I participated with my family of four, and although I had some concerns, I found that even with only English being spoken, a bit of Japanese was understood, and there was a laminated Japanese explanation sheet, so I didn't feel too inconvenienced. The driver for the pick-up was also funny, which made it enjoyable.

Now, onto the main topic: I challenged myself to the 150M. I thought my 7-year-old son might hesitate at the last minute, but he watched the other adult guests being attended to first and seemed to enjoy it, saying he wanted to ride again the next day. They adjust the flight arrangements based on the size of the children, which is great. In the latter half of the flight, you get about half your body submerged in the sea, but if you don't like that, you can go ahead first. However, since the belt gets wet, your swimsuit will also get wet. So let's give up on staying dry and enjoy it to the fullest. You ride the shuttle van to and from in your swimsuit, and it's fine even if you're wet. Just bring a towel instead of a change of clothes. Everyone in Hawaii is very kind to children, so you can feel at ease. The only downside was that the SD card we purchased for the photos was a bit disappointing.

親子4人で参加して少し不安もあったのですが、英語のみとなっていても片言の日本語が通じたり、ラミネートされた日本語説明書があったのでさほど不便は感じませんでした。送迎のドライバーの方も面白くて、楽しかったです。本題ですが150Ｍにチャレンジしました。7歳の息子は土壇場で嫌がるかと思いましたが、他の大人だけのお客様を先にアテンドしその様子を見ていたので楽しめたらしく、翌日も乗りたいと言っていた。子供の体の大きさを見てフライトアレンジをしてくれるので良いです。フライト後半海に体半分くらい浸かるのですが、それが嫌な方は先に行ってくれればＯＫ。ということでしたが、ベルトが濡れているため水着は濡れます。なので諦めて思いっきり楽しみましょう。行きも帰りも水着で送迎バンに乗ります。濡れていても大丈夫。着替えなんて特に持たずにタオルを持って行きましょう。皆さんハワイの方は子供にとてもやさしいです、安心してください。ただ撮影してくれた購入のＳＤは微妙でした。

I signed up because my 4-year-old daughter wanted to interact with dolphins. Since our session started at 11:45, we had nearly a 2-hour wait, so we wandered around the park. Unlike Japanese aquariums, the animals were kept in a way that was closer to their natural habitat. In the area where you can interact with small birds, you can feed them directly, and with over a hundred colorful birds, it's definitely Instagram-worthy.

Of course, interacting with the dolphins was fun, but we also really enjoyed the bird interaction (we ended up going to the bird zone twice). If you love birds, this is a must!

*Please be careful of bird droppings. Wet wipes are a must!*

4歳の娘がイルカと触れ合いたいという事で申し込みしました。11:45スタートの回だったので待ち時間が2時間近くあり、園内をフラフラ。日本の水族館と違って自然に近いかたちで飼育されていました。また、小鳥と触れ合えるゾーンでは鳥達に直接餌をあげれて、百羽以上？のカラフルな小鳥はインスタ映え間違いなしです。
イルカとの触れ合いはもちろん楽しかったですが、鳥との触れ合いも楽しかったです。(結局鳥ゾーンに2回行きました)
鳥好きは是非！

I participated with my 6-year-old child, but swimming with the dolphins was quite a challenge, so my spouse and I took turns. The activity slide looked fun, and it was great to see everyone enjoying it.

It was mid-December, and I heard it was cold even with a wetsuit, so I brought a winter rash guard just in case and wore diving shorts underneath, which kept me warm.

We were able to see about 10 dolphins up close! During snorkeling, we encountered about 3 dolphins, and I was very satisfied! I was also glad to see a sea turtle from the boat.

I think it can depend on the weather, but unlike other tours, it was great to have an eco-friendly and authentic experience. Thank you!

イルカと泳ぐのはハードル高くて、
夫婦で交換ずつ参加しました。
アクティビティの滑り台は、
楽しそうにやっており良かったです。

12月半ばでしたが、ウェットスーツでも寒いとの事で、
念のために持参した冬用ラッシュガードと、
ダイビング用の短パンをインナーにしたら、
寒くなかったです。


イルカさんは、群れで10頭くらいに間近で逢えました！
シュノーケリングの時も、3頭くらいに逢えて、
大満足でした！
ウミガメにも船の上から逢えてよかったです。

天候にも左右されると思いますが、
他のツアーさんと違って、エコで本格的なツアーでよかったです。

I was worried because my daughter tends to get motion sickness, but I spoke to an older woman in charge who gave me various pieces of advice and showed concern. My anxiety completely disappeared, and I was able to enjoy the experience without worrying about the motion at all.

We participated as a family. My wife and child had their first snorkeling experience two days prior on another tour and enjoyed it, so we decided on this tour through Veltra, which offers both sailing and snorkeling. I don't speak English, but I thought I could manage if I understood the experiences shared by others. I couldn't fully understand the English of the woman at the beach reception or the crew on board, but they were very kind and helpful. When we dove into the sea, we saw four sea turtles swimming gracefully, and we were able to see tropical fish up close, including striped ones and yellow ones. The sailing after coming out of the water was also pleasant, with good weather and wind. It was great that my wife and child had learned the basics of snorkeling on another tour, but if it's your first time and you're going in without any preparation, it might be tough. I think it's better to research and understand beforehand. This tour offers good value for money, and since it starts in Waikiki, there's no wasted time. I think I will participate again next time.

家族で参加。妻と子は２日前に別のツアーでシュノーケリングを初めて体験し楽しかったのでVeltraで捜しセーリングもシュノーケリングも両方楽しめるこのツアーに決めました。私は英語は出来ませんが他の方の書いた体験談を理解しておけば何とかなると思います。ビーチの受付の女性の英語も乗船してからのクルーの英語も100%聴き取れませんでしたが親切に対応してくれます。海に潜ると海亀が４匹悠々と泳ぎ、魚も縞模様のものや黄色のもの等熱帯魚も近くで見れました。海から上がって来てからのセーリングも天気も風も良く気持ち良かったです。妻と子はシュノーケリングの基本を別のツアーで習っていたので良かったのですが丸っきり初めてでブッツケ本番ですとキツイかもしれません、ネットなどで調べて理解してから参加した方が良いと思います。コスパも良いしワイキキ集合で時間の無駄も無いこのツアーは次も参加すると思います。

This time, my 5-year-old son and I participated in a 30-minute children's experience course, while my husband and our 7- and 9-year-old daughters joined a 1-hour horseback riding experience. Everyone unanimously agreed that it was wonderful and fun! My 7-year-old daughter was deeply moved, reflecting that in Japan, at my age, they wouldn't let her ride alone for an hour. The horses were truly smart, and my daughters handled the reins like pros. My husband mentioned that riding for a full hour through the hilly pastures and mountain paths would be a great, great, great satisfaction for beginners and children.

During my 30-minute ride, I was on a big horse, not a pony. My 5-year-old son was initially surprised but was thrilled to ride the same horse as the adults. Since he is only 5, a female staff member accompanied him to lead the horse. We went up and down a small hill as well. Although my daughters and husband couldn't ride, they were able to walk alongside us during the hour-long course. It was so enjoyable that the time flew by. One thing to keep in mind is that while there are supermarkets and convenience stores on the way, it's better to bring drinks with you in advance. The restrooms were relatively clean.

It takes about an hour to drive from Waikiki with a rental car. I also recommend having lunch at Giovanni’s in Kafuku, which is near the ranch, for their garlic shrimp!

今回、３０分の子供向け体験コースを５歳の息子と私で、7歳、９歳の娘達と主人が1時間の体験乗馬に参加させて頂きました。全員声をそろえて気持ち良かった～楽しかった〜！！でした。７歳の次女が、日本だったら私の歳で１人で１時間も乗してくれないよねぇとしみじみ感動して噛み締めていました。本当に賢い馬達で、娘たちの手綱さばきもいっちょ前さんに見えました。主人が言うには、上り下りもある牧草地や山道をじっくり1時間かけて乗馬するので初心者や子供達に大、大、大満足な1時間だと思うと言っていました。
私が参加した３０分は、ポニーではなく、大きなお馬さんでした。５歳の息子は最初驚きましたが、大人と同じ馬に乗れる事に大喜びしていました。5歳なので、女性の方が１人ついて、馬を引いてくれます。ちょっとした坂道の上り下りもいきます。また、乗馬はできませんが、１時間コースの娘たちや主人も一緒に歩いてついてこれました。楽しくて、あっという間の時間でした。気をつける事は、行くまでにスーパーやコンビニなどありますが、事前に飲み物は持っていった方が良いと思います。トイレも比較的綺麗でした。
ワイキキからレンターカーして１時間位です。牧場の近くのKafuku（カフク）のGiovanni’s（ジョバンニ）でガーリックシュリンプでランチもお勧めですよ

I wanted to swim with dolphins. It was my husband's long-time wish, so we joined this tour. We gathered at 5:30 in the morning, which marked the start of a cold day. Even though it was Hawaii, December was chilly. After arriving at the port, we set sail. We borrowed wetsuits and got into the water. The waves were high, and the sea was murky; occasionally, we could see the dolphins' fins, but not clearly. During that time, I ended up drinking water multiple times and was coughing (-_-;) I got back on the boat once to search for where the dolphins were and moved to a different spot. However, when I got in the water for the second time, I was shivering too much from the cold and had no choice but to give up. My husband went in. He encountered the dolphins and said he was able to swim with them a little, which made him happy, but I was still struggling with the cold and just wanted to go back. I had that feeling the whole time... I want to try again during a warmer season instead of winter.

イルカと一緒に泳ぎたい。主人の昔からの願いでしたので、このツアーに参加しました。朝、5:30に集合だったので、そこから寒い一日がスタートしました。ハワイとはいえ、12月は寒かった。港について、出港。ウェットスーツを借りて、水の中に入りました。波も高く、海も濁っていて、たまに、イルカの背びれが見え隠れしていましたが、はっきりとは見えず。その間に、何度も水を飲んでしまい、ゲホゲホ(-_-;)　一度船に上がり、イルカのいる場所を探し移動。そして、二度目の入水の時には、ガタガタと寒すぎて震えがきて、どうしようもなく、私は断念。主人は中に入りました。イルカ達がいるところに遭遇し、若干一緒に泳げたそうで、主人はよかったといっていましたが、私はその後も寒さとの葛藤で、早く帰りたい。そんな思いがずっとありまして、、、
冬ではなく、今度は暖かい時期にもう一度チャレンジしたいと思います。

I spent about 20,000 yen on a package that included an underwater scooter, stand-up paddleboarding, and snorkeling, but on the day of the activity, it was windy and cold, so I couldn't properly do stand-up paddleboarding. I waited for about an hour, shivering in a bikini in the freezing cold, before doing the underwater scooter. The underwater scooter was really great! Fish and sea turtles came close, and I was able to take some nice photos and videos. However, the photos and videos cost an additional 80 dollars.

Although it was advertised as including snorkeling, it seems that it was canceled because it was too cold. Considering I paid 25,000 yen for half a day, I was disappointed with the experience. I think it would have been different if it had been during the warm summer months. Anyway, it was so cold that I couldn't help but wonder if I really paid for this experience... What I want to say is that the price was high for what we got. (laughs)

水中スクーターとスタンドアップパドル、シュノーケリングのパックで約２万円だしたのですが、当日風が強いし寒いしでまともにスタンドアップパドルはできませんでした。極寒の中ビキニでガクガク震えながら1時間ほど迎えを待ち、水中スクーターをやりました。水中スクーターはとっても良かったです！魚もウミガメも寄ってきていい写真、動画を撮っていただきました。しかし、写真や動画は別料金で80ドル。
シュノーケリング付きと言っていたのにシュノーケリングは寒いと言っていたからか無くなりました。半日でチップ込みで25000円払ったと思うと内容は残念でした。
きっと夏の暖かい時期だったらまた違ったのかなと思います。とにかく寒く、こんな思いするためにお金払ったのかと思ってしまいました、、、何を言いたいのかと言うと、内容のわりに値段が高いと言うことです。(笑)

I was torn between choosing Kualoa Ranch or Keana Farms with transportation included, but I decided on this one. Since Keana Farms is not a large tour with mixed groups, there was hardly any wasted time waiting for others during transportation, allowing us to make the most of our time. The first zip line took a bit of courage, but once I got used to it, it was incredibly fun. It was a bit unfortunate that the wind was strong, but the scenery was beautiful, and it offered an experience that is hard to come by in Japan. Most of the staff and other guests were foreigners, so the conversations were in English, but there was one person at the reception who spoke Japanese and provided us with additional explanations just for us. They were very considerate, even checking in on us after we finished.

送迎付きでクアロア牧場かケアナファームかで迷いましたが、こちらを選びました。
ケアナファームは大型ツアーの混載ではないので、送迎の際に他の方を待つ無駄な時間が殆どなく、自分達の時間を有効に使えました。
ジップライン自体は最初の1本が少し勇気がいりましたが、慣れたら最高に楽しいです。
少し風が強かったのが残念ですが、景色も美しく日本ではなかなか経験出来ない体験ができます。
スタッフも他のお客さんもほぼ外国人なので、会話は英語ですが受付に一人日本語が出来る方がいて私達だけに別途説明もしてくれて、終わった後も声をかけてくれたりとても気を使って頂きました。

It was wonderful to be on the bay! I enjoyed swimming at the sandbar , beautiful views and the sea turtles. The aloha spirit was ever present. I love Oahu. Enjoy your tour!!

Before moving to Waianae Harbor, there was an explanation (in English and Japanese), and I signed a consent form on an iPad. There was enough time to take a nap during the transfer.

The reason I booked this tour was because it was described as "a healing tour to swim with wild dolphins in the sea!" However, in reality, diving was prohibited. It was more of a dolphin watching experience while snorkeling. The life jackets were the type that hang around the neck and were mandatory (you could deflate them). On December 13th, the water quality was poor and murky, possibly due to high waves. The dolphins were mostly deep down and only faintly visible (the staff would say, "Look down!!"). They didn't come close at all, and it ended quickly. After that, we moved to the snorkeling point where we could enjoy SUP, sea kayaking, and a slide. However, the snorkeling point we went to had nothing. There were no corals, no turtles, and only a few fish were spotted. I later heard that the captain decides which snorkeling points to go to, but this was just too disappointing.

For lunch, we had a pre-made cheeseburger with taro buns wrapped in foil. The buns were a bit sweet, so preferences may vary. There were also chips. Drinks included free water and lemonade on board (on December 13th, there was warm tea, possibly because it was cold). There were also restrooms available. If you're worried about seasickness, it's better to take something (three people vomited and were down). On the way back to the harbor, there was hula and ukulele performance, and the staff's effort to entertain was nice. Some people bought a USB with photos and videos during the ride, as there was a $5 discount, but it's important to think carefully about whether you'll see dolphins, whether you might get seasick, or whether the weather might prevent you from getting good photos before purchasing in advance. The eco bags were probably only for those who purchased the USB. I didn't receive anything. Honestly, I didn't feel that the service was worth the tour fee of $156.

I understand that it's wild and natural, but I was disappointed by the discrepancies between the description and the actual experience.

ワイアナエハーバーに移動するまでに説明(英語&日本語)があり、ipadで同意書？に記入します。移動には仮眠できるほどの時間があります。
今回こちらのツアーを予約したのは説明文にある＂海で野生のイルカと一緒に泳ぐ癒しのツアー！＂と記載されていたからです。実際は潜る潜水行為禁止。イルカウォッチングをシュノーケルしながらの形になります。ライフジャケットは首からさげるタイプで着用義務(エアーは抜くことができます)。12/13は波が高かったのもあるのか水質は悪く濁っていました。イルカはずっと下の方に居てうっすらと見える程度(スタッフが＂Look down!!＂と教えてくれます)。近くに寄って来てくれることもなく。あっという間に終了。その後シュノーケルポイントに移動しSUPやシーカヤック、滑り台などを楽しめます。しかし、行ったシュノーケルポイントはなんにもない所でした。珊瑚もなければ亀は居ない、魚は数匹みかけた程度。後から聞いた話ではいくつかあるシュノーケルポイントをキャプテンの判断で決めるそうですが、これが、あまりに酷すぎでした。その後お昼ご飯は事前に作られホイルで包まれたタロイモのバンズでできたチーズバーガー。バンズは少し甘めで好みがあると思います。おまけにチップス。飲み物は船内に自由に飲めるお水とレモネードがあります(12/13は寒かった為か暖かいお茶もありました)。トイレも完備されています。船酔いを心配されている方は飲んだ方がいいです(3名嘔吐してダウンしてました)。ハーバーまでの帰り道にフラやウクレレ演奏があり、スタッフの楽しませようとしてくれる雰囲気は良かったです。行きの車内で写真と動画のUSBを購入すると$5割引になる為購入している方がいましたが、イルカに会えるかもわからない、船酔いしてダウンするかもしれない、天気が悪く良い写真が撮れていないかもしれない事をよく考えた上で事前購入しましょう。エコバッグはおそらくUSB購入者だけです。何ももらえませんでした。正直私はツアー代金$156の見合ったサービスを受けられたとは思いませんでした。
野生と自然相手なので仕方ないですが、説明文と食い違う内容にはがっかりしました。

We went with two friends and were fortunate enough to be in a small group. Our guide Uncle was absolutely fantastic. The scenery and views were spectacular. Since being home we have told everyone and if they go to Oahu it's a must to go. If anyone is thinking of going......do it, it is so worth it, you will have a fantastic experience.

We boarded the Holokai Catamaran and quickly arrived at a point where we could see the beachside hotels of Waikiki. During the ride, we received explanations in English and were given life jackets. When I asked if wearing a life jacket was mandatory, I was told it wasn't required, but it was at our own risk. There was no worry about not seeing sea turtles, as they were coming up to the surface to breathe all around us. There was also a tour company nearby doing scuba diving. One slight disappointment was that there weren't many colorful tropical fish or coral at this point. However, there was plenty of time to enjoy snorkeling. After getting back on the boat, we were offered chips and chocolate (free), and drinks like guava juice and beer (for a fee) as we slowly began sailing. Since it was December, we went whale watching and saw a few in the distance. Given the price, the service was good, and I was satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend it!

ホロカイ・カタマラン号に乗り込み、しばらく走るのかと思いきや、ワイキキのビーチサイドホテルが目視できるポイントにすぐ到着。走っている最中に説明(英語)を受けライフジャケットを受け取ります。ライフジャケットの着用は義務か聞くと無しでもOKしかし、自己責任。ウミガメがあちこちで水面に呼吸しに来るので会えない見られないという心配はないと思います。すぐ側でスキューバダイビングをしているツアー会社も居ました。少し残念なのはカラフルな熱帯魚や珊瑚はあまりいないポイントでした。シュノーケリングを楽しむには十分な時間が設けられています。船にあがりチップスやチョコを頂き(無料)飲み物はグアバジュースやビール(有料)ゆっくりとセーリング開始。12月だったためホエールウォッチング。遠目に少しだけ見れました。お値段の割にサービスも良く、内容にも満足です。おススメです!!

I participated with my two daughters (in their 20s) and another family of two (foreigners), making a total of five people. All the staff at the ranch were women and spoke very little Japanese, but they provided clear guidance in English, which made us feel comfortable and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. We spent about an hour relaxing in the beautiful scenery of the coast and the grasslands. After horseback riding, they also gave us plenty of time to interact with the horses. The horses were beautiful, very friendly, and adorable. The staff talked about each horse's individual characteristics and personalities as if they were their own children, which made me, a huge horse lover, feel incredibly warm inside. I had a wonderful time at this ranch, creating great memories. However, one thing that concerned me was that the entrance to the ranch was somewhat difficult to find. I had read in previous reviews that the entrance gate should always be closed to prevent the horses from getting out, so when I closed it, the staff shouted in English for me not to close it, which surprised me a bit.

娘2人(20代)と私の3人、他に2人の親子連れ(外国人)と計５人での参加でした。
牧場の方は全て女性で日本語はほとんど話せませんでしたが、分かりやすく英語で案内してくれたので安心して楽しむことが出来ました。
海岸と草原の最高の景色の中で約1時間ゆったりとした時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
そして乗馬の後に馬たちとたくさん触れ合う時間を設けてくれました。馬たちはきれいで、そしてとても人馴れしていて可愛かったです。係の人は馬の個々の特徴や性格を我が子の様に話してくれて、馬の大好きな私はものすごく温かい気持ちになりました。この牧場でとても幸せな時間を過ごすことが出来てよい思い出になりました。
ただ、１つ気になったところは、牧場入口が若干分かりにくかったです。
以前体験された方の口コミに入口ゲートは馬が外へ出ないように必ず閉めて。とあったので閉めていたら、牧場の方に閉めないで！ と英語で叫ばれて少し驚いてしまいました。

My 6-year-old son was interested in deep-sea fish, so this submarine was the main attraction for our trip to Hawaii. It dives to about 300 meters below the sea. We were able to see many fish at various points, although it wasn't completely natural; it felt like there were artificial habitats created, which was part of research by the University of Hawaii.

Towards the end, we apparently encountered a whale, but we only caught a glimpse of its shadow from inside the submarine. The guide was quite excited and announced it, but since we were still underwater, it seemed to have passed above us. If we had been surfaced, we might have seen it.

I thought I didn't get motion sickness easily, but I ended up feeling quite nauseous on the return high-speed boat. The submarine doesn't have a restroom, but the high-speed boat does. I managed to avoid the worst-case scenario, but I recommend taking motion sickness medication for anyone who might be concerned. The guide mentioned that the waves were quite calm that day, so I think it would have been tough on a day with regular waves. Just for your reference.

6歳の息子が深海魚に興味を持っていたので、今回のハワイ旅はこの潜水艦がメインでした。
海底300m程まで潜水します。
魚などは要所要所で沢山見られました。全くの自然というわけではなく、それなりの住処を人工的に作っているという感じでしたが、それもハワイ大学の研究の一環ということでした。
終盤はクジラに遭遇したらしいですが、ニアミスで艦内からチラリと影が見えただけでした。ガイドさんもかなり興奮してアナウンスしてくれたのですが、まだ海中にいたので頭上を行ったようです。
浮上していれば見えたかもしれませんね。
私はあまり乗り物酔いはしない方だと思っていましたが、この日は帰りの高速艇でかなり酔ってしまいました。
潜水艦にトイレはありませんが、行き帰りの高速艇にはあります。
何とか最悪の事態は回避できましたが、少しでも心配のある方は酔い止めの服用をお勧めします。
この日はかなり波も穏やかだとガイドさんも言っていたので、普通に波がある日だと厳しかったと思います。ご参考までに。

The weather on the day we went was a bit disappointing, and it was cold when we went into the sea (laughs), but we were able to see sea turtles, and snorkeling was really fun with so many fish! The ocean was truly beautiful! The hamburgers we ate on the boat were also delicious!!

行った日の天気が少し残念で、海に入るとき寒かったですが(笑)ウミガメも見れましたし、シュノーケリングも本当に魚がたくさんでとても楽しかったです！
海が本当にキレイでした！
船の上で食べるハンバーガーも美味しかったです！！

Last time, I used the Star of Honolulu, but this time I participated in this tour because it was under maintenance. I heard that the seating was unassigned, but it can be confusing depending on the group. I think it would be better if seats were assigned. Overall, I believe the excitement level cannot compare to the Star of Honolulu. Also, a lobster voucher that I hadn't signed up for was distributed on the bus. I asked about it three times, but it seemed correct, so I accepted it without hesitation. Well, this was a lucky surprise!

前回はスターオブホノルルを利用しましたが、今回はメンテナンス中との事でこのツアーに参加しました。
席は自由席との事でしたが、グループによっては迷います。
やはりアサインされた方が良いと思いますね。
全体的な盛り上がりも、やはりスターオブホノルルにはかなわないと思います。
あと、申し込んでいないロブスターの引換券がバスの中で配られました。
3回位聞き返しましたが、間違い無さそうでしたので、遠慮無く頂きました。
まぁこれはこれでラッキーでした！

I woke up early, swayed by the bus, and headed to the dock while rubbing my sleepy eyes. After offering a prayer to the sea, we set sail on our long-awaited dolphin search journey. Unfortunately, we couldn't see dolphins up close during the two dives, but we did see them jumping from the boat, and most importantly, we were lucky enough to witness the whale's courtship dance multiple times, which was satisfying! The instructors were very cheerful and really energized everyone, making it a lot of fun! I want to go again when I come back to Hawaii! I hope to see dolphins up close next time! ♫

朝早起きしてバスに揺られ、眠い目をこすりながら船着場へ向かいました。
海にお祈りを捧げて、念願のイルカ探しの旅へ出航です。
残念ながら二回のダイブではイルカを間近で見ることは出来なかったけれど、船からイルカが跳ねているところは見られたし、何より偶然にもクジラの求愛のダンスを何回も見られて満足です！
インストラクターの方々もとても明るくみんなを盛り上げてくれてとても楽しかったです！
またハワイに来たら行きたいです！次回はイルカを間近で見られるといいな♫

I participated in mid-December. Since the pickup was expensive, I went by myself on bus number 55 from Ala Moana Center. I enjoyed a 2-hour walk with the horses and nature. It was my first time riding, but if you focus on your core, you won't get a sore backside. At the end, I thought it might be a bit long, but I'm glad it was 2 hours. It became the best memory! I thought I would like to participate again☆

12月中旬に参加しました。
お迎えは高いのでアラモアナセンターから55番で自分で行きました。お馬ちゃんと大自然を2時間のお散歩。
乗馬は初めてでしたが体幹を意識して乗ればお尻も痛くなりませんでした。最後若干長いかなって思ったけど2時間にして良かったです。
最高の思い出になりました！
また参加しても良いなって思いました☆

The tour schedule itself was quite fulfilling. However, on the day I participated, I was unfortunate as the tides were high and the waves were strong, resulting in about 1 meter of water on the sandbar. The shallowest part was up to my chest (I am 158 cm tall). It was colder than the scenery I had seen in photos, but I told myself it couldn't be helped. The snorkeling and sea turtle watching afterward were beyond my expectations. I was able to see many sea turtles, and it was my first time seeing such a large coral reef. The water level on the sandbar changes depending on the day, but I believe it's worth participating.

ツアー自体のスケジュールはかなり充実していました。ただ、私の参加した日は運が悪く、潮の満ち引きが大きく波が高かったため、サンドバーの水浸が1mほどありました。一番浅くて私の胸まで海に浸かっている状態です。(身長158cm)写真で見ていた風景とは異なり寒かったですが、それは仕方ないと言い聞かせました。そのあとのシュノーケリング、ウミガメウォッチングは想像以上のものでした。ウミガメもたくさん見ることができましたし、あれほど大きなサンゴ礁をみたのも初めてでした。日によってサンドバーの水浸が変わりますが、参加して損はないと思います。

It was sunny, but there was some wind and it was occasionally cloudy, so I was a bit hesitant to go into the sea. The sandbar was deep enough to reach my knees. Everyone was enjoying beach volleyball and taking photos there. I was glad that I didn't get wet up to my shoulders at that time. After getting back on the boat, it was cold and I was shivering. The BBQ lunch on the boat was delicious. We also saw sea turtles and were able to see fish while snorkeling. However, the strong wind made it difficult to swim as I had hoped.

晴れてはいたんですが風があったり時々曇ったり、海に入るにはちょっと抵抗がありました。サンドバーは膝上まで浸かるほどでした。そこでみんなはビーチバレーや写真を撮ったり楽しんでました。その時は肩まで濡れなくてよかったと思います。船に上がったあと寒くて震えます。船上でのBBQランチは美味しかったです。ウミガメも見れたし、スノーケリングでも魚も見れました。ただ、風が強いのでなかなか思ったように泳げませんでした。

If you're interested in movies like Jurassic Park, you'll find this experience fascinating. I made a reservation without transportation, but it's easy to get there by taking THEBUS number 55 from Ala Moana. It's only five dollars for a round trip.

On the day of the ride, we watched a Japanese video on how to ride before starting. It began immediately. There was another group of English speakers with us, and it seemed like the guide focused mainly on them, so we didn't understand much. That was quite disappointing. The guide only asked us simple questions like if we were okay or having fun. I wished they would guide us properly since I can understand English if spoken slowly. I took my mother, who loves Jurassic Park, and she was disappointed.

There is quite a bit of horse manure, so I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Leaves and droppings can stick to you.

The scenery was beautiful, and while two hours felt long, one hour might not be enough. For those without much stamina, two hours can be quite tough. I usually work out at the gym, so I didn't experience muscle soreness, but my mother, in her late 50s, was struggling partway through.

If you have weak legs, hips, or back, it's better to skip this or opt for the one-hour option. The sun can be intense, so an early morning ride might be best. You'll need to catch the 6 AM bus, which means an early wake-up, but it ends early too, so you won't waste time.

Each horse has its own personality; some just want to eat grass and won't follow at all, which adds to the fun. There were some dangerous moments along the way, so I think it's wise to get separate travel insurance. (Whether the horse got spooked or the reins were pulled too hard.)

ジュラシックパークなど映画に興味がある方はおもしろいと思います。
送迎なしで予約しましたが、アラモアナからTHEBUSの５５番に乗ればいいので簡単ですよ。
往復でも５ドルです。

当日は日本語の乗り方ビデオを見てから乗馬。
即スタートです。
私たちの他に１組英語圏の方たちがいらっしゃり、英語が伝わるからかそちらのほうばかりにガイドしていてなんにもわかりませんでした。
そこがとても残念。
私たちに話しかけてくるのは大丈夫か？とか楽しい？とかそのレベル…。
英語でゆっくり話してもらえばわかるのでちゃんとガイドしてほしかったです。
ジュラシックパーク好きな母のために行ったので残念がっていました。

結構馬の排泄物が多いので捨てて帰っていいような服をオススメします。
葉っぱはつくし、糞などもつきます^^;

景色はとてもよく、２時間は長かったのですが１時間では物足りないかもしれません。
体力がない方は２時間はかなり厳しいです。
私は普段ジムで鍛えているので筋肉痛になりませんでしたが、５０代後半の母は途中ヘロヘロになっていました。

足と腰、おしりの弱い方はやめたほうがいいです。
もしくは１時間にすることをオススメします。
日差しもキツいので、朝一番がいいかな。
６時のバスに乗らなければいけないのでかなり早起きになりますが終わるのも早いので、時間を無駄にせずいいと思います。

馬にはそれぞれ性格があって、草ばかり食べたり全然ついてこなかったりしますが、そこも楽しみです。
途中、危ない場面もあったので、別途海外旅行保険に入った方がいいと思いました。（馬が暴れたのか、綱を引っ張りすぎたか）

I participated in the 2-hour course. The great outdoors, with both mountains and the sea, is very beautiful. I usually don't drive at all—whether it's a bicycle, scooter, or car—so I was a bit anxious, but it was easy. The road near the starting point was rocky and bumpy, and I struggled with the handlebars at first. Once I got past that, I was able to navigate the course without any issues, perhaps because I got used to it, even though the road was rough. The accelerator is the type you press with your right thumb, so my thumb started to get tired after a while. Also, the dust was quite intense. When I wiped my face with the seat, it was pretty dirty. The instructor was kind and friendly. Thanks to the favorable weather, it was refreshing.

2時間コースに参加しました。
大自然で山も海もとてもきれいです。
普段、自転車や原付バイク、車など全く運転しないので不安でしたが、簡単でした。
スタート地点付近の道が石で、でこぼこしていて、最初ハンドルを取られました。そこを過ぎるとあとは慣れたためか、道が悪くても問題なくコースを回れました。
アクセルは右手親指で押さえるタイプなので、途中から親指が疲れてきました。
また、砂埃がすごいです。
顔をシートで拭くとかなり汚れていました。
インストラクターさんは親切でフレンドリーです。
天候にも恵まれたため、爽快でした。

After about 1 hour and 45 minutes on the bus from Ala Moana, I finally arrived at a peaceful ranch for a horseback riding experience. The experience started at 11:00, and check-in was at 10:30. Since it was mentioned that it was a bit of a walk from the bus stop, I took an earlier bus and arrived by 9:15.

I was surprised to arrive so early, but I was able to relax and take a nap on a bench at the ranch until 10:30. Perhaps because it was a weekday, we were the only ones there, making it a private horseback riding stroll. Since Japanese was not spoken, I did my best to communicate in English. It was okay not to wear a helmet, and I received a brief explanation before getting on the horse right away!

It was very smooth and hassle-free, which was great, but it might not be suitable for those who want a thorough safety briefing in Japanese or for first-timers.

After about 50 minutes of exploring the ranch, I was able to take photos in a spot with a great view. I was really glad it didn't rain. It was a wonderful horseback riding experience that refreshed my spirit!

アラモアナからザバスに乗って1時間45分くらい、やっとついたのどかな牧場で乗馬体験してきました。
11:00からの体験で10:30チェックイン、バス停から少し歩くとなっていたので、早めのバスに乗って行き、9:15にはついてしまいました。
早くつきすぎてビックリされてしまいましたが、10:30まで牧場のベンチでゆっくりお昼寝しできました。
平日だったからか、私たちしかいなく、プライベートな乗馬散歩になりました(^^)
日本語は通じないので、英語で頑張ってコミュニケーションとりました。ヘルメットしないでもokとのことで、本当に短時間でサラッと説明を受けてすぐ乗馬！
とてもスムーズで面倒くさくなくて良かったのですが、日本語でしっかり安全講習受けたい人や初めての人には向かないかもしれません。

50分くらい牧場内を散策して、見晴らしがいいところで写真も撮ってもらえました。
雨が降らなくて本当に良かったです(^o^)
心が洗われるステキな乗馬体験でした！

I participated alone, but there was one other Japanese person, and I had a great time. The snorkeling was amazing, as I encountered not only fish but also many sea turtles, and it was thrilling to swim alongside them! The male crew members were kind, cheerful, and fun. I would love to join again.

一人で参加しましたが日本人も一人でしたが十分楽しめた。
シュノーケリングは魚だけでなく、ホヌも沢山遭遇し、間近で一緒に泳げるので感動的です❗クルーの男性も親切で明るく楽しい。また参加したい。

I went in November.
We took a bus to the location, and the scenery was enjoyable along the way.
After arriving at the port, we took a short restroom break before departing.

The sandbar had water up to my knees, and we practiced snorkeling and took photos.
The guide took some pictures for us, which became great memories.

The hamburger for lunch was substantial and very delicious.

After lunch, we swam for about an hour at the snorkeling spot.
It seems some people got stung by jellyfish, but the fish and corals were beautiful, and I was very satisfied.

I previously participated in a dolphin tour, but this tour offered more freedom, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves.

11月に行ってきました。
バスで現地まで向かうのですが、楽しく景色を案内していただきました。
港についてからは、少しトイレ休憩して出発します。

サンドバーは膝程度の海面で
シュノーケリングの練習をしたり写真をとったりしました。
ガイドのお姉さんに写真を撮っていただきとてもいい記念になりました。

またランチのハンバーガーはボリュームがあり
とても美味しかったです。

ランチ後はシュノーケリングスポットで1時間ほど泳ぎます。
クラゲに刺された方もいるようですが
お魚もサンゴも綺麗で大変満足しました。

以前はイルカツアーに参加しましたが
こちらのツアーのほうが自由度が高く
のんびりとすることができて楽しかったです。

My husband and I attended the Star of Honolulu Sunset Dinner cruise on 12/06/17. When we had First checked in we were greeted by a nice lady and apologized and told my husband he was not wearing the proper attire for the night. He was wearing khakis and flip flops. The nice thing is they were accommodating going so far as letting borrow shoes and pants for the night. I was so happy cuz we had limited time and wouldn’t be able to reschedule. And it was my fault at not looking for a dress code when I booked it. Once we got on the boat we were greeted by the captain! He was super nice and well dressed (everybody was). The dancers, entertainment and food was AMAZING! Not to mention the excellent customer service they made sure they took care of all our needs. We will definitely do this again whenever we come back! Must do!!!

This was a great family friendly experience with helpful friendly staff.

The best experience ever! The crew were very professional and nice and I don’t swim but they were so kind in helping me and guiding me through this amazing experience! In addition they gave complimentary equipment that you can borrow to snorkel freely! If you want an amazing adventure, this is one of them!
