I participated in the morning session, but unfortunately, I couldn't see the whales up close. I could only confirm that they were spouting water from a distance. However, I was happy that a pod of wild dolphins approached us before we headed out to sea. It was nice to enjoy a leisurely cruise, so I think it was overall good. Since I could only see them from afar, tickets for the next time were distributed only to those who wanted them, but I didn't take one as I had a full schedule on other days.

午前の部で参加しましたが、残念な事にくじらは近くでは見れませんでした。
ただ遠くで潮噴いているのだけ確認出来ました。
ただ沖に出るまでに野生のイルカの群れが近づいてくれて嬉しかったです。
のんびりクルージング出来たので、まあ良かったと思います。
遠くでしか見れなかったので、次回チケットを希望者のみ配布されましたが、私は他の日は
予定がいっぱいあったのでもらいませんでした。

I went for the first time.
It was a Saturday, but it was not crowded, so it was nice not to have to wait in line.
However, not all facilities are open all the time, so it might not be ideal for those who want to visit the same facility multiple times.
Also, if you have small children, the places to play are limited, so the cost-performance ratio decreases quite a bit. I took my 4-year-old, and while there were plenty of options in the children's pool, we were able to have a good time.

初めて行きました。
土曜日でしたが空いていて、並ばず混まずで、よかったです。
ただし、全ての施設が常時開いているのではないので、同じ施設に何度も行きたい人にはいまいちかも。
また、子供が小さい場合は、遊べるところが限られるのでコスパはかなりさがりますが、4歳児を連れていきましたが子供用プールも充実していたので、それなりに遊べました。

The food was delicious. Since it was a buffet style, I ended up eating too much. The dance was also sophisticated and impressive. It was standard, but the seats were only about one meter farther from the stage than those of non-standard guests, and there was no difference in the food. The standard seating was fine. I was surprised by how many people were in the audience.

　料理が美味しい．ビュッフェスタイルなので食べ過ぎてしまう。ダンスも洗練されていて迫力があった．スタンダードでしたが，座る席がスタンダードでない人より1メートルほどステージから遠いだけで料理も違いはなかった.スタンダードでよかった．観客が非常に多かったのには驚いた．

Previously, when I went snorkeling in Ko Olina with a major travel agency's optional tour, I was very disappointed because I hardly saw any sea turtles or fish. However, on this Heaven's Ocean tour, I was really happy to see many sea turtles and beautiful fish. It seemed like we arrived at the sandbar a little early, but we were able to sit together as a family on the water and take photos.

I thought the guide, Izumi, did a great job explaining the dangers of snorkeling clearly. It was lucky that I could enjoy Leonard's malasadas without having to go buy them myself. Most importantly, my father-in-law, who has visited Hawaii multiple times and dined at many high-end restaurants, praised this BBQ lunch on the boat as the best he has ever had.

以前、大手旅行会社のオプショナルツアーでコオリナでシュノーケリングした時は、ウミガメも魚もほとんど見えずとても残念でしたが、この天国の海ツアーでは、ウミガメも綺麗なお魚もたくさん会えて、ほんとに良かったです。　サンドバーにはほんの少し時間が早かったようですが、海の上に家族そろって座って写真を撮ってもらいました。
ガイドのイズミさんのシュノーケリングについての説明が、何が危険であるかはっきり説明されていて、とても良かったと思います。
レナーズのマラサダを、自分で買いに行かずとも食べられたのはラッキーでしたし、何より特筆すべきは、ハワイに何度も来て、いくつもの高級レストランで食事をしてきた義父が、「今回はこの船の上でのBBQランチが一番美味しかった」と絶賛していたことです(^0^)

Because we have 5-year old son, we wanted to see everything important on one day and without standing in lines. This trip was perfect for that. We spent enough time in each place and had time for lunch (in Pacific Aviation). Our guide was great, funny and informative. Worth recommending!

We signed up for a whale watching tour on December 18, 2013, in the morning. I had heard that the best season to see whales is from December to March, but I was also informed that the chances of seeing whales during the morning in December are low. Unfortunately, we were unable to see any whales, which was very disappointing. However, we learned on the day of the tour that if we didn't see any whales, we could participate in an afternoon whale watching tour that included lunch. Unfortunately, we had another commitment in the afternoon, so we couldn't join the whale watching again. I regretted not confirming in advance that we could participate for free if we didn't see any whales.

In the end, while we didn't see any whales, there were still good and bad points. The good points were that the boat ride was very pleasant, and the views were beautiful. Opportunities to ride on a boat are rare in Japan, so the scenery of Waikiki from the boat was wonderful. Additionally, there were several activities to entertain the children, ensuring they didn't get bored.

As for the bad points, there were not many, but the air conditioning was too strong, making the interior of the boat cold. This might be because people in Hawaii tend to feel hot, but most Japanese guests were feeling cold, so I recommend bringing a jacket.

Although we didn't see any whales, the guide was friendly, and the views from the boat were fantastic, so we were satisfied.

私たちは2013年12月18日AMのホエールウォッチングに申し込みをしました。クジラが良く見えるシーズンは12月〜3月だと聞いていましたが、12月午前のホエールウォッチングは、クジラを見れる確率が低いとも聞いていました。結果的にクジラを見ることはできませんでした。非常に残念でした。ただし、クジラを見る事ができなかった場合に限り、ランチ付きの午後のホエールウォッチングにも参加できることを当日知りました。しかし、私たちは午後から別の予定を入れていた為にもう一度ホエールウォッチングに参加することはできませんでした。クジラを見れなかった場合、無料でもう一度参加できる事を事前に確認していればよかったと後悔しました。
結果的にクジラは見れませんでしたが、それでも良かった点、悪かった点はありまし。良かった点は船上はとても気持ちがよく眺めがキレイであった事です。船に乗る機会は日本でもあまりないので、船から眺めるワイキキの景色は素晴らしかったです。また、子供たちを楽しませる企画がいくつかあり、子供が退屈にならないような工夫がありました。
悪かった点は、ほとんどありませんでしたが空調が効きすぎて船内が寒かった事です。これはハワイの方たちが暑がりなこともあるかもしれませんが、日本人はほとんど寒がっていたので、上着を持って参加される事をお勧めします。
クジラは見れませんでしたが、ガイドさんの対応も良く、船上からの景色も最高でしたので、満足できました。

We stayed at the Royal Hawaiian, and they came to pick us up at the terminal of the neighboring Hilton Hotel. The person in charge was an American who spoke a little Japanese.

After leaving the hotel, we next stopped at the Hyatt Hotel to pick up more tour guests. It took about 30 minutes from when we first boarded to arrive at the dock, where we boarded the whale watching boat. Before boarding, we took photos in front of the dock building (which will be available for purchase later, around $12). Once on the boat, there were about 30 table seats, and it seemed like there was space for over 100 people on one floor. Since we arrived early, we were able to sit by the window. After a while, coffee and tea were prepared, and we could help ourselves to them. It was hot outside, but the air conditioning inside the boat was quite strong, making it a bit chilly, so I warmed up with hot coffee.

As the boat set off, we headed out to search for whales. The views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach were incredibly beautiful. The deck was divided into three levels, with about six spots at the front and back. On this day, we ended up searching for about 1.5 hours but were unable to see any whales. However, since we could join the afternoon trip for free, I felt it was a good service for those who really want to see whales. Although we didn't see any whales, I felt that being on the boat and enjoying the beautiful scenery was worthwhile.

私たちはロイヤルハワイアンズに泊まっていたのですが、となりのヒルトンホテルのターミナルまで迎えにきてくれました。担当者は日本語が少し話せるアメリカ？人でした。
ホテルを出ると、次はハイアットホテルに止まりまたツアー客を乗せて走って行きました。最初に乗ってからだいたい30分くらいで船着場に到着し、ホエールウォッチング用の船に乗り込みます。乗り込む前に船着場の建物の前で写真を撮られます。（後ほど販売があります。確か$12くらい）。船に乗り込むと、テーブル席が30席ほどあり、おそらく1フロアで100人以上は入りそうなスペースがあります。早めについたので、窓側の席に座ることができました。しばらくすると、コーヒー、紅茶の用意がされて、セルフでそれを飲むことができました。外は暑かったですが、船の中は冷房が効きすぎていて少し寒いくらいだったので、ホットコーヒーで暖まれました。船が動き出すと、ホエールを探して沖に出ます。ダイヤモンドベッドやワイキキのビーチが非常に綺麗な眺めでした。デッキは3階に分かれていて、前方後方に6箇所くらいずつあります。この日は結局1.5時間くらい探し回ったのですがクジラを見る事ができませんでした。ただ、午後の回にも無料で参加することができるため、絶対にクジラがみたいな方にとっては良いサービスだと感じました。クジラは見れませんでしたが、船に乗って綺麗な景色を見れた事は価値があることだと感じました。

How many times has it been?! It's so much fun! This time, we participated because my 8-year-old son was able to ride all the attractions! If you have the time, I definitely recommend going at least once.

I visited with my 7-year-old, 4-year-old, and 7-month-old children. They had a decent time at the wave pool and the kids' pool, but the other activities like water slides seemed unsuitable for them. I want to let them try those when they are a bit older!

This time, we used a plan that included transportation and free drinks, but the counter for redeeming drinks at the food court was not open very often, and we waited in line for about 30 minutes... Lunch can only be purchased at that food court, so there was always a long line. Since outside food is completely prohibited, I wish there were more dining options available! The food was also not that great...

Additionally, there is hardly any shade, so I recommend that families with small children secure a paid space.

Children in upper elementary school might enjoy it enough.

7歳、4歳、7ヵ月の子どもを連れて利用しました。
波の出るプールやキッズ用プールは、そこそこ楽しめましたが、その他のウォータースライダー等のアクティビティは、うちの子どもたちには不向きだったようです。もっと大きくなってから挑戦させたいです！

今回、送迎とフリードリンク付きのプランを利用しましたが、ドリンクを引き換えるフードコートの窓口があまり開いておらず、３０分くらい並んで待ちました。。。ランチも、そのフードコートでしか購入出来ないので、常に長蛇の列。持込みが全く出来ないので、もっと食事が出来る設備が欲しかったです！味もイマイチです。。。
それから、日陰がほとんどないので、小さなお子さんがいる方は、有料のスペースを確保することをおすすめします。

小学校高学年のお子さまくらいからなら、十分楽しめるかもしれません。

I participated in a morning whale watching tour. I was picked up from the Ala Moana Hotel and arrived at the pier in about 10 minutes.

Once on board, I enjoyed a drink while listening to the whale watching lecture in both English and Japanese. After the explanation, we finally went outside and headed to the viewing point while enjoying the scenery of Waikiki and Diamond Head. Along the way, three dolphins appeared, leading us while playing. It was very lucky to be able to enjoy the dolphins up close, even though it was a whale watching tour.

When we reached the point, we saw the spouts of humpback whales multiple times. We could see them coming up from the surface, but we couldn't tell what actions they were doing with the naked eye. Still, the guide's explanations made it enjoyable enough. I think it would be even more enjoyable if you bring binoculars. The view from the ship's observation deck (the top floor that can hold about 13 people) was also fantastic and perfect for taking photos.

We set sail around 9 o'clock for a tour that lasted about 2 hours, and I felt that 2 hours was just the right length. I was able to play a lot at another location in the afternoon, so I was glad I chose the morning tour. I plan to participate again the next time I go to Hawaii.

午前中のホエールウォッチングに参加しました。
アラモアナホテルからピックアップをしてもらい、10分ほどでピアに到着しました。

船内に乗りこみ、ドリンクを飲みながらホエールウォッチングのレクチャーを英語と日本語で聞き、説明が終わるといよいよ外に出て、ワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドの景色を楽しみながら、ポイントまで行きます。
途中でイルカ3匹が登場して、遊びながら先導してくれました。ホエールウォッチングなのに、イルカも間近で楽しむことができてとてもラッキーでした。

ポイントに到達すると、ザトウクジラの潮吹きは何度もみれました。
海面から出てきた姿も見えましたが、肉眼ではどんな行動をしたかまでは分かりませんでした。
それでもガイドさんの説明があるので十分楽しめました。双眼鏡を持参すれば、さらに楽しめると思います。
船の展望台（13人くらいしか乗れない最上階のところ）からの眺めも最高で、写真を撮るのに最適でした。

9時頃に出航して約2時間くらいのツアーでしたが、2時間がちょうど良い長さだと感じました。午後は別の場所でたっぷり遊べたので、午前のツアーにして良かったです。
また次回、ハワイに行く時も参加するつもりです。

Cheif's Luau show was good. Transportation was good. Food was alright. Disappointed in the fact that the 'coupon' for a free item we were supposed to get by booking with VELTRA was useless. In other words there was no free item.

Although there were many clouds on the day, when the sun came out, the sandbar became a beautiful color. The hamburger for lunch was very delicious, and we were able to see many sea turtles during the watch, as well as tropical fish while snorkeling, making for a fulfilling time. Since it’s cold during this season, it’s best to bring a jacket. After snorkeling, your body gets quite cold. (You can also get warm drinks on the boat.)

当日は雲が多かったけど、晴れ間が出るとサンドバーがとてもきれいな色になります。
昼食のハンバーガーがとても美味しく、またその後のウミガメウォッチもたくさん見れ、シュノーケリングでも熱帯の魚が見れて充実した時間が過ごせました。
この時期は寒いので、上着は必ず持参した方がいいです。シュノーケリングの後はかなり体が冷えます。（船上で温かい飲み物ももらえます）

The bus ride to the boat harbor was enjoyable. (It's in English, but I can understand the simple parts, so I get the humor.) Once on the boat, everything is in Japanese. It was windy and cold on the day, but the sandbar was lively and fun. Needless to say, it was beautiful. The hamburgers were delicious, and seeing the sea turtles up close afterward was the best. I initially thought about booking with another tour company, but they were fully booked, so I made a reservation here instead, and I don't think there would be much difference. The sandbar is also close enough to dock, and the staff on the boat were very considerate, taking family photos for us and chatting casually.

ボートハーバーまでの行きのバス中から楽しませてくれます。（英語ですが簡単な所は理解できますのでユーモアもわかります。）ボートにのれば日本語です。当日は風が強く寒かったですがサントバーは、はしゃげて楽しかったです。言うまでもなくきれいです。　ハンバーガーもおいしく、その後のウミガメも身近に見れて最高です。他のツアー会社を最初予約しようと思ったのですが、満員で予約できずこちらに予約したのですが、おそらく違いはないと思います。サンドバーも近くに横付けできますし、船の中でもスタッフは気を使っていただき、カメラもファミリーで撮ってもらったり、気軽にしゃべりかけていただきます。

I was surprised that the attractions were operated on a timed basis. I think it was probably due to the New Year period and the lack of staff. I expected there to be fewer visitors than there actually were, so I thought I could ride multiple times, but in the end, because of the timed system, there were crowds at the popular attractions, and the wait time was about 20 to 30 minutes, which was disappointing.
If you purchase the most expensive ticket, you can experience the surfing attraction. I recommend that for those who want to surf.

アトラクションの運営が時間制になっていたのは驚きでした。おそらく、お正月時期で、監視員が少なかったからだと思います。利用客が思ったほど少なかったので、何回も滑れるかと思ってましたが、結局、時間制だったため、人気のアトラクションに人が貯まっていて待ち時間が２０～３０分くらいあったことが残念でした。
一番高いチケットを購入すると、波乗りのアトラクションを体験することができます。波乗りしたい方はそちらの方をお勧めします。

I participated on January 1st. I definitely saw whales. After going out to sea and listening to the explanation about humpback whales, I went out on deck. After a while, two dolphins appeared. They swam alongside the boat, leading the way, and they were very cute. I was hoping to see a whale next, but it didn't show up for a while. I wondered if there were really any whales... and then I spotted one ahead! It was quite far away, but it surfaced and showed its tail before diving back down. I waited to see if it would come closer, but it didn't appear. After changing locations and waiting for a while, I was lucky enough to see a second whale in the direction we moved. Unfortunately, it was still far away.

I definitely saw whales, but I had expected to see them much closer, to the point where I would get splashed, so in that sense, my expectations were too high. On the way back, I looked at the photos taken of the whales that appeared, and the photographer had a camera with a good zoom lens, so the whales looked like the ones you see in brochures. However, I couldn't see them that clearly with the naked eye. Still, I definitely saw whales twice, the crew was kind, and it was clear they were trying hard to show passengers as many whales as possible. Plus, I got to see Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the sea side, so the cruising experience was very good, especially with the nice weather. The two hours flew by. When you think about it, getting nature's creatures to show up as you wish is, in a way, close to a miracle.

I was picked up by a bus at the hotel, and it was easy to identify because they held a sign that said "Whale." The boat hardly rocked at all, and I was comfortable drinking coffee in the cool cabin. If I had seen the whales up close, it would have been five stars, but since they were far away, I’ll give it three stars.

１月１日に参加しました。クジラ確かに見られました。
海に出てザトウクジラの説明を聞いてから甲板に出ました。
しばらくすると、イルカ２頭が登場。
船を先導するように泳いでいて、とてもかわいかったです。
それからクジラが出るのを期待していたのですが、なかなか現れません。
本当にクジラがいるのかなぁ。。。と思っていたら前方に発見！
けっこう遠かったのですが、ザバーンと尾びれを水面に出して潜っていきました。
それからもっと近くで見られないかと待っていましたが、現れません。
場所を変えてしばらく待っていたら、ラッキーなことに移動した方向に２回目のクジラが現れました。でも、残念ながら遠かったです。
クジラは間違いなく見られましたが、私はもっと水しぶきがかかるほど近くで見られると思っていたので、そういう意味では期待が大きすぎました。
帰りの船内で今回現れたクジラの写真を撮った写真を見たのですが、カメラマンはしっかり望遠が付いたカメラで撮影していたのでパンフレットで見られるようなクジラの姿でした。
でも、肉眼ではここまではっきりとは見られませんでした。
それでも確かにクジラは２回見られたし、クルーのみなさんも親切だったし、乗客に１回でも多くのクジラを見せたいと頑張っている様子も伝わったし、ダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキビーチを海側から見られたので、クルージングとしても天気に恵まれてとても良かったです。２時間はあっという間でした。考えてみたら自然の生物を相手にして思い通りに登場してくれるなんて、ある意味奇跡に近いところもありますからね。
バスでホテルに迎えに来ていただいたのですが「クジラ」と書いたプレートを持っていてくれたので分かりやすかったです。
船もほとんど揺れなかったし、客室で涼しい中コーヒーを飲めて快適でした。
近くで見られたら５つ星でしたが遠かったので３つ星にします。

We had an excellent time on our cruise! We saw whales almost immediately, a mama and her calf. We followed them for about an hour, seeing mostly their backs and spouts, but right at the end the baby started breaching over and over! Mama breached once, too. Totally worth it!!!

A fantastic tour with swimming at the sandbar, a hamburger lunch, snorkeling with sea turtles, and coral. Since it was the end of December, the water was a bit cold, but you get used to it after a little while. The kids seemed to be cold, so I think it's better to wear warmer jackets or outfits during the winter season.

サンドバーでの海水浴、ハンバーガーランチ、ウミガメ、サンゴのシュノーケリングと大満足のツアー。12月末だったので海はすこし冷たいが、入って少しすれば慣れる。お子さんは寒そうにしていたので、冬シーズンは暖かめの上着や恰好をしたほうが良いと思う。

I checked the low tide times and participated in the afternoon plan. I'm glad I researched in advance because the sandbar was out! It's definitely better to check ahead of time!

The meal started with malasadas, and the BBQ lunch was delicious, leaving me very satisfied.

The snorkeling was also incredibly beautiful and fun. I can't say enough good things—5 stars!!!

I thought the whales were quite far away, but I was very satisfied because I was able to see the dolphins at a very close distance.

クジラはかなり遠いのでこんなものかな？と思いましたが、イルカがかなり近い距離で見れたので大変満足しています。

When I arrived to Kewalo Basin Harbor little bit earlier than their check-in time by our self, I couldn't fin their pier. It is just couple ships next from the pirates ship.
It is just small boat. But, Captain and crew's hospitality was really good.
Small ship means can turn easy to chase whale. Unfortunately, we couldn't watch whales much closer. But, Crews tried to do their best.
During activity, when my wife wanted to lay down on storage of life jackets, Captain brought life jacket for her to use it as cushion. Other staff was very kind for our kids. It was fun and much enjoyed.
I am sure that I will try to aboard this activity once again at next time.

It's a really fun water park that meets expectations! My daughter (8 years old), who loves thrilling rides, was very satisfied with the exciting water slides suitable for adults as well. Even with small children, they can play in the kids' pool, and there are plenty of reclining chairs to relax in. The food is just light snacks like pizza and fries, and the taste is okay. By the way, the drinks are mostly carbonated, and other than Pepsi, they taste like diluted syrup for shaved ice, which isn't very good. Food and drinks are not allowed to be brought in, so let's give up on lunch for the day! Instead, let's have a blast playing!

期待通りかなり面白いウォーターパークです！！
大人も十分エキサイティングできるウォータースライダーも含め娘（8歳）は絶叫系の乗り物が大好きなだけにかなり大満足したようです。
小さい子供がいても子供用プールで遊べるし、リクライニングチェアーも数が多いのでゆっくり休むことも可能。食事はピザやポテトなど軽食だけど味はまあまあです。
ちなみに飲み物は炭酸ものばかりだし、ペプシ以外はかき氷のシロップを薄めたような味でおいしくないです。飲み物、食べ物は持ち込み禁止なのでこの日のランチはあきらめましょう！
その分思いっきりあそびましょう！！！！！！！！！！！

I heard that this is the only outdoor luau show near Waikiki, so I signed up. Although I had a standard seat, the venue itself isn't very large, so it was quite impressive and worth watching. When I arrived at the meeting place just before 5 PM, participants were already lined up waiting to enter, but since I was one of the early ones, I was guided to the very front seat of the standard section. I think it's better to arrive early since those who come first get seated closer to the front.

While waiting for the show to start, there were activities like bracelet making and tattoo experiences, which made the kids very happy. From the venue, we could see the sunset over the ocean, which was very beautiful.

As for the food, I had high expectations because it was "Hilton," but I think it was decent for a buffet dinner included with the show. A downside was that I had to wait in a long line when I went to get the food initially. Since it seemed like there wouldn't be a shortage of food, it might have been better to relax at my seat and enjoy drinks until the line disappeared.

ワイキキ近辺で野外でのルアウショーはここだけと聞いて申し込みました。
スタンダードシートでしたが、会場自体がそれほど広くないので、十分に迫力があり見ごたえがありました。５時すこし前に集合場所に行くとすでに参加者が並んで入場を待っていましたが、早い方だったのでスタンダードシートの一番前の席に案内していただけました。早い人から前の席に案内してもらえるので、早めに行った方がいいと思います。
ショーが始まるまでの待ち時間は、ブレスレット作りやタトゥーの体験などが出来て、子どもが喜んでいました。会場からは海に沈む夕日が見えて、とてもきれいでした。
料理は『ヒルトンだから』と期待していたほどではなかったけれど、ディナーつきショーのブッフェディナーとしては、まずまずだと思います。最初に料理をもらいに行くときに、かなり並ばなければなかったのがマイナス点。料理がなくなることはなさそうだったので、列がなくなるまで席でゆっくりドリンクを飲んで待ってたらよかったのかもしれません。

This was my first time using Alan1.net. The tour details were well explained, and it was very easy to apply from my mobile phone.

On the day of the event, a traditional Hawaiian dinner was served buffet-style, and a hula show was taking place right nearby while we were eating. As the meal progressed, a few participants were selected to be taught hula dancing, and we had an event where we danced together to the music, which became a wonderful memory.

After dinner, I wondered if that was the end, but we were guided to a hall nearby, and after a short wait, a show featuring celebrity impersonators and a grand hula show began. It lasted about an hour, and the quality was high, so I was very satisfied!

There were also local people who spoke Japanese, which made me feel very safe and allowed me to enjoy the experience. You can take unlimited photos during both the dinner and the show, so I highly recommend it! It became a great memory!

当日は、ハワイの伝統的なディナーがバイキング形式で用意されており、食べているすぐ近くでフラショーが行われていました。
食事が進んできたころには、参加者の中から何人か選ばれてフラダンスを教えて頂き、一緒に音楽に合わせて踊るというイベントもあってとても思い出になりました。

ディナーも終わり、これで終わりなのかな？と思っていると、すぐそばにあるホールに案内され、しばらく待っていると、有名人のそっくりさんによるショーや、壮大なフラショーが始まりました。
全部で１時間くらい？でしたが、クオリティーも高くとても満足でした！


現地では、日本語を話せる現地の方もいて、とても安心＆楽しめました。
ディナーでもショーでも写真が撮り放題なので、本当にオススメです！
いい思い出になりました！

I was able to encounter not only dolphins but also, if I was lucky, sea turtles! The staff were very kind, and I had a wonderful time that flew by!

イルカはもちろん、運が良かったのかウミガメにも遭遇することができました！スタッフのみなさんも非常に優しく、あっという間に楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました！

This was my first whale watching experience, and I participated without any prior knowledge. They picked us up from the hotel on time, and we arrived at the port, which is about a 20-30 minute drive from central Waikiki. From there, we boarded the Navatek.

The Navatek is not a very large boat, but inside, there was unlimited coffee and tea, and snacks and motion sickness medication were available for purchase.

Once we set off, the guide explained in both English and Japanese, "The spouts are a sign that whales are nearby, so please look for these signs and let us know." We went out on deck and searched for whales with the guide. During the hour and a half, we were able to see the whales' breaches, tails, and spouts several times. However, since the whales were a bit far from the boat and appeared suddenly, it was difficult to take photos with our smartphones or digital cameras.

At the end of the cruise, there were also photos of the whales taken by the guide available for purchase.

While it was a bit lacking in excitement, the view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the Navatek was truly wonderful, and the cruise was very comfortable with little rocking.

It felt more like a cruise with the bonus of seeing whales, but I enjoyed it.

初めてのホエールウォッチング、予備知識なく参加しました。時間通りホテルに迎えに来て頂き、ワイキキ中心部から車で20～30分の港に到着。そこからナバテック号に乗りこみました。ナバテック号はそれほど大きい船ではないですが、船内はコーヒー、紅茶が飲み放題で、軽食や酔い止めの販売もありました。

出発するとガイドさんから「潮吹きがクジラのいる合図ですので、みなさんもこの合図を見つけて私たちに教えて下さい。」と英語、日本語でクジラの見つけ方のレクチャーがあり、わたしたちは甲板に出て、ガイドさんと一緒にクジラを探しました。1時間半ほどの間にクジラのブリッジや尾ひれ、潮吹きを何回か観ることが出来ました。ただし、船から少し距離があるのとクジラは急に出てきてくれるので、スマホやデジカメで写真を撮るのは難しかったです。

クルーズの最後には、ガイドさんの撮ったクジラの写真販売もありました。

迫力に欠けるのが残念でしたが、ナバテック号からのワイキキビーチの眺めや、ダイヤモンドヘッドがとても素晴らしく揺れも少ないクルーズはとても快適でした。

ホエールウォッチングというよりは、クルーズプラスクジラが見えてラッキーというような感じでしたが、楽しめました。

I participated in whale watching for the first time. I didn't expect to see whales multiple times off the coast of Waikiki. Despite our cruise ship being nearby, the whales didn't seem scared, and we were able to watch them for a while. The crew on the cruise ship announced, "You can see the whales at 12 o'clock," using the direction of the ship as a clock face, which made it easy to spot them since they also provided the announcement in Japanese. When we couldn't see any whales, we enjoyed the scenery of Waikiki, watched flying fish, and had free coffee. I took photos with my own digital camera, but I also purchased some photos taken by a professional crew member at the end. The whales came close enough to see with the naked eye, so I felt it was better to see them directly rather than through the camera's scope. As mentioned by others, the air conditioning on the shuttle bus and the deck of the cruise ship was quite strong, so bringing a light jacket was a good idea. I would have liked to see breaching if possible, but I was very satisfied overall. Although it was only while we were docked after boarding, we were allowed into the wheelhouse, which made my child very happy.

ホエールウォッチングに初めて参加しました。ワイキキ近海にて、何度も鯨の姿が見れるとは思いませんでした。私たちの乗っているクルーズ船が、近くで航行しているのにもかかわらず、怖がっていないのか暫くの間鯨を見る事ができました。クルーズ船のクルーの方が、『12時の方向（船の進行方向正面）にて鯨が見えます。』のように、時計の時間を船の方角に見立てて教えていただけたので、その方向を見れば鯨がいるというアナウンスを、日本語でもしていただけたので、簡単に見つけることができました。鯨が見えない時間は、ワイキキの風景を見たり、飛び魚を見たり、無料のコーヒーなどを飲んで過ごしました。自前のデジカメで、写真を撮りましたが最後に写真専門のクルーの方が撮られた写真の販売もありましたので、そちらも購入しました。鯨は、肉眼で見える距離まで近づいて着ていましたので、カメラのスコープから見る鯨より、自分の目でしっかり見たほうがいいと感じました。他の方の書き込みにもありましたが、送迎のバスの中も、クルーズ船のデッキ内もかなりエアコンが効いており、薄手の羽織物を持っていって正解でした。できれば、ブリーチングも見たかったですが、十分満足でした。乗船後の停泊中のみでしたが、操舵室にも入れて子供が大喜びでした。

It was amazing to encounter wild dolphins. I wanted to go to a spot with clearer water and more fish for snorkeling. Overall, it was an activity worth the cost.

野生のイルカにあえて最高でした。シュノーケルはもう少し透明度と魚が多い場所に行きたかった。全体的にはコストに見合うアクティビティーでした。

I participated for the first time. It was very cold and tough (´；ω；｀), but I got to see a honu, so it was amazing!

Two years ago, I participated in a tour to see dolphins on a regular boat, not the Navatek. At that time, I was very satisfied because I saw many dolphins jumping. This time, since it was about whales, I prepared myself for the possibility of not seeing any, but with a little hope, I signed up for the Navatek, which is known for being stable and not rocking too much.

I brought my mother, my husband, and my two daughters aged 7 and 5, so I thought a stable boat that wouldn’t make anyone seasick would be best.

When I saw the boat this time, I was impressed and thought, "Wow! It has two sails!" After boarding and moving to the spot for about 30 minutes, the boat stopped, and we began searching for whales. However, time passed with nothing but a quiet surface and beautiful scenery, and I was thinking, "Are we going to head back now?" just when I spotted a whale's blow! Everyone cheered. Then we saw the whale's back and tail in that order! After that, we discovered about ten whales in the same way, seeing their backs and tails.

The children were very happy, and there was no seasickness as we disembarked. Previously, there was a dolphin tour that included lunch (where you could make your own hamburgers on board), but this time it was a tour without lunch, just drinks.

I thought it might be better to have lunch on land after the tour, as there was a chance of missing the moment of spotting a whale while making and eating a hamburger.

This time, we didn’t see any whales breaching, but I was very satisfied because we saw many whales.

I also learned that the spots for seeing dolphins and whales are completely different. It would be wonderful if there were tours that could see both together!

I would like to participate again.

２年前にはナバテック号ではなくて、ふつうのもう一つの船で「イルカ」を見に行くツアーに参加しました。そのときはイルカがたくさん飛んでいるのが見えて、とても満足でした。今回はクジラだし、なかなかお目にかかれないだろうと…見られないことを覚悟で、それでも少しの期待とともに「あまり揺れない」というナバテック号に申込みました。
自分の母と、夫、7歳と5歳の娘2人を連れての乗船だったので、揺れない・酔わない船が良いと思いました。

今回船を見て「おおー！帆先が2つある」と感動したこと、そして乗り込んで30分ほど、スポットに移動して船が止まり、クジラを探すのですが…何も音沙汰なく静かな水面ときれいな景色をバックに時間が過ぎていき、期待をしていなかったのもありますが「もうこれで帰るのかな」と思っていた矢先、クジラのブロウ（潮吹き）を発見！みんな歓声を上げていました。そして背中、尾びれの順でクジラが見えたのです！その後は
10頭ほど、同じように潮吹きで発見してからそのあと背中→尾びれの順に見えました。

子供たちもとても喜んでおり、船酔いすることもなく、下船しました。
以前はランチ付（船上で自分でハンバーガーを作れる）のイルカツアーでしたが、
今回はランチなしのドリンクのみのツアーでした。

ハンバーガーを作って食べている間に、クジラを発見できる瞬間を逃してしまう
可能性もあるため、お昼はゆっくり陸に上がってから食べるのも手だと思いました。

今回はクジラの背面打ち？は見られませんでしたが、たくさんクジラをみることができたので大満足です。

イルカとクジラの見られるスポットが全然違うことも今回知りました。
できればいっしょに見ることができるツアーなどあれば、もっと素敵ですね！

また参加したいです。

I was hoping to see humpback whales jumping like in the pictures, but I learned that they don't jump during this time as they are preparing to give birth. Occasionally, I could see the whales' backs, but I was a bit disappointed as I had imagined something more whale-like.
After seeing the whales, we went cruising all the way to Waikiki. The scenery was beautiful, which was nice.

写真にあるようなザトウクジラのジャンプしているところを見れると思っていたのですが、この時期は出産前でジャンプはしないとのこと。時々、クジラの背中が見えるのですが、もっとクジラっぽいのを想像していただけに少し残念でした。
クジラを見た後はワイキキの先までクルージング。景色も良くてよかったです。
