I was set on a tour that stopped at just the Sandbar, my mom insisted we do a tour that went to 2 locations... She was right! The sandbar is awesome and I encourage people to get out and walk around while you're there, play volleyball (if you want) or just enjoy being on land while under about 2 feet of water! Its wild! A Puffer Fish greeted us! She was much bigger than what I thought puffer fish were. We had burgers and drinks and were off to our second location ... the reef!! On our way we saw a bunch of sea turtles! They were HUGE! Some swam right up close to the boat! It was incredible. It was after a mild storm so the water wasn't 100% clear but still fairly clear. There were tons of colorful fish swimming all around us. I took a few mins to swim around the whole reef! Which every time I popped my head up and saw I was further away from the boat was a little scary and exciting! It was such a fantastic adventure day! My mom loved it, my kids were a little afraid at first at the reef but came to love it too! The crew... let me not forget about the crew! They are absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly,... when my daughter started to cry (9 years old) they knew her name and kept encouraging her! It was the sweetest! My son thought the main guide/lifeguard was the coolest and just wanted to swim where ever he swam (7 years old). The captain on our boat that day was a lady and also super friendly! Highly recommend to all ages and all skill levels! (I had my cell phone with a water protected case - i highly recommend. I purchased mine before the trip from REI, they sold similar ones in the ABC stores in Hawaii.)

I wasn't able to see dolphins, but I did get to see whales and turtles. Since they are wild animals, there's no guarantee you'll see them, so I actually feel grateful for the experience of seeing the less common animals. Oh, but maybe that's because I was able to see dolphins twice in the past, in Hawaii and Guam.

野生動物である限り絶対はないので、イルカを見られないという事も
あるんだなあと、逆に確率の少ない方の経験ができて良かったという感想です。

The hula show lesson was lively, with participants enjoying themselves. The buffet had an overwhelming volume, and the roast beef was delicious.

The entertainment show that followed was very realistic, and even if you're not a fan of Elvis or Michael, you'll have a great time.

フラショーのレッスンがあり、楽しく参加されてる方々が盛り上がってました。食事は、ビュッフェで食べきれないボリュームでローストビーフがおいしかったです。

エルビスやマイケルのファンでなくてもすごく楽しめますよ。

My birthday dinner. I thought it would be nice to try casual dining for a change, so I made a reservation for the live music. Even though I mentioned it was my birthday, there wasn't any special service. When I told the waiter who brought my last coffee that I wished he would have at least said "Happy Birthday," the live band played "Happy Birthday" for me.
For dessert, I had a super sweet ice cream (see photo).

自分の誕生日ディナー。たまにはカジュアルダイニングもよいかと、生演奏目当てに予約。誕生日だと伝えてたのに、特にサービスもなし。最後のコーヒーを頼んだボーイに誕生日おめでとうくらいいってほしかったわと伝えると、生バンドが、happyバースデーを演奏してくれました。　
デザートは甘〜いアイス（写真）でした。

We had a family of eight on this tour and all enjoyed themselves.

The bus arrived at our pickup point on time. The driver/host was very knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor as well as other local sites. The only slight drawback was the sound system on the bus was acting up and occasionally produced feedback (no the fault of the driver/host). She dealt with it as best she could.

We arrived at all the tour points of interest on time and had plenty of time to view each. Given the clear instructions from the driver/host, we knew exactly when to be where.

The lunch was good and the location in the aviation museum was enjoyable.

We finally were returned to the pickup point, also on time.

All-in-all a very enjoyable and interesting day. I highly recommend it.

I had a great time. The food was good, and I enjoyed the show as well. Since the meal started late, I think it would be even better if it started earlier.

I didn't have a window seat, but the space between the seats was wide, and I was able to enjoy it comfortably. The sunset was beautiful, and the food was delicious. When I mentioned that my friend's birthday was the day before, they brought out a plate at the end, which made her happy, so that was great. It's not cheap, but I would like to go again when I visit Hawaii!

窓側の座席ではなかったですが、席の間隔も広くゆったり楽しめました。夕日が綺麗でしたし、ご飯も美味しかったです。友達が前日が誕生日だったことを伝えると最後にプレートを出してくださり喜んでいたのでよかったです。安くは無いけどハワイに来た際はまた行きたいですー！

Fascinating to learn about different island cultures through dance, music, games and food. The fact the performers are from those islands amazed me. They are so proud of their island and culture and language. Wish I could go back a second day ( or open earlier) so I could see and play all the games.
The Ha… Breath of life show was stunning!

The tour, which takes you around the vast grounds in a bus driven by the staff, is fantastic, with various movie scenes like Jurassic Park scattered throughout. The staff's lively commentary was entertaining and made me feel like a kid again, having a great time.

ジェラシックパークなど数々の映画シーンが広大は敷地に点在するなかをスタッフが運転するバスで巡るツアーは最高です。中でもスタッフの軽快な解説は笑いがありこどもに戻って大はしゃぎしました。

Although the weather was bad, the staff were friendly and engaged in conversation, making my time very enjoyable. Additionally, I was able to see wild sea turtles at an incredibly close distance. I think it's a good idea to bring warm clothing for winter in Hawaii, as it can get quite chilly. I did land on the sandbar, but it was too cold for snorkeling, so I waited inside the boat. A few participants seemed to enjoy snorkeling alongside the sea turtles, and I would like to try again in Hawaii during the summer.

悪天候でしたがスタッフの方々が気さくに話しかけていただき、非常に楽しく過ごさせて頂きました。
また、野生のウミガメもこんなに近くで見ることはというような距離でした。
冬のハワイは、結構寒く防寒着は持って行った方が良いと思います。サンドバーには降り立ちましたが、シュノーケルは寒くて船内待機していました。参加された方の数名は、ウミガメと並んでシュノーケルを楽しめたようで、次は夏のハワイで再挑戦したいと思いました。

It was quite impressive, and although the impersonations were somewhat cliché, I enjoyed it enough. The guests from the neighboring country were loud and disruptive. There were issues with the seating ranks.

なかなか迫力あり、ものまねもベタなものだったが充分楽しめた。隣国の客が大声で話してうるさかった。席のランクでのトラブルが起きていた。

This time, we traveled to Hawaii as a family. Since most of my family was visiting Hawaii for the first time, we were looking for a tour that would take us around the island! I wanted to visit the East Coast and the North Shore as well. It was perfect for me, as I wanted to explore Hawaii's stunning scenic spots. I was worried that the day would feel long, but once we participated, we visited one breathtaking spot after another, and the day flew by! Our guide, D, was very clear and entertaining in both English and Japanese, and he was friendly, making it a truly enjoyable tour! The malasadas and garlic shrimp were incredibly delicious, and the nuts and coffee were perfect souvenirs! The acai bowl on the North Shore was also tasty! It was a truly fulfilling tour, and both my daughter and husband were very satisfied! Thank you very much!♪

今回は、家族でのハワイ旅行。家族のほとんどが初めてのハワイでしたので、島内を廻るツアーを探していました！東海岸も行きたいしノースショアも行きたい。ハワイの絶景スポット巡りをしたかった私にはぴったりでした。終日で時間が長いかな、と心配していましたが、参加してみると、次々と絶景スポットやグルメスポットが訪れて、あっという間の一日でした！ガイドのＤさん！英語と日本語で大変分かりやすく面白く、そしてフレンドリーに接して下さって、本当に楽しいツアーとなりました！マラサダもガーリックシュリンプも大変美味しく、ナッツもコーヒーもお土産に最適でした！ノースショアでのアサイーボールも美味しかった！本当に充実したツアーで、娘も主人も大満足していました！ありがとうございました♪

It takes just under an hour to arrive from Waikiki using Uber.

I participated with my family (ages 7 to 70). It was the 7-year-old's first time horse trekking, but the horse was very well-behaved and responded well to the reins. Along the course, there were cows and birds, and unfamiliar flowers were blooming, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely and relaxed conversation while taking in the sights. Photography and video recording are allowed, and since the pace is slow, it's definitely possible.

On the day we participated, there were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but all the staff were very kind, and we could communicate well through expressions and gestures. Large luggage can be stored at the reception, and you can participate while carrying a small crossbody bag. They take photos along the way, but you can download them later for a fee. The restroom with running water was clean, but it was unfortunate that there was no soap at the handwashing station.

There were dogs running freely, and goats and cows that you could feed, making the waiting time enjoyable.

ワイキキからUber利用で1時間弱で到着します。

家族(7歳〜70歳)で参加しました。7歳は初めてのホーストレッキングでしたが馬がお利口で手綱指示にしっかり応えてくれました。コースの途中で牛や鳥がいたり見慣れない花が咲いていて、それを見ながら会話できる位のんびりと安心して楽しめました。写真動画撮影は自由です。ゆっくり進むので充分可能です。

参加した日は日本語が通じる方は居ませんでしたが、スタッフ全員とても親切で表情とジェスチャーで充分通じます。大きな荷物は受付で預かってもらえ、斜めかけバッグ程度は持ったまま参加できました。途中で写真を撮ってくれますが後で有料ダウンロードです。水栓のトイレは綺麗でしたが手洗い場に石鹸が無いのが残念でした。

犬が自由に走り回っていたりヤギや牛がいてエサを買ってあげられるので待ち時間も楽しめました。

This time, for my birthday present, my friend bought a special course menu voucher for Michel's at Waikiki. My husband, our friends, and I were really looking forward to our first course menu at Michel's. We made a reservation for 5 PM, and we were the first to be seated. There was a course menu on the table with my name on it, and the view was wonderful, marking a promising start to my birthday dinner. The dinner was a five-course meal, and we planned for it to take about two hours, as we had a reservation for a magic show in Waikiki at 7:30 PM.

An older male waiter came to our table and kindly explained the drinks. When the seafood platter was served, I noticed that all the sashimi and oysters were served two pieces each, so I asked the waiter, "But there are three of us?" He replied, "This is for three people." Of course, we had paid for three with the voucher. It was clearly a plate for two, and we had to share the seafood, each getting only one or two pieces. We also ordered escargot for three, but there wasn't enough bread. When we asked for more, the waiter's attitude suddenly changed; he left without responding and just dropped the extra bread on the table without a word.

After waiting over 30 minutes for the salad, the waiter was chatting and laughing with other tables but completely ignored us. The people at the tables around us, who had arrived after us, were receiving their dishes one after another. As time was getting tight, I wanted to ask the waiter about our order, but he wouldn’t even look at us. I decided to approach him while going to the restroom. He said, "The kitchen is busy, that's why the food isn't coming out." When I pointed out that the tables that arrived after us were already eating dessert, he got quite angry and said, "I'll tell the kitchen to bring everything at once."

Later, the GM came to serve us, but there were no apologies or excuses, just service. The waiter said, "Our GM came to serve your table," in an annoyed tone, but we were just trying to convey that we weren't complaining, we just wanted the food quickly. It was already 6:40 PM, and we still hadn't received the salad, soup, main steak, or dessert. Although we eventually received a birthday cake, the poor attitude made for a very unpleasant birthday dinner. I felt sorry and disappointed because my friend had treated us to an expensive dinner, and my husband had taken time off work to enjoy it.

In the end, we finished dinner around 7:30 PM and rushed to the show, but despite having paid for the tip with the voucher, my friend’s credit card was charged $440 for just two cocktails and iced tea. After leaving the restaurant, we had to call to correct the credit card charge, which made us late for the show, resulting in a very disappointing birthday dinner.

Michel's is an old establishment offering high-end French cuisine with a wonderful view. Most of the staff provided polite service, and the food was delicious, with lovely table-side presentations. It should have been a wonderful dinner, but it was disappointing because of the waiter. I observed the service for about two hours, and I think he has probably worked at Michel's for a long time. His attitude was noticeably different towards tourists with vouchers. Given that it is such a lovely restaurant, I hope they will work on improving their service, which is why I decided to write this review. By the way, I have lived in the U.S. for a long time, so there were no misunderstandings in English.

今回、私の誕生日プレゼントに友人が、「ワイキキ・ミッシェルズ」のバウチャー特別コースメニューを購入してくれました。私達夫婦と友人は初めてのミッシェルズでのコースメニューをとても楽しみにしていました。夕方5時開店早々の予約で一番乗りに席に着きました。テーブルには、私の名前入りでコースメニューも置いてあり、景色も素晴らしく幸先の良いバースデーディナーの始まりでした。夕食は、5コースディナーというのもあり、2時間位を予定して、午後7時半からはワイキキでマジックショーの予約が入っていました。年配の男性ウエイターがテーブルに付き、親切に飲み物などの説明をしてくれました。最初の方のシーフード盛り合わせのプレートが出てきた時、全ての刺身や生がき等が2切れづつだったので、「3人なのですが？」とウエイターさんに聞いたところ、「コレが3人分です。」と言われました。もちろん、バウチャーは3人分払っています。どうみても2人分のプレートを3人で全て1-2切れのシーフードを遠慮しながら分けて頂きました。そして、3人で1皿のエスカルゴもパンが足りず、お代わりをお願いしたところ、ウエイターさんの態度が急変して、返事もせずに去っていき、何も言わずにテーブルにおかわりのパンを放って行きました。その後のサラダが30以上待っても出て来ず、ウエイターさんも周りのテーブルではお客さん達と笑いながら話をしていますが、私達のテーブルには近づきもしなくなりました。周りのテーブルの人達は私達よりずっと後から席に着いたのですが、どんどん料理が出てきていて、流石に私達も時間が厳しくなって来たので、ウエイターさんに聞きたかったのですが、こちらを見もしてくれないので、お手洗いつでに、彼のところに言いに行きました。「キッチンが忙しいから料理が出て来ない。」と言われましたが、周りの後から来たテーブルはもうデザートを食べている、と言うと、かなり怒って、「じゃあ、全部いっぺんに持ってくる様にキッチンに言うから。」と言われました。その後、私服のGMがサーブしに来ましたが、言い訳も、誤りも無く、サーブして行きました。ウエイターは、「わざわざ、ウチのGMがあなたのテーブルをサーブしに来たでしょ。」と怒り気味に言われましたが、私達は文句を言ってるのでは無く、急いで欲しいだけだと伝えました。まだサラダ、スープ、そしてメインのステーキとデザートも出て来ていないのに、時間はもう6時40分でした。その後も誕生日のケーキ等頂きましたが、かなり態度が悪く大変不快な誕生日ディナーになってしまいました。わざわざ友人が高いディナーをプレゼントしてくれて、旦那も仕事を休んで楽しみにやって来たので申し訳ないし、残念でなりませんでした。その後、結局ディナーが全部終わったのが7時半近く、大急ぎでショーに移動しましたが、その後、バウチャーでチップまで込みで払ってあるので、カクテル2杯とアイスティーのみの請求のはずなのに、友人のクレジットカードに＄440ものチャージが付いていました。結局、お店を出てから、又、電話でクジットカードの請求をやり直してもらうことになり、ショーにも遅れて、かなり残念なバースデーディナーとなりました。建物は古いけど、老舗の高級フランス料理を素晴らしい景色で頂くミッシェルズ。大体のスタッフの方達も丁寧なサービスで、お料理も美味しく、ステキなテーブルサイドのプレゼンテーションなど、盛りだくさんで、本来だったら、素晴らしいディナーになるはずだったのに、ウエイターさんがハズレだったのがガッカリでした。2時間ほどじっくりとサービスを観察していましたが。彼は多分かなり長くミッシェルズに勤められているのかと思います。バウチャーの観光客にはあからさまに態度が違います。ステキなレストランだけに今後のサービスの向上に努めて頂きたいと思い、レビューをさせて頂きました。因みに私はアメリカに長く在住しているので英語でのすれ違いや、誤解はありません。

The sandbar trip was so fun. My husband and I had a great time. The crew is friendly, knowledgeable and the boat is clean. The lunch was great and we overall had an amazing time. We would definitely do this again and recommend to anyone either as a couples trip or as a family trip. I think it’s great for all ages.

Das Waikiki Luau Dinner bestach durch sein überaus freundliches Personal und das hervorragende Essen, das traditionelle polynesische Geschmäcker gekonnt in Szene setzte. Besondere Höhepunkte des Abends waren die mitreißende Polynesische Show und die spektakulären Auftritte der Doubles von Elvis Presley und Michael Jackson. Diese Darbietungen brachten eine einzigartige Energie und Begeisterung, die das Publikum faszinierte. Die Kombination aus exzellenter Gastfreundschaft, kulinarischen Highlights und diesen hochkarätigen Performances machte unseren Besuch zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Ein absolutes Muss für alle, die einen Hauch von Hollywood in der hawaiianischen Kultur erleben möchten.

The food and atmosphere were great. I chose the 5-star option to watch the Hilton fireworks from the deck on Friday, but people from the lower floor started removing the chain from the stairs and crowded onto the deck before the fireworks started. After quite some time, the staff began to check if people were 5-star guests, but I thought it was too late.

お料理も雰囲気も良かったです。金曜日でデッキからヒルトンの花火を見るために5スターにしたのですが、花火の時間前から下のフロアーの人が、階段のチェーンを外しデッキに入ってくて混雑。
だいぶ経ってからスタッフが５スターかどうか確認を始めましたが遅いかと思います。

I visited here quite a while ago, and it feels like it has been upgraded. There are various shows centered around Elvis and Michael, as well as a fire show and other performances with things hanging from the ceiling. I might come back in a few years.

かなり前に一度来たことがありまたが、グレードアップした気がします。

It was really disappointing to have my first rainy day in Hawaii, but I did my best to climb. The waterfall with its drop was impressive! ☺️ The sandwich and acai bowl for lunch were delicious! ⤴️

We visited for our family's first trip to Hawaii. The cheerful staff greeted us warmly, allowing us to start our meal in a fun atmosphere. While the variety of the buffet wasn't very extensive, each dish (especially the roast beef) was very delicious, and we were satisfied.

After the buffet, we went inside the building to enjoy a show. We were able to enjoy various types of music, including hula dancing, fire dancing, and popular songs from America. I highly recommend seeing it at least once when traveling to Hawaii.

家族で初めてのハワイ旅行で訪れました。明るい店員が気さくに話しかけてくれて、楽しい気分で食事を始めることが出来ました。ビュッフェの種類自体はそれほど多くなかったですが、一つ一つの料理（特にローストビーフ）はとてもおいしく、満足できました。
ビュッフェの後は建物内に入り、ショーを楽しみました。フラダンスやファイヤーダンス、アメリカで流行った曲など、様々な種類の音楽を楽しむことが出来ました。ハワイに旅行する際、ぜひ一回見てみることをお勧めします。

We enjoyed our excursion from the bus ride to the Polynesian Centre to the bus ride back to our hotel. Our driver's name was Misi! He went above and beyond what was expected of him.

The walk through the Centre was incredible. Seeing the different islands and cultures. We took a canoe ride after walking around for about 4 hours. It was a welcome relief getting of our feet.

Our tickets included the dinner buffet. There was so much food to choose from which made it difficult to try everything. It was good.

After dinner we watched the The Breath of Life which was incredibly good. The performance was amazing. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful day.

The buffet-style meal featured a menu that was very much in line with Hawaiian cuisine, and I was delighted to be able to try items that I probably wouldn't have had the chance to enjoy during my stay. Additionally, there were whole pineapples and a welcome drink service with Mai Tai, which made it a lot of fun. I also had the rare opportunity to see hula dancing up close during the meal, which was a precious experience. We visited for our honeymoon, and I was thrilled that there was a ukulele performance at each table.

The show after dinner was more authentic and spectacular than I had imagined, and it was truly moving! I had wondered how the combination of hula and rock would work, but it turned out to be a wonderful show where both styles matched beautifully, allowing us to have a very enjoyable time. In particular, the performances that traced history evoked a sense of nostalgia and were wonderfully structured to captivate the audience. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

ビュッフェ形式のお食事は、ハワイらしいメニューになっており、意外と滞在中に口にする機会のなさそうなものを頂くことができ、嬉しかったです。また、まるごとのパイナップルや、ウェルカムドリンクでマイタイのサービスなどもあり、とても楽しめました。また、お食事中にフラダンスを間近で見ることができ、貴重な時間でした。新婚旅行で伺いましたが、席ごとにウクレレの演奏もしていただき、嬉しかったです。

お食事後のショーは想像していたよりも本格的で、華やかで感動しました！
フラダンスとロックの組み合わせはどんなだろう？と思っていましたが、両者の良さが見事にマッチした素晴らしいショーになっており、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。特に、歴史を辿るような演出は懐かしさも感じられ、人を惹きつける素晴らしい構成になっているなと思いました。
機会があればまた訪れたいです。

It was a lively and energetic performance by the Frat Show that really pulled you in.

When I arrived before the opening time, there was already a long line, and everyone seemed to be eagerly anticipating the ball party.

The performances by the carefully selected dancers were impressive and made for a truly enjoyable festive moment.

The Cultural Center Island tour was full of amazing and helpful hosts and entertainers. I have never felt more welcome by so many people. To temper a few expectations some of the activities we expected to be interactive were instead demos by professionals only but we still had a blast doing the many activities that do allow participation and those alone filled a very full day of exploring the islands.

The Buffet was delicious had more foods than we could fit and incredibly welcoming atmosphere.

The HA Breath of life show was an amazing experience and some of the best fire spinning and hula and so much more you will get to see in Hawaii

Be warned: the gap of time between the closing of the cultural center and the opening for the final show is quite long (they do warn you about his on the bus and offer an early exit at 6pm if you decide before 4pm that you wont have the energy) but with that said it was well worth it and we were glad we stayed for the full show.

We did the advanced ride which allows for trotting and cantering in some spots on the way up the trail for more experienced riders. It was an amazing experience and we were pleasantly surprised with the diversity of the trail and how many times we were allowed to canter for stretches of trail where it's safe to do so. Our guide was on top of everything and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way.

The entire experience was exceptional. Very entertaining and enjoyable. Would definitely go see it again. A job very well done.

Sadly due to traffic I missed the boat by a minute I had checked how long it would take to get there when planning my leave time and I was quoted 45 every time when I was staying only 25 miles away however traffic was crazy and it ended up being an hour and a half drive we pulled into parking at exactly 1745 and the boat was pulling out as I was running to it. Gave a rating of Good because the boat left exactly on time and if I had been on board that would have been great

I was unsure which course to choose, but I decided on this one based on everyone's reviews. I had a great time all day, and I think it was good that meals were included. I was worried about the bad weather, but I was able to see the second performance on the boat, and especially the staff on the boat made it a lot of fun, so it became a wonderful memory.

どのコースにしようか迷ったのですが、みなさんの感想を参考にしてこちらのコースにしました。
一日中楽しめましたし、食事も付いてたしよかったと思います。
あいにくの空模様で心配してたのですが、船の上で二次も見ることができ、特に船のスタッフの方がいろいろ楽しませてくれたのでとてもいい思い出になりました。

I had imagined Sandbar to be a sandy beach like in the pictures, but it was just a shallow area, which was disappointing. Also, the hamburger lunch was small and not very tasty. Until now, all the tours I participated in Hawaii were very satisfying, but this time I was disappointed for the first time.

サンドバーは写真のような砂浜をイメージしていましたが、単なる浅瀬で、がっかりしました。またハンバーガーランチは小さく味もイマイチでした。
今まで参加したハワイのツアーはとても満足のいくものばかりでしたが、今回初めてがっかりしました。

My wife and I attended the luau show. Before the show started, there were several events prepared, and we had a great time. At the same table, a couple from the mainland talked to us, and we had a nice interaction. The show was also very impressive and enjoyable. Thank you very much.

同じテーブルではメインランドから来たご夫婦が話しかけてくださり、良い交流もできました。
