My son was SUPER excited to go snorkeling so we booked a day through Veltra. Our driver showed up within 5 minutes of our pickup time (a feat with traffic) and got us going. He was very personable and helpful in getting us our equipment. We had an AMAZING day at Hanauma Bay (reef-safe sunblock only, people!) He was right on time for our pickup and turned on the AC so we could sit comfortably while waiting for the rest of the guests to return. The kids experienced the 150m ride! They were a bit nervous since it was their first time, but the cheerful local guy really got them excited! Food was buffet style and also amazingly delicious. All in all a great day at a great price.

The day after the Honolulu Marathon, I participated with two friends. I was worried about muscle pain, but I enjoyed it so much that I forgot all about it due to the refreshing feeling. There were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but it was not a problem at all. They made it fun and lively. I also got to know the people in my group well, and it created wonderful memories. The zip line was amazing!! I want to participate again.

乗馬に行く前には、乗馬のスタッフは英語で注意事項を喋るからと、こんなことの説明があるとかの馬に乗るまでの流れ等々を詳細に話してくれました。非常に分かりやすく、初体験の私も安心して苦労することなく乗馬できました。
馬も大人しく、行儀も良かったですよ。
乗馬後は、日本には無いチップについて、こういう訳で、楽しかったと思たら◯ドルを最後に手渡してあげてくださいと馬場に向かう車内て教えてもらっていたので、すんなり手渡すこともできました。
昼食時には、開店と同時に食べられるように、注文を各人に聞いて店に電話予約、店に着いた頃には、本当に注文した食事ができている状態でした。他にもヒロさんには、他では味わえないことを解散直前までやってもらいました。
長々書き込んでいますが、ツアーの内容が良かったと感じるのは、やはり同行するツアーコーディネーターの役割が100%ですね
値段の高い渓谷乗馬プランから、安めの海辺乗馬に突然なりましたが、ヒロさんのおかげで、本当に楽しい一日を過ごせました。
当然、プランの値段に対する差額は、翌日に戻ってきました。
