I've been going to Hawaii every year, but this was my first time seeing the Rock-a-Hula show. This time, my wife and I decided to enjoy Hawaii at a leisurely pace, so we spontaneously chose to see this show. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from the impersonations, but once it started, I was amazed by the intensity, reminiscent of a Las Vegas show. The fusion of Hawaiian and rock music was something I never imagined, but it fit perfectly without any sense of incongruity, which really impressed me. The Michael Jackson impersonation was great, but I never expected to see fire dancing, so it felt like a great deal. If your wallet allows, I definitely recommend choosing the VIP dinner option to enjoy a nice meal before watching from the best seats.

正直物マネに期待はしていなかったのですが始まってみるとラスベガスのショーのような

On the day of the trip, we faced headwinds while heading to the uninhabited island, and we paddled desperately. My husband and I participated in the "Movie Location Tour," "Tropical Garden & Fish Pond Tour," and "Jungle Expedition." The movie locations looked exactly like what we saw in the films! If you're a movie lover, you'll definitely be thrilled! By the way, during the Tropical Garden & Fish Pond Tour, we explored the aquaculture pond by boat, which was also a famous filming location for Jurassic World. The Jungle Expedition had us racing through the mountains in a jeep while enjoying breathtaking views of Kualoa and the ocean. You really need to buckle up and hold on tight, as it shakes you around quite a bit! It's a fun attraction where motion sickness medication is a must.
By the way, the local staff who switch between English, Japanese, and Korean to accommodate guests are just too cool!

The meal, which consisted of salmon, steak and potato, was disappointing because it was served cold, but the taste was lovely. Back up singers went through many costume changes with speed and professionalism and set changes ie: bubble and surfboard sections added to the overall enjoyment of the show. The inclusion of Don Ho and the ukulele was a nice salute to the Hawaiian culture,
The waiters and waitresses worked diligently throughout, and cleared the tables efficiently, and were attentive to diners needs. Another nice touch was the fact that there was two celebrations, a Birthday and honeymoon was announced, and we all got to share in the celebration. The screens at either side of the stage was a novel idea and added to the enjoyment of the show. All the artists were very accommodating after the show and graciously took time with people from the audience that wanted photographs taken with them or chat.
We took our 10-month-old baby along for the adventure. They provided life jackets for babies, which made us feel safe while boarding. I thought we could sit the baby on the sand, but unfortunately, the water depth at the sandbar was about 120 cm, so we ended up putting the baby in a float. I guess that's just luck at that moment...
The sea turtle watching was great; we were able to see many sea turtles, which was satisfying. The guide was energetic and very kind in taking care of the baby, which we really appreciated.
