I participated in a private lesson with my 12-year-old son. Thanks to the lesson being conducted in Japanese, my son was able to enjoy surfing with confidence. The staff were also very kind and taught us with great effort, so even though it was our first time, both my son and I were able to ride the waves multiple times. The staff were very kind, and the service was excellent. I was impressed by the stunning views from the sandbar. Additionally, I was thrilled to swim with sea turtles while snorkeling. The hamburgers for lunch were delicious, cooked on a BBQ on the boat. The kids were very happy, and the whole family was extremely satisfied! In March, I waded into the sea up to my shins at night to board the boat, and inside the boat, I was barefoot. The night sea breeze hit me directly, and by the time I disembarked, I was freezing. I think bringing a thicker jacket, using the restroom before boarding, and limiting fluid intake would make the experience even more enjoyable.

I participated in the tour because I was intrigued by everyone's reviews. Since we were a group of over ten people, including my 3-year-old child and parents over 70, I was worried whether everyone would enjoy it, but in the end, it was an exciting show for both kids and adults. The fire dance in the final act was particularly overwhelming! At first, I was confused because the narration was all in English, but in front of the performers' powerful performances, language didn't matter. It was a show that satisfied everyone. I recommend it to everyone, regardless of age.

One downside (which was our scheduling mistake) is that we returned to Waikiki after 10 PM, and since we participated on the first day of our arrival when we were sleep-deprived, my little child was extremely groggy by the time we got to the hotel. 一つだけ難点を言えば（我々のスケジュールミスですが）ワイキキ帰着が22時以降となるのですが、寝不足の到着初日に参加したためホテル到着時には小さな子供は非常にグロッキーになっていました。一晩寝れば元気になっていましたが(笑)。その点だけご注意ください。

I was glad to see more sea turtles than I expected. I had seen them on land many times, but I don't think I've seen them swimming very often. There were quite a few around the boat and they were close by.

I also went snorkeling in the coral sea, but I heard that it had been raining a few days prior, so the visibility wasn't great. I'll save that for next time as something to look forward to.

It was a recommended tour that allowed me to feel the essence of Hawaii.

The people I went with also naturally became friends, and I was happy with the hamburgers and hot cocoa we had for lunch.

I ran and barely made it on time, but if I hadn't realized, I would have missed the boat. I feel frustrated with the unkindness of the female staff member I initially spoke to.

The tour itself was very good, so it's really disappointing that the guidance for the meeting point was so unhelpful. I cannot recommend this to those who do not know the name and location of the hotel tower and cannot speak English, as they are likely to miss the boat.

I wanted to participate in a tour where I could experience things that can't be done in Japan, so I joined a zipline tour. Since it included pick-up service, I waited before the meeting time, but even when the time came, no one showed up. It said, "If the pick-up doesn't arrive after waiting for 5 minutes, do not leave the location and contact the tour company..." so I made a call (there was no Japanese-speaking staff). The meeting place was the hotel tour lobby, and it seemed to be delayed because there were many other tour participants and the pick-up was from several hotels.

There was no Japanese guide at Keana Farm, so all the explanations were in English, but the tour guide explained things clearly in simple English multiple times. Since the meeting was early in the morning and we returned to Waikiki after 2 PM, it's better to have breakfast beforehand. At Keana Farm, you can buy juice and snacks, but there wasn't a place to have lunch.

You can also enjoy the scenery of the North Shore, and since you can experience the largest zipline in Oahu, I recommend it.

I'm not sure if it was a mistake by Veltra or Polo Club, but although I was able to go horseback riding somehow, the attitude of the Polo Club was consistently poor, and I felt terrible even though I did nothing wrong. The phone support from Veltra was only in English, so I couldn't contact them right away. That was disappointing as well. Since I was really looking forward to the activity, I felt very let down.
