I had an amazing time! Cruise was fun! I've been to many dinner cruises on the island and the Navatek boat is indeed by far the smoothest ride I've ever been. We went during the Nagaoka Festival in Waikiki and the fireworks display was so outstanding, which made it more enjoyable and memorable for us!

The staff at the Ticket Desk were also very friendly. We got there 45-minutes early and Josh was very kind enough to answer the many questions I had while we were waiting. It wasn't their normal schedule that night and Josh was able to share their regular schedule with me, the transportation and check-in procedures, and wait times from boarding to departure.

As for the servers on the boat, they were okay but they could have been better! I would have preferred them to be more energetic and quicker. Our server that night seemed a little too tired and it also took us a while to get the drinks we ordered. Very good food though! The teriyaki garlic chicken was my favorite..yummmm!!!!

The Polynesian entertainment was good but I wish it was longer. They only performed three (3) different dances and that was it. The host and singer was also good, I like that she interact with the audience while singing but I wish she could have sang songs that are more familiar to the audience. I thought the songs were too old to be sung these days.

Something that I never expected though is the dancing at the end of the cruise! We danced the night away and that was so much fun! I loved it! I'm glad I took this trip as I didn't know this is also available at Navatek. I've always thought this to be more intimate, for couples celebrating their anniversaries or honeymooners who want a quiet and romantic moment but this can be for families or group of friends as well.

After the check-in at Kualoa Ranch we took a shuttle to Moli'i Fishpond deck. When crossing the fishpond on a floating boat make sure to have your camera ready! It's the best time to take pictures of the majestic mountain range. The scenery is incredible, you feel like you are in a movie!

Once on the other side, we started enjoying our day at this beautiful private beach with views from Chinaman's Hat and Kaneohe Bay. They have restrooms, changing rooms, fresh water shower, covered picnic tables and a staff member to help you if you need anything. Make sure to bring sunscreen and some snacks.

My brother and I spent the morning kayaking, snorkeling, stand up paddling and playing games. The staff took us on a quick Glass Bottom Boat ride and we spotted a lot of green sea turtles! After all those activities we were just relaxing in a hammock under a palm tree.

I will definitely come back to enjoy another relaxing day there!

It was a beautiful, sunny, windy day, the waves were choppy and the dolphins were no where in sight but the humpback whales and the green sea turtles made up for it. From the time we boarded the catamaran till the time we were dropped off back to the hotel the crew members were very attentive to our needs. With the choppy waves my daughter got ill but with the good nap on the cushion, located in the bow, she was all refreshed and ready to snorkel.

It was the first time for my children to snorkel but Lawrence took very good care of them on and off the catamaran. The most memorable moment was when they caught a fish and had asked my son reel in the catch. His dream came true that moment! Thank you Ko Olina Ocean Adventures, its crew members and Jacob for making it special day for us. We will be sure to visit you again!

I participated on March 2nd. The weather was clear. After a 40-minute drive from Honolulu, we switched to a boat. By the way, there were 80 participants that day! We split into two boats and first went for a sea turtle watch. We saw about three turtles. Since we were on the boat, we weren't very close. I wasn't expecting much, so it was okay, and then we moved to the sandbar. From a distance, you could see a different color area gradually getting closer! When the boat arrived, I felt a sense of awe, but when I got off... wow!!! I was standing on the water! It was amazing! I took a lot of pictures, but since there were 80 people, we spent quite a bit of time at the sandbar. It was pretty cold standing after getting wet. Then we split into snorkeling and lunch groups, and afterward, we switched. We also played a bit with floaties and kayaks before finishing. On the way back, you can buy photos taken by Captain Bruce for $10.

We arrived at the sandbar around 10 AM, and at that time, the water was about knee-deep. If you check online for the sandbar's low tide, you can find out the tide times for that day. I felt like 10 AM was about twice as deep as at low tide. The height you often see in pictures is indeed around the shin level. I've heard that sometimes you can't access the sandbar at high tide, so it's good to confirm. The day I participated, low tide was at 8 AM, so I wanted to join the early morning tour (which you need to book directly with Captain Bruce)... When I booked the tour in January, it wasn't available, but the early morning tour had somehow returned... and the period was from March 2nd, the day I participated... I regret not checking!

I highly recommend this tour. However, I think it's important to check the tide times thoroughly! Also, it was quite cold, and there were people with purple lips, so I think a waterproof hoodie or something similar is necessary.

3月2日に参加。天候は晴れ。
ホノルルから車に揺られて40分。その後船に乗り換えてます。ちなみにこの日の参加者は80人！2艇に分かれてまずはウミガメウォッチ。3匹くらい見えました。船の上からなのでそんなに近くないです。そんなに期待してなかったしまあまあの感じで、サンドバーに移動。遠くから見も色が違うとこがだんだん近づいてくる！船が着いた時はほーっと感じでしたが、降り立つと…おー！！！海の上に立っている！すげー！って感じでした。写真を撮りまくりましたが、80人もいるので結構な時間サンドバーにいました。体が濡れた後立っていると結構寒いです。そしてシュノーケリングとランチに分かれ、その後交換みたいな感じでした。その後も少し浮き輪やカヤックなどで遊んで終了です。帰りにキャプテンブルース側で撮ってくれた写真を10ドルで買えます。

10時くらいにサンドバーに着きましたが、その時にはひざ上ぐらいの深さでした。ネットでサンドバー干潮で調べるとその日の満潮干潮が分かります。10時は干潮の時の倍くらいの深さだった気がします。よく写真でみるのは確かにすねくらいの高さだな。満潮のときはサンドバーに入れないこともあると聞いたこともあるので、要確認です。
参加した日は8時が干潮でしたので、早朝ツアー（キャプテンブルースで直接申し込み必要）に参加したかった…ツアー申し込んだ時（1月）にはなかったのに、早朝ツアーがいつの間にか復活していた…しかも期間は自分が参加した3月2日から…自分の確認不足、悔やまれる！

このツアーは超おすすめです。ただしっかり満潮干潮を調べたほうがいいと思います！あと結構寒くて唇紫色している人もいたので、濡れてもいいパーカーなど必要だと思います。

A bright, cheerful, and funny Japanese guide came to greet us☆

First, we went to see the turtles♪ From the boat, we spotted many sea turtles, and miraculously, we even saw a manta ray!

It was a bit far away, but we caught a glimpse☆

Next, we headed to the sandbar! The weather wasn't great, so it was a bit chilly, but it still felt nice＼(^o^)／

The guide was super enthusiastic and took lots of photos, which was really fun ( ^ω^ )

We then went snorkeling and observed the fish living around the coral♪

Back on the boat, it was sandwich time♪

The boat also had a restroom, which made it comfortable!

I checked the tide levels for the day we were going, and it turned out to be just right, so I think it's a good idea to check in advance♪

念のために行く日の潮位を調べて行きましたが丁度良かったので、事前に調べたほうがいいと思います♪

The weather was nice, and I was able to see sea turtles! The hamburger was delicious as well. I think it's worth participating at least once if you go to Hawaii.

The guide and staff were fun and cheerful, making the experience enjoyable. However, it was a bit disappointing that the sky was cloudy and the waves were high that day. The sandbar was about knee-deep. There's not much you can do about the weather, though. I purchased some beautiful photos taken with a DSLR camera. If you're looking to save money, I recommend bringing a waterproof camera.

The snorkeling was very safe, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was able to see sea turtles up close. The BBQ lunch was delicious, with a healthy flavor and content that Japanese people tend to prefer.

We participated in snorkeling, which was great, but those who didn't might have found it a bit boring. Families were feeding the turtles and taking photos, while some couples were napping on the boat. Even as a beginner swimmer, I didn't find snorkeling difficult, so I think participating would likely lead to a higher satisfaction level.

ガイドさんをはじめスタッフが楽しく陽気な人柄で楽しませてくれました。ただ、この日は終始曇り空で波が高かったのがちょっと残念でした、、、サンドバーも膝丈くらいまではあったかな。お天気ばかりは仕方がないことですね^^;一眼レフで綺麗に写真を撮っていただけたので購入しました。節約したい方は防水用カメラ持参がオススメです。
シュノーケリングも十分に安全を確保してもらい、堪能できました。ウミガメも間近で見ることができました。BBQランチは、日本人好みのヘルシーな味付けと内容でとてもおいしくいただきました。
私たちはシュノーケリングに参加したのでよかったのですが、参加しなかった方は少し退屈だったのかも。家族連れはカメに餌をあげたり写真を撮って楽しんでいましたが、カップルの中には船で眠っている方もいました。泳ぎは初心者の私でもシュノーケリングは難しく感じなかったので、できれば参加したほうが満足度が高いかなと思います。

It was a lot of fun to experience the boat trip with my friends. The boat was small and swayed a bit, but after having a cocktail, I felt energized. When I went out on deck, suddenly a whale appeared, surfacing multiple times and spouting water—it was a surprising and happy moment. We had a great view of Diamond Head, and the sunset was absolutely perfect for the mood. Just when I thought it was time to head back, the whale showed its tail several times, as if inviting us to come back to the waters of Hawaii. I plan to come again next year. The sunset cruise was amazing!

友人夫婦と一緒に初体験船は小さいがとても楽しかったです。船は少し揺れカクテルを少し頂いたら元気になれ甲板に出ると突然鯨が～背中を何度も出し潮吹きを目のあたりし驚き幸せのひと時でしたダイヤモンドヘッドが良く見られ日が落ちるサンセットはムード最高でした。そろそろ帰るのかな～と思っていると又クジラが尾びれを何度も見せていただき又ハワイの海に来て～
て行っているようでした。来年も来る予定です。サンセットクルーズは最高～です。

I participated with four friends! The staff were very cheerful and fun, the freshly baked hamburgers were delicious, and we had a wonderful experience with the amazing ocean! I think a light jacket is essential since the weather can change quickly.

友人4人と参加しました！とても明るくて楽しいスタッフさんや、焼きたての美味しいハンバーガー、そして素晴らしい海を体験できて大満足です！天候が変わりやすいので羽織りものは必須だと思います。

The sandbar unfortunately didn't have any sand, but I was able to enjoy myself in water that was about ankle-deep. I was able to see turtles swimming in the sea as well. Snorkeling was my first experience, and I was scared, so I could only do it for a short time, but I was able to see corals and fish. However, in the afternoon, clouds came out and it got cold, so I regretted not bringing more warm clothing. The staff were all friendly and nice people. Next time, I would like to go in spring or summer.

サンドバーは、残念ながら砂は出ていませんでしたが、足のくるぶしぐらいまでの深さで、
楽しく過ごすことができました。カメも普通に海を泳いていて見つけることができました。シュノーケリングは、初体験で怖かったので短時間しかできませんでしたが、サンゴも
魚も見ることができました。ただ午後になって雲が出てきて寒かったので、防寒着をもっと
持っていけばよかったと反省しました。スタッフはみんなフレンドリーでいい人達でした。
今度は、春か夏に行ってみたいです。

Highly recommend it! Crew was wonderful. Made sure we had drinks and the appetizers. View of Waikiki absolutely breathtaking!the sunset was magical! Also saw humpback whales as a bonus! Would do it again.

Usually, I enjoy a free-spirited trip in Hawaii by renting a car, but this time I found driving a bit cumbersome, so I utilized various plans. This "sandbar tour" was one of them.

We enjoyed the beautiful water and friendly staff (especially the women, who provided attentive service that left a strong impression). We also got to see sea turtles!

There is just one disappointing point. For us in our 60s, January can be a bit chilly! Even the beautiful sea was only bearable for about 15 minutes. I recommend that those visiting during this time prepare for the cold. Other than that, I highly recommend it without any complaints.

普段、ハワイ旅行ではレンタカーを借りて勝手な旅を楽しみましたが
少し運転も億劫になったので、今回はいろいろなプランを利用しました。
この　「サンドバー　ツアー」　もその一つ。

綺麗な水、フレンドリーなスタッフ（特に女性が多くてきめ細かい接待
が印象的でした）で、サンドバーとスノーケリングを楽しみました。
海亀も見られましたよ！！

一つだけ、残念な点があります。
それは、６０歳代の我々にとってⅠ月は少し寒い　！！
せっかくの美しい海も　15分が限度でした。この時期に出向かれる方は
寒さ対策をお薦めします。
それ以外は、文句なく、お薦めです。

The participants were mostly Japanese, and the guide who took us out to sea spoke Japanese, which made the tour worry-free for us since we couldn't speak English.

We were blessed with good weather, enjoying clear skies during this season! Although we couldn't see the sandbar at low tide, the clarity of the seawater was amazing! The interactions with the guide and other participants were also very enjoyable.

From the boat, we were able to spot several sea turtles, and during my first-ever snorkeling experience, I miraculously swam right next to a sea turtle.

Since we went on our honeymoon, it became an unforgettable memory for us!

I would love to participate again next time!

参加者がほぼ日本人、海に出てからのガイドさんも日本語が通じる方で英語が話せない私たちにとって不安要素が無いツアーでした。

天候にも恵まれ、この時期に晴天！
潮が引いた状態のサンドバーは見られなかったものの、海水の透明感が凄かった！
ガイドさんや参加者とのバレーもとても面白かったです＾＾

船上からのウミガメウォッチはカメさんを何匹も確認出来、生まれて初めてのシュノーケルでは、奇跡的にウミガメの真横を泳ぐことが出来ました。

新婚旅行で行ったので一生忘れられない思い出になりました♪

The weather was incredibly nice, and the staff (Kelly, Yuki, Brian) were very kind and took great care of us. We were able to see sea turtles and many beautiful fish, and both the hamburgers and wine were delicious. We took a lot of great photos, especially the ones of us jumping from the boat. Playing volleyball was also fun.

天気がすごーーい良くて、スタッフの皆さんも優しくて大変良くしてくださいました。(ケリー、ゆきちゃん、ブライアン)ウミガメも見れたし、キレイな魚もたくさん見れたし、ハンバーガーもワインも美味しかったし、良い写真がたくさん撮れました(特に船からジャンプしている写真)。バレーボールも楽しかったです。

I had a great time with my grandson, my eldest son and his wife.

First, we enjoyed a beach volleyball game at a sandbar with a water depth of about 20 cm. It was a multinational game, and the skill level wasn't too high. After that, we practiced snorkeling. It was my first time snorkeling, but I had almost no problems. The only issue was when I tried to breathe while swimming freestyle out of habit, and water came in, making me cough. However, since we practiced in shallow water, I was fine after that.

On our way to the coral reef, we encountered several sea turtles. From the boat, they looked like clumps of seagrass floating in the water, but they were all sea turtles. Occasionally, they would come up for air, and my grandkids were thrilled.

We then arrived at our final destination, the coral reef, which was about 50 meters in diameter. We put on life jackets and fins and enjoyed snorkeling. There were plenty of colorful fish around the coral, and we had a great time exploring the reef. I heard that if you're lucky, you can swim with sea turtles, but unfortunately, we couldn't this time. However, we did get to see sea turtles resting on the reef.

Those who were confident swimmers were diving around the boat, and I thought that was a fun way to enjoy it too. My 4-year-old grandson was initially scared and wouldn't swim away from the boat, but when I held his hands and swam together, he had a lot of fun. His impression was, "I saw red and white fish from the surface."

There were also foreign people on the boat, and I became quite friendly with those who enjoyed beach volleyball with us.

We made wonderful family memories.

孫と長男夫妻、妻と一緒に楽しみました。
まず、水深20CM程度のサンドバーで、多国籍のそれほどレベルの高くないビーチバレーを楽み、その後、シュノーケルの練習をしました。シュノーケルは初めてでしたが、問題はほとんどなし。問題があるとすると、クロールで泳いだ時、習慣で息継ぎをしようとしたら、水が入ってきてゲボゲボ。でも、浅いところで練習できたので、それ以降はもう大丈夫でした。
そこから、珊瑚礁に行く途中で複数のウミガメに遭遇。船の上から見ると、海草の束がいくつも浮かんでいるように見えたのですが、それらがみんなウミガメ。時々、顔を上げてのサービスもしてくれ、孫たちは大喜びでした。
そして、最終目的地の珊瑚礁に到着。そこは直径50mほどの珊瑚礁で、ライフジャケットとフィンを付けてシュノーケリング楽しみました。サンゴの周りは色とりどりの魚が一杯で、楽しみながら珊瑚礁を一廻りしました。機会に恵まれると、ウミガメと一緒に泳ぐこともできるそうですが、今回は残念ながら一緒に泳ぐことはできませんでした。しかし、珊瑚礁で休んでいるウミガメにはちゃんと出会えました。
泳ぎに自信のある人は、船の周りで潜っていましたが、そんな楽しみ方も良いと思います。
4歳の孫は最初は怖くて船から泳ぎに出られなかったのですが、両手をとって一緒に泳ぐと結構はしゃいでいました。孫の感想は「水面から赤と白の魚が見えたよ」でした。
船の中では外国の人たちとも一緒で、一緒にビーチバレーを楽しんだ人とは、結構仲良くなりました。
家族の良い思い出が残りました。

I participated in January. There were many tour participants, so the snorkeling time was short, and my satisfaction level was low. I think my satisfaction would have been higher if there had been a bit more snorkeling time.

1月に参加しました。ツアー参加者が多かったのでシュノーケリングの時間が短く、満足度が低いです。もう少しシュノーケリングの時間があれば満足度が高くなったと思います。

It was a great experience. I would like to do it again. great staff on board very well organised , and the show was amazing, good to see that great atmosphere. Thank you so much to give us that great night we will remember my 50th birthday.

Since it was close to a new moon, unfortunately, the sandbar had quite a bit of water depth, up to about my knees. I wasn't planning to snorkel, so I intended to keep my upper body dry, but the water depth at the entry point to the sandbar was about chest-high for me at 158 cm. My grandmother, who is shorter, seemed to have a bit of a hard time.

Lunch was wonderfully delicious. Also, the water in the sea was clear, and we were able to see turtles.

新月に近かったのでサンドバーは残念ながら水深がけっこうありました。膝くらいまで。私はシュノーケルするつもりがなかったので、上半身は濡れないつもりでいましたがサンドバーに入るポイントの水深は158cmの私で胸元までつかるぐらいありました。身長の低い祖母は少し大変そうでした。
昼食は素晴らしく美味しかったです。また、海の水もきれいでした。亀も見ることができました。

This time, we participated with four people, including my 8-year-old daughter, and we were more satisfied than we expected. Initially, we planned to request another company, but there were no openings, so we signed up here because there was availability. In the end, we were glad we chose this option, and my daughter was thrilled!! We are going to Hawaii again this summer, so we plan to sign up with my parents next time. We're looking forward to it!!

今回８歳の娘を入れて４名で参加しましたが、予想以上の満足でした。
初めは他社で依頼予定でしたが空きがなく、日時があったからという理由での申し込みでした。
結果こっちでよかったねと娘も大喜び！！
今年の夏もハワイへ行きますので、今度は両親も一緒に申し込みをする予定でいます。
次回も楽しみです！！

Anyway, the staff were warm. They were all bright, kind, and gentle people. The lunch was also delicious.

December is indeed cold. I think it's a good idea to research various factors like the season and tide to see landscapes like the one in the sandbar photo. The snorkeling after the sandbar was incredibly beautiful. I've been to many places in Southeast Asia, but the snorkeling spots here are really great. Luckily, I encountered a sea turtle swimming right below me twice. However, it can be really cold in December if the weather is bad. There were also some participants in the tour who didn't go into the water.

12月はやはり寒いです。
またサンドバーの写真のような風景を見るためには季節や、潮位など色々調べた方がいいと思います。
サンドバー後のシュノーケルは、すごくキレイでした。今まで東南アジア等たくさん行ってきましたが、ここのシュノーケルポイントはすごくいいです。
運よくウミガメも私のすぐ下を泳いでいて2回も遭遇しました。
でも12月で天気が悪いと本当に寒いです。
ツアー参加の方のなかで海に入ってない方もいました。

I highly recommend it! They provided life jackets for children and were very considerate of families with kids. Although it was only half a day, I was extremely satisfied. They also took great photos. As the trip was nearing its end and I was getting tired of the meals, playing in the sea felt refreshing, and the ham and cheese sandwich served on the boat tasted surprisingly delicious.

オススメです！
子供用のライフジャケットも用意してあり、子連れにもちゃんと配慮してくださり、半日でしたが、大満足です。写真もちゃんと撮ってくださいました。
旅行も終盤で、食事にあきていましたが、海であそんで気持ちよく、船上で出された、ハムとチーズだけのサンドイッチがかなり美味しく感じました。

From January 6th, I went to Hawaii for the first time. I was drawn to the heavenly sea I saw in the guidebook and decided to sign up. Unfortunately, we missed the low tide, and the water was up to my knees, so we couldn't see the sandbar. It was quite windy, so it was cold. During the snorkeling time, I swam among the coral reefs and encountered sea turtles. Next time, I want to walk on the sandbar.

１月６日から初めてのハワイへ。ガイドブックで見た天国の海に惹かれて申し込みました。
残念ながら干潮時間を過ぎで膝位まで海面がありサンドバーは見ることが出来ませんでした。風がかなり吹いていたので寒かったです。
シュノーケリングタイムでは珊瑚礁の中を泳ぎ、海亀にも遭遇しました。今度はサンドバーの上を歩いてみたいです。

The scenery was beautiful, and I was able to go snorkeling, plus the lunch was freshly made and delicious! However, the bus ride was extremely cold, and since we left early in the morning, I just wanted to sleep... I couldn't rest on the bus because the guide kept speaking in English, and when I dozed off during the boat ride, I was woken up. The return bus was also unusually cold (even though my body was wet), and I couldn't stand it, so I got off partway. I'm not sure if I would want to participate again...

景色はよくて、シュノーケリングもできたし、昼ごはんもできたてでおいしかったです！
ただ、移動のバスがすんごく寒かったのと、朝早くに出発なのでせめて寝てたいのに。。。バスでも英語でガイドずーっとされて眠れず、ボートで移動している間うとうとしてたら起こされ、帰りのバスも（体が濡れてるのに）異常に寒くて、たえきれなくて途中下車しました。
ちょっとまた参加したいとは思えないかも・・・

Walking in the middle of the ocean was such a wonderfully mysterious experience, and I was very satisfied. I was able to snorkel in the best spot and saw sea turtles, beautiful corals, and lots of fish! I also had a great breakfast on the boat.

Since I participated in January, it was a bit cold. A rash guard is a must!

海の真ん中を歩けるなんて、とても不思議な素敵な体験ができ、大満足です。
シュノーケルもベストな場所でさせてもらい、ウミガメも綺麗なサンゴもたくさんのお魚も見れました！

This time, I went on my first trip to Hawaii. Before reaching the sandbar, I was able to beautifully confirm the presence of the honu (sea turtle) and saw many of them. Thanks to Yuki, one of the cruise staff, who accurately pointed out where the honu were... (laughs) Everyone was a wonderful cruise staff member. I actually had given up on snorkeling because I’m not a good swimmer, but one of the staff encouraged me, saying, "Don't worry! I couldn't do it at first either. You can do it!" That motivated me to give it a try. Because of that, I had a fantastic experience. Thank you. I'm sorry I forgot your name. Also, the captain was cool!!! He was a refreshing handsome guy. Next time I go to Hawaii, I want to participate again. Mahalo.

今回、初のハワイ旅行で行きました☆。.:＊・゜サンドバーに行くまでにホヌさんも綺麗に確認出来たし、沢山見る事が出来ました(,,•﹏•,,)クルースタッフの、ゆきさんがホヌのいる場所を的確に言ってくれたおかげでもあるんですが｡｡｡（笑）皆さん素敵なクルースタッフでした。私は、実は金づちでシュノーケリングは、諦めてたんですがスタッフさんの1人がおねーさん大丈夫だよー。私も最初出来なかった。出来るよー！って励ましてくれたのでやってみる気になれました。そのおかげで、素晴らしい体験が出来ました。ありがとう。お名前を忘れてごめんなさい。そして、キャプテンもカッコ良かったです!!!さわやかイケメンさんでした(,,•﹏•,,)次回ハワイへ行った時は、参加したいです。マハロ

It was a tour that was kind to children and created lasting memories. It was cold, so we couldn't go into the sea, but we were able to see sea turtles, and the kids enjoyed the atmosphere and the snacks we received. I just wish the weather had been better... but there's nothing we can do about that.

子供にも優しく、思い出になるツアーでした。寒くて海にも入れなかったけどウミガメも見れたし、子供達は雰囲気といただいたスナックを楽しんでいました。
ただ本当にお天気さえよかったらな…と仕方のないことですが。
