It was my first time parasailing, so I experienced a bit of seasickness and felt a little dizzy up in the air, but thanks to the good weather, I was able to see beautiful scenery!

初めてのパラセーリングだったので、少し船酔いと、空の上でも酔ってしまいましたが、天気が良かったおかげで綺麗な景色を見ることができました！

This was such a fun experience to share with my wife. This was our honeymoon and we really loved the fact that they took great pics of us on the underwater scooters while feeding the fish. Even after our ~20min turn was over, we still had an hour to snorkel and swim around which was amazing! I’ve never been so close to sea turtles in my life!!

I had no experience with surfing, but I participated with the feeling that it would be cool to surf in Hawaii. I can't speak English, but I think I was able to prepare the minimum necessary because the staff explained the precautions in Japanese during the video before the lesson. I could somewhat understand the lesson through English words. There were 8 of us with 2 instructors, but 4 of us were able to ride the waves right away, so it was effectively 1 instructor for every 2 people. My own performance wasn't great, but I had fun playing in the waves.

サーフィンは未経験でしたが、ハワイでサーフィンができたらカッコいいだろうなぁという感覚で参加しました。
英語は話せませんが、レッスン前のビデオでの注意事項、スタッフさんとが日本語で説明してくれたので必要最低限の準備はできたと思います。
レッスン自体は英単語でなんとなく理解できました。
8人で2人の先生でしたが、うち4人はすぐに波に乗れたので、実質2人に1人の先生に教えてもらいました。
私自身の出来は悪かったですが、波に遊ばれて楽しかったです。

I used the shuttle service from the hotel. First, I took a small bus from the hotel, then switched to a larger bus to reach the destination. At the site, someone who spoke Japanese provided explanations, but their level was somewhat intermediate, and there were parts where I couldn't understand what they were saying. We gathered at the designated time and traveled to the starting point in a vehicle similar to a Jeep. Three instructors (two men and one woman) helped us put on harnesses and explained the safety instructions in English.

We first walked up to a high point for about 10 minutes, then practiced at 100 meters and 200 meters to get a feel for it. The equipment was secure, and even as someone with a fear of heights, I felt safe and enjoyed myself. The course gradually got longer, ending with a total of seven zip lines and two suspension bridges (which were short and not scary at all). The instructors were very friendly, jokingly asking questions like, "What's your favorite food?" before we slid down and, at the end, "Who do you like among us?" They seemed to have a solid manual, and I felt completely safe as they paid close attention to safety.

The only downside was the cost. Considering the distance from Waikiki and insurance, it might be reasonable, but I think it could be about half of the current price.

ホテルからの送迎サービスを利用。まずホテルから小型バスに乗り，途中で大型バスに乗り換え現地まで移動。現地では日本語がしゃべれる方が説明してくれるのだが中途半端にうまいレベルでところどころ何を言っているのかわからない。指定時間に集合してジーブのような車でスタート地点まで移動。インストラクター３名（男性２，女性１）がハーネスをつけてくれ英語で注意事項を説明。最初に10分ほど高い位置まで歩いて，まず100m，200mで練習して感覚をつかむのだが，装具がしっかりしていて最悪両手を離しても平気で高所恐怖症の私でも安心して楽しめた。徐々に長くなっていき全部でジップライン７回と吊り橋（といっても距離も短くまったく怖くないレベル）２回で終わり。インストラクターの方がとてもフレンドリーで，滑る前に「好きな食べ物は？」とか（最後に）「私たちの中で誰が好きか？」とか冗談まじりに質問してくる。おそらくマニュアルがしっかりしているのだろうが，安全には細心の注意を払ってくれその面ではまったく不安を感じなかった。
唯一残念なのはやはり費用。ワイキキからの移動距離や保険なども込みなのだろうが，現状の半分くらいでもいいと思った。

This was my first time participating with my mother and my children, aged 3 and 7. I thought my 3-year-old might not be able to handle the dolphin swimming, but when we arrived at the spot, everyone dove into the sea! The 3-year-old was held by a staff member and got to see dolphins and sea turtles, and even ride on a paddleboard, which made them incredibly happy! The staff were all friendly and kept the kids entertained. We encountered dozens of dolphins, many sea turtles, and even baby turtles, making it the best day of our lives. The kids are now excitedly saying they want to join the manta ray program next time! Thank you to all the staff! I will definitely participate again next time!

今回初めて母と私と3歳と7歳の子供連れで参加しましたが3歳の子はドルフィンスイミングは無理かなぁと思いながらポイントに着くと全員海にダイブ！3歳の子はスタッフの方に抱っこされてイルカ、ウミガメを見せてもらったりパドルボードに乗せてもらって凄く喜んでました❗スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで子供達を楽しませてくれて何10頭ものイルカ先生、何匹ものウミガメ先生や赤ちゃん亀にも出会えて人生で一番最高な日になりました子供達は、次はマンタ大学にも参加したいと大騒ぎしています❗
スタッフの皆さん ありがとうございました☺️
次回も必ず参加させて頂きます✨✨

In Japan, I was able to immerse myself in the magnificent nature, forgetting the time while feeling the pleasant sunlight and breeze. It was an incredibly happy time, and my mother, who joined me, was very satisfied as well. My father, an experienced rider, participated in the advanced course and was also thrilled with horseback riding in Hawaii's stunning nature. Most importantly, I was overjoyed to see my 2-year-old son experience horseback riding for the first time during the 20-minute introductory course, which made me feel his growth. My wife, who had said she might ride if our son couldn't, ultimately didn't get to ride, but she was satisfied watching our son on the horse. Thanks to the very friendly staff, we had the best time.

日本では身を置くことができない雄大な自然の中で、時間を忘れて気持ちの良い日差しと風を感じることができました。それはとにかく幸せな時間で、一緒に参加した母も大満足でした。また、経験者である父が上級者コースに参加しましたが、父もハワイの雄大な自然の中での乗馬に大満足していましたし、何と言っても20分の体験コースで生まれて初めて乗馬を体験した2才の息子の姿を見て、成長を感じられたことが何よりも嬉しかったです。息子が乗れなかったら乗ればいいかなと言っていた妻は、結果的に乗ることができませんでしたが、息子の乗馬姿に満足していましたし、とっても感じの良いスタッフのおかげで最高の時間を過ごすことができました。

I saw in the reviews that there were few Japanese people, but coincidentally, the crew on our cruise included second-generation Japanese, so they felt very Japanese! The other two crew members were also friendly towards the Japanese guests, and we had a fantastic time! There were about ten Japanese participants as well! The scenery was amazing!

I had some experience with horseback riding in Japan (it usually lasts about 10 minutes depending on the price), but here I was able to ride for a longer time (about 40 minutes) and basically guided the horse myself, which was fun (^O^). The horse was really smart, so even my second grader was fine! Additionally, we were able to go sightseeing in the town of Haleiwa along the way (this part was mixed with horseback riding and included a meal, so it was quite rushed at about 1 hour (^o^;), but there was also a separate course just for sightseeing). We also had a great encounter with sea turtles, which you can see with high probability!!!

乗馬は日本でも経験は有りましたが(料金によるけど大体10分未満位？)、それよりもっと長い時間乗馬(約40分)出来、基本的には自分でお馬さん誘導して楽しい(^O^)。お馬は凄く賢いのでうちの小２の子供でも大丈夫でした！。また、途中でハレイワの町観光にも行けました(こっちは乗馬とミックスすると食事込みで約1時間だったから凄く駆け足(^o^;)、別コースで観光のみも有りました)また、高確率て遭遇出来る海亀にもしっかり出会えました！！！

There was a bit of trouble with the operating company at the meeting point. We arrived at the meeting location more than five minutes before the scheduled time. Then, a flashy bus with the "Dolphin & You" logo passed right in front of us, and thinking we had been left behind, we hurried to chase after it, but it just kept going. Since we had minimal luggage and didn't have our smartphones, we had no choice but to return to the hotel, where we received a call from the operating company... They said they had come to pick us up at the meeting point but since we weren't there, we could no longer participate in the tour.

Actually, the bus we chased after was a different bus picking up Western guests, while Japanese guests were supposed to be picked up by a smaller van (a plain white bus without the operating company's name or logo), which apparently arrived quite late on the day of the tour. Despite this, the operating company said, "Since this is a cancellation on your part, we cannot issue a refund. If you want to participate, please take a taxi to the harbor." I thought it was unreasonable to ask us to take a taxi to a location that takes an hour by car, and when I expressed my frustration asking, "Is this really our responsibility???" they reluctantly agreed to send someone to pick us up.

On the morning of the tour, a confirmation call was made to the hotel, but the staff member was not fluent in Japanese and did not provide detailed information during the prior call. Therefore, I recommend confirming what kind of bus will come to pick you up on the day of the tour.

Once we got on the boat, I thought the staff members were very kind and helpful. There were also staff members who spoke Japanese fluently. They were very high-energy, which might be a bit overwhelming if you’re feeling unwell. In my case, I think the strong winds contributed to my discomfort, and I felt that snorkeling might be tough for small children... My child cried a lot during the first attempt and couldn't handle it. Dolphins can only be seen underwater as dark shadows, so it might be better for children to see them from the boat.

I also brought an underwater camera, but it's quite difficult unless you're a good swimmer. Regarding clothing, I wore a rash guard and tights, and I think that was sufficient without needing to rent a wetsuit (the rental wetsuits are short types). As for belongings, you should definitely borrow a bath towel from the hotel and bring it with you. It can get a bit chilly on the way back, so it's better to take off wet rash guards and dry off with the bath towel before putting on a dry shirt.

As for tipping, which can be confusing for Japanese people, it didn't seem like it was strictly enforced. The Q&A section on the operating company's website also mentions that a small gesture is sufficient. I hope this information is helpful to everyone.

集合時に運営会社と少しとトラブルになりました。
私たちは集合場所に待ち合わせ時間の5分以上前から来ていました。
すると「ドルフィン＆ユー」のロゴが描かれた派手めのバスが目の前を通り過ぎてしまったので、置いて行かれたと思い、慌てて追いかけたのですが、そのまま行ってしまいました。
荷物も最小限で、スマホも持っていなかったので、仕方なくホテルに戻ったところ、運営会社から電話が・・・。集合場所にピックアップにきたが、いないのでもうツアーには参加できないとのことでした。
実は我々が追いかけたバスは、欧米人客を拾っていく別便のバスで、日本人客はそれよりは小さいバンのようなバス（運営会社名もロゴもない、真っ白なバスです）が拾っていくことになってたらしいのですが、当日それが待ち合わせ時間よりもかなり遅れてきたのです。
・・・にも関わらず、運営会社がいうには、「そちらの都合のキャンセルなので、返金には応じられない。参加したければ、タクシーでハーバーまで来てください。」とのことでした。
車で1時間もかかるところに、タクシーで来いというのもどうかと思いますし、さすがに「それってこちらの責任なのですか？？？」と憤ったところ、渋々なんとか迎えにきてくれました。

当日の朝に確認の電話がホテルに掛かってきますが、そのときのスタッフは日本語が堪能ではなく、事前の電話でそこまで詳細な情報までは教えてはくれませんでした。
ですので、当日はどんなバスが迎えにくるのかを必ず確認された方がいいと思います。
　
船に乗ってからは、スタッフの皆さんとても親切で良かったと思います。
日本語がとても流暢なスタッフもいました。
とてもハイテンションなので、気分が悪くなるとちょっとしんどいかもしれません。
私の場合は、結構風が強かったのも原因かと思いますが、シュノーケリングは小さいお子さんは厳しいかも・・・という印象でした。
うちの子は、1回目で大泣きでダメでした。
イルカは水中で見ても、黒い影のようにしか見えないので、子供は船上で見た方がいいかもしれません。
あと水中カメラを持っていきましたが、泳ぎが得意な方でないとなかなか難しいです。
あと服装ですが、私はラッシュカードとタイツをはいて行きましたが、ウエットスーツ（貸しウエットスーツは短パンタイプです）を借りなくても、これで十分だと思いました。
荷物としては、バスタオルはホテルで借りて必ず持っていくべきでしょう。やはり帰りはちょっと寒いので、ぬれたラッシュガードなどは脱いで、バスタオルで体を拭って、乾いたシャツ等を着る方がいいと思います。

日本人が戸惑うチップですが、そんなにきっちり払っている感じはなかったです。運営会社HPのQ&Aにも書いてありますが、気持ち程度でいいと思います。

We arrived at the scheduled time and greeted by our NASA ambassador, astronomer, Greg.
He was so enthusiastic and pointed so many amazing things to see in the night sky. My favorite was seeing Saturn! The GPS telescope was very impressive.
It was a beautiful location to learn about the stars, planets, and our solar galaxy as the sun went down over the horizon.
We will be back!

Captain Bob’s Trip was awesome!! Top notch! It started with a beautiful catamaran ride and really fun energetic exciting crew! These people made you feel very safe and welcome and ensured everyone was having an exceptional time!
The sand bar and volleyball were breathtakingly beautiful and so much fun! Whether you are a professional volleyball player or a 5 year old, it all seemed to work out just as it should and everyone had an amazing time!
The BBQ was delicious, drinks, bar, everything was perfect! Grilling off the side of a catamaran on a sandbar in Oahu! What more could you ask for!
Seeing the turtles was amazing and the snorkeling was fantastic as well! Plenty of really nice equipment, instruction, safety always a priority with this crew! I would recommend this excursion and experience 100%! Also- a nice tour bus picks you up at your hotel or close to it if you need a ride! Fantastic transportation. Very well run and organized! We met some really nice people on the excursion and the crew was the best! Enjoy!

Disappointing point
- Since the tour arrives in the afternoon, the sea was high tide and the sandy beach was not visible. It might be better to think that this tour is not one where the sandy beach is exposed.

My family and I were very impressed. We were able to see a kaleidoscope of fishes even a shark and leopard stingray. We were even able to see large leather back sea turtles. Definitely worth it

The staff, boat, and experience was awesome! The only thing I wish was a bit more clear is the check in time is actually 30 minutes before you load the boat. We walked and had to kill 30 minutes in the heat.

The first time I learned to surf was at Ala Moana, the second time in Lahaina on Maui, and this time I took lessons in Waikiki. There were so many people that I almost collided with others, and since I couldn't avoid them, I had no choice but to jump off my board, which was a bit scary. Well, since this is the birthplace of surfing, I guess it's to be expected. The waves were also higher this time, making it tough for the students. I definitely want to try again.

1回目はアラモアナで、2回目はマウイ島のラハイナ、そして今回はワイキキでサーフィンを習いました。人が多くてぶつかりそうになったり、よけられないからボードから飛び降りるしかないので少し怖かったです。まぁサーフィン発祥の地なので仕方ないかな、波も今回は高めなので、レッスン生にはきつかったです。またリベンジしたいと思います。

The movie location tour was particularly great. Jeff, our guide and driver, was fluent in Japanese, handsome, and his guiding was entertaining, making the tour even more captivating. The jungle experience was quite thrilling and fast-paced.

映画ロケ地めぐりが特に良かったです。ガイド兼ドライバーのジェフは、日本語が上手で、顔はイケメン、ガイドも面白く、ロケではめぐりをさらに魅了する内容でした。ジャングル体験は、かなりスピード感とスリルがありました。

The guide, who was fluent in Japanese, taught us various things and made everything easy to understand! That guide was also fluent in English and Chinese. It was my first time on a submarine, so I was excited the whole time. However, I felt there were a bit fewer fish than expected, but I was very satisfied because I got to see a sea turtle! Being able to see the depths of the ocean at 30 meters was truly mystical! I highly recommend this tour!

日本語がペラペラなガイドさんがいろいろ教えてくださり、分かりやすかったです！そのガイドさんは英語、中国語もペラペラでした。
潜水艦は初めてだったので終始興奮でした
ただ、お魚がちょっと少なかったかなという印象でしたが海ガメにも出会えたのでとっても満足です‼️３０メートルも深い海の中を見ることができてとても神秘的です！おすすめツアーです！

It was my first experience with ziplining. There were no other Japanese people in the team I zip-lined with.

I thought it would be an English guide, but since it's Hawaii, I wondered if Japanese would be understood. There was one lady who could speak a little Japanese, but that was about it. Well, we managed somehow (laughs).

I was a bit worried since I'm not good with heights, but it wasn't that high, so I was okay.

The price is a bit high, so I wish it were a little cheaper. Also, I think it would be great to have a waterproof cover to hang around your neck so you can take photos.

ジップライン初体験でした。
一緒にジップラインしたチームには、日本人は他に居ませんでした。

英語ガイドということでしたが、ハワイだし日本語通じるかなぐらいかな？って思ってましたが、1人少し日本語が話せるお姉さんが居たくらいでした。まぁ何とかなります（笑）

高いところが苦手で少し心配でしたが、そこまで高いところではなかったので大丈夫でした。

値段が少したかいのでもうすこし安ければいいなと。
あと、首から下げる防水カバーみたいなのがあると、写真を撮れていいと思います

I was looking forward to visiting Manoa Falls, but I couldn't go due to road closures. Instead, I went to the Lion Arboretum, which was a worthwhile place to visit. It was full of negative ions, and the occasional passing rain shower felt refreshing. Hawaii has great beaches, but hiking in the mountains is also wonderful!

楽しみにしていたマノア滝は道路封鎖のため行けなかったのですが、代替で行くことになったライオン植物園は見応えのある場所でした。
マイナスイオンたっぷりなのはもちろん、時々通り過ぎるスコールもむしろ気持ちいい。
ハワイは海もいいけど山歩きもいい！

I participated with one adult and two children. From the time of the pickup, I was told that one child was canceled, even though I hadn't canceled anything, which led to a back-and-forth argument. Somehow, we were allowed to board, but at the park reception, they said one child was still canceled. What does this mean? I'm angry. We managed to get in, but it was confusing. I was also not given an explanation about purchasing photos, so I couldn't buy any, which made me angry. Overall, the service was terrible from start to finish. I will never use this again.

大人1人と子供2人での参加でした。
送迎の時からこちらはキャンセルしてないのに子供1人キャンセルになっていると言われ押し問答、なんとか乗せてもらいパーク受付でも1人キャンセルになってると。
どういうこと怒り
ここもなんとか入れてもらい、戸惑いながらの参加。写真購入の説明もされず買えなかった怒り
とにかく最初から最後まで対応は最低でした。
二度と利用しません

The guide talked a lot about Hawaii while we were in the car! The horseback riding was wonderful; I was a bit scared at first, but my horse was very gentle and walked slowly ahead. The staff chooses each horse based on compatibility with the rider. Some horses seemed to be struggling because they just wanted to eat grass! Riding while looking at the ocean is something you can't experience in Japan, so I definitely recommend trying it!

車の中でガイドさんがハワイのこと色々と話してくれました！
乗馬もすばらしく、最初は怖かったですがとてもいい子でゆっくり前に続き歩いてくれました！担当のかたが馬との相性を見ながらそれぞれの馬を決めてくれます。中には草ばかり食べてしまい、大変そうな馬もいました！
海を見ながらの乗馬は日本では体験できないのでぜひ経験してもらいたいです！

The tour was conducted with two boats, one of which gathered Japanese participants and provided guidance in Japanese. The guide was a Japanese person who was always smiling and very attentive.

When we arrived at the sandbar, we spotted two sea turtles, and several more came by afterward.

Next, we moved to the snorkeling point, where we were able to see about five sea turtles from the boat.

The snorkeling point didn't have strong waves, so if you can swim reasonably well, I recommend trying it without a life jacket!

The deeper areas had more fish and were beautiful! Additionally, I was able to find a sea turtle resting in the coral, and I managed to take an amazing photo! I had to dive about 4 meters, which was quite challenging, but it became my best memory in Hawaii.

I want to go again!

2隻の船でツアーを行い、1隻に日本人を集めて日本語でガイドを行ってくれました。
ガイドをしてくれたのは日本人の方で終始笑顔で丁寧な対応をしてくれました。

サンドバーに着いた時にもウミガメが目視で2匹確認できて、その後もサンドバーに何匹か来ていました。

その後はシュノーケリングポイントに移動するのですが、船から5匹くらいのウミガメを見つけられました。

シュノーケリングポイントは波もそこまで強くないので、泳ぎがある程度できる人はライフジャケット無しでチャレンジしてみてください！

深いところの方が魚も多くて綺麗でした！
また、サンゴの隙間で休んでいるウミガメを見つけられて最高の一枚を撮ることができました！
4mくらい潜らなければならなかったので、結構大変でしたがハワイで1番の思い出になりました。

また行きたいです！

I participated with my partner. We traveled out to sea by boat, and the outstanding location for parasailing from there made for a precious moment. I highly recommend it, so definitely give it a try!

Entertaining evening enjoyed by whole family. Plus bonus swim in waterfall during the day. Hard to beat.

I have been to Hawaii many times, but the Atlantis Submarine was a first-time experience for me. There was Japanese audio available, but I didn't feel the need for it because the Japanese spoken by the guide was very interesting. I was very lucky to see both a sea turtle sleeping and swimming at the same time. The windows were smaller than I imagined, so it was definitely the right choice to book the "Premium Plan with Larger Windows."

何回もハワイへ行っていますが、アトランティス潜水艦は初めての体験でした。日本語のオーディオが用意されていましたが、実際にお話する方の日本語が非常に面白かったため、必要性を感じませんでした。
海ガメが寝ているところと実際に泳いでいるところをダブルで見られ、とてもラッキーでした。
窓は想像よりも小さかったため、『窓が大きいプレミアムプラン』を予約していて大正解です。

I tried parasailing for the first time, and the view of the ocean and Oahu was amazing. There isn't much thrill, so I think anyone who isn't afraid of heights can enjoy it. You can leave anything that might get wet on the boat before the flight, which is reassuring. You can buy an SD card with photos for $30. The quality is good, so I recommend it.

パラセールは初めてしたのですが、海とオアフ島が一望できて最高でした。スリルはそれほどないので高所恐怖症でなければ楽しめると思います。
濡れて困るものは船に置いてからフライト出来るので安心です。
30ドルで写真入りのSDカードを買うことができます。画質もよいのでおすすめです。
