Typical luau, gives you everything you want to see and eat! First time is best time.

The park is a lot, I would say to get a guide as we were confused, but the show was a great ending,

easy to find the bus, they gave a bit of a bus tour before the park!

Really wonderful experience, crew was knowledgeable, and we got to see a cute family with a baby!

Good food, fun games and crafts, the pig roast was a sight to see!

The food was really delicious, and we made some sweet vacation friends at the table we sat at!

Chief makes sure you have a great time on vacation, filling the evening with laughs on top of Hawaiian culture!

On the day we arrived in Hawaii, we watched a show. The location is inside the Royal Hawaiian Center, making it easy to find and conveniently accessible. The buffet was organized by seating, and since there weren't too many people, we were able to eat without much waiting, even though we were among the last to be seated. We enjoyed the desserts at a leisurely pace. During the meal, we could watch hula dancing and even participate in a dance lesson, which was a lot of fun.

The show traced the history of Hawaiian music, and it really picked up around the middle with Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. The excitement from the audience felt very international, and even if you didn't know the songs, you could still enjoy it. There were more songs than I expected, and the dancers changed costumes multiple times, so I was engaged until the very end of the show.

I had booked this show, thinking my husband might get bored with just hula dancing, but it was a great decision since it also included rock music.

ハワイに到着した日にショーを観ました。場所もロイヤルハワイアンセンターの中なので分かりやすく、アクセスも良いと思います。
ビュッフェは席ごとに案内される形式で、全体の人数そこまで多くなかったからか、受付は最後の方でしたがあまり待つこともなく食べることができました。デザートまでゆっくり堪能できました。食事の時間もフラダンスを見ることができるのと、ダンスのレッスンにも参加できてとても楽しかったです。
ショーはハワイの音楽の歴史を辿り、中盤あたりからエルビス・プレスリーとマイケル・ジャクソンで盛り上がります。周りの方の盛り上がり具合が海外！という感じで曲を知らなくても楽しめました。思っていた以上に曲数も多く、ダンサーさんたちの衣装も何度も変わるので飽きることなく最後までショーを観ることができます。
フラダンスだけでは夫が飽きてしまうかなと、ロックも楽しめるこのショーを予約しましたが大正解でした。

This is an unforgettable experience for turtle lovers! I was lucky enough to encounter about six sea turtles, both big and small (@_@). Although it was snorkeling, I never expected to get this close to them. There were also various activities to enjoy at the sandbar, and even as a beginner, I had a great time with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP)＼(^^)／. On the boat, there were plenty of free soft drinks and snacks. Each person gets one, and the Spam musubi, a Hawaiian classic, was delicious. The guide was fluent in Japanese, and I was particularly impressed by the talkative half-Japanese woman (^^;). If I have the chance, I would love to participate again. I hear the morning is the best time to go.

運が良かったのか、大小6頭くらいのウミガメと遭遇(@_@)
シュノーケリングではありますが、この近さで体験できるとは思いませんでした。
またサンドバーでも色々なアクティビティが体験でき、supは初心者でも楽しかったです＼(^^)／
ボートの上では、無料のソフトドリンクやお菓子なども充実してます。ひとり一個ですが、ハワイ定番のスパムむすびも美味しかったです。
ガイドの方も日本語堪能で、特にハーフの女性の方のトーク力にはまりました(^^;)
また機会があれば、参加したいです。
おすすめは午前中だそうです。

The luau was entertaining and informative. The food was good too. Staff did a good job of moving 500 people through the lines. Only two watered down drink tickets. The free choices were only offered at one stand. For 500 people. Not enough.
I enjoyed the pictures on arrival. I think more opportunities for pictures would have been good.

Worst part was getting up for a 5:50am shuttle pick-up. But it was well worth it. Our shuttle was full and there were more instructions at the top of the Bay, where gear rental was distributed and we were placed into manageable groups for the ticket office. But the organizers knew what they were doing, kept track of everyone, despite confusing looks on some of our faces (mine!). Plenty of room at the beach; clean basic facilities. Information booth was staffed by very knowledgeable and helpful guides. I noticed a long line at the locker & gear rental. In the past 10 years of 4 snorkeling trips (I'm obviously not avid), Hanauma Bay comes in 3rd as far as plentiful ocean life.* Maybe because of climate change, 10 years ago was the last of the best of snorkeling? Glad I went though. I was going to skip it because of the tourism. But the agencies in charge struck the best balance possible for an endangered reef and we humans who want to pay our respects to Kanaloa and Pele, for the beautiful gifts they bestowed.

I was moved by the incredibly beautiful blue sea!
We gathered at the port and spent about three hours together, during which we not only saw the sandbar but also enjoyed snorkeling and a stand-up paddleboarding experience. On our way back to the port, we had a lovely cruise over the beautiful sea. In just these three hours, we were able to have such amazing experiences, and my whole family was very satisfied. The macadamia-flavored coffee and spam rice balls we enjoyed on the boat were also very delicious! This trip was a celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary, and thanks to Yuka and all the staff, we created wonderful memories.

綺麗すぎるブルーの海に感動しました！
港に集合してから解散まで3時間ほどでしたが、サンドバーを見られるだけでなく、シュノーケリングやSAP体験、そして港に戻る時には綺麗な海の上を案内していただきクルージングも楽しめました。この3時間という時間の中でこれほどの体験をする事ができ、家族みんな大満足でした。船の上でごちそうになったマカダミア風味の珈琲やスパムのおむすびも大変美味しかったです！結婚30年の記念の旅行でしたが、ゆかさんはじめスタッフの皆様のおかげで素晴らしい思い出が出来ました。
本当にありがとうございました！

Previously, I had only watched the show and enjoyed it, so this time I chose the VIP course with a meal included. The buffet-style meal was abundant and delicious, leaving me very satisfied. The desserts were also plentiful, with ice cream, cake, and fruits... especially the papaya was delicious. After the meal, we moved to the show venue, and since it was the VIP course, we were able to watch from a great seat, second row from the front in the center. I was thrilled to see the Hawaiian dance, as well as performances by impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson up close. I had the most enjoyable time during my stay in Hawaii.

以前、ショーだけを観たことがあり、楽しかったので、今回は食事付きのＶＩＰコースを選びました。
ビュッフェ形式の食事で、料理の種類も豊富で美味しかったので、大満足できました。
デザートも充実していて、アイス、ケーキ、フルーツ……特にパパイヤが美味しかった。
食事のあとは、ショーの会場に移動しますが、ＶＩＰコースだったので、中央の前から2番目のよい席から観ることができました。
ハワイアンの踊り、エルビス・プレスリー、マイケル・ジャクソンのそっくりさんの本人さながらのパフォーマンスを間近に観られテンションが上がりました。
ハワイ滞在中で、最高に楽しい時間を過ごせました。

We had a very interesting and enjoyable time, including with the captain. Also, seeing the sea turtles excited the whole family. We definitely want to go again.

This tour is undoubtedly the best must-do experience, as the title suggests!

We have experienced various tours in different countries, but this was exceptionally wonderful.

First, I want to express my gratitude to Captain Robin. I can't thank him enough. I truly feel lucky to have been on his boat!

The weather on the day was a bit cloudy, which wasn't ideal, but there were so many amazing highlights.

- From the captain and the crew, we felt a warm response and consideration, always wanting the tour participants to have a great time.

- There was attentive support from a crew member who spoke Japanese, which provided a sense of security.

- During snorkeling time, I was terrified and couldn't swim in the deep sea where my feet couldn't touch the bottom, but they always offered very kind encouragement and support (I think it's good to let them know in advance if you're not a strong swimmer).

- The experience of swimming up close with sea turtles will remain a lifelong memory.

- I'm not sure if there are restrictions on the number of boats, but it wasn't crowded with boats and people like typical tourist spots, allowing us to fully enjoy nature.

- Not only were there cute and sacred sea turtles, but there were also large and beautiful fish, creating a spectacular scene. Everyone was swimming very relaxed and at ease. We even saw an eel!

I could go on about the many points that made me extremely satisfied, but overall, it was just amazing! I gave a generous tip when disembarking to express my gratitude, but my appreciation for the crew, who provided such a fun and moving experience, has not faded. Even now, after returning home, I feel like sending an additional tip! (laughs)

Next time I go to Hawaii, I will definitely ride on Captain Robin's boat again! Thank you so much!!

タイトル通り、間違いなく最高の必須ツアーです！

私達はこれまでも様々な国でツアーを経験してきましたが、格別にに素晴らしい経験となりました。

まずお伝えしたいのは、キャプテンのRobinさんの素晴らしさ。彼には感謝してもしきれません。
Robinさんの船に乗ることができたのは、本当にラッキーだったと思います！

当日の天気は少し曇りで最高とはいきませんでしたが、以下のような素晴らしいポイントがたくさんありました。

・キャプテンをはじめクルーの皆さんからは、常にツアー参加者に心から楽しんでもらいたいという温かな対応や気遣いを感じられました

・日本語ができるクルーによる親身なフォローがあり、安心感があります。

・シュノーケリングタイムでは、足が全くつかない深い海では恐怖で泳げなくなってしまう私に、常に非常に優しい声がけとサポートをしてくれました（泳ぎが苦手な方は予め伝えておくと良いと思います）。

・ウミガメと間近で一緒に泳ぐことができた経験、一生思い出に残るものとなりました。

・船数の規制があるのかはわかりませんが、観光地でありがちの、あちこち船だらけ人だらけ、ということもなく、存分に自然を満喫することができます。

・可愛いく神聖なウミガメ達だけでなく、大きくてキレイな魚達もいて壮観です。みんな非常にリラックスしてゆったり泳いでいます。ウツボもみれました！

まだまだ大満足ポイントを挙げたいところですが、とにかく最高でした！
下船時に感謝の気持ちを込めて多めにチップを渡しましたが、終始楽しく感動的な経験をさせてくれたクルーの皆さんへの感謝の気持ちは未だ冷めやらずです。帰国後の今でも追加でチップを送金させてもらいたいレベルです！笑

今度ハワイに行く時も、必ずまたキャプテンのRobinさんの船に乗りにいきます！

I visited Hawaii for the first time for my wedding and honeymoon. It was a very refreshing and wonderful experience.

This time, I went to the meeting place by rental car. On the day of the tour, I happened to check my email and found a message from the tour company saying, "There will be a canoe race tomorrow, and there may not be parking available. If you need a shuttle bus, please come to ○○ Hotel around 9:10 AM. If you are coming by car and the parking is full, please park at ○○ and walk over."

I noticed this at 9 AM, but fortunately, it was at the hotel next door, so I greeted my parents and hurried over. However, I received another email saying, "The shuttle is fully booked." In the end, we went by rental car (laughs).

The reason was that there were overlapping events on the weekend. I realized that I should definitely check my emails, as you never know what might happen (laughs).

During the trip, I planned to use Wi-Fi and LINE, so I had disabled the international calling feature. Perhaps they had tried to call me the day before (＾＾；).

When we arrived at the location, luckily there was one parking spot available at the boat harbor, and we were able to park the car safely.

After parking, I wasn't sure where the reception was, but when I asked a police officer at the entrance of the port in English, he kindly walked with me to show me the way, saying, "It's at the very back under the blue roof" (＾＾).

At the reception area, there were many people, and I couldn't find the check-in for my tour. While my husband and I were looking around, a woman in a blue shirt called out my name, so we were able to check in successfully (＾＾).

During the tour, important explanations were given separately to the Japanese group and the English-speaking group, with explanations provided in each language.

Regarding our belongings, the boat we boarded was divided into two levels. On the first floor, there were baskets under the seats where we could store our bags. On the second floor, we could access our items by opening the seat lids, so there was no worry about dropping anything into the sea.

While everyone was swimming, there were always one or two Japanese staff members or local staff on board to provide free drinks. It was reassuring to know they were there when we returned from the sea♪

I had some concerns about the amount of belongings and the size of our bags, but it turned out to be very reassuring. However, just in case something fell into the sea, it might be better not to take the original passport (laughs).

At the sandbar, the tide hadn't completely gone out, so there was seawater up to my knees, but the scenery was still amazing! There were staff members who were great at taking photos, and they took many pictures for us♪

From the sandbar, we could see the mountains of Kualoa, which was lovely ❤️.

The tour schedule on the website mentioned a 30-40 minute free time, but we actually had an hour, which allowed us to relax.

After practicing snorkeling and taking photos, when we returned to the boat and looked out from the second floor, we saw overseas tourists having a great time playing beach volleyball (laughs).

There was one double float, so there were couples leisurely floating around. We enjoyed sipping free drinks on the boat and had a wonderful time♡ The burgers we had on board were also incredibly delicious♫.

After that, we all moved by boat to go snorkeling. There were many small, cute fish around the coral! I was having so much fun filming in 4K on my smartphone that I could have watched them forever♡

Next, we moved to another location for turtle watching. Since we were split into two groups on the boat, when turtles were spotted on the other side, I was too lazy to move (laughs) as it felt a bit dangerous with the crowd.

But I was glad we were able to spot turtles on our side too!

When I later uploaded the videos I took, the turtles' faces were quite clear in the footage♪

The day before, we had to give up

結婚式＋新婚旅行を兼ねて、初めてハワイを訪れました。
とても新鮮で素晴らしい経験ができました


今回はレンタカーで集合場所に行きました。
当日たまたま、それとなくメールを見たら
ツアー会社からメールが来ていて

『明日カヌーのレースがあり、駐車場に空きがない可能性があります。シャトルバスの送迎が必要な場合、○○ホテルに9時10分ごろ来てください。車でおこしの場合は満車の場合、○○に止めて歩いてお越し下さい』と、ありました。


9時に気づいたのですが、幸い隣のホテルだったため
両親に挨拶して急いで向かったところ
もう一つメールが来ていて
「シャトルが予約で満席になってしまいました」とあり
結局、レンタカーで向かいました（笑）


理由は土日でイベントが重なってしまったからでした。
何かあるか分からないので
ちゃんとメールは見るべきだなと思いました（笑

今回、旅行中は全てWi−Fi利用、LINE利用のつもりでいたので
国際通話の機能を無効化していました。
もしかしたら、前日に電話をくれていたのかも(＾＾；)


現地に向かうと、幸いボートハーバーで1つ空きがあり
無事に車も止める事ができました♩


駐車した後、どこが受付かわからなかったのですが
港の入口にいた警察官に英語で聞いたところ
「一番奥の青い屋根のところだよ」と
見えるところまで一緒に歩いて教えてくれました（＾＾）



受付場所には色んな人たちがいて
自分の参加するツアーの受付が分からず
主人と見渡していると
青いシャツを着た女性が名前を呼んでくれたので
無事に受付する事ができました（＾＾）


ツアー中、大事な説明が入る時は
日本人グループと、英語を話す人グループに分けられ
それぞれの言語で説明をしてくれました。


また荷物に関してですが
私たちが乗った船は１階と２階に分かれていて

１階は座席の下にカゴが置いてあったので
荷物はそこに置いておく事ができました。

2階は、座席の蓋を開けての出し入れだったので
海に物が落ちる心配もありませんでした。


みんなで泳ぎに出てる時なんかは
フリードリンクがいつでも提供できるように
日本人スタッフ、現地スタッフの人たち誰か1、2人が
必ず船内にいてくれました。
海から戻ると安心感もありました♪

持ち物の量やカバンの大きさ、置き場所に不安はありましたが
とっても安心しました。
でも万が一　海に落とすと怖いので
パスポート原本は持って行かない方がいいかも（笑）


サンドバーは
潮が完全に引いておらず膝下まで海水はありましたが
それでも素晴らしい景色でした！
写真を撮るのが上手なスタッフさんもいて
たくさん写真を撮っていただきました♪

サンドバーからはクアロアの山々も見えて
素敵でした❤️


サイト申込時のツアースケジュールには
30−40分のフリーとありましたが
私たちの時は1時間もあって、ゆっくり過ごす事ができました。

シュノーケリングの練習をしたり、写真を撮ったりしたあと
船内に戻り2階から景色を見ていると
海外観光客の方たちはとっても楽しそうに
ビーチバレーをしていらっしゃいましたw

1つだけ2人乗りの浮き輪があったので
ゆったり浮かんでるカップルもいました。

船内でゆっくりフリードリンクを飲んだり
素敵な時間を過ごせたとおもます♡
船上で食べるバーガーもめっちゃ美味しかったです♫


その後はみんなで船で移動して
シュノーケリングをしました。

サンゴの周りには
小さくて可愛らしいお魚が沢山いました！
スマホの4Kで撮ってて楽しくて
いつまででも見ていられそうでした♡


その後はタートルウォッチングのために
また場所を移動しました。
船内で二手に分かれていたので
反対側で見つかった時は
移動が面倒臭くて動きませんでしたw
（人も偏ってて危ない気もしましたし）

でも自分たちが居たサイドでも
無事に見つけられて良かったです！

撮った動画を後でアップしてみると
かなりハッキリと顔が見えていました♪


前日にスコールに当たり
海亀がいるビーチに行くのを断念していたので
無事見れて満足です✨✨✨


港に戻る時も海亀見れて嬉しかった♡

帰りに船の中で
色んな映画の撮影現場である事も教えてもらいました♪


結構　濃密な経験ができた日だったと思います♡

There are explanations in both English and Japanese, so even those who are not good at English can feel at ease. The free bus shuttle service also adds to the value.

(The departure times may vary depending on the season) but the first departure is early in the morning, and the tour returns just before noon, allowing you to make effective use of your time! (You won't just end up with a one-day tour.)

On the boat, drinks, chips, rice balls, and warm coffee and tea are provided, so even if you get cold, you can warm up comfortably.

I think we snorkeled for about an hour, and I was able to see sea turtles around five times. Not only could we view them from the boat, but we also got to see them up close while snorkeling. There were multiple instructors to support us during snorkeling, so even those who can't swim can feel secure. Additionally, there was someone who got stung by a jellyfish during the tour, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the instructors coordinated and provided treatment.

英語、日本語の両方で説明があるので、英語が苦手な方でも安心。
無料のバス送迎があるのもお得感があります。

（時期にもより出発時間が異なりますが）1便の方は朝早く、ツアーが終わって戻ってくるのがお昼前なので、時間を有効に使えます！（1日ツアーで終わってしまう、ということはありません。）

船にはドリンク、チップス、スパむすび、あったかいコーヒーや紅茶も用意されているので体が冷えてもほっこり温まることができます。

シュノーケリングは約1時間くらいしたと思いますが、ウミガメが5回くらい見ることができました。
船の上から眺めるだけでなく、シュノーケリングで目の前で見ることができました。
インストラクターが複数名ついてシュノーケリングをフォローしてくれるので、泳げない方でも安心です。
また、ツアー時にクラゲに刺されてしまった方がいましたが、インストラクターの方の連携、処置が早く良い意味でびっくりしました。

Good time overall! We enjoyed the dinner and show package.
Upon arrival we assumed we would be provided with the traditional lais (flower garlands) so didn't bring/wear our own, but we were told that is an additional cost...a little disappointed to come to a luau type event and not see everyone in hawaiian lais/ flowers.

The welcome drink provided was nice and there were a variety of food options available at the buffet.
We enjoyed the dancing and show during dinner... it made it more personable.
It would be great if there was more spacing at the table between guests (you're seated at a large rectangular table with other attendees) and if glasses were provided for bottles ordered (we received disposable plastic cups with the champagne we ordered)
The theatre show was overall great. It was nice to see music through time.
Wonderful singers, especially the host Chardonnay. The Chief fire dance was definitely my favorite part of the evening. You can see the work that goes into this production...it was a highlight of our trip and provided us with great memories for our hawaiian vacation! Mahalo!

This was an outstanding luau. I had read some reviews complaining that drive there goes through a industrial area. Who cares!? Once you arrive you are in a secluded, gorgeous property on the ocean.
The food and entertainment was outstanding. I went back for seconds on the pig, which they actually roast in the ground the traditional way.
This luau is the best bang for your buck on the island.

I was worried because it was drizzling lightly, but as we headed out to Kaneohe Bay, the weather cleared up, and it turned into a refreshing cruise. There was a sudden change with some intense ups and downs along the way, but it felt like a bit of a show. The only disappointment was that there were large clouds hanging over the mountains, which prevented us from seeing the full view of Kualoa Ranch.

小雨がパラパラとしていて心配しましたが、カネオヘ湾へ出ていくと晴れてきて、爽快なクルーズでした。途中で急にアップダウンが激しい状況になりましたが、ちょっとした演出のようでした。山側には大きな雲が垂れ込んでいて、クアロアランチ全景を眺めることが出来なかったのが唯一残念です。

Once again this year, it was a five-star experience. The seats were spacious, and we enjoyed the live performance, the food, the scenery, and above all, the beaming smile of my partner. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Everyone from the bus driver to the tour crew to the barge crew were fabulous!!! We saw sea turtles, snorkeled with the beautiful fish and went paddle boarding. What a great way to spend our day! Highly recommend!

The crew was so kind and professional. We had an amazing time snorkeling and seeing the fish/turtles! This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Whenever I'm planning to join a tour, I always wonder if it'll be fun for the kids too. Even though it's a bit pricier, choosing the Friday luau in the courtyard by the lagoon was a great choice! Even if the kids got a bit bored halfway through, they could play on the grass for a bit. And the best part was it was free for kids under 4, which was super awesome! What made me even happier was the kids buffet corner, with kid-friendly foods like Tater tots, Teriyaki chicken, and meatballs etc. We made some fantastic family memories in Hawaii.

The show was a blast, featuring dances from the various Polynesian islands.
There were even a few fire dancers, which the kids absolutely loved.

We were bummed we couldn't see the final fireworks from our seats, but watching them up close from right in front of the hotel was an incredible experience. Totally satisfied!

The show began by reflecting on Hawaii's musical history, starting with ethnic music and hula dancing, gradually building the atmosphere in the venue. After that, the two entertainers mentioned above appeared, and the audience reached a peak of excitement. Of course, it was an impersonation, but the concert show felt so lifelike right in front of me that even I, usually quiet, became enthusiastic! As a Michael Jackson fan, it felt like I was seeing Michael, who can now only be experienced through live DVDs, right in front of me.

There was also a fire dance, making it a content-rich experience to enjoy Hawaiian culture.

I signed up for a buffet plan before the show opened, and the food was delicious, making it a very satisfying experience.

ハワイの音楽史を振り返るという形で、民族音楽とフラダンスから始まり次第に会場の雰囲気が高まっていきます。その後、上記２人のエンターティナーがそれぞれ登場し、オーディエンスが最高潮に達しました。もちろんモノマネではありますが、まるで生き写しのようなコンサートショーが目の前で行われ、思わず普段おとなしい私も熱狂！特にマイケル・ジャクソンファンの私としては、今やライブDVDでしかお目にかかれないマイケルが目の前にいるような感覚でした。

その他ファイアーダンスもあったりと、ハワイ文化も十分に楽しめる内容となっていました。

また私はショー開園前のビュッフェ付プランで申し込みましたが、食事も美味しく非常に満足のいく内容でした。

Everything from the snorkeling practice to the sea turtle watching and snorkeling around the coral was amazing. The burgers for lunch were also incredibly delicious! There was a Japanese interpreter, so I was able to enjoy it without any worries! I got to see sea turtles multiple times, and the coral was beautiful, but the fish swimming around were also really stunning! I would love to go again if I have the chance!

日本語の通訳さんもおられたので安心して楽しめました‼️
ウミガメが何回もみれてサンゴも綺麗かったですが周りを泳いでる魚も凄く綺麗でした‼️
機会があればまた行きたいと思います‼️

Amazing and warm welcoming staff on every corner; the performances are top notch, we were entertained to a great FINALE show, Buffet Dinner was overwhelming!

We loved and enjoyed learning a lot of things about the Polynesian culture! All the performances were just by fat the best. I love the activities in each country that you can participate in, hands on and fun too!

My son is a typical “everything boring” esp by the wnd of the day, but as soon as the lights went off for the “HA” show he was mesmerized and totally enjoyed it.

We wanted to experience the LUAU dinner but I think we did not look through good enough with the package we bought. Buffet Dinner was not bad at all…just missed seeing a traditional lu’au
