As mentioned in other reviews, the cruise turned out to be the worst due to troubles with the shuttle service, ruining what was supposed to be a wonderful trip. I arrived at the designated location 15 minutes early and showed my voucher to the staff in cruise uniforms near the bus that was parked at the bus stop, but I was told to wait in the waiting room and was left unattended even after the scheduled time had passed. I showed my voucher again since other tour guests from different travel agencies were being picked up, but I received the same response that the driver would come in and call me, so I should just sit and wait in the waiting room. I complied quietly, but there was no announcement or call, and after 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I became extremely anxious. I called the Japanese support line for VELTRA, but was told that there was no one who could speak Japanese at the moment and that my name was not on the reservation. I persisted, and it seemed they called the staff at the pickup point, and finally, my name was called, allowing me to board somehow. Meanwhile, I received a follow-up email from VELTRA stating, "We received a notification from the cruise company that we would depart if we couldn't meet you on time, and refunds are not possible in case of cancellation," which only added to my anger. It was a cruise experience that left me feeling utterly frustrated.

The finale was an impressive fire dance. The MC's lively talk and jokes had everyone laughing, but it was a shame that I couldn't quite understand the English.

On the last day, I participated with my mother. The ship was quite crowded, but I was excited to see how popular this tour is, with so many people joining every day. The first sparkling wine can be hard to get unless you call the waiter, so don't hesitate to ask for it. The breathtaking views were a feast for the eyes, and the food was delicious. Everyone danced at the end, and my mother was very happy and enjoyed it a lot. The whole lobster was a bit difficult to eat, but it was a good experience. I recommend this for a memorable last day in Hawaii.

I had a wonderful time from start to finish. The performance and Hawaiian music were absolutely fantastic, and the female duet performing Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley was very exciting. The dancers' movements were sophisticated, and I was so captivated by the final fire dancer that I forgot to breathe.

Lastly, I want to express my gratitude not only to the dancers and singers but also to the table service staff. Thank you for the excellent hospitality; it was thanks to you that I was able to enjoy this memorable time in Hawaii. Mahalo.

I think it depends on the plan, but honestly, the food was about what I expected. It felt just as I imagined. However, for those who prioritize the atmosphere and scenery of the dinner cruise, even the most affordable buffet can be enjoyable! We didn't have high expectations for the food with this plan, so we finished eating in less than 30 minutes and spent the rest of the time enjoying the view from above!

Although it wasn't sunny, I was very moved by the beautiful orange sky, even though we couldn't see the sunset properly. Additionally, the staff took photos for us, and they made sure to get my partner to smile, resulting in some really great pictures! Although there is a fee, the quality is professional, so I recommend purchasing them! (Of course, you can check them first, so if you like them, it's a win!)

However, depending on the weather and wind conditions, there was more rocking than I expected that day, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case. Neither my partner nor I usually get motion sickness, but we both felt a bit queasy even while enjoying the breeze outside.

晴天ではなかったので夕日はしっかり見られなかったですが、綺麗なオレンジ色の空にとても感動しました(*´ω`*)
また、スタッフの方が写真を撮って下さるのですが、写真でなかなか笑わない彼が硬くならないように笑わせて下さるのでとても良い写真が撮れました！
有料にはなりますがさすがプロなのでとても綺麗な写真になりますので購入をお勧めします！
(もちろん確認ができますので、気に入れば◎)

ただ、天気や風の状況にもよりますがこの日は思ったより揺れがありましたので念の為酔い止めを飲む事をお勧めします。
なかなか乗り物酔いしない私と彼ですが、2人とも外の風を浴びていても少し酔ってしまいました(^_^;)

We participated as a family of four adults and two children (both girls, 8 years old). We drove there with a rental car, and the location was easy to find. Having participated in several similar activities before, we decided to choose this one because it seemed like there wouldn't be many Japanese people. Indeed, we hardly saw any Japanese, and we were able to enjoy the atmosphere of being abroad. I don't speak much English, but I didn't have any trouble communicating, and both the activities and the meals were great. The children were able to participate in most of the activities and seemed to have a lot of fun.

I participated in the same course last December and had a great experience, so I joined the same course again this time. However, the service from the staff was so terrible that it turned into a nightmare.

There were three of us, and three chairs were prepared, but four plates were set on the table, so we asked for them to be cleared. They took a long time to respond, and another staff member kindly removed them. After that, the main staff member came to our table, glaring at us, saying things like, "I'm the one in charge" and "Don't ask anyone else." They continued to complain as they walked by (unfortunately, I had no trouble with everyday English), broke a glass, and insisted we "finish, finish" while we were still eating, as if they wanted us to hurry up. The timing of the food being served was also much slower than at other tables, and when the steak was served, we had no drinks.

The person at the next table received an apology after breaking a glass, but of course, we were ignored! In the end, we received only one survey form for the three of us, and when they took it, they slammed it down on the table. They probably crumpled the survey as well. If it weren't for being on the ship, I would have left. I was really looking forward to the last day, so it was very disappointing.

I wasted my time and money. While there may be some ups and downs with other tours, the cost of this experience was far too high. I hope for a more professional attitude in customer service. I would like to see a satisfactory explanation after reviewing the survey.

3名で参加、椅子も3脚で準備されていましたが、4人分のお皿がセットされていたため片付けをお願いしました。いっこうに片付けてくれなく別の方が快く下げてくれました。その後「担当は自分だ」「自分以外の人に頼むな」などテーブルに来てに睨み付けられ、その後も通りすがりに文句を言われたり（残念なことに日常英語には困りません）、グラスを割られたり、頂いている途中の物を「finish、finish」と捲し立てられ、まるで早く終われといわんばかりの対応。食事が運ばれるタイミングも他のテーブルよりもはるかに遅くステーキの時には飲み物なしでした。隣の席の方には、グラスを割った後謝っていましたが、勿論私たちのことは無視！最後は、アンケート用紙・・一人1枚来ている用紙も私たちには1枚。持っていくときにはテーブルを叩きつけて持っていきました。アンケートも握りつぶしているのでしょうね。船上じゃなきゃ帰っていました。最終日に楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。
時間とお金を無駄にしました。他のツアーにも当たり外れは多少あるのでしょうがあまりにも代償が大きすぎます。接客にもプロ意識が欲しいですね。アンケートを確認し納得のいく説明が欲しいです。

The venue is on the rooftop of the 6th floor, and every visitor is given a fresh flower lei, which you can take back to Japan. During my seven-day stay, there were many cloudy days, but on this particular day, there were no clouds, and I was able to see a beautiful sunset. I chose the lowest-priced meal option, so the taste was good enough for me as I was heading to see the sunset right away. However, the rooms were ranked differently, and the hospitality inside the room varied, which was a bit disappointing. For those aiming to see the sunset, I think the lowest-priced all-you-can-eat course is sufficient, but if you want more Hawaiian hospitality, I recommend opting for a higher-ranked course.

Perhaps due to the large number of attendees, the weather was not particularly bad, but the event was held in an indoor facility adjacent to the outdoor venue. However, the indoor space was equipped with better lighting and facilities, which made the show even more enjoyable than it might have been outdoors.

Additionally, the fire dance was performed in a small courtyard area just outside the indoor venue. We were able to stand up from our seats and surround the performers, allowing us to see them up close and truly enjoy the experience.

ただ、屋内の方がライトアップ設備等が充実しており、むしろ屋外よりもショーを楽しめたのでは、と思っています。

また、ファイアーダンスのみは室内から少しだけ出た中庭のような場所で行われ、席から立って演者を囲む形で見学するのですが、とても近くで見ることが出来、楽しむことが出来ました。

The most beautiful sight was the sunset, which you can enjoy more than the show itself. You can freely go out on deck to view it. (I believe that, due to the ship's structure, only the 3-star or 5-star courses allow access to the deck, so it might be worth choosing one of those two courses for that reason.)

ショーがメインとなる為、料理はまぁ及第点かなという内容でした。

一番きれいなのは、ショーそのものよりも船より見れる夕日で、そちらは勝手に甲板に出て自由に見学することが出来ます。

We had a participation of four parents with two girls, aged 6 and 3.

As for my impressions, the timing was just right. We started by enjoying the food on the boat.

Regarding the meal, I had no expectations for the tour food, but it was better than I thought.

We went out on the deck to enjoy the scenery and have our meal, and by the time we finished eating, the show began.

After the show, it was sunset time, which was perfect for taking photos.

In the end, we all danced together upon arrival. The experience was lively and enjoyable without any downtime. The parents were very happy as well. I think it's a perfect finale for a trip.

ツアーのご飯で全く期待してませんでしたが思ったよりイケます。

時間を持て余す事なく終始ワイワイして終わりました。

The night started great with the friendly, funny driver and host. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. Paradise Cove is one of the most beautiful locations i have ever been to. All the activities before the show were fun! I loved that i was able to use my cove card at the marketplace. All the staff was so friendly and the dinner was delicious! I purchased The deluxe package which included GREAT seats and table service so i didn't even have to get up for anything. The waiters were very attentive and kept making sure i was doing ok. The show was the best luau performance i have ever seen! The performers did an AWESOME job! I will definitely attend the luau next time i come to Hawaii.

So glad we chose this fireworks dinner cruise over others. Captains Tiger and Stephanie and the staff put in so much effort to make you feel welcome and have a good time. Dinner was served as it was cooked, so it was all hot and fresh, and we had the perfect spot for a view of the fireworks show. On the way back, we were treated to hula performances and fire spinning. It was a very nice evening and we will do it again.

The food was exceptional especially considering the number of people being served. The staff was polite and very accommodating. The young entertainers interacted with the crowd and performed in their traditional attire. We came back to the port with a bang, singing and dancing. I would definitely recommend this cruise. My only disappointment was that the harbor/tower area used to be filled with shops. It was our last night on the island and it would have been nice to purchase those last minute sovereigns. Now it’s just empty with a few eateries.

It was more fun than I expected! This time, I stayed for three weeks, and this was the last tour. That said, I only organized three tours, all through Veltra. Since it was Friday, there were five buses at Aloha Landing, which shows its popularity. First, we had dinner on the Star of Honolulu. There was a service ticket for two drinks (including alcohol), and my wife was satisfied with her Blue Hawaii. We reserved a bottle of champagne but couldn't finish it. The appetizers were quite good too. The main attraction was the lobster, which I haven't had since I ate it in Los Angeles ten years ago. Compared to Ise lobster (I might get scolded by the Ise lobster), it was a bit coarse, but still quite nice. I couldn't finish the steak. The dessert cake was delicious as well. The fireworks were beautiful, but it's more impressive to watch them closer to the beach. The live show was of a pretty high level. Just listening and watching was enough, but there were also opportunities to participate, which was a lot of fun! I enjoyed it more than the price suggested. I will come again next time. Highly recommended!

思った以上に楽しかった！今回は3週間の滞在で、最後のツアー。と言ってもツアーを組んだのは、3回だけ。全てベルトラさんでした。金曜日とあって、アロハランディングには5台のバス。人気の高さが伺えます。まずはスターオブホノルルでディナー。ドリンク(アルコール含む)2杯のサービスチケットもあり、家内はブルーハワイに満足。シャンパンを一本リザーブしたのにのみきれず。前菜も結構いけました。最大のお目当はロブスター。10年前にロスで食べて以来。伊勢エビと比べたら(伊勢エビに怒られそうですが)大味ですがなかなか^_^ ステーキは食べきれませんでした。デザートのケーキも美味しい。花火も綺麗でしたが、砂浜の近くで見た方が迫力はあります。ライブショーは結構レベルが高い。聴いているだけ、見ているだけでも十分ですが、参加できるチャンスもあり、大盛り上がり！価格以上に楽しめました。次回も来ます。おススメ！
