This was my first tour in Oahu, and I was very satisfied as it exceeded my expectations. I live in the United States and participated with my parents who came from Japan. The local staff was very friendly and kind, and surprisingly, the lunch that I didn't expect much from was actually quite delicious. I think the tour's content, including the time management, was very good. Regarding the pick-up option, it couldn't be arranged as initially hoped due to construction, but they responded sincerely, so in the end, I am satisfied. I might participate again!

The tour started at 3 PM. There is a restaurant next to the meeting place for the tour on the beach at Hilton Hawaiian Village, so we took our time having lunch there before joining the tour.

I had some concerns because I heard there was bad weather until the day before, and it was an afternoon tour, but those worries were unnecessary as we were able to see a lot of fish.

The stage was impressive with dance and storytelling woven throughout several acts! On the day of the event, it was a bit chilly for late February, so a long-sleeved outer layer was necessary.

It was a dinner and show only at night, but the dedicated explanations and guidance from the students in the car made the somewhat long journey feel worthwhile, as we got to hear stories from those living in Hawaii!

There's a superstition or urban legend that says if you see a rainbow, you'll be able to come back to Hawaii, and if you see a double rainbow, you'll be able to live in Hawaii.

The Polynesian Cultural Center certainly seems to be large in scale, and I thought I would like to take my time to stroll around and explore it next time.

Everyone has different feelings about it, but I found the buffet to be delicious! While it doesn't quite have the Japanese-style fusion of Western and Japanese cuisine, I think that anyone without particular dislikes would find it generally tasty. I particularly enjoyed the moist purple taro bread.

This tour includes a full course with a VIP backyard plan. The participation card gives a special feeling, and we had photo opportunities with stars and champagne. The guide was very enthusiastic and made the tour enjoyable while we explored the backyard! They were also proactive in taking photos in front of the headpieces and instruments. After finishing the tour, we went to the venue, where our seats were right at the front of the central stage. Depending on the number of participants, I think VIP courses usually have front-row seats. The content of the show was also very satisfying! Elvis and Michael were the main acts, and the quality of each was high! I believe the song choices were mostly familiar, and the female singer's performances in between featured famous sounds, which made me feel like I was in Hawaii. The scale of the show has a luxurious private atmosphere! I recommend it for any part of your Hawaii trip—at the beginning, during, or at the end! The course meal and alcohol exceeded expectations! The Blue Hawaii and strawberry cocktails were delicious!

The shop is located on the Diamond Head side, within walking distance from the main hotels in Waikiki, but since we weren't sure about the distance until we actually went to Waikiki, we opted for the shuttle service. We rented rash guards and aqua shoes at the shop. It was a group lesson, but during our time slot, there were only five of us: our family and one other Korean woman in her 30s, with two staff members assisting us. We learned how to ride the waves while watching a video in the shop. After that, we moved to the beach and practiced the motions of riding the waves on the sand multiple times together. Then it was time to hit the ocean! Paddling was really tough, but both my mother and I managed to get out. The waves in Waikiki in March were quite gentle, suitable for beginners. In the summer, the waves get bigger, so it's advised not to go too far out. Because the waves were calm, it seemed impossible to ride them without paddling strongly, and when the waves came, the staff would give us a push. That helped us catch the waves! My husband and I were able to stand on the board for about five times, quite long. My mother, in her late 50s, also tried to stand several times and fell off the board, but she managed to stand for two longer periods and seemed to have a lot of fun! I wore contact lenses, and there were no issues at all. About ten years ago, I tried surfing a little at Kujukuri in Chiba, and I felt it was very painful to fall into the sea there because it was so beautiful, but here, it was not painful at all. The two staff members who accompanied us were very friendly. Once you can stand, it really feels refreshing!

First off, i thoroughly enjoy the zip line. It was fun, was farther in the land on the ranch than i have before, so i got to see more stuff.
However, is the aftermath. I duped into thinking the picture i paid for, will be mine. In fact that is false. The ranch puts their logo on all the pictures, on the front. As you can see from the picture i have attach, the one picture i wanted, and actually did something of pose for; i couldn't enjoy. Now when i purchased the pictures, THERE WAS NO LOGO!!! Otherwise i would have mentioned it to them. Unbenounce to me, they took my money and i had to wait to find out about this. Once i expressed my concerns to the place on the telephone, i am talking to a person that company has given empowerment to make decisions for the company. In this case, its my fault i didn't pay attention to what was not shown or told to me. Yes that is right, i am the in the wrong. I bluntly stated, that this is one picture out of all of them that i wanted, because i did a pose and went by myself; because the other times i had to be paired up. I was in the wrong for going by myself. Now the staff that was there doing the zip line were awesome, and i had great time. I am talking about the aftermath, AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY!
Needless to say, i lose, they win. I don't get the picture i want, and i have to pay for it! What a great business!!
Unfortunately this will be the last time i will be going to Kualoa Ranch for anything, after this instance, how can i trust a company of their own wrong doings and still having to pay for it? Like i said, it is NOT there when you preview the pictures. It would have been obvious, and i would have known at that time on how it looks and guess what KUALOA? I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THEM!! Instead, you deceived me into thinking i am getting pictures of my good, with the lack of additional information attach onto the picture itself.
First time i was there, i misled about their ATV tour, no different than a shuttle!

I do this each time i arrive to Hawaii, get a nice deep tissue massage. Second time going back to this place and are very delicate on approach of doing things; for you! Which is should be, especially when you should be relax and feel better. They do just that and why i would go back again and again. Yes it is pretty penny to pay, but the cost doesn't outweigh the experience of physically in Hawaii and now feeling the trip is off a on great start!
Its down the street from my hotel.

This parasailing experience was my second time as a repeat visitor. Last time, I had so much fun and felt a thrill and refreshment that I wanted to try it again when I visited Hawaii. This time, perhaps because there were two fewer groups than last time, it felt like we were able to fly for a longer time. Also, since there wasn't much wind last time, I was desperately clinging to the railing to avoid falling while the yacht was flying quite a bit, but this time, the wind was just right, and I was able to ride calmly on the yacht, which was comfortable. The horseback riding course was scheduled for 12:15 PM, but the pickup was at 7:05 AM. I was a bit confused about arriving at the ranch so early, but thanks to the quick thinking of a staff member who spoke Japanese, I was able to sign up for a bus tour of the ranch without wasting any time. The bus guide provided information in Japanese, so I was fine without any explanations from the instructor during the horseback riding, but I think it would have been nice to have at least a little guidance. The horses were really smart, remembering the course without any prompts, and they followed the instructor's whistle perfectly. The magnificent scenery was wonderful.

12時15分からの乗馬2時間コースでしたが、ピックアップは7時05分。
早すぎる牧場への到着でどうしようかと戸惑っていましたら、日本語を話せるスタッフさんの機転で急遽バスで牧場内を見学できるアクティビティの受付を案内して下さったので無駄な時間を過ごすことなくすみました。
バスのガイドさんが日本語で案内して下さったので、その後の乗馬でのインストラクターの説明がなくても大丈夫でしたが、ちょっとくらいは案内があってもいいと思います。
誘導もなくコースを覚えきっていて、たまにインストラクターさんの口笛できちんと進んでいくお馬さんは本当にお利口でした。
雄大な景色は素晴らしかったです。

My husband and I participated in a 150-meter parasailing experience. It was my second time parasailing, but the last time I did it at another place, it was only about 60 meters, so I thought I’d challenge myself and go for the highest one!

My husband and I participated in a semi-private stand-up paddle lesson. We were lucky because there were no other participants, so it was just the two of us! Our instructor was someone who had taught English in Japan, and the lesson was easy to understand as it included some simple Japanese. We learned how to paddle on the beach and quickly went into the sea, focusing mostly on practical experience, which was a lot of fun!

Before we started, I was more nervous than my husband, but in the end, I enjoyed it more than he did! (laughs) The instructor didn't stay right next to us the whole time; he was close at first but then let us enjoy ourselves freely! Another staff member took photos and videos for us, and although I hadn't planned to buy any, there were so many great pictures that I ended up purchasing a few as keepsakes! (laughs)

I only brought enough money for tips, but when I asked, they gave me a voucher, so I could buy them later with a credit card. It was great that I could receive the data on a USB.

Also, March was colder than I expected, so even wearing a long-sleeve rash guard, I felt cold. I'm glad I didn't fall into the sea. My husband, who wore a short-sleeve shirt, fell a few times and said it was very cold.

お金もチップ分しか持ってきていなかったので、聞いたら引き換えの紙を渡され、後からでもクレジットカードで買えました。データをUSBでもらえるのでよかったです。
あと、3月は思った以上に寒かったので、長袖のラッシュガード着てても寒かったです。海に落ちなくてよかったです。主人は半袖で何度か落ちてとても寒かったと言っていました。

So it all started with a super welcoming crew. The captain and both the deckhands were extremely courteous and expressed the spirit of Aloha in welcoming us aboard! Next came an explanation of what the trip would consist of, and I was like, oh yeah, this is gonna be a hoot and a half. Then we were underway on Diesel engines that sounded like the sweet purr of freedom you could only get on the open ocean. We headed out to the turtle cleaning reef, and we were not disappointed. They promised a great snorkel experience and they delivered! We jumped in the water after the best explanation of our safety and snorkel equipment and were immediately greeted by the ocean wildlife! Turtle the size of Kia souls cut in half with flippers! It was incredible. After we had our feel of the little mermaid experience, it was back to the boat where we were served libations by barista/deckhand that could rival those of a well seasoned bar! Drinks were flowing like the rays of sunshine beating down on us. We dropped sail, and cruises on the wind like seagulls on the breeze. It was a glorious experience that I will remember for years to come. When all was said and down, the sails returned to their stowed position, we sailed back to shore on those sweet Diesel engines and touched down gently on the sands of Waikiki. Your crew and company will hold a special place in our hearts as we carry the memories of good times with us. We found our beach!

This tour was everything I'd hope it would be. I went out with a group of 6 six friends to celebrate my birthday. This was perfect. Great snorkeling and absolutely beautiful views. The tour included three drinks as well. Main Tai's and Coronas were offered free of charge.
I made a great decision coming on this tour. My only wish is that it lasted longer.

Na Hoku Catamaran Diamond Head Happy Hour Sail with Drinks Included from Waikiki

Hands down, the best activity in Hawaii, so worthy!!!

We had the most fun time on the boat. The water of Waikiki can’t be explained. The staff was very friendly, as they say with a lot of “aloha spirit”. Great music and it’s open bar, you can’t go wrong with any of that. Music was on point, and the whales decided to give us a show as well. Hands down, the best activity in Hawaii, so worthy!!!
