It was disappointing because of the cloudy sky. If the weather had been nice, it would have been a point boost, but unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about that. Also, the air conditioning on the shuttle bus was too strong. I had read in reviews that there would be towels on the seats of the return bus, but there weren't any. I thought it might be necessary to announce that large bath towels are essential.

I waited quite a while at the pier after getting off the bus. Most of the people were part of a Japanese group, and I was a bit anxious about whether I was waiting in the right place. It was an experience with professional hospitality. When I jumped off the large boat, I was excited to see dolphins and turtles swimming nearby and along the seabed. For snacks, we were served juicy beef patties in hamburgers, pineapple, snacks, and lemonade. I usually don't get seasick, but I felt a bit uneasy, so I didn't eat and took it back with me (there were some people who got sick). There was also a photographer on site who took pictures for us, which were available for purchase. I was a little anxious about snorkeling for the first time, but I had no worries and enjoyed it. I participated in late November.

I think there are seasonal issues, but the waves were strong and the current was fast, causing many people to get seasick.

I saw that the boat is new and large, which supposedly makes it less shaky, but don't get your hopes up. The boat rocked, and after going into the rough sea with waves and strong currents two or three times, it really drained my energy and made me more prone to seasickness! For those participating, if you determine that the current is strong, I think it's better to just float and look down rather than trying to swim. Even if you're confident in your swimming skills, it's not just about that. Please be careful not to overestimate your abilities.

I was able to see dolphins both on the boat and in the water, but that's purely a matter of luck. I've seen promotional photos where many dolphins come close, but you shouldn't expect that. I think many people only catch a glimpse of them from a distance.

If you're just looking to see dolphins, there are other places where you can see and interact with them. You can also go snorkeling in beautiful, calm waters elsewhere. Unless you really want to see wild dolphins, I wouldn't particularly recommend this experience.

船上で揺れた上、波があり潮がキツイ海に2度、3度入るとかなりの体力を消耗し、酔いやすくなります！
参加される方は、潮がキツイと判断したらただ浮いて下を見て浮いてるくらいに留めておいた方がいいかと思います。
泳ぎには自信があってもそういう問題ではないのだなと感じました。とにかく過信しないようにして下さい。

船上でも海中でもイルカを見れましたがこればかりは運です。プロモーションで多くのイルカが近くに寄ってきている写真を見ますがこれは期待してはいけません。かなり遠くで一瞬見れただけという人も多いと思います。

イルカだけなら他にも見れますし、触れ合える場所もあります。綺麗で穏やかな海でシュノーケリングも他で出来ます。
野生のイルカをとにかく見たい！という方以外には特にオススメするものでもないかなあ

I was helped when they called me at the hotel 30 minutes before the meeting time. Also, the Japanese guide, Karen, and the other staff were very energetic, and I was able to participate without getting seasick.

The boat was new and had a slide, which made it really fun. I felt a thrill when sliding down the slide, haha.

I was able to see dolphins three times. The final dance by the staff was very uplifting, and it was so much fun to dance along with them.

At the end, they even put stickers on my favorite parts of my body. ^_^

this was my first visit to oahu and the i had booked an introductory tour. it was a perfect start. our tour guide was really lovely with a good sense of humour . he was also knowledgeable about the local history and little areas of interest being a local interest.
there were lots of visits to some beautiful beaches and enough time at the waimea botanical gardens to go for a wander. the lunch was delicious. topped at the end a visit to the dole plantation.
i wish we had more time at the plantation to actually go out on the train to be amongst the growing pineapples which would have added to the experience

You will inevitably have to swim close to the staff. Other guests may kick you or push you aside, but keep moving forward without giving up.

After seeing the dolphins, the staff will say, “Those who haven’t seen a dolphin yet, please come to the front,” but those who are at a distance where they can’t see the dolphins at that point cannot move forward.

This is because those who have seen the dolphins do not give up their spots.

The staff warns not to touch the dolphins beforehand, but even when someone tried to touch them, they didn’t seem to pay much attention.

We were picked up from a hotel near Waikiki and took about an hour by bus to the boat dock, from where we boarded the boat and headed to the sandbar!

For lunch, we were served hamburgers and drinks on the boat! They were very delicious!

There were also two restrooms on the boat.

The boat didn't sway too much, but if you're worried, it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication before participating.

We joined the sandbar tour in the morning, avoiding high tide, and the water was still up to our thighs! The timing of high tide varies by season, so it might be good to check that before deciding on the tour time.

You can leave your belongings on the boat while taking photos and snorkeling at the sandbar. It was my first time snorkeling, but the staff taught us, and after a few tries, I got the hang of it! We moved the boat a little and, wearing safety jackets, we saw coral reefs and fish at a depth of about 10 meters. At first, I was a bit scared, but I was able to see the beautiful underwater scenery.

While swimming, I was lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which was a rare experience.

We could also see many sea turtles from the boat and managed to capture some great photos.

On the way back, you can change clothes at a restroom near the boat dock, but I didn't have time (the men's restroom had no line, but the women's restroom had a queue), so I wore my clothes over my swimsuit on the way back. 最初は少し怖かったのですが、とても綺麗な海底の景色をみることができました。

泳いでいる際にもウミガメに遭遇することができ、貴重な体験でした。

船からもウミガメをたくさん見ることができ、写真にもしっかりおさめることができました。

帰りは船乗り場近くのトイレで着替えることもできますが、私は時間がなく(男子トイレは並んでいませんでしたが、女子トイレは行列でした)水着の上が服を着て帰りました。
私はバスタオルを持っていましたが身体を拭いて濡れてしまったため、小さめのタオルを何枚か敷いてバスに乗りました。
バスの座席が濡れるのを防ぐため大きめのタオル
をいくつか持参されることをオススメします★

ガイドさんや船長さんがとても気さくで明るい方々でした！本当に楽しかったです^_^

It had been 20 years since I last swam, but thanks to the life jacket and the fins for my feet, I felt no anxiety. I was moved to encounter a large group of dolphins on both occasions. When I heard, "Look down at the sea! Dolphins!" and put my face in the water, I saw dozens of them swimming so close that I could almost touch them. We took plenty of photos with our phones in waterproof covers, and the videos of the dolphins turned out beautifully. Snorkeling was also amazing; I encountered sea turtles and got to experience the slide and stand-up paddleboarding, which was the best. The taro cheese burger was delicious too. When I made the reservation, I thought the price was a bit high, but considering it included the life jacket, snorkeling gear, a hamburger, and drinks, and especially the crew who made it fun, it was a very satisfying tour.

Since there are good options available, I think it would be better to include the details on the tour page.

The photos and videos were $79. Groups that opted for this option wear special rubber bands, which allows them to receive priority for photos. I was satisfied with the results. However, picking up the USB at the office near DFS the next day was a bit of a hassle. It would be nice if they could send it to Japan for an additional $15.

The wetsuit was $10. I tend to get hot, but it was a good decision to wear it. The seawater was quite cold.
