The weather was great, and the sea was really beautiful (＾＾)♪ Since it was a morning trip, we arrived at the sandbar just in time for low tide, and in some places, the seawater had completely receded. During snorkeling, a sea turtle came up to the surface for air right in front of me, and I was able to swim a little with it! We had plenty of time, so even though we were running late, we weren't rushed at all and could swim leisurely and enjoy ourselves. SANDBAR: The sandbar was a surreal experience. It was beautiful to be finally here, but like the beautiful breasts of Italian marble, there is not much one can do with the simplicity of this place, except enjoy the view. I have never been so satisfied with so little to do, but so much to visually feel.

SNORKEL: Nice experience. More fish to see than Kailua Beach area, but less fish than Hanauma Bay.

BOAT and RIDE: Nice vessel. Clean. A little crowded, but I enjoyed the variety of different cultures, their languages and behavior.

Tour Staff: They were friendly, experienced, and kept us safe.

Overall Experience: Very positive and I would recommend this tour.

I understand that the weather can be unpredictable, so I'll write this with that in mind. Please keep that in consideration as you read.

At the sea turtle observation point, we were guided with a typical foreigner’s vibe. You can take it as fun or annoying.

At the sandbar location, we were dropped off in water that reached our waists, and we had to walk through water that came up to our ankles. It was very cold since the sun wasn't out. In the distance, there were other tours, and I could see the sandbar that I really wanted to see. I thought, why not just go there? But I suspect there are territorial boundaries in place. However, for us participants who paid a lot of money and have limited time, that doesn’t matter. If the sandbar was visible, I wish they had mentioned it.

From start to finish, it felt like a tour that was just taking advantage of Japanese people. That said, this might be something that can be said globally...

I had an amazing time! Luckily, I was able to see a sea turtle right in front of me, which was so moving! I had heard that sometimes you can see them and sometimes you can't, so I was very satisfied to see one! I returned wearing my swimsuit with a towel draped over me, but I got really cold on the bus. There are no lockers or changing rooms, so it's better to bring extra towels. They were disposing of leftover snacks during the light meal. I wish they had waited until the participants got off. The water level was about knee-deep. It seems the sandbar is around October 10, so those who got to experience it are lucky. The staff were great at getting everyone excited, and there were no issues with their service. Swimming in a line while snorkeling with a large group is challenging, but I saw a lot of cute little fish!

帰りは水着のままタオルを羽織って帰りましたがバスの中で冷えきります。ロッカー、更衣室はありませんので、多目にタオル持っていった方が。　軽食中に余っていたものを処分していました。参加者がおりてからにしてほしかったです。　水位はひざ下位でした。砂洲は10/月位らしいので、当たった方は羨ましです。　スタッフさんは盛り上げてくれたり、対応は問題ありません。シュノーケリング縦に並んで大勢で泳ぐのは大変ですが小さな魚がたくさん見れて可愛かったですよ！！

It was absolutely amazing! (^O^)
I went in the afternoon, and the sandbar was about knee-deep.
But sitting down and taking pictures actually allowed me to appreciate the beauty of the sea even more!
The ocean was sparkling, and I felt like I could stay there forever!
There weren't as many colorful fish while snorkeling as I expected, but I was able to swim with a sea turtle! ♪♪♪
I was desperately trying not to touch the sea turtle as it swam away! Haha!
It was really great to see it up close!
I was able to see several from the boat as well.
Leonard's malasadas and lunch were really delicious!

The shuttle bus picked us up at our accommodation, Hyatt Regency Waikiki, so the whole family participated. We signed up thinking, "Half a day on a boat sounds nice," but it was amazing!!

After leaving the harbor, we headed to the "sandbar," about 15 minutes offshore, with white sand (from coral) and a water depth of around 20 cm, covering an area of about 200 square meters. Since it's located offshore, it was a wonderful and unique experience to "walk on the sea," and our family was very satisfied!

We relaxed for about an hour before returning to the boat for a hamburger lunch while moving to the snorkeling point. During that time, we spotted a turtle—lucky us! And then, a seal?! It seems it got lost in this coral lagoon (according to YUKIKO, a Japanese staff member who has been there for 8 years, this was her first time seeing one). While snorkeling, we enjoyed the view of the mountains where Jurassic Park was filmed on our left. With life jackets provided, it was easy and comfortable. Unlike the shallow sandbar we visited earlier, the snorkeling point had a coral reef with a depth of about 5 to 10 meters surrounding an area of about 200 meters. Because of that depth, we were lucky to spot another turtle here!

It was a more enjoyable time than we expected. I highly recommend it to everyone!

1時間ほどゆっくりして船にもどり、ハンバーガーの昼食をとりながら、シュノーケリングポイントへ移動。その間に、亀発見、ラッキー！さらにアザラシ？！どうもこのサンゴのラグーンに迷い込んだようです（日本人スタッフのYUKIKOさんの8年いて初めてとのこと）。左手にジュラシックパーク撮影の山を見ながら、シュノーケリング。ライフジャケットがあるので、楽ちん。周囲に浅瀬が取り巻く先ほどの「サンドバー」とへ違い、シュノーケリングポイントの周囲200mほどのサンゴ群の外周は5～10m深さ。その深さゆえ、ラッキーにもここでも「亀」発見！

It was rainy with occasional clouds and strong winds, making it quite gloomy. I thought it would be amazing if it were sunny, but unfortunately, I could only see the sea turtles from a distance. The water level at the sandbar was low, just below my knees, so that was a good thing. The snorkeling was disappointing as well, possibly due to the rain and wind; there were hardly any fish, and the sea was dark. They ask you to pair up for snorkeling! I participated alone, but since the husband of a couple who joined was observing, I teamed up with his wife, which made it easy for me to join the snorkeling even as a solo participant, so that was nice. All in all, the disappointing part was the weather. I couldn't enjoy the scenery. If you participate in rainy weather, it might be better not to have overly high expectations. I would like to go again when it's sunny next time.

I experienced the sea of paradise. The scenery was wonderful. The weather was great, and the colors of the sea and sky were cobalt blue, with the green of the Coral Mountains and the white sandbar. It was truly magnificent.
The muffins for a light snack were delicious, and I had plenty of time for snorkeling, which was fun.
The only disappointment was that I didn't encounter a single sea turtle. But that's nature, so it can't be helped.

天国の海を実感しました。素晴らしい景色でした。お天気がよかったのもあって、海と空の色はコバルトブルー。コウラル山脈のグリーン。白いサンドバー。本当に見事でした。

We arrived after picking up at about three hotels with a large bus shared with various tour companies, which took around an hour. Prices seem to vary, but it looks like around $110 is the standard if lunch is included.

At the end of March, the wind was strong, but we were fortunate with the weather, and we could see the sandbar from quite a distance. If it weren't for the strong winds, it seems we could have set up a net for beach volleyball.

Our guide, Yukiko, who was exclusively for Japanese guests, was truly wonderful and gave us a lot of energy. 写真を撮って頂いたのですが、何枚もポージングを指示して下さり、自分達では考え付かない、また考えついても他人にこちらからお願いしづらい（笑）かなりマニアックな撮り方で、ここで撮って頂いた何枚もの写真だけでも価値があると思っています。楽しい時間を共有して戴き感謝してます。同じ事を一日に何回も毎日毎日されているのに、ちっとも事務的でなく、楽しんで撮って頂いているのがわかるというか・・・心のある方でした。
見習いたいと思います。

そして、本題のシュノーケルは、初めてだったにも関わらず、１２歳の子供との卒業記念に相応しい素敵な体験となりました。
初めて見る珊瑚礁、カラフルな魚達、眠っているウミガメが起きてしばらく一緒に泳ぐことも
出来ました。シュノーケルでここまで感激出来るとは、正直思っていませんでした。
何度か海水が口に入ったり、耳に水が入って気になったりしましたが、なんとかやり遂げられて達成感もありました。

疲れて船に上がると香ばしい香りで急に空腹を感じました。
キャプテンが焼いて下さったハンバーガーは重すぎず、ショボすぎず、塩加減も焼き加減も素晴らしく、最高においしいハンバーガーでした。
風に当たっていると寒くなったのですが、温かいココアや紅茶、コーヒーをすぐ用意して下さっていて、本当にかゆいところに手が届いているなあと、感心しました。
お茶が飲めるので、おやつを持って行かれても良いかもしれません。

ただ、一つだけ困ったことをお知らせすると・・・トイレの流し方が難しいのと、ペーパーを
バケツに入れなければならないので臭いが後半はきつかったです。
それでも、トイレがあるのはありがたかったですけれど。

帰りのバスは、行き以上に寒さを感じました。
バスタオルを持ってこないで身軽に来ていたカップル達は相当寒そうでした。
体を拭いて濡れたバスタオルは冷気でもっと冷えるので、もう一枚別のバスタオルがある方が
ベターです。

ハワイは何度も何度も訪れていたのに初めての参加でした。
お値段はしますが、またぜひ参加したいです。

小さいお子さん達のライフジャケットや足ひれも用意されていて、ちゃんとみんな楽しめていましたよ！バタ足が出来れば大丈夫です。
シュノーケルはさすがにされてませんでしたが、浅瀬の練習のポイントではおばあちゃんも膝まで浸かって楽しんでおられました。

小さい子からご年配の方まで、楽しめると思います。
ノースショアやハナウマの海でも十分満足していましたが、海の色がまた違います。
一見の価値ありですよ！

It was a cloudy and windy day from the morning, and it was cold. Everyone was shivering on the boat (laughs). Still, thanks to the very fun guide and crew, everyone seemed to be smiling and having a great time! We could see some sea turtles here and there. The coldness remained at the sandbar as well... Everyone cautiously changed into their swimsuits and entered the water, but it was still cold (laughs). Just as a light rain started to fall, the chill increased, but since we came all this way, we decided to challenge ourselves with snorkeling! The water was a bit murky, but we were still able to see coral and various beautiful fish, which made us satisfied! We were really hungry, so the sandwiches and snacks that tasted like Doritos after returning to the boat were very delicious. I definitely wanted to participate on a nice weather day, but this became a good memory in its own way. I was worried that the morning-only tour might feel insufficient, but I was completely satisfied even with the short time! After that, we returned to Waikiki and were able to do some shopping, so I felt like we used our time effectively. As mentioned in everyone's reviews, the return bus can be chilly since you are wet, so a jacket is essential, and a bath towel is a must! Since there were just two of us, we brought two towels, but we each used one and got wet, so I thought it would have been nice to have one more for covering up on the return bus.

ちょうど小雨も降ってきたので寒さ倍増でしたが、せっかく来たのでシュノーケルに挑戦！
海の中はにごった感じでしたが、それでも珊瑚やいろんな綺麗なお魚を見る事ができ満足でした！
お腹ぺこぺこだったので船に戻ったあとのサンドイッチとドリトスみたいなお菓子がとっても美味しく感じました。
天気の良いときにもちろん参加したかったのですが、これはこれで良い思い出になりました。
午前のみのツアーで、物足りないのかなー？と心配でしたが、全然短い時間でも満足でした！
そのあとまたワイキキに戻り、お買い物できたので時間が有効に使えるなーと思いました。
皆さんのレビューにもあるように、帰りのバスは自分が濡れていることもあり冷えますので
上着はもちろん、バスタオルは必須です！私達は2人でしたので2枚持って行きましたが、
それぞれ1枚ずつ使って濡れてしまったので、帰りのバスでのひざかけ用にもう1枚あれば良かったなーと思いました。

It was my return day, but since I could get back to Waikiki in the morning, it was great to make effective use of my time instead of wandering around aimlessly. I was able to see many turtles, and the sandbar was beautiful because the weather was nice. My nearly 80-year-old mother joined me, and the ship's guide was kind and considerate. However, at the point of disembarking from the ship, the water came up to around her waist, so she decided not to get off. (It’s only knee-deep a little further in, but even without snorkeling, a swimsuit is necessary.)

3月29日、軽食付きのクルーズに参加しました。帰国日でしたが、午前中にワイキキに戻れるので、下手にウロウロするより時間を有効に使えてよかったです。カメさんもたくさん見ることができたし、天気がよかったのでサンドバーも美しかったです。
８０歳近い母も一緒でしたが船のガイドさんは親切で、気をつかってくれました。ただ、船から下りるところだけ、腰の辺りまで水につかってしまうので、母は下りるのを断念しました。（少し歩けばひざ下の深さですが、シュノーケリングをしなくても下は水着が必要です）
