The family and I (including 9 and 6 yo) accompanied Captain Bruce Tour Company to snorkel at Kaneohe Bay. This was money well spent, especially considering the length of time provided for snorkeling and paddleboard equipment. The masks seemed clean and properly sanitized, the boat captain provided clear instruction and had sufficient staff on board and in the water to assist participants. Staff also knew where to find sea life, including turtles. Overall, excellent trip and value. A word of caution -- be alert for jelly fish.

I took the Red Line Trolley from Waikiki and got off at the King Kamehameha statue, aiming for Aloha Tower while sightseeing. Many shops in the nearby mall seemed to be closed, possibly due to the impact of COVID-19, and I had trouble finding a restroom. At check-in, I presented the voucher on my phone, and after the usual photo session, we boarded the ship. For us, who didn't need a dinner that was too much to eat, one drink was sufficient. (You can order drinks on board. There was a Japanese staff member, so I think it's fine even if you can't speak English.) It seemed that many of the other passengers were tourists from the mainland United States. There was a restroom on the ship, but it wasn't very clean. We moved from Pier 6 near Aloha Tower out towards Waikiki, making a U-turn just before Diamond Head to return. During sunset, the lights of Waikiki and the sunset were very beautiful. Since it was windy, a light jacket is necessary. A little before disembarking, a staff member will ask if you'd like to buy the photos taken before boarding, either as data or printed. We purchased a cheap printed photo. (I think it was around $25 in cash.) After disembarking, we returned to Waikiki by The Bus.

ワイキキからレッドライントロリーで、カメハメハ大王前で下車し、観光しながらアロハタワーを目指しました。付近のモールは、コロナ禍の影響かクローズしているお店が多く、トイレも使えず、困りました。チェックインでは、携帯のバウチャー画面を提示して、お決まりの写真撮影から始まり、乗船しました。食べきれない程のディナーは不要な私たちには、ワンドリンクで十分でした。(船上でドリンクオーダーはできます。従業員の中に日本人の方がいたので、英語できなくても大丈夫だと思います。)他の乗客は、アメリカ本土からの観光客が多かったような印象です。船の中にトイレはありましたが、あまりキレイではありませんでした。アロハタワー近くのピア6からワイキキの沖の方に移動してダイアモンドヘッド沖の手前でUターンして戻りました。夕暮れ時で、ワイキキの明かりや夕焼けがとてもキレイでした。風が強いので、羽織る上着は必要です。下船少し前に、乗船前の写真をデータかプリントされた物を買わないか？従業員が聞きに回ります。私たちは、安いプリントされた写真を購入しました。(現金で、25＄くらいだったと思います。)下船後は、The busでワイキキに戻りました。

This was a phenomenal experience. The guides were great and the environment was beautiful. I want to give a shout out to Captain Robin who helped me overcome my extreme fear of snorkeling. I really wanted to be able to snorkel but I’m scared of deep water. He worked with me and another woman who couldn’t swim and we were both able to enjoy ourselves and see so many fish and turtles. He was incredibly patient and kind and I’m so grateful!

Absolutely amazing experience. Crew was awesome. Boat ride was fun, views were stunning, lunch exceptional. Snorkelling gear was provided and they even had flippers for everyone!

This was a very organized snorkeling trip. Only 5 captains are allowed to go to the sandbar. Stunning scenery in the sandbar. Our kids played volleyball and we drank beer! We got back on the boat and ate a delicious lunch of hamburgers. Then headed out to snorkel. On the way we saw several sea turtles. The snorkeling was along a coral reef and we saw many cool fish and another turtle. One of the workers took my 12 year old out and helped her snorkel. She was sacred to go out. That was very impressive! I would definitely recommend this company! Everyone had a great time!!

I had a great time on the boat with juice and snacks. Although there were no sea turtles, I enjoyed looking at the islands from the boat and taking photos, which is a unique way to spend time on a boat. Due to my mistake, I only had a $20 bill on me, so for reference, I recommend bringing a few $1 bills for tips if you're going.

ジュースとスナックありで楽しく船の時間を満喫。海亀やらは居なかったけれど船から島を眺めたり写真を撮ってもらったりと船ならではの過ごし方が出来ます。私の失敗で手持ちまさかの20ドル紙幣の持ち合わせしかなく、、参考のため、行く方はチップ代として1ドル紙幣を何枚か持っていく事をオススメします。

The boat is so big. Not crowded. There were a lot of space which I love! We were able to see the sunset! The view is amazing! The staffs are super nice and friendly. They kept asking to take photos for us. Definitely recommend!

Perhaps due to the impact of the hurricane, the place we arrived at by bus was cloudy. However, when we reached the sandbar, the sun came out and it was fantastic. Morning is definitely the best time.

On the boat, there were free drinks and snacks, so even if I got tired during snorkeling, I could come up and take a break.

Even for someone like me who isn't good at swimming, it was fine.

This was my second time, but I still can't help but worry about the rising water levels...

でもサンドバーまで行くと太陽が出てきて最高でした。やはり午前が良いですね。

船上はフリードリンク、スナック菓子でシュノーケリングの途中で疲れても上がって休憩できました。

I appreciated leaving on time from the harbor. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The ride
allowed us to see the beautiful Kaneohe Bay. We were given ample time on the soundbar which is breathtaking. Snorkeling was also a lot of fun and we see a number of turtles. The lunch and service was great.

Our trip was amazing, food was great!

They gave us everything we needed; we hope to book again. The sandbar was great to be able to play volleyball and then snorkel and sea the turtles. Best adventure by far!

It was my first time back in Hawaii in three years, so I decided to fully enjoy this trip by participating in an optional tour that I had never experienced before. Since COVID-19 had just calmed down, most of the participants were foreigners, and I think we were probably the only Japanese people there.

Although I can understand some English, I struggled to comprehend the explanations about the meeting times on the bus. I would have appreciated it if they could have provided printed materials, even if it wasn't in Japanese.

The shallow sandy area was about waist-deep, but just in front of it was a deeper coral reef area where there were many sea turtles, which was truly moving. Additionally, the staff's hospitality was very attentive, and I was especially grateful to a female staff member who spoke Japanese. Thank you very much.

三年ぶりのハワイだったので、今回はオプショナルツアーで満喫しようと思い、今まで経験したことがなかったこのツアーに参加しました。
まだコロナが落ち着いたばかりなので、参加者のほとんどは外国人で、日本人はたぶん我々だけだと思いました。
多少の英語は理解できるとはいえ、バス中での集合時間などの説明は、理解できず、日本語は無理でも紙にプリントしたものでも配布していただけたらありがたかったと思いました。

遠浅の砂地はちょうど腰くらいの深さでしたが、ちょっと手前の部分はサンゴ礁の深いエリアとなっていてウミガメがたくさんいたので感動でした。
また、スタッフの接遇もとても行き届いていて、その中の日本語が話せる女性スタッフにはとてもお世話になりました。

- I was a bit anxious on the bus since most of the people around me were foreigners, but once I got on the boat, there was a Japanese guide who was very polite and friendly, and I had a great time.
- There were also preschool children, which made me a little nervous, but thanks to the guide, I was able to enjoy myself without any worries.
- The hamburger on the boat was delicious, and I felt completely satisfied with everything! I want to go again!!

・バスの中は周りは外国の方ばかりで不安でしたが、船に乗ると日本人のガイドの方がいらして、とても丁寧かつフレンドリーに接していただき、とても楽しかったです。
・未就学児もいて少しドキドキでしたが、ガイドさんのおかげで全く不安なく過ごすことができました。
・船上でのハンバーガーも、普通においしく、すべてにおいて心が満たされました！また行きたい！！

This was a great experience! We stayed in Waikiki and the pick-up and drop-off was amazing, especially at the end of the day since we were able to sleep on the shuttle home. Swimming around and playing volleyball on the sandbar was fun! The crew did a good job getting the passengers involved. After lunch we drove around and saw sea turtles before heading to the reef to snorkel. It was our first time snorkeling, but the crew was helpful making sure we were comfortable with the gear. We had a blast! Would definitely book this if you're looking to maximize your time with activities.

This tour provided a number of firsts for me and my husband. It was our first time on a sandbar. Our first time turtle watching. Our first time snorkeling. Everything about this trip was fantastic. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!

Very relaxed environment, welcoming crew, and fun to be had by all ages. We snorkeled, played volleyball and had a great lunch, I would definitely do again.

Second time and it always amazes me I will totally be back next year with my fam!!

My kids age ranging from 5-9 years and they loved it! Best lunch-cheeseburger ever. Time went by so fast when you are on the boat having fun, I’m glad I picked this one over the three hour one fyi. We will definitely be back!

This was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! The staff was friendly, the music was light and fun, and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

The transportation to and from the place makes it such a smoother process! Everyone on the crew were really amazing and sweet! We had so much fun and it's definitely something everyone should do if it's their first time visiting. The only thing is that they don't have towels, so bring your own! Otherwise it was such a fun experience for the family!

It was wonderful! Although the day wasn’t the warmest, the experience was well worth it…beautiful location. Must see!?The crew was very helpful, the activities were fun, and glad we had a meal because after being in the sun - playing and sun bathing, it hit the spot ! Thank you for the great memories. Hope to do it again when we return to Oahu!

It was my second time to this activity. This time my family of 4 revisited taking 2 more families (4+3) with us. We all had a blast. It was a great, fun, friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the sandbar, snorkeling, and the hospitality of the onboard staff.

This was a great experience for me and my family. The kids had never been snorkeling and it had been a long time for me. I like that we had transportation from the hotel, and then a fun boat ride. They had life vests and snorkeling gear. The stop at the sandbar was fun because we decided to get used to the snorkeling gear while others played volleyball. And my daughter doesn’t swim so she was getting comfortable in the water there. Lunch was great, a nice bbq on the boat. And then the snorkeling was so cool! By the way there’s a ladder down into the water (especially good for kids but all the adults used it too.) We saw a lot of sea turtles on the way to our spot. And also while swimming. And as you know or will hear, you have to back up from them and give them 10 feet of space. But they are majestic! So cool to see the reef and all the tropical fish. My son especially loved it. The crew was all very great and helpful. I think it’s a great trip and we are glad we did it!

Usually do not right reviews. But the crew of Captain Bobs were amazing. We had a very fun time and felt very comfortable. Thank you for this amazing trip I will never forget.

Was a great humbling experience I would definitely recommend to families with children- history is always good to learn and experience thank you so much for this experience as it has made me feel whole.

Relaxing way to see Waikiki beach. Friendly crew. Cool breezes and ocean air.

I really think this is one of the best tours offered on Oahu. They provide you with 4 hours on the water on the most beautiful side of Oahu, offer free pickup and drop off to Waikiki, provide lunch and refreshments, and sell beer and wine all day long! We had a great time drinking some beers, playing volleyball at the sandbar, relaxing in the water, and snorkeling at the coral reef. I saw 3 huge eels, and 2 giant puffers and we also saw a dozen turtles around the boat during the duration of the tour. Also, every crew member was so helpful and kind. They were engaging with everyone, helping everyone out every chance they could, and just overall had great energy on the boat which creates an even better tour. We really enjoyed it! Mahalo for everything!

It was a really great time and vibes with the whole crew. Definitely recommend it to anybody coming to experience Hawaii. I will definitely come back next time in in Hawaii.

After the end of COVID, there were only two groups of Japanese people, including us. The rest were from other countries.
Since there are Japanese staff, they kindly taught us everything and checked in on us.
They even took photos for us, which we really appreciated.
The sandbar had high transparency and was incredibly beautiful!!!
We saw several sea turtles from the boat!
During snorkeling, we were able to see two of them up close!
It was truly the best experience to see so many friendly staff and cute sea turtles.
The light meal hamburger was also delicious!
They had hand sanitizer available, which made us feel safe.

I definitely want to participate again, and it was a tour I would want to recommend to acquaintances!

日本人のスタッフがいるので、何から何まで親切に教えてくれたり、声をかけてくれます。
