではありますが、初めて訪れるには良いかと思います。
ガイドさんが素晴らしく機転の利く方で、ノースショアで美味しいガーリックシュリンプ店2か所を廻ってお昼ご飯を調達してくれたり、朝の集合がスムーズで少し時間に余裕ができたためツアーコースではないが木梨ノリタケさんお気に入りのコーヒーshopに寄ってくれたり、波が高い時期だったためビーチにカメが不在で見学する時間が取れなかった分、ノースショアサーファー御用達のショップでのお買い物＆トイレ休憩時間を作ってくれました。

私たちはハイキングをセレクトしました。ワイメアバレー（滝）まではメインロードのハイキングで片道20分くらいと聞いていたのですが、時間もあったので小道を入って遠回りをしてみたり、途中のベンチの日陰で休憩したりと、お迎えの時間までゆっくり歩きました。

これでツアー行程は終了となり、軽い疲労感でウトウトしながら渋滞もなくワイキキまで戻ってきて、希望の場所でドロップダウンしていただき、ツアーの後も充実した一日となりました。
本当にありがとうございました。

I had such a great time last time that this time I participated with my parents and my sister's family. While we were in the sea, the staff took care of my 2-year-old child, allowing us to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. My parents also said they had a great time.

前回がとても楽しかったので、今回は父母と妹家族と一緒に参加しました。海に入っている時は、スタッフの方に２歳の子どもを預かっていただき、思いっきり楽しめました。父母も楽しかったと言っていました。

It was a great experience. I would like to do it again. great staff on board very well organised , and the show was amazing, good to see that great atmosphere. Thank you so much to give us that great night we will remember my 50th birthday.

Initially, I had a rather casual expectation, but from the very beginning, I was able to experience a lot of surprises and excitement, and I am very satisfied.

We went with this trip after looking at more expensive ones. Glad we chose this company as they were super helpful with snorkeling safety and tips but were also fun and laid back. We saw turtles as well as all sorts of fish and a whale. Great afternoon , just wish we'd stayed out longer.

We participated as a family of four.
The height is 90 meters!!
I was a bit worried that my younger son, who is 8 years old, would say he was scared, but he smiled the whole time (^ - ^)
He was satisfied.
There were two other groups, but it felt like the higher we went, the longer the time lasted.

Especially, there was no big shaking of the boat, and we could easily enjoy marine sports♪

下の息子が８歳。怖いと言うのでは…と少し不安でしたが、終始笑顔(^-^)
満足していました。
他に２組いましたが、高さが高いほど、時間が長いように感じました。

特に船も大きな揺れもなく、手軽にマリンスポーツを楽しむことができます♪

Since it was close to a new moon, unfortunately, the sandbar had quite a bit of water depth, up to about my knees. I wasn't planning to snorkel, so I intended to keep my upper body dry, but the water depth at the entry point to the sandbar was about chest-high for me at 158 cm. My grandmother, who is shorter, seemed to have a bit of a hard time.

Lunch was wonderfully delicious. Also, the water in the sea was clear, and we were able to see turtles.

新月に近かったのでサンドバーは残念ながら水深がけっこうありました。膝くらいまで。私はシュノーケルするつもりがなかったので、上半身は濡れないつもりでいましたがサンドバーに入るポイントの水深は158cmの私で胸元までつかるぐらいありました。身長の低い祖母は少し大変そうでした。
昼食は素晴らしく美味しかったです。また、海の水もきれいでした。亀も見ることができました。

This time, we participated with four people, including my 8-year-old daughter, and we were more satisfied than we expected. Initially, we planned to request another company, but there were no openings, so we signed up here because there was availability. In the end, we were glad we chose this option, and my daughter was thrilled!! We are going to Hawaii again this summer, so we plan to sign up with my parents next time. We're looking forward to it!!

今回８歳の娘を入れて４名で参加しましたが、予想以上の満足でした。
初めは他社で依頼予定でしたが空きがなく、日時があったからという理由での申し込みでした。
結果こっちでよかったねと娘も大喜び！！
今年の夏もハワイへ行きますので、今度は両親も一緒に申し込みをする予定でいます。
次回も楽しみです！！

Anyway, the staff were warm. They were all bright, kind, and gentle people. The lunch was also delicious.

とにかく、スタッフさんたちがあったかい。
明るく親切で優しい方ばかりでした。
ランチも美味しかったです。

Coastal horseback riding plan
On the way to the horseback riding location, we got to see the Dole Pineapple Plantation and some interesting trees, and we enjoyed garlic shrimp for lunch, which was a lot of fun.
The guide provided a wealth of information that was very impressive.
For the horseback riding, they selected a horse that suited each person, and the guide interpreted how to operate it, making it easy to understand.
As it was my first time riding, I was a bit scared at first, but we moved very slowly, so I gradually got used to it, and by the second half, I was able to take photos with my camera using one hand.
On the way back, we also enjoyed coconut juice, making it a very fulfilling plan that I highly recommend.
The only disappointment was that we couldn't see any sea turtles on the coast.

乗馬はその人に合った馬を選んでくれて操作の仕方もガイドさんが通訳して
くれたので良く分かりました。
初めての乗馬で最初怖いですがとてもゆっくり進むのでだんだん
慣れ後半は片手でカメラで写真も撮れました
帰りもココナッツジュースを飲めたりとても充実したプランで
おすすめです。
ただ海岸でウミガメが見れなかったことだけが残念でした。

I was worried because I had small children with me, but they took safety into consideration, and we were able to enjoy it without any issues. I think it was a great experience to fly high in the sky.

小さな子供も居て心配でしたが、安全には気を使ってくれており、無事にできました。空高く飛べるいい経験になったと思います。

December is indeed cold. I think it's a good idea to research various factors like the season and tide to see landscapes like the one in the sandbar photo. The snorkeling after the sandbar was incredibly beautiful. I've been to many places in Southeast Asia, but the snorkeling spots here are really great. Luckily, I encountered a sea turtle swimming right below me twice. However, it can be really cold in December if the weather is bad. There were also some participants in the tour who didn't go into the water.

12月はやはり寒いです。
またサンドバーの写真のような風景を見るためには季節や、潮位など色々調べた方がいいと思います。
サンドバー後のシュノーケルは、すごくキレイでした。今まで東南アジア等たくさん行ってきましたが、ここのシュノーケルポイントはすごくいいです。
運よくウミガメも私のすぐ下を泳いでいて2回も遭遇しました。
でも12月で天気が悪いと本当に寒いです。
ツアー参加の方のなかで海に入ってない方もいました。

I highly recommend it! They provided life jackets for children and were very considerate of families with kids. Although it was only half a day, I was extremely satisfied. They also took great photos. As the trip was nearing its end and I was getting tired of the meals, playing in the sea felt refreshing, and the ham and cheese sandwich served on the boat tasted surprisingly delicious.

オススメです！
子供用のライフジャケットも用意してあり、子連れにもちゃんと配慮してくださり、半日でしたが、大満足です。写真もちゃんと撮ってくださいました。
旅行も終盤で、食事にあきていましたが、海であそんで気持ちよく、船上で出された、ハムとチーズだけのサンドイッチがかなり美味しく感じました。

The driver was very friendly and very informative. Would do this again and will highly recommend this tour to friends and any one else who is thinking. About snorkling .

I participated with my 10-year-old daughter. We were blessed with good weather and were able to see whales. It seemed a bit high and scary for my daughter, but it turned out to be a valuable experience for her. Since we didn't have anyone else with us, there was no one to take our picture when we were up, so it might be nice to have someone join us on the boat. There is a paid photographer who can take pictures, which is sufficient for those who prefer that, just for reference.

10歳の娘と二人で参加しました。天気にも恵まれてクジラも見ることができました。
娘には少々高く怖かったようですが、貴重な体験にはなったようです。
他に連れが一緒にいなく上がっている時に写真を撮ってくれる人がいなかったので、ボートに一緒に乗ってくれる人がいるといいかもしれないです。有料でカメラマンが撮ってくれるのでそれで充分な人はいいと思いますが、参考までに。

It's nice experience especially for those who haven't tried diving. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Just you need to know that you don't have any control on the scooter. You have to set and enjoy!

I participated at my husband's request. Everyone else was from Europe or America, but the staff spoke some broken Japanese, and there were Japanese notes for instructions, so it was fine.

We started flying about 10 minutes out on the boat. It felt amazing, and we even saw a whale by chance (we could see its tail). However, my husband got seasick and ended up throwing up a little in the sea. (^_^;)

The boat didn't move much in the open water, and it often stopped riding the waves, so it was quite rocky. Other tours might have similar experiences, but I strongly recommend motion sickness medication for those who are prone to it. (By the way, those who are fine with it shouldn't have any problems. My husband was the only one out of ten participants who got sick.)

The flight time isn't very long, but you can see beautiful scenery and the horizon, and it gives you an indescribable sense of freedom. I couldn't take photos myself, but you can buy the ones taken by the staff with their DSLR camera. They seem to burn a lot of photos and videos directly onto a DVD for you. (I think it was around $30 or $40?)

There were also some strong individuals using waterproof cameras and selfie sticks. There was nothing particularly scary, and I thought that if it was like this, I would be happy to do it again and again.

主人の意向で参加。
私たち以外は全員欧米人だったのですが、スタッフさんは片言の日本語と、注意書きの日本語メモもあったので大丈夫でした。
船で沖に10分位進んだところで飛行スタート。
すごく気持ちよかったし、偶然クジラも見ることができました。（尾ひれも見えました）
ただ、主人が船に酔ってしまい、軽く海に吐いてしまいました。(^_^;)
沖では船はあまり進まず、波に乗って停止することも多いので揺れるんですね。。。
ほかの船に乗って行くツアーも一緒なのでしょうが、日ごろ酔いやすい方は酔い止めを強く勧めます。（ちなみに平気な方はまったく問題がないはずです。酔っていたのは、参加者10人中、うちの主人だけでした）
飛行時間はそんなに長くないですが、きれいな景色と水平線が見えますし、なんとも言えない開放感を感じることができます。
写真は自分では撮れなかったので、スタッフさんの一眼レフで撮ってくれたものを買う事ができます。たくさんの写真と映像をそのままDVDに焼いてくれるようです。（30ドルだか40ドルだかだったかな？）
防水対応のカメラで、自撮り棒を駆使している強者もいましたよ。
特に怖いこともなく、こんな感じなら私は何度でもやって良いなと思いました。

The scenery was beautiful, and I was able to go snorkeling, plus the lunch was freshly made and delicious! However, the bus ride was extremely cold, and since we left early in the morning, I just wanted to sleep... I couldn't rest on the bus because the guide kept speaking in English, and when I dozed off during the boat ride, I was woken up. The return bus was also unusually cold (even though my body was wet), and I couldn't stand it, so I got off partway. I'm not sure if I would want to participate again...

景色はよくて、シュノーケリングもできたし、昼ごはんもできたてでおいしかったです！
ただ、移動のバスがすんごく寒かったのと、朝早くに出発なのでせめて寝てたいのに。。。バスでも英語でガイドずーっとされて眠れず、ボートで移動している間うとうとしてたら起こされ、帰りのバスも（体が濡れてるのに）異常に寒くて、たえきれなくて途中下車しました。
ちょっとまた参加したいとは思えないかも・・・

Due to scheduling conflicts, I joined the tour that started at 1 PM, knowing it might be difficult.

There were no other Japanese people, just cheerful Americans, which added to the exotic atmosphere.

I requested a pickup from Waikiki, and although the pickup vehicle was slightly late, I felt reassured when I called and was kindly assisted by a Japanese staff member.

Once we arrived at the North Shore, we had about 30 minutes of free time, enough to grab a meal from the shrimp wagon. I was told I could eat, but since I had heard the boat would be rocky, I only took motion sickness medication.

The cruising was incredibly pleasant, and I thought I might not need the motion sickness medication, but once we were in the cage, it rocked so much that even while holding on, my legs hit the cage and I ended up with bruises, making me feel a bit nauseous.

It was tough because I was so focused on searching for sharks that I ended up colliding with the cage.

There were tiger sharks, but I was told that there weren't many today as they had escaped; I only saw two, but I was glad they were there.

When we returned, the public restroom introduced by the staff was closed, and the staff left on bicycles or cars, leaving me anxious as the pickup vehicle hadn't arrived.

As everyone mentions in their reviews, it was really cold after coming out of the water; I was wearing a thin down jacket from Uniqlo and still felt a bit chilly.

In winter, if you're lucky, you might see whales.

For repeat visitors, I recommend trying it at least once. Be sure to prepare for motion sickness and the cold, and I suggest going as early as possible.

日程の関係で無理を承知で午後１時からのツアーでした。

日本人は他に一人もいなく、陽気なアメリカンばかりで異国情緒を味わいました。

ツアーはワイキキからの送迎付きをお願いし、やや集合時間にﾋﾟｯｸｱｯﾌﾟの車は遅れてきましたが、電話をすると日本人のスタッフが丁寧な応対で安心しました。

ノースショアに着いてから30分程時間があり、シュリンプワゴン等で食事が出来るほどでした。実際食べてきていいよ!!と言われましたが…船が揺れると聞いていたので酔い止めをのんだだけでした。

クルージングは最高に気持ち良く酔い止めを飲むほどではないかもと途中思いましたが、ケージに入ってからが揺れて揺れてつかまっていても脚などケージに打ち付けてしまいアザだらけになるほどで少し気持ちも悪くなりそうでした。

サメを夢中になって探しているとケージに激突してしまうので大変でした。

タイガーシャークがいて今日はサメが逃げてしまいあまりいないとのこと、二匹しか見えませんでしたがまあいてくれて良かったです。

戻って来たときにはスタッフに紹介されたパブリックのトイレはしまっているし、スタッフは自転車や車で先に帰ってしまうし、送迎車は来ないし不安になりました。

皆さんがクチコミで言うように、海から出た後は本当に寒く、私はユニクロの薄いダウンを羽織ってもやや寒いくらいでした。

冬場は運が良いとクジラも見えるそうです。

リピーターの方１度は行ってみてください。
酔い止めと寒さ対策、そしてなるべく早い時間をおすすめします。

There is a shuttle service to the hotel. The cheerful driver, Yano-san (who also takes turns as the captain), explains the city in clear and friendly English throughout the ride. When I asked if parasailing was difficult, he assured me that it was neither difficult nor dangerous, and that the parasailing company is very steady with no accidents reported. The two captains on the boat today were also veterans (he mentioned he is a veteran too), so there was no need to worry.

In fact, I was able to wear my glasses while parasailing, and it was mostly calm and stable with hardly any swaying. I felt reassured that even children could enjoy it at a reasonable height without any concerns. As we approached nearly 100 meters, the rope got a bit longer, and I started to feel a slight sway, but they began to lower us down just then. We landed smoothly, being gently guided back to the original spot by the rope. Just before landing, they playfully let our feet touch the water. They took plenty of photos (for $30, and they made sure to show me the images). At noon, it just happened to be my family of three, but there were about ten people on the previous course (including two young Japanese couples), and there were about ten more after us (no Japanese, but a lively group of three girls waiting who were very excited and even had head cameras ready).

While waiting for the return car, a cheerful and lively girl at the reception offered us juice and snacks, and during the ride back, she gave us very cold juice with ice. The boat ride was pleasant as it cut through the wind. I didn't need any motion sickness medication at all. I felt inclined to give a tip naturally! (I gave $30).

ホテルまで送迎あり。日系人(沖縄系)のとっても陽気なドライバー/ヤノサン（船長も交代でしているとのこと）が、乗っている間中わかりやすい英語でフランクに街中の説明をしてくれる。パラセールは難しいかと聞くと、まったく難しくもなく危険でもない、パラセール社はとてもステディな会社で無事故と言っていた。また今日の船の船長二人もベテランで（自分もベテランだけど）心配ないと。
実際、パラセイルは眼鏡もしたままで大丈夫だったし、ほとんど揺れもなく静かで安定していた。これなら子供でもそこそこの高さなら全然心配ないと納得した。100ｍ近くなるとちょっとロープも長くなり、揺れもわずかに出てきて気になりだした時には下がり始めた。ちゃんと元の場所にロープに惹かれて着地する。途中着艦直前に御愛嬌で足を軽く水面に触れさせてくれる。写真もたくさん撮ってくれた（30ドル、画像確認もちゃんとしてくれた）。12時はたまたま私たち家族3人だけだったが、前のコースは10人ほどいたし（若い日本人カップル2人も）、後にも10人くらいいた（日本人はなし、待っていた元気な女の子3人組もヘッドカメラまで準備してとても楽しみにしていた）。帰りの車を待っているときは、受付のこれも陽気で快活な女の子がジュースやお菓子を出してくれ、帰りの車中でも氷ですごく冷えたジュースをくれた。
船も風を切り気持ちよかった。まったく酔い止めも必要なかった。チップも自然と弾みたくなる！（私は30ドル）
