During my last trip to Hawaii, the weather was bad, and I couldn't participate in any activities. This time, I finally got to go on a dolphin tour! There was an announcement that dolphins were present, but we had a hard time getting in the water, which made me nervous. However, I was able to see many dolphins from the boat. Once we got in the water, I was able to see a pod of about ten dolphins! I'm very satisfied.

前回のハワイ渡航では、天気が悪くアクティビティに参加出来ませんでした。
今回、念願叶ってのイルカツアー！
イルカは居ますとのアナウンスでしたが、中々入水出来ず、ドキドキしましたが、船の上からはたくさん見ることができました。
入水してからも、10頭ほどの群れを見ることが出来ましたよ(^-^)満足です。

Out of the 11 participants, only three of us were Japanese. There was a woman at the reception who spoke Japanese, and she kindly explained how everything worked right from the start, so we didn't struggle to understand. The local staff members who joined our group, including the Japanese-speaking woman at the reception, were all full of hospitality, and we had a great time. We were able to experience the warm spirit of the North Shore, and the zipline through the rich forest while looking at the beautiful sea of the North Shore was an extraordinary experience that became a lifelong memory. I would love to participate again.

参加11名のうち、日本人は我々家族３人だけだった。受付に日本語のできる女性がいて、その人が一番最初に丁寧にやり方を説明してくれたので、やり方がわからなくて苦労することはなかった。受付の日本語のできる女性をはじめ、我々の組についた3人の現地スタッフは、皆さんおもてなしの精神があふれ、楽しく過ごせた。ノースショアの温かい心に触れることができ、ノースショアの美しい海を見ながら、豊かな森の中でのシップラインは非日常的な経験で、一生の思い出になった。また参加したい。

It was a nice dinner cruise. Entertainer was beautiful. Just wish we had air conditioning, it was hot.

The crew were sensational with everyone.. it really made the day.. captain found us lots of dolphins and the conditions were awesome.. highly recommended well worth the money.. great day

Wanted to ride on a beach and we were not disappointed. Angela was our guide and very enjoyable. My horse was a retired rodeo horse and my husband's was a retired polo horse.
The views were amazing. We rode along the ocean into a field and then back to the beach. Angela took our photos in the beach and spending that time with her and the horses was a dream come true.

I highly recommend taking Notth Shore Beach horseback riding tour. It is not safe for the horses to run in the sand sonif you want speed, it is not for you. But you will be sorry if a fast run on the beach deters you.

I decided to go parasailing on short notice. Although there was a change in the time I originally wanted, I was able to participate without any worries thanks to their quick response. The transportation was on time, and the driver was very kind, properly communicating the return time to my family who saw me off at the hotel. The photos were all very beautiful and captured the fun atmosphere perfectly. Thank you very much.

急遽、決めたパラセイリング。
第一希望の時間と変更が生じましたが迅速な対応で不安なく参加することが出来ました。
送迎も時間通りで、ドライバーの方もホテルで見送った家族に戻る時間をきちんと伝えてくれ、とても親切でした。
写真もとても綺麗で楽しい雰囲気が伝わるものばかりでした。ありがとうございました。

These guys are fantastic. Very customer centric and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to show us a good time and all with a great sense of humour. They had spotted a pod of dolphins off to the left of our journey out to the turtles and took a wee detour so we could experience the dolphins. It was amazing!! Loved the turtles experience - the only recommendation here would be that the option of being able to hire a gopro on board would have put the icing on the cake. We didn't have an underwater camera and would gladly have paid to hire one to capture the turtles and colourful fish down under.
The sail was fantastic and the flying fish was another added unexpected bonus.
What a job!

My wife and child participated. The interaction time with the dolphins was longer than I expected, and both of them were very satisfied. I would like to participate again!

It was a tour called "Surrounded by Nature," but it was disappointing to see the road and passing cars from the horseback riding course.

”大自然に囲まれながら”と言うツアーでしたが、乗馬コースから道路と走行中の車が見えるのが、残念でした。

Riding a four-wheeler through the magnificent nature while enjoying the scenery was very fun and moving. As a note, sunglasses, a mask, and clothes that can get dirty are essential. I wish there had been a bit more time to practice driving skills at the beginning.

雄大な自然の中を景色も楽しめて四輪バギーで颯爽と走るのはとても楽しくて、感動でしました。注意点としては、サングラス、マスク、汚れてもいい服が必須です。
もう少し最初に運転技術を練習する時間があればと思います。

I was looking forward to it, but unfortunately, the water level was higher due to the rain, and the visibility was a bit poor. Still, the sea was very beautiful, and the guide was interesting, and the staff were friendly, so I enjoyed it! If the weather had been good, it would have been truly amazing!

Also, I brought my 1-year-old and 3-year-old children, but I regretted not bringing small floaties for them. (It's dangerous if you don't hold them securely to prevent them from drifting away.) There were life jackets for kids, but they were too big for my 1-year-old, so I had to hold him, and my 3-year-old was cold, so we couldn't stay in the water for long. It was a bit challenging to hold both of them.

期待して行ったのですが、残念なことに雨が降った後のため水かさも増していたのと、透明度が少し悪かったです。ただ、それでもとてもキレイな海だったし、ガイドさんも面白くスタッフさんたちも感じが良かったので、楽しめました！
天気が良ければ本当に最高だったのに！
あと、1歳と3歳の子供を連れて行ったのですが、小さな子供用の浮き輪が無いため、持参していけば良かったと後悔してます。(流されないために、しっかり押さえておかないと危ないですが)
ライフジャケットも子供用はありましたが、1歳児には大きくつけられないので、抱っこしたままで、3歳も寒かったため、ずっと海に入って居られず、2人抱っこして居たので、少し大変でした。

It depends on the day, but the boat swayed quite a bit, so if you're prone to motion sickness, taking anti-nausea medication is a must! There were only two groups of Japanese participants, but it was helpful that they provided explanations in Japanese after the English ones. We were able to see a lot of dolphins from the boat, and they were adorable as they jumped and swam parallel to the boat. Surprisingly, we even saw whales despite the season! The water was clear, and we swam with many fish, losing track of time. The meals were served buffet-style, but the food didn't meet my expectations. On the way back, there isn't much time to change, so I think it's best to wear clothes that are easy to change into. Overall, I am satisfied!

日によるでしょうが船が結構揺れたため酔いやすい方は酔い止め必須です！
参加者で日本人は二組だけでしたが、英語の後に日本語でも説明してくれたので助かりました。
イルカは船の上からですがたくさん見られて満足！！ジャンプしたり船と平行して泳いだり可愛かったです。なんとこの日はこの時期にも関わらずクジラも見えました。
海も透き通っていてたくさんの魚と時間を忘れるほど泳ぎました。
食事はブッフェ形式でしたが食事に関しては期待するほどの物は出てきませんでした。
帰りは着替える間もないので、ササッと着替えられる服で行くのが良いと思います。
総合的に満足です！

On the day of the activity, it was sunny or cloudy, so I couldn't see the deep blue sea and sky from above, but I was able to enjoy a pleasant aerial stroll. It was my first time, and I challenged myself to 150 meters without feeling any fear.

I brought my smartphone, but I couldn't see the screen well due to the sunlight, so I entrusted the photo service I ordered for $30.

I was dropped into the sea, but unless you specifically request it, you only get wet up to your waist. You dry off quickly, so it's possible to stroll around the city right after.

I went without any valuables, but there was space under the chair to put my bag, and I felt completely at ease even with my wallet and camera inside.

The staff member was super handsome!

当日は晴れや曇りだったので、
上空から真っ青な海と空を見ることは出来ませんでしたが、
心地よく空中散歩ができました。
初めてでしたが150メートルに挑戦して、
恐怖感はなかったです。

スマホを持って行きましたが、日光で画面がよく見えなかったので、30ドルで写真サービスを頼んだものに託しました。

海に落として貰いましたが、特別お願いしない限りは、腰までしかぬれません。
すぐに乾くので、そのまま街を散策も可能です。

貴重品を持たずに行きましたが、
椅子の下にカバンを入れるスペースがあり、
財布やカメラを入れてても何の心配もない感じでした。

係のお兄さんが、超イケメンでした！

I chose the 2-hour horseback riding course, which takes you to movie filming locations! I was really moved by the vast land! I'm so glad I participated because I got to experience nature that you can't find in Japan. The horses were gentle and very cute. However, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't choose other activities with the 2-hour horseback riding course. But I wonder if the 1-hour ride doesn't go to the movie locations? Walking through that vast land on horseback was a precious experience. I'm glad I chose the 2-hour option!! I plan to participate again next year! ♫

広大な大地にとても感動しました！
日本では絶対に味わえない大自然に触れることができて本当に参加して良かったです。
お馬さんも優しくてとっても可愛いです。
ただ、乗馬２時間コースだと他のアクティビティを選択できなかったのでそれが少し残念でした。
ですが１時間の乗馬だと映画のロケ地までは行かないのかな？と思います。
あの広大な大地を乗馬で歩けたのは貴重な体験です。２時間選んで良かったです！！
来年もまた参加しようと思います♫

This time, I participated with a friend!! I was worried because the staff were English-speaking, but the boat crew communicated important safety information through gestures, so it was fine♡ Also, I didn't know how to put on the snorkel, and they helped me with that (laughs). Since both the car and the boat were swaying, I think taking motion sickness medication is a must!!!

今回友達と2人で参加しました！！英語スタッフとなっていたので不安だったのですが、ボートのお兄さんたちはしたら危ないことなどジェスチャーでとくに教えていただけたので大丈夫でした♡また、シュノーケルのつけかたもわからずつけていただけました（笑）車もボートも揺れたいたので、酔い止めは必須だとおもいます！！！

This time, my 76-year-old aunt also went parasailing with us. There were two other pairs of elderly American couples as well. From the high sky, we could see Waikiki and Diamond Head, and my aunt was very happy.

今回は７６歳の叔母さんも一緒にパラセイリングをしました。私たちのほかにもアメリカ人の高齢者夫婦が２組いました。高い空からワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドが見えて叔母も大変喜んできました。

A wonderful trip with great views and the sandbar is spectacular. The crew were great, and Jenner was especially great and super friendly and entertaining. Our captain was also friendly and took some great pictures of us on the boat. Highly recommended and will do again when in Honolulu.

We had a great time - parasail team were very good and helpful, and you felt safe, even 1000 ft out!! Great views of Waikiki. Pictures they took were great and worth the money. Highly recommended. Will be doing again when in Honolulu

I was able to see dolphins and sea turtles properly. The staff's enthusiasm was also wonderful. I'm glad I participated.

Due to the traffic from the parade, my name wasn't called at the meeting time, which made me a bit anxious. However, everything turned out fine. Since this is also a meeting point for various tours, I think the guides should be more mindful when calling names. The cruise guide was cheerful and had interesting stories. The hamburger was surprisingly delicious! There are also restrooms, so no worries there. We visited several spots where we could see sea turtles, and I was able to see them about twice, but it was just for a moment, so I had to really focus. The sea is beautiful and shallow. When moving from the boat to the sandbar, it gets a bit deep, but you can borrow life jackets, so there’s no need to worry, even for children. They also take you to deeper spots for snorkeling. On the way back, you'll be getting on the bus while still wet, so it's better to prepare a simple change of clothes or bring extra towels. I'm glad I participated.

パレードによる渋滞のためか、集合時間になってもなかなか名前が呼ばれず、ドキドキしました。が、大丈夫でした。ただ、各種ツアーの集合場所でもあるので、ガイドの方が名前を呼ぶのは意識された方がよいかと思います。クルーズガイドの方は明るく話が面白かったです。ハンバーガーもビックリおいしかった！トイレもあり、心配ありません。ウミガメが見えるスポットを複数回ってくれるので、2回ほど見ることができました、が一瞬だったりするので、目を凝らして見ました。海はきれいで遠浅です。船からサンドバーに移動する際、少し深いですが、ライフジャケットを借りられるので、子供でも心配ありませんでした。シュノーケリングに深い場所にも連れて行ってくれます。帰りは濡れたままバスに乗るので、簡単な着替えかタオル多めに用意した方がベターです。参加してよかったです。

I was already excited before it started, but as we boarded the boat and headed out to sea, the beautiful ocean and the feeling of speed made it feel like a light attraction, which really boosted my spirits! The Hawaiian guide spoke Japanese and was funny, so even though there were no other Japanese participants, it was no problem at all; in fact, we became quite friendly! When we finally went up into the air, I was captivated by the view of Waikiki and the beauty of nature from above. Even though it was the highest course, I wasn't scared at all! It was so much fun that I definitely want to do it again!

始まる前からドキドキしてましたが、船に乗って沖に向かうところから綺麗な海と、船のスピード感が軽いアトラクションの様で既にテンションアップ！！笑
ガイドのハワイアンも日本語が喋れるし、おもしろいし、他に参加者の日本人がいなくても全く問題なく、むしろ仲良くなりました！！
いざ空中へ上がる時も、上空からのワイキキの景色や自然の美しさに見とれてしまって、一番高いコースだったのですが全く怖くありませんでした！！
また是非やりたいと思うくらい最高に楽しかったです＼(^ω^)／

The view from the sky was amazing! It was pleasant while heading out to sea by boat, and I was able to enjoy the flying time for a long time. Since I was staying at the Hilton, the location was also close. I would like to participate again when I come to Hawaii!

船で沖まで向かうときも気持ちよくて、飛んでる時間も長く堪能できてよかったです。
ヒルトンに宿泊していたので、場所も近かったです。

I had to book a last minute zipline tour so I did it over the phone. The person who helped me was extremely friendly, informative, and efficient. She got my zipline booked and everything went smoothly as planned. I didn't read the voucher carefully but it also included photos, which I didn't know so I paid for it after my zipline experience. I emailed Veltra and they confirmed that the pics were included so I ended up getting a refund for the pics.

I highly recommend Veltra for any of your activitiy needs.

We used this for our honeymoon trip. After arriving at our destination by car, we switched to a boat and set off. It was a small boat that could only hold about 20 people, and it was fine at first when we were moving, but once we reached the open sea, the engine was turned off, and we had to get into the water two at a time on scooters. The waiting part was hell. We had to wait on a boat that was constantly rocking until it was our turn. Since it was a smaller boat, it really swayed. We forgot to take motion sickness medication, so we felt pretty nauseous. However, while we were on the scooters, we didn't feel the rocking, so it was super fun!! Lots of fish came close, and we even saw sea turtles! They took pictures with an underwater camera, which made for great memories. However, since we had to duck our heads underwater to get on the scooters, our faces and hair ended up completely soaked... I wish we could have taken some photos without getting wet. The boat ride was hell, but the underwater scooters were a blast! I definitely recommend that anyone using this service take precautions against seasickness.

新婚旅行で利用しました。
車で目的地に着いてから、船に乗り換えていざ出発。20人くらいしか乗れないボートのような船で、最初は走っているのでまだよかったんですが、沖に着くとエンジンを停めた状態で2人ずつスクーターに乗って海に入ります。待ってる側はここからが地獄。自分の番が来るまでひたすら波に揺れる船で待ち続けます。小さめな船なのでまあ揺れます。私たちは酔い止めを飲むのも忘れたので気持ち悪くてしょうがない。でもスクーターに乗ってる間は揺れないので、めっちゃ楽しかったです！！魚もたくさん寄ってきますし、海ガメも見れました！水中カメラで様子を撮影してくれるので、思い出に残る写真になりました。ただ、水中で頭をくぐらせてスクーターに乗るので、顔・髪はびしょ濡れ。。。できれば濡れてない写真を撮りたかったなぁとは思います。船は地獄でしたが、水中スクーターは楽しかったです！利用される方はぜひ船酔い対策をしていくことをおすすめします。

First, we boarded the bus that came to pick us up from the hotel, and it went around to pick up other participants' hotels as well, until the bus was just full (about 10 people) and we headed to Waikiki Beach. The two young, handsome staff members were completely English-only. Since half of the participants were from overseas (mainland America and Korea, perhaps), we boarded the boat in a bilingual atmosphere.

With upbeat music and the increasing speed, our excitement grew! The moments when we bounced on the waves were very thrilling, and it was already quite fun at that point. One man seemed to be suffering from seasickness. The boat moved along energetically, so I recommend motion sickness medication for those who are prone to it. (It felt like the vibe was targeting people in their 30s.)

Although it was English-only, we managed to communicate through gestures and by mimicking other participants, so there were no issues with putting on jackets or stowing bags under the seats. Each pair took turns jumping, and at the moment each pair jumped, everyone waved and welcomed them back with applause, creating a very friendly atmosphere!

They asked if it was okay to splash into the water, and if you answered "OK!", they would drop you into the water a couple of times at the end.

In the end, they casually took photos with us, and it felt like we had a great time playing with the cheerful staff!

まずホテルに迎えに来てくださるバスにのりこみ、
他の参加者の方々のホテルも次々回っていき、バスにちょうど満員(10名かな)のりこんでワイキキビーチへ。
若いイケメンスタッフのお兄さん２名は完全に英語オンリーです。
参加者も海外の方（アメリカ本土と韓国かな？）が半数だったので、バイリンガルな感じでボートにのりこみます。

テンション高めな音楽と、ぐんぐん上がるスピードに期待が高まりました！
海上で飛び跳ねるような瞬間はとてもスリリングで、もうその時点でかなり楽しい。笑
男性がひとり船酔いをしてしまったようでつらそうでした。
テンション高めな感じでぐいぐいボートは進むので、酔いやすい人は酔い止めをおすすめします。
（ノリ的にも30代くらいをターゲットにしてる印象でした）

英語オンリーですが、ジェスチャーと他の参加者の見よう見まねで
なんとなくジャケットを着たりカバンを椅子の下にしまったりと、コミュニケーションには問題なし。
ペアずつ飛んでいきますが、各ペアが飛ぶ瞬間はみんな手を振ってくれたり、帰ってきたら拍手で迎えてくれたりと、とても和やかでした！

「水面にボチャンしていい？」的なことを聞かれるので、ＯＫ！と答えれば、最後には水面に２・３回落としてくれます。

最後は気さくに写真を撮ってくれて、陽気なお兄ちゃんたちに遊んでもらったかんじで楽しかったです！

It was my first time parasailing, and I had a great time! Since we scheduled it for 5:00 PM, we were able to participate with just the two of us and really enjoyed the cruise.

I was able to see a lot of dolphins! The staff were all friendly and nice. I could see turtles while snorkeling, but not many fish.

Once the equipment was attached, without a moment to prepare myself mentally, I was soaring into the sky. The view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from above was incredible, and there were moments when the wind would catch us, leading to continuous cheers. It was a fun experience.

器具が装着されると、心の準備をする間もなく、するするすると大空に。上空からのワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドの眺めは最高で、時折、風にあおられるシーンも含め、歓声の連続、楽しい体験でした。

I chose this tour because it offers a newly revamped experience in Haleiwa with beach horseback riding. Our guide, Hiro, was very efficient, and we had the opportunity to shop in Haleiwa. The recommended garlic shrimp was incredibly delicious. During the horseback riding, there was an initial explanation in English, but Hiro was there to translate, which made me feel at ease. The seaside views were stunning, and I was thrilled to see turtles. On the way back, we avoided traffic while passing through Chinatown with a guided tour, making it a very fulfilling and packed experience.

新しくなったハレイワの散策と海辺の乗馬ができることからこちらのツアーを選びました。ガイドのヒロさんがとても効率良くまわって下さり、ハレイワではお買い物もでき何よりオススメのガーリックシュリンプがとても美味しかったです。また乗馬では最初に英語で説明されるのですが、ヒロさんが側について訳してくれ安心して乗れました。海辺の景色は素晴らしくカメも見れて大満足です。帰りは渋滞を回避しながらチャイナタウンをガイドしながら通ったりと盛りだくさんながらとても充実したツアーでした。
