This experience became the most memorable one in Hawaii. The sandbar made me feel like I was in another world, and seeing the sea turtles was amazing. The hamburgers we had on the boat were the best.

Snorkeling is safe even for those who are not good swimmers. I was considering skipping it before going, but in the end, I joined in, and my parents, who are over 60, also participated. My elementary school-aged children went snorkeling for the first time, and they enjoyed it so much that they wanted me to buy them masks, which I did that day, and they even wore them to swim in the hotel pool.

I brought my 1-year-old baby, and I wish I had taken an umbrella. Even with sunscreen, you can still get quite sunburned. I think it's better for those with small children to have some kind of sun protection. The staff were friendly and great at chatting.

ハワイの中でこの体験が1番記憶に残る体験になりました。
サンドバーは異世界に来た気分になり、ウミガメも観れて、船上で食べるハンバーガーは最高でした。
シュノーケリングは、泳ぎが苦手な人でも安心してできます。私も行く前は辞めとこうかと思っていましたが、結果私も入り60才を超えてる父母も入りました。小学生の子どもたちも初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、よっぽど楽しかったのかマスクを買って欲しいということで、その日に買いホテルのプールでもマスクをつけて泳いでました。
1才の赤ちゃんを連れて行ったのですが、日傘を持って行けば良かったと思いました。
日焼け止めを塗って行ってもかなり焼けます。
小さいお子様連れの方は何か対策があった方がいいと思います。
スタッフの方も気さくでお話し上手でした。

The staff were all friendly and cheerful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere that made it enjoyable! The participants were all people I met for the first time, but we were well-coordinated and it was fantastic!

The booking process was smooth and hassle-free. I appreciated the clear communication regarding what to expect, what to bring, and the safety measures in place.

Two seniors over 60 tried snorkeling for the first time. At first, we didn't know how to do it and thought it might be too difficult, but once we got the hang of it, it became really enjoyable. The crew member was very considerate since we were older, helping us hold onto the float and pulling us along. We had an amazing time. Thank you very much! ♪

60過ぎの年寄り2人、初めてのシュノーケリングで、最初はやり方が分からなくて、無理かなって思ったけど、コツを掴んだら楽しくなりました。クルーのお兄さんが、年寄り2人なので、ダイジヨウブって気にしてくれ、浮に捕まらせてくれて、引っ張ってくれて、凄いお世話になりました。めちゃめちゃ楽しく過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとうございました♪

I had a great time watching sea turtles in the beautiful ocean. It was also nice to be able to do stand-up paddleboarding. Depending on the season, it might be cold when you come out of the water while still wet, so it's necessary to bring something to wear. Other than the spam rice balls, there were plenty of snacks and drinks available for unlimited refills, which was more than enough.

綺麗な海でウミガメを観ることができて楽しかったです。supもできてよかったです。
季節によっては海から上がると濡れたままでは寒いと思うので、羽織るもの持参要です。
スパムおにぎり以外はスナック、ドリンク食べ飲み放題で常に補充してくださってたので充分でした。

I brought my family visiting from the mainland and they had a wonderful time! We loved how responsive the crew was for everyone! Tyson helped us with snorkeling and was an excellent guide!!
The water was a little cold but refreshing! There was volleyball game and that was great fun! The lunch was delicious and plenty of food! We enjoyed being able to purchase drinks as well!

What an amazing experience. WOW . Breath taking views and amazing fun informative crew. I enjoyed every single second of this experience and very grateful to have been apart. Would definitely recommend. Weather was perfect even though it rained briefly it still was amazing. Volleyball was fun and snorkeling was even better. Sen a few turtles because then dip out pretty fast lol. Lunch was great with drinks and world glass special wine if you choose lol. Also had a convenient restroom. Shuttle pick up was convenient with breathtaking views on the way there. Loved it!!!!!

Last time it rained and it was a bit unsatisfying, but this time I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery under a blue sky. Even though it was sunny, it was cold, so I was glad I brought two beach towels. I think many people participate hoping to see the sandbar, but it seems you can only see it during a very low tide. (The tide level was -0.5, but the water was up to my knees.) You can see plenty of turtles and fish while snorkeling, so it's a lot of fun. They provide snorkeling gear, but there are no fins. The crew was kind and friendly, and it was clear they wanted to make sure everyone had a good time. This is definitely an activity I want to participate in again. I hope the exchange rate improves or that the prices become more affordable.

前回は雨が降って物足りなかったのですが、今回は青空の下できれいな景色を満喫できました。
晴れていても寒く、バスタオルを２枚持って行っていて正解でした。
砂州を見たくて参加する方が多いかと思いますが、よほどのLOW TIDEじゃないと見られないのではないでしょうか。
（潮位が−0.5でしたが膝下まで水位がありました）
シュノーケリングで亀や魚がたくさん見られますので楽しめます。
シュノーケルは貸してもらえますが、フィンはありません。
クルーが親切で感じの良い方ばかりで、楽しませてくれようとしているのがとても伝わりました。
是非また参加したいアクティビティです。
なので円高が進むとか、料金がお手頃になってもらいたいものです。

The shuttle bus driver and the staff who guided us on the boat were very kind, which made us feel very safe. It was wonderful to see not only the sandbar but also many sea turtles. After coming out of the water, some people felt cold, so it's good to be well-prepared with a jacket.

送迎バスの運転手さんや船で案内してくれたスタッフの皆さんとても親切でとても安心出来ました。
サンドバーだけでなく海亀もたくさん見る事が出来て素晴らしかったです。
海から上がったあとは寒くなってた人もいたのでしっかりと上着を用意出来てると良いです。

The sea was very beautiful and I had a great time!
I felt reassured that there were staff members who could speak Japanese!
Since it was my first time snorkeling, I initially put on the goggles incorrectly, but the staff kindly helped me fix it...! Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy it safely!
I saw coral reefs and fish, making it an unforgettable experience!
In May, the seawater was a bit cold, but I got used to it once I started swimming. It became a wonderful memory!

シュノーケリングは初めてなのもあり、最初ゴーグルの付け方を間違えていたのですが、スタッフさんが優しく直してくれて助かりました…！おかげで安全に楽しめました！
珊瑚礁も魚も見られて忘れられない経験になりました！
5月なので海水は少し冷たかったですが、泳いでいれば慣れました。とってもいい思い出になりました！

We took a small boat to the snorkeling point, where we were guided and given various explanations along the way.

It's important to be careful not to hit the coral. I was pointed out a few times.

The sea was very beautiful, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing time underwater while taking in the scenery.

I was glad I brought my own snorkeling gear, but if you don't have your own, you will have to use the rental equipment. Since it's something that goes in your mouth, I thought it was better to bring my own.

小型船で、シュノーケルポイントまで向かい、ポイントまで案内してもらいながらいろいろ説明をしてもらいました。

サンゴに当たらないように注意が必要です。何回か指摘を食らいました。

海はとてもきれいで景色を楽しみながらゆっくりした時間を海の中で過ごせました。

シュノーケルグッズを自前で持って行ったので良かったですが、もっていかないと貸し出しのものになります。口に入れるものなので、持っていった良いと思いました。

Since I was staying at Hilton, the meeting place was close, making it easy to participate.

The breeze felt special on the boat, it was pleasant, and the scenery was amazing! I was very satisfied to encounter a honu (sea turtle).

ヒルトンに宿泊していたので、集合場所も近くて、気軽に参加できました。

船で感じる風は特別で、気持ちよく、景色も最高！

The SUP was enjoyable for middle schoolers, high schoolers, and parents alike! We were thrilled to see sea turtles while snorkeling. The staff were all very friendly. It was a good decision to bring a waterproof case for my smartphone!

This is my third time participating. I'm not a strong swimmer, but with goggles and a life jacket, I won't sink. The guide is very attentive, so there's little chance of getting lost or getting into dangerous situations. There were families with small babies, but the guide was very helpful, even carrying them, ensuring everyone could enjoy safely. The weather was calm, and I was able to see sea turtles clearly, creating wonderful memories. You can return in your swimsuit, but it's better to bring a change of clothes as you might get cold. There is a small restroom, so I went up a bit early and changed inside while it was still empty. There were spam rice balls, snacks, juice, and warm drinks, allowing us to take breaks and enjoy without pressure. I would like to participate again next time. Thank you very much.

今回で3回目の参加です。泳ぎは得意ではありませんが、ゴーグルとライフジャケットがあるので、まず沈むことはありません。ガイドさんがしっかりとガードしてくれているので、はぐれたり危険なことに巻き込まれることはまずないです。小さな赤ちゃん連れのご家族もいましたが、ガイドさんが抱っこするなど協力的で全員が安全に楽しめるよう素晴らしい働きぶりでした。天候も穏やか、ウミガメもしっかり見ることができ素晴らしい思い出となりました。水着のままでも帰れますが、体が冷えるので替えは持参した方がいいです。狭いですがトイレが1つありますので、私は少し先に上がりすいているうちに中で着替えました。スパムのおにぎり、スナック菓子、ジュースに温かい飲み物もあり無理せず休憩を入れながら楽しむことができます。また次回も参加したいです。ありがとうございました。

I was able to see sea turtles up close, and it was impressive and very beautiful. Jamie was fluent in Japanese, which was surprising given their appearance, and they were very kind and helpful to the children. The kids were also very happy. I want to go back to the heavenly sea again next year.

海亀を身近で見られて、迫力があって、とてもキレイでした。
ジェイミーが見た目と違い日本語ペラペラで、とても親切で、子供に良くしてくれ助かりました。
子供も大喜びです。
来年もまた天国の海に行きたいです。

Everything from the transportation from our hotel with our driver/tour guide Kaplan, to our cruise and adventure with Captain Jason and his crew were fantastic! They were knowledgeable about the reef and sandbar, and were clearly passionate about its care. Snorkeling was great, and they took great care of those that couldn't swim well or needed extra help with the equipment. The activities on the sandbar were fun, and the ability to chill on the boat and enjoy the provided snacks & beverages was nice as well. In the way back to our hotel, Kaplan stopped to let us get Malasadas at Leonard's! Highly recommended... 10 out of 10!

The weather was unfortunately a bit cold, but the sandbar was beautiful, and we were greeted by sea turtles. We saw many more sea turtles afterward, and it was fun to encounter a lot of fish while snorkeling. They also ensured our safety thoroughly. The lunch was delicious as well. I am grateful to Yuki and the captain.

What I LOVED:
- Available bins to store your items once on their boat [useful as a family member nearly dropped their phone overboard within seconds of sitting down]
- Included spam musubi and soft drinks
- PRESCRIPTION/Rx snorkeling gear [lifesaver as contacts are not an option while swimming and this is an amazing option that I never knew existed]
- Charismatic and protective crew [they keep the mood light and ensure you are well taken care of]

What I could change:
- Weather [though out of their control a lil extra sun wouldn't have hurt outside of a potentially bad sunburn]

Would I recommend this to others? Absolutely! I have already shared my positive experience with my extended family.

My wife, who can't swim, was pulled along on a board during snorkeling, and we received various instructions, allowing us to see the underwater world (we even saw turtles).

Loved the hole experience and the captain made it even better he went above and beyond to make this day great! He was very helpful the hole time very funny and explained everything very well.

Had a great time the crew was so friendly and helped to take pictures and even played volleyball with the group. The boat was very nice as well lots of seating and a restroom on it. Lunch was good burgers were tasty overall the only down fall was no cold water after the first like 15 min. So I would suggest bringing and insulated bottle thats filled. Would for sure recommend and do it again!

We participated as a couple in March, and the weather was great!

However, the seawater was a bit cold, so I wish we had a jacket to wear when we got out!

This was by far the best cruise excursion I have ever participated in, and I’ve done quite a few on Oahu.

Pickup was well organized and on time. The ride out to the boat was pleasant.
The crew in itself felt like family. They were the nicest people, very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Captain even jumped in the water with the kids and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Bbq lunch was great.
We saw manta rays and turtles that came right up to the boat,it was a really wonderful day and I can’t tell them thank you enough.
I will absolutely book this again next time we visit.

If you're considering this cruise I highly recommend you book it. The day we went out the weather wasn't the greatest however, the crew more than made up for that. They are fun, engaging and knowledgable. We had a blast the entire day. Lunch was really good and we had a very enjoyable time!

Had an amazing time with Captain Bruce on the Kaneohe sand bar cruise! From the get-go, Jeff, Josiah, and Karen were super kind and welcoming, making sure everyone on board felt at ease. They had snacks and drinks ready for us, which was a nice touch.

One of the highlights for me was definitely swimming with the turtles. It’s not every day you get to do that! And I’ve got to give a special shoutout to Karen. She was a real star, especially with my mom who's a bit uneasy in the water. Karen made sure she felt safe and enjoyed her snorkeling experience. Plus, the way she helped us retrieve my dad's forgotten sunglasses turned into a hilarious moment we all shared.

This trip is a must-do for families looking for a fun and memorable day out on the water. I’m already looking forward to my next trip with them. Absolutely a 10/10 recommendation!

We boarded a boat and landed on the sandbar. It was a strange sensation to be in the middle of the ocean yet find sand beneath us. It was a bit chilly during this time.

I have always wanted to go to Heaven's Beach, and this time my wish came true! The weather was cloudy, but I enjoyed the friendly staff, beautiful boat, and activities like SUP! The drinks, snacks, and spa rice balls were delicious as well. There are staff members who understand Japanese, so I felt安心して楽しめます! I also want to see the scenery on a sunny day, so I made a reservation to join during my summer trip to Hawaii. I'm looking forward to it!

ずっと天国の海に行きたかったので今回、念願叶いました！お天気は曇りだったのですが、フレンドリーなスタッフと綺麗なボート、SUPなどのアクティビティを満喫しました！ドリンクとスナック、スパむすびも美味しくいただきました。日本語がわかるスタッフもいるので安心して楽しめます！

Overall, the experience was awesome! Tyson and the whole crew are wonderful, extremely kind, and helpful. The boat was clean, and I felt safe. The team went above and beyond to make the sandbar and snorkeling a blast!

I have participated before, but the sandbar wasn't very prominent, and it was disappointing because it looked different from the photos... I wonder if it was the wrong time of day...
