Great time and great guides. Enjoyed every minute.

We were thrilled to see sea turtles swimming close by, which made the children very happy. The sandbar was incredibly beautiful and left us in awe. The surrounding mountains and the sea were stunning!

It's said that snorkeling is optional, but we decided to give it a try. However, since there were a lot of people, I think the water clarity is better in Okinawa.

It was a great experience for the kids! The staff were very welcoming, and we had a wonderful time on the boat!

Since my child turned 10, we decided to try the underwater scooter that we couldn't do last year! We read plenty of experiences beforehand, and we were prepared with motion sickness medication and cold weather gear! Although there were no Japanese-speaking staff, the person who welcomed us and took photos was very polite. The other staff members were also attentive, and honestly, it was the best experience I've had among various tours.

Before boarding the boat, we received instructions on how to use the scooter and signed some documents. We were supposed to watch a video, but it seemed to be skipped due to a late-arriving group. The boat could hold about 25 people and did not have a restroom.

Once we arrived at the spot, we quickly spotted sea turtles swimming around!

We experienced the underwater scooter in pairs, then groups of three, and finally four. Since there were three of us, we were in the middle group. We were told we could snorkel freely while waiting, but we decided to wait on the boat until after our turn with the underwater scooter.

The boat rocked quite a bit. It would have been tough without taking motion sickness medication (laughs).

For the underwater scooter, we started with two scooters, going one by one, creating a time gap. When it was our turn, we had three scooters, and I went down first, followed by my child and then my husband. When my child came up, they took a photo of the two of them, and after my husband joined, they took photos and videos of the three of us. After I came up first, they also took pictures of my child and husband. They even used my handheld camera to take some shots!

Underwater, it was as beautiful as I imagined. The round helmet created a strange view, but various fish gathered around the food, allowing us to enjoy watching them up close, while sea turtles swam above us in a mystical world. The 20 minutes flew by. Snorkeling was also fun, as we spotted sea turtles!

When getting on and off the scooter, you have to dive into the sea, so your face gets wet! Also, the staff gives instructions on how to operate the scooter, so it's manageable even for children.

After everyone finished, we returned to the building where we received the initial briefing to check the photos and videos by group. If we liked them, we could proceed to purchase. We could choose either just photos or a set of photos and videos, with prices varying by the number of people. We got the set for $60. Later, a URL was sent to my email for downloading. They advised downloading on a computer since the data size was large.

On the way back, we were exhausted and fell into a deep sleep (laughs).

Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time! It was enjoyable, but the waiting times were a bit tough, so I’m giving it one star less.

子供が10歳になったので去年出来なかった水中スクーターに挑戦！
事前に体験談をしっかり読み、酔い止めヨシ！寒さ対策ヨシ！
日本語を話せるスタッフはいませんでしたが、お迎え＋写真撮影のお兄さんは、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。他のスタッフさんもキチンと対応してくれ、今まで色々なツアーに参加しましたが、正直、一番感じが良かったです。

船に乗る前にスクーターの乗り方の説明と書類に署名をしました。
ホントはビデオも見るようですが、遅れてきたグループがいたため省略したようです。
船はトイレなしの25人くらい乗れる船でした。
ポイントに到着すると、早くも海亀さんを発見！2、3匹泳いでました。

水中スクーターは2人組→3人組→4人組の順で体験しました。
うちは3人でしたので、真ん中くらい。
待ち時間は、自由にシュノーケルをしていいよ！と言われましたが、水中スクーターをやってからにしようと船で待つことにしました。

船はかなり揺れます。酔い止めを飲んでなかったらヤバかったかも（笑）。

水中スクーターは最初は2台で､1台ずつ潜っていくので時差ができ､上がって来たら次の人…という感じでした。
うちの順番のときに3台になり、私、子供、旦那の順に潜りました。
子供が潜って来たときに、ふたりの写真を撮ってくれ､旦那が合流して3人の写真や動画を撮り、先に私が上がった後、子供と旦那の写真も撮ってくれました。
あと、手持ちのカメラでも撮ってくれました！
水中は、想像通り綺麗でした。被るやつが丸いので不思議な見え方になりますが、
餌に色々なお魚が集まって来て、目の前でお魚を鑑賞し、頭上を海亀さんが泳いでいる神秘的な世界です。あっという間の20分間でした。
シュノーケルも海亀さんを見かけたり、楽しかったです。

水中スクーターは乗るときと降りるときに海に潜って頭を出し入れするので、顔が濡れます！あと、スクーターの操作は、スタッフさんが指示してくれるので子供でも大丈夫です。

全員終了後、最初に説明を受けた建物に戻り、写真と動画をグループごとに確認して、気に入ったら購入手続きへ｡写真のみか写真と動画のどちらか選べ、人数によって値段が異なりました。うちは、写真と動画のセットで＄60でした。
後日メールアドレスにURLが送られてきて、ダウンロードするやり方です。
データが大きいのでパソコンでダウンロードしてくれ！と言われました。

帰りの車では疲れて爆睡（笑）。

楽しかったのですが、待ち時間の波がきつかったので星マイナス１で。

That was an awesome adventure! My brother and I had a blast we just wish the ride was at least ten minutes longer. Besides that the crew was very professional but also new how to have a good time. We would definitely do it again. Although for future customers you should add some time for the price! Thanks.

I flew with my husband and our 17-year-old daughter. I was eager to take pictures, but the boat was quite rocky, which made it challenging. The view from above was amazing, and there was no fear at all; it felt absolutely wonderful.

夫と17歳娘で飛びました。私は写メを撮ろうと張り切っていましたが船の揺れがけっこうあり苦戦しました。
上からの景色は最高で思ってたこわさなど全然なく最高に気持ちよかったそうです。

We applied as a couple with our 17-year-old daughter, but I ended up with a back injury at the location, so my husband and daughter participated without me. My daughter was very satisfied and said it was the most fun she had during our six-day stay in Oahu. Until two days prior, it showed no cancellation fee, but since we couldn't print the updated voucher on-site, I felt it was a waste not to cancel. If we have the chance next time, I would like to experience other courses at Kualoa Ranch together.

夫婦と17歳娘で申込みしましたが現地でギックリ腰になり夫と娘二人での参加になりました。
娘は大満足で、6日間のオアフ島滞在で一番楽しかったそうです。
二日前までキャンセル料なしと表示でしたが、変更後のバウチャー印刷が現地でできないのでキャンセル連絡せずもったいなく思いました。
今度機会があればクアロア牧場の他のコースも一緒に体験したいです。

The pickup was on time, and we enjoyed parasailing. We also had family photos taken, but after arriving at the port, we had to wait for a while. When I asked, I was told that the photo data was on the camera that was on the next boat, so they couldn't give it to us right away. They asked us to come back to the port, but we had other plans, so we couldn't go. It was really disappointing since we wanted those photos. Everything else was great.

ピックアップも時間通りにしてもらいパラセイルも楽しめました。家族での写真も撮ってもらっていただけに港に着いてから暫く待たされ、聞いてみると写真のデータはカメラを次の便に乗せたのですぐには渡せないとの事。
また港に来てくれと言われましたが予定もあったので行けませんでした。せっかく欲しかったデータだけにその辺りがすごく残念でした。あとは良かったです。

Hawaii parasailing at a height of 90m. Almost took off into the sky without much explanation. But it felt great! I enjoyed the scenery and the wind from above, and my wife, who went up next, said she was able to see turtles from the sky.

The departure featured Motley Crue. The sailing was smooth and thrilling until we returned to port. The scenery was also fantastic. I highly recommend it!

出港からBGNはモトリークルー。セイリング、帰港までスムーズで、スリリングでした。景色も最高。おすすめですよ

It was as good as I expected. The waves and wind were calm on the day, but there were a few people who got seasick, so motion sickness medication is a must. For lunch, it was not BBQ but a cheese bar. (The bread had taro in it.)

予想していたぐらいの良さです。当日は波も風も穏やかでしたが、船で寄っている人が何人かいたので、酔い止めは必需品です。お昼はＢＢＱではなくチーズバーがです。（パンはタロイモが入っていた）

We had fun, including the kids. It was also good that it was close to the hotel. The boat sways quite a bit, so caution is needed.

We participated as a family of four. We drove from Waikiki and met at the location. Once we got on the highway, the directions were easy to follow, and we arrived without any issues. Besides us, there were no other Asian guests, and all the instructions were in English, but the staff were all kind and communicated well with gestures, so it was fine. The zip line was incredibly exhilarating! The initial fear quickly turned into enjoyment after the first ride. My fifth-grade son even let go with both hands at times. Climbing the ropes along the way was tough for someone as weak as me, but a handsome staff member helped me, which was great. On the way back, we stopped by Haleiwa and had burgers before heading home. We really enjoyed our time in Hawaii.

家族4人で参加。ワイキキからレンタカーで現地集合しました。ハイウェイにのってしまえば、道もわかりやすくなんなくつけました。私たち以外はアジア人客がおらず、説明もぜんぶ英語のみでしたが、スタッフの方もみんな優しく身振り手振りで教えてくれるので大丈夫。ジップラインは超きもちいい！怖い気持ちは一回すれば慣れて、楽しさに変わります。小5の息子は手放ししたりしてました。途中のロープを登るのは、非力な私には辛かったですが、イケメンお兄さんが助けてくれるので、それもまたよしです。帰りは、ハレイワを回ってバーガー食べて帰りました。ハワイを満喫できました。

We had a great time snorkeling and seeing all of the sea life! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We gathered and departed before 6 AM, and the early start was a bit tough. Shortly after setting sail, we spotted a pod of dolphins and began snorkeling. Due to the busy season, there were many participants, and I was the last to enter the water, so I couldn't see any dolphins. Those who went in first were able to see dolphins swimming right in front of them. It seems that to see the moving dolphins, you really need to go early.

After that, we moved to see turtles, as there are rocky areas where they reside. As expected, since they live among the rocks, we were able to see three turtles swimming slowly around the area. One of them came up right in front of me, probably for air, which was surprising. It was within reach. This was great and I think it became a wonderful memory.

朝の６時前に集合して出発、早いのが少し辛い。
出港早々、イルカの群れを発見しシュノーケル開始。
繁忙期の為、参加者が多く、私は最後に海に入るもイルカは見られず。先頭で入った方々は目の前を泳ぐイルカを見れたとの事。やはり移動して行くイルカを見るには早めに行かないと厳しいみたい。
その後はカメを見に移動、こちらはカメが住み着いている岩場があるという事。流石に岩場に住み着いているという事なので、カメが３頭ゆっくりと岩の周りが泳いでいるのが見れました。
その内の１頭が息継ぎの為か目の前まで上がって来てビックリ。もう手の届く距離でした。
これは良いけど想い出になったと思います。

I was torn between another seaside horseback riding experience with VELTRA. The deciding factor was the duration. I thought it would feel long at two hours, but it went by in no time.

At times, they cheered us on with familiar English phrases like "enjoy!?" so I didn't understand most of the guide's explanations, but that made me feel the essence of Hawaii, so I was satisfied!

It was my first time horseback riding, but the well-behaved horses took care of me, and whenever one got a bit mischievous and I had trouble handling it, the staff quickly came over to show me how to handle the reins, so I was totally fine.

I rented a car and first stopped to eat the famous malasadas at Leonard's. From there, I set the Polo Club in the car navigation, but it didn't work well. In the end, I relied on Google Maps. I'm glad I rented a Wi-Fi device.

At first, I reacted too quickly to the word "POLO" and ended up going in the wrong direction. I didn't read "NEXT GATE."

I regrouped and headed to the NEXT GATE, looking for the red building based on the photos from the experience. It turned out to be peppermint green!

However, I arrived too early—two hours ahead of time…

I parked the car, but there was nowhere nearby to kill time. The beach was close, but it was too hot to stay there!

I took refuge in a nearby shopping center. It's a good idea to search for places where you can park and use the restroom in advance.

VELTRAのもう一つの海辺の乗馬と迷いました。
決め手は所要時間。
2時間長くかなって思ったけど、あっという間でした。

時折、enjoy⁉️などおなじみの英語で盛り上げてくれたので、ガイドの説明はほとんど、わからなかったけど、それはそれでハワイを感じたので、満足！

乗馬は初めてだったけど、基本お利口なお馬さんが連れてってくれるし、途中やんちゃさんで扱いに困るとすぐ、スタッフが駆けつけて手綱のやり方の見本を横で見せてくれるから、全然大丈夫でした。

レンタカーを借り、まずは腹ごしらえで、有名なマラサダを食べにレ○ーズへ。
そこから、ポロクラブにカーナビをセット→
うまく作動せずTT
結局Google mapにお世話に。
wifi借りててよかったー。^_^

車を置いて、周りに時間を潰せるところがない。
ビーチ近いけど暑くていられない！

近くのショッピングセンターへ避難。
車がおけて、トイレ済ませられるところを事前に検索しておくといいですよ。

When I went to the reception, I was informed that the previous customer hadn't left yet, so the start time was pushed back by about 30 minutes.

The staff seemed to have limited Japanese skills, but they were familiar with Japanese customers, so it wasn't a problem at all.

Parasailing offered beautiful views of the sky and sea, and Diamond Head was stunning; it was an amazing experience. There is a risk of falling into the sea, and I regret not bringing an action camera.

Since the previous group and some people from the same group got sick, I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness bring some medication.

One thing I found a bit concerning was that while I think you specify the height in advance, it wasn't confirmed on-site, and I'm not sure if adjustments were made regarding the height with the previous group. They wrap a ring around your wrist at the reception, so perhaps the boat staff adjusts it based on that.

Overall, I am very satisfied!

受付に行くと、前のお客さんがまだ帰っていないとのことで30分程度時間が繰り下がっての開始でした。

スタッフさんは日本語あまりできないみたいでしたが、日本人慣れされているので全然問題なかったです。

パラセイリングは空と海が綺麗で、ダイヤモンドヘッドが美しく、最高の体験でした。
海に落とすリスクはありますが、アクションカメラを持って行けばよかったと後悔しています。

前のグループの人&同じグループの人がもどしてしまっていたので、酔いやすい人は酔い止めを持って行くことをおすすめします。

少し気になったのは、事前に高さを指定して申し込むと思いますが、現場で確認はされませんでしたし、前のグループとの高さの調整もしているかは不明でした。
受付で手首にリングを巻かれるので、それによって船のスタッフさんが調整してくれているのかもしれませんが。。

しかし、全体的にとても満足です！

I had a great time!
I experienced the 150m jump, and it was very pleasant and fun.
I couldn't communicate in Japanese, but that wasn't a problem.
All the staff were cheerful, and I had no worries at all.
I participated in the 8 o'clock session, and it was about 80% Japanese and 20% foreigners. When we came down, everyone waiting was a foreigner. It's more fun if you go in with high energy since you can enjoy it with the people on board.
While waiting, they send out quite a few boats for the people flying, so motion sickness medication is a must.
After flying, I gave a $10 tip per person.
On the way back, I gave the driver an additional $10 for the group.
I want to participate again!

とても楽しかったです！
150mで体験しましたが、とても気持ちよく、楽しかったです。
日本語は通じませんが、問題ありません。
スタッフの人皆さん愉快で、不安もなにもありませんでした。
8時のに参加しましたが、日本人8割外人2割というところ。降りてきた時に待っていた人たちは全て外人でした。乗ってる人たちで楽しめるのでテンションは高めに行った方が楽しいです。
待ってる間は飛んでる人たちのために結構ボートを飛ばしたりするので、酔い止めは必須です。
飛んだ後はチップは1人で10ドル渡しました。
帰りにドライバーさんに別で1グループ10ドル渡しました。
また参加したいです！

My 6-year-old daughter was super excited until it actually started, but from the moment she jumped with the harness on until it was taken off, she cried the whole time. My husband and I were having fun and smiling the entire time, so the contrast in the photos we took is quite something... If we ever go to Hawaii again, I want to challenge myself to the next level at 120 meters.

実際にはじまるまでノリノリだった6歳の娘はハーネスをつけて飛んだ瞬間からハーネスを外すまでずーっと泣いていました。
私と主人は楽しくてずーっと笑顔だったので、撮ってもらった写真の対照的なことといったら…
またハワイに行く事があったらもうワンランク上の120メートルにチャレンジしたいなと思っています。

My daughter and I were first timers at parasailing. We were a little nervous, but from the time we got in the van to be taken to the boat, our nerves were calmed immediately by the driver. Once we got to the boat, the crew was amazing and were funny and put our minds at ease. We loved it so much and want to do it again!

I was able to interact directly with dolphins, and it was truly healing for my heart! It felt like the dolphins helped me treat my daily stress and worries. (o^^o)

We participated as a group of six across three generations. Initially, I thought my grandparents would wait at the hotel since they wouldn't be doing parasailing, but they were able to join us on the boat as companions. They ended up enjoying the cruising experience more than expected and said it was really nice.

The four of us rode in different combinations: first with the two kids and my mother, and then with the two kids and my father. The children got to experience it twice without any additional fees, which felt like a little bonus.

We had 96 photos taken, and the SD card cost $30. I tried to take pictures while parasailing myself, but it was hard to get good shots from a distance, so I was glad to have those taken for us.

It was a lot of fun, but I did struggle with how much to tip at the end, so I think it would be better if that was included from the start.

親子3世代6人で参加しました。
祖父母はパラセイリングはしないのでホテルで待っていてもらおうと思っていましたが、付き添いで船だけでも乗れるのいうので一緒に参加しました。でも思いがけずクルージング気分が楽しめてとてもよかったと言っていました。
私達4人は最初は子供二人と母、2回目は子供二人と父という組み合わせで乗り、子供たちは2回も体験しましたが、追加料金がかかることもなくちょっと得した気分でした。
写真は96枚も撮っていただき、ＳＤカードで30ドルでした。
パラセイリングをしているところの写真は自分で撮ろうとすると距離もあり、なかなかうまく撮れなかったので、撮っていただいてよかったです。
とっても楽しかったのですが、やはり最後にチップの金額でとても迷ったので、最初から組み込まれているといいと思いました。

My first experience with parasailing. Our family, along with two groups of American guests and a friend's family, boarded a small boat and headed offshore. My son was nervous at first seeing parasailing for the first time, but he came back with a big smile after actually doing it.
It's common to get dropped into the water when landing, so I recommend asking the staff for a "Dry Landing Please" to avoid getting wet.

I want to go again!

初体験のパラセイリング。アメリカ人のお客さん2組と私達家族と一緒に行っていた友人家族の4組で小型の船に乗り沖合へ。初めて見るパラセイリングに顔が固まっていた息子でしたが、実際やると笑顔で帰ってきました。
普通は降りる際ぽちゃん、と海に落とされるのがお約束のようで、「Dry Landing Please」と濡らさずに着地させてもらえるようスタッフにお願いすることをオススメします。

また行きたいな。

It has been number 1 on my bucket list to swim with sharks. I wasn't afraid and in fact first in the water. There were so many sharks and they were so passive and beautiful. I found that the bad reputation sharks had is totally misjudged. I can't wait to do it again. Best experience ever . Forget your fear and do this. Guys were amazing and learned a lot on the boat ride to the spot.

It seems that the tides vary by day, and on the day of my visit, the sandbar was not fully exposed. It's a pity. Initially, the shallow sea and sandbar offered an hour and a half of free time, but I ended up walking endlessly with nothing to do. The lunch hamburger was quite delicious. During the snorkeling in the afternoon, I unexpectedly encountered a sea turtle. I was lucky.

日によって満ち引きの違いがあるみたいで、当日はサンドバーが完璧に出てませんでした。
残念。
最初遠浅の海、サンドバーですが、に1時間半の自由時間、する事がなく延々歩きました。
ランチハンバーガーは、かなり美味しいです。
昼からのシュノーケリングで、偶然ウミガメに遭遇。
ラッキーでした。

At first, I thought the pickup time was too early, but since I arrived early, I was guided to a table with a view of the fireworks. The food was just okay. The fireworks started late, and I had to wait quite a bit, but the view was fantastic, and I was satisfied.

最初は、ピックアップ時間が早過ぎると思ってましたが、早く着いたため、花火が見える方のテーブルを案内してもらいました。
食べ物は、まぁ〜そんな感じかなって。
花火が上がる時間が遅く、かなり待ちましたが、最高の眺めで満足です。

We are a couple in our fifties. I'm not good with heights, but I participated at my husband's request. I was nervous when getting on the boat, but the efficient crew set everything up, and before I knew it, we were up in the sky. Since we were over the ocean, I didn't feel the height much, and it was refreshing; I kept shouting, "This feels great!" In the end, I enjoyed it more than my husband did.

50を軽く超えた夫婦です。私は高い所は苦手ですが主人の希望で参加しました。
船に乗る時はドキドキしていましたが、手際のいいクルーにセッティングされてあっと言う間に空の上へ。
海の上なので高さはさほど感じなくて気分爽快、ずっと「気持ちいいー！」と叫んでいました。結果、主人よりも楽しんでいました。

The sandbar had clear and beautiful water.
As expected, the sightseeing in Japan was enjoyable.
The pickup arrived on time.

サンドバーは水が澄んでいてとてもきれいでした。
やはり日本語の観光は楽でした。
時間通りに迎えも来ました。
