Thanks to our tour guide AYC Kanako, it was a very enjoyable tour. I participated because there were many places I was visiting for the first time, and it was really great. I also enjoyed the conversations with our fellow tour guide Billy. Thank you very much. If I have the opportunity, I would like to join other tours as well.

I was a bit worried about the weather, but since it was covered, a little rain wasn't a problem. I went on an off-road tour with a family member who has difficulty walking, but the guide was very accommodating, which was great.

お天気が少し心配でしたが、屋根付きなので多少の雨であれば問題ありませんでした。足が悪い家族と一緒のオフロードツアーでしたが、ガイドさんにもよくしていただき良かったです。

The guidance to the buffet seating and the distribution of drinks were extremely rough. There was no difference from the VIP experience. If it were like this, only the show would be good.

ビュッフェの席への案内、ドリンクの配布など、極めて粗雑。VIPとの差もなし。
これたったらショーだけが良い。

I had always thought about visiting Kualoa Ranch someday. Since my husband loves Jurassic Park, we chose this tour. It felt like we were going through three short tours in one day. Each segment lasts 90 minutes, almost like a college class! The explanations are in English, but the American jokes are simple enough that you won't be completely lost. We learned about Hawaiian plants, and surprisingly, there were some aspects that felt like a school trip. We even got to crack macadamia nuts ourselves and enjoy fresh ones, making it a tour filled with attractions beyond just visiting movie filming locations. I was very satisfied. However, the time commitment is long, so it might feel like a waste if you're on a short stay. The round-trip bus is extremely cold, so I recommend bringing a thicker jacket or hoodie.

いつかは行ってみようと思っていたクアロアランチ。夫がジュラシックパークが好きなのでこちらのツアーにしました。３つのショートツアーを一日かけて周る感じです。90分1コマなのでまるで大学の授業のよう笑　英語の説明ですが、アメリカンジョークも簡単なものだったりするのでそんなに何を話してるかわからない状態にはなりませんが、ハワイの植物を学んだりと意外と修学旅行チックなツアーもありました。マカダミアナッツを自分で割ってフレッシュなものを食べれたりと、映画のロケ地訪問だけではない魅力が詰まったツアーで大満足でした。ただ、拘束時間が長いので短期滞在だと勿体無いかも。往復のバスは極寒なので厚めの羽織ものやパーカーをお持ちになることをおすすめします。

I watched the Hilton's luau show for the first time in a while. I made a reservation for an event during Christmas in Hawaii after three years. I felt like there weren't many Japanese people there yet. The show had great seating and was wonderful. The food was satisfying for me, especially since I had been lacking vegetables since coming to Hawaii.

3年ぶりのハワイでクリスマスに何かイベントをと思って予約しました。
日本人はまだあまりいなかったような気がします。
ショーはお席もよく、素敵なものでした。
お食事もハワイに来て野菜不足だったので、わたし的には満足です

It was excellent service, hula show and music. Food was ok.

At the dockside check-in they were very helpful. I just showed my confirmation email and she gave us out boarding passes. The dockside hula show was good. They had 2 musicians playing and 3 dancers, it wasn't Cirque Du Soleil but if thats what your expecting go to Las Vegas!!

I loved the meal. The purple bread (made with Ube) was good, it tasted like the Kings Hawaiian Rolls! The steaks are cooked medium rare, which I enjoy but was too under cooked for my wife. Even since she didnt eat her steak she still was full with the Crab and Chicken. The ice cream was delicious. The Mai Tai's were on point.

Our server was perfect. Very attentive to our needs, conversational without being annoying. Extremely gracious and appreciative.

I attended with my 4-year-old daughter. The buffet was lavish, and the roast beef was especially delicious. There was also a simple hula lesson, which my daughter really enjoyed!

ビュッフェも豪華で、ローストビーフが特に美味しかったです。簡単なフラレッスンもあり、娘もとても楽しんでいました！

The dining area and the theater are at the same floor , the 4th floor of the shopping mall building. It is very close to the Waikiki Beach. We can just walk from our hotel, which is very convenient. The buffet has ube bread, salads, fish filet, steamed ube and yam, pastas, BBQ beef and etc. and the amazing food is pork and Traditional Hawaiian Kalua pig. The chef helped to cut the entire pig. The crispy pig skin is really good. I love it. And the coconut pudding is also delicious. And dinner, we watched the show. I thought it’s the show all about traditional Hawaii dance. However, it also has they music of Elvis Aaron Presley and Michael Jackson. The singers are amazing. I love the show, too.

I thought the sandbar was land. However, it is still the sea in shallow waters. You can't go in with your clothes on. You can see sea turtles from a distance. Also, the snorkeling experience is not in a place where you can stand, so it might be tough if you can't swim at all. There are no other stops, but the staff was friendly, and it was an enjoyable tour.

が、浅瀬であくまで海です。洋服のままでは行けません。ウミガメは遠目にわかるくらいです。またシュノーケリング体験も足がつく場所ではないので、泳ぎがゼロですと厳しいかもしれません。他にどこに立ち寄るわけでもなく、スタッフの方もフレンドリーで楽しいツアーでした。

I made a reservation for the first night in Hawaii. No one was wearing masks outdoors. The atmosphere was very Hawaiian, and sitting right in front of the stage, I could feel the waves and enjoy the live Hawaiian music and singing. It truly made me feel like I was in Hawaii! It was also nice that the artists were not young but rather had a certain presence, being a bit older. The food was decent, and the staff was friendly, making it a wonderful experience overall.

マスクは屋外でみなつけてません。
ハワイらしい雰囲気、ステージすぐ前の席で波の音とハワイアンミュージックの生演奏と生の歌声であぁハワイにきたー！という実感がしみじみ。アーティストが若手ではなく貫禄あるややシニアの方々なのもまた良かった。料理もまずまず、スタッフも親切で最高です。

I was truly never bored from start to finish. Your talks were packed with information, and I had a wonderful time throughout.
In the morning, I had malasadas, and for lunch, I enjoyed the garlic shrimp from FUMIS that I had wanted to try for a long time, traditional poi, and local fruits. At the famous spots, I saw Chinaman's Hat and Halona Blowhole, among others...
While swaying on the bus and gazing at the scenery outside, we suddenly stopped. On the sandy beach, there was something that looked like a thick piece of driftwood... Upon closer inspection, I couldn't believe my eyes—there was a Hawaiian monk seal lying there! I often see honu, but to encounter a Hawaiian monk seal was such a stroke of luck. I really felt grateful for participating in this tour.
Finally, we visited Pohaku Lanai. This place is absolutely essential for me for various reasons. I'm truly thankful for the stop here.
This tour was filled with so much content, and your talks were equally rich. I plan to definitely join this tour again next time.

最初から最後まで本当に退屈しませんでした。お二人のトークには盛りだくさんの情報がつまっており、終始楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
朝は、マラサダ、昼食は、以前から食べたかったFUMISのガーリックシュリンプ、伝統食のポイや地元の果物屋さん、名所ではチャイナマンズハット、ハロナ潮吹き岩などなど・・・。
暫しバスに揺られながら外の景色を眺めていると突然停車。砂浜には太い流木のような物が・・・。よく見てみると、なっ、なっ、なんとハワイアンモンクシールが横たわっているではありませんか。ホヌはよく見かけるのですが、ハワイアンモンクシールに出会えるとは、なんと幸運なことでしょう。このツアーに参加して本当に良かったと思いました。
最後は、ポハクラナイ（Pohaku Lanai）です。ここは私にとっていろいろな意味で絶対外せない場所です。立ち寄っていただき本当に感謝しています。
このようにこのツアーは内容が盛りだくさん、お二人のトークも盛りだくさんでした。次回もこのツアーに絶対参加しようと予定に入れています。

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was great, the views were breathtaking and the entertainment was fun! The pictures were a delight and our neighbors at the next table were nice. Overall, a great experience.

I went on a tour with my three elementary school children, and the guides were very kind, making it a fun experience for the whole family. The kids were initially scared of snorkeling, but once they got used to it, they really enjoyed it.

小学生の子供３人連れでしたが、ガイドの方達はとても親切で家族共々楽しいツアーでした。
シュノーケルは子供達は最初怖がってましたが、慣れたら楽しんでいました。

Excellent performances and Hospitality by the Chief and Family! Loved the excitement and enthusiasm! Buffet was delicious. Souvenirs and photo options were so affordable. Will be bringing my Family back again soon! ALOHA CHIEF AND CREW!!

This was absolutely amazing! So very glad we spent our anniversary on this cruise. The food was outstanding and the staff was wonderful!

There is no attendant at the meeting place, so I had to check in by myself at the check-in counter by showing my voucher. However, I was informed that my reservation wasn't properly reflected, which left me confused. In the end, it took quite a bit of time, and I managed to get in by sending a photo of the voucher. It was awkward since there were a lot of people lined up behind me.

The food was delicious, so I was satisfied. However, every time I ordered a drink other than the initial welcome Mai Tai, I had to pay with a credit card, which was a hassle. They don't accept cash, so a credit card is a must.

It seems that the performers change depending on the day, and on my day, it was only Elvis. I would have liked to see Michael too. If you like Elvis or Michael, you might enjoy it.

集合場所に特にアテンドの方はいないので、自分でチェックインカウンターでバウチャーを見せてチェックイン。と思いきや予約がうまく反映されていないと伝えられて困惑。結局かなり時間がかかってバウチャーの写真を送ることでなんとか入れてもらいました。後ろにかなり人が並んでいて気まずかった。
料理は美味しかったので満足です。ただ、最初のウェルカムマイタイ1杯以外のドリンクを頼む時、いちいちクレカでの決済が必要で面倒だった。現金は受け取らないとのことで、クレカ必須です。
ショーは日によって出演者は違うようで、私の日はエルビスオンリーでした。マイケルも見たかった。エルビスやマイケルが好きな人は楽しめるかな。

Definitely a splendid evening, whats better than being on the beautiful Waikiki waters

I participated in light clothing. I set out thinking it would be an easy hiking course, but due to the bad weather the day before, we had to navigate through a fallen bamboo grove along the way.

Before reaching the waterfall, there were steep slopes that made me sweat a lot, but the sense of accomplishment was 100%.

On the way back, we had lunch, which was delicious and felt like a reward. I was very satisfied.

The view from Tantalus Lookout on the way back was also great, making it the best course overall.

軽装で参加いたしました。手軽なハイキングコースと思いつつ出発しましたが、前日荒天だったとのことで途中倒れかけた竹藪の中を進みました
滝に到着するまでは、きつい坂道もあり汗でびっしょりになりましたが
達成感は100％でした
帰りにはランチをいただきましたが、これがまた美味しくて　ご褒美のようで
大満足でした。
帰途タンタラスの丘からの眺めも良くて　コースとしては最高でした

Joe very friendly and informative as he took us all around the island to many of the landmark spots. Joe shared stories of growing up on the island throughout many of the areas. Joe took care of us by making several stops for personal needs and to visit highlighted areas. Aloha and Mahalo !!!

Jose was a wonderful tour guide. He shared lots interesting history and facts about Hawaii. He was prepared with alternative options when the surf was too high to snorkel safely and made sure we still had a great time. Highly recommend!

We did the Jungle expedition, movie sets and agriculture tours. The guides at the ranch were great. The ranch itself is beautiful. We learned a lot of interesting facts about Polynesian culture, what’s grown on the ranch and got to try a few foods while on the agriculture tour. I took a star off because the bus driver was kind of a jerk. He complained about the other driver and belittled us for not laughing at his jokes or wanting to interact with his aggressive attempt at a side show on the way to the ranch. One lady did attempt to interact with him by asking a question and he got angry with her. No one attempted to engage with him after that. On the ride back to Waikiki he didn’t speak and hurried people off at their stops.

The powerful dances of the men, the delicate and gentle dances of the women, and the authentic fire dance were overwhelming; it was a great experience. The food was also delicious.

様々な迫力ある男性の舞、可憐で優しげな女性の踊り、本格的な火踊りには圧倒される、良い体験だった。食事も美味しかった。

After racing along the dirt paths of the jungle while explaining the surroundings and enjoying the vast scenery, it was a bit disappointing to feel increasingly deflated during the movie set tour and the visit to the farmer's living area. If we were going to explore similar spaces, it might have been better to have different experiences like horseback riding or cycling. I wish there had been clearer explanations of the activities during the booking phase.

ジャングルの土道を説明しながら疾駆し、広大な景色を満喫した後、映画撮影現場ツアー、農家の生活域への訪問と続いて、どんどん気持ち的に萎えてしまう様だったのが少々残念。同じ様な空間を回るのであれば、乗馬とかサイクリングとかの別形態の体験をした方が良かったかも知れないと、もう少し体験内容の事前説明を募集段階で判るようにしてあったらと思う。

I went on a tour that roughly covered the eastern and northern tips of Oahu, taking me to places I wouldn't have been able to visit on my own. Our guide, Billy, was fluent in Japanese and very entertaining, making sure to take care of us, which made for an incredibly fun day.

オアフの東先端と北先端までざっくり回るツアーで自分ではなかなか行けれない所に連れて行ってもらいました。またガイドのビリーさんが日本語が堪能でとても面白く、いろいろ気遣いもしてくれて最高に楽しい1日になりました。

This is one of our favorite things my wife and I were able to do in Hawaii. We made a mistake while making our order, but they were very accommodating and helped us out. The captain and crew were extremely nice and helped set the tone for a good expedition. Quite a few families with kids went along, as well. The captain took time to spend with a young boy, giving him a treat that you could tell made the boy’s day. The trip gives you a great view of the bay, only improved by very a hospitable captain and crew. And we saw lots of turtles! We really appreciated the experience.

I have traveled to Hawaii about 20 times, including long stays, and this is my first visit in four years. I considered taking a bus or renting a car to get to Manoa, but since it was my first time in the area and I wanted to learn about the local plants, I decided to join this tour.

On the day of the tour, there were about four groups of Japanese participants and around four to five groups from English-speaking countries (the mainland, Australia, Italy). Our tour guide, Kanako, attended to everyone using both English and Japanese. I imagine she must have been quite tired from speaking both languages the whole time, but she was always smiling and considerate of everyone, truly a wonderful person.

Kanako's friendly approach made the bus ride and our exploration enjoyable, regardless of nationality. I participated alone, but I had the chance to chat, take photos, and exchange contact information with a woman who was also traveling solo from the mainland, which gave me a sense of the overseas travel experience I had missed. Thank you!

When we left Waikiki, the weather was quite overcast, and I wondered what it would be like in Manoa, but fortunately, it didn't rain during our exploration. We enjoyed the great outdoors while being careful of our footing. Along the way, we heard various stories, and I realized that the information shared during the tour was something I wouldn't have easily obtained on my own, making my decision to join the tour the right one.

After our exploration, we were served sandwiches from Andy's, a three-generation establishment in Manoa, along with water at Tantalus National Park. (The sandwiches here are incredibly filling; I was full after just half and took the rest home. The taste was excellent too, with a delightful sweetness in the bread!) Since it had rained, we ate together under a pavilion. Normally, we could have enjoyed our meal on the grass, further immersing ourselves in nature. After eating, we moved to a spot where we could see Diamond Head, Waikiki, and the airport for photos. Initially, clouds obscured our view of Diamond Head, but the weather changed suddenly, and by the end, we could see a bit of blue sky. I thought it was a miracle.

I usually participate in tours that are exclusively in Japanese, so I found this mixed tour to be a wonderful opportunity to communicate with people from overseas. I believe travel companies should actively promote mixed tours.

At the end, we all hugged goodbye. Although it was a short time, it was a very meaningful experience during my brief stay in Hawaii.

ハワイへはロングステイもしたり２０回程度は渡航しています。そして4年ぶりのハワイです。マノアへはバスやレンタカーを使っていくことも考えましたが初めての土地とそれから現地の植物等の情報も知りたかったのでこのツアーに参加しました。
当日は日本人（日本語）のグループが４組程度，英語グループ（メインランドやオーストラリア，イタリア）からの参加が4組~5組程度でツアーガイドのKANAKOさんが英語と日本語両方を使って参加者の方々をアテンドしてくださいました。
英語と日本語でずっと話していたのでいつもよりきっと疲れたと思いますがいつもニコニコしていてずっとみんなを気遣っていて本当に素晴らしい方です。

KANAKOさんの対応がフレンドリーでバスの中や現地での散策が国籍問わず一体となって楽しく移動できました。私はひとりで参加しましたが本土からひとりで参加していた女性の方と一緒にお話しして写真を撮ったりメアドを交換したりと久しぶりに海外旅行にきた感触を得ることができました。ありがとうございます。

当日はワイキキを出たときはかなりどんより曇っていてマノアではどうなることかと思いましたが，散策途中は雨は降らず足元に気を付けながら大自然を満喫してきました。途中でいろいろなエピソード等も伺いやはり自分ひとりではなかなか得られない情報だったと思いツアー参加は正解でした。

散策終わるとマノアで３世代続くアンディーズのサンドウィッチとお水がタンタラス国立公園で渡されました。（ここのサンドウィッチはものすごくボリューミーで私は半分だけでお腹いっぱいになり持ち帰りました。そして味も最高。パン生地に甘味があって美味しい！！と思いました）
雨の後だったので東屋のようなところでみんなで食べました。いつもなら芝の上等で自然をさらに満喫しながら食べられたと思います。食後は公園内のダイヤモンドヘッド~ワイキキ~空港までが見渡せる場所へ移動し写真撮影しました。写真撮影の最初は雲がかかってしまっていてダイヤモンドヘッドも見えない状況だったのですが途中から天気が急変して最後はすこしだけ青空が見えました。奇跡だと思います。

私は普段日本語（日本人）だけのツアーを当たり前のように参加します。今回このように混在したツアーは海外に来て海外の方とコミュニケーションをとるすばらしい機会だと思いました。積極的に旅行会社も混在ツアーをアピールしてよいのではないかと思います。

最後はみんなお別れする時はハグしてお別れしました。とても短い時間でしたが短いハワイ滞在の中でとても有意義な時間となりました。
