This was a fantastic tour. My husband and I are extremely pleased that we did not rent a car as suggested and do this tour on our own. There were only four of us on this tour so it was very intimate. Everything from the pick up to the drop off was great. All of the sites, including the very creatively named "Sandy Beach" were amazing to behold. The thing that made this tour special was our tour guide Stephanie. I loved learning the historical information and funny tidbits about the places that we visited, as well as some of the things that we saw on the way. Stephanie even laughed at some of my husband's not-so-funny jokes (bless you). Those are the types of things that add a little magic to your trip and what you miss when you rent a car and drive on your own.

Words of advice, bring cash for the food truck place that you will stop at for lunch. Also, I suggest finding a truck of the "main" part. We shared an absolutely amazing plate of food. We also had a lobster dog cause who could resist. Was worth the $12. Lastly, don't try to share a dole whip. They are sooo good, you will want your own. No need to wait in that line twice like we did.

I couldn't swim with the dolphins. I could only watch them swimming from the boat. I was really disappointed because I joined thinking I would be able to swim with them.

The website mentioned dolphin watching, but it was only on the top page, and the wording on other pages was ambiguous, leading me to believe I would be swimming close to the dolphins, but instead, I just watched them from the boat for a few minutes.

There are still videos on YouTube showing people swimming with dolphins, which feels misleading, like a promotional ad.

The snorkeling afterward had no corals or tropical fish at all; what were we supposed to see in such a barren sea? I was told by the crew that we would see turtles, but there were none. Other guests quickly got out of the water and seemed bored on the boat.

The only fun part was the slide, but paying 20,000 yen per person for this experience is way too high and not worth it. I've participated in various tours before, but this was the least satisfying and the most expensive.

The lunch was not tasty either. The optional photos, which are also quite expensive, are definitely not worth it. The pictures we took ourselves were much better, and since we couldn't swim with the fish, turtles, or dolphins, we ended up with photos of just floating in the sea or sitting on the boat.

I absolutely do not recommend this tour. I even wonder if they set such high prices because they are struggling with fewer customers. I regret not choosing a different tour.

その後のシュノーケルは珊瑚も熱帯魚も全くおらず、何も居ない海で何を見ろと言うのでしょうか？
亀と会えると搭乗員から言われていたのに、亀も居ない。他のお客さんも早々に海から上がりつまらなそうに船でしてました。
唯一滑り台だけが面白かったですが、これで1人２万円の料金は高すぎて割に合わない。今まで色々なツアーに参加しましたが1番満足度が低く、高額でした。
お弁当も美味しくない。オプションで付けられる、これまた高額な写真は絶対に付けない方がいい。自分達で撮った方がよっぽど良い写真ばかりで、魚も亀もイルカとも泳げないので、ただ海に浮いてるだけ、船に座ってるだけの写真です。
こちらのツアー絶対にオススメしません。
客が少なくなり、経営厳しいからなのか、こんなに内容と見合っていない高額な金額設定にしているのではないかとさえ思います。違うツアーにすれば良かったと後悔です。

I loved this experience. We got there early to find parking and decided to eat breakfast. My spouse took in the scenery, everything was so peaceful. The boat ride was about 7 minutes and the area was beautiful. We got to do most of the activities, ate donuts and drank juice. Would love to return and do it again.

The crew was incredible! We loved seeing so many dolphins up close and got to see a few sea turtles too! The crew ensured everyone stayed safe while in the water which helped us relax knowing they were there if any of us needed a little help. We also loved the Hawaiian traditions included. Highly recommend this tour!

I was overwhelmed by the powerful nature! I usually ride cross or road bikes, so I participated in an intermediate bike tour this time. However, there were people who dropped out on thrilling paths that you can't experience in Japan, so I recommend the beginner course for those who are not good with roller coaster-like rides or lack confidence in their balance! That said, the authentic paths, stunning views, and support from the guide made me very satisfied!

For reference, not many people were wearing masks due to infection control, but I recommend wearing one to avoid inhaling dust. Also, since the sunlight is strong, UV protection is essential!

普段からクロスやロードに乗っているので今回は中級のバイクツアーに参加しましたが、日本では味わえないようなスリリングな道に途中脱落している人もいたので絶叫系の乗り物が苦手な方やバランス感覚に自信がない方は初心者コースがおすすめです！
ただそれだけ本格的な道と絶景、ガイドさんのサポートもあり大満足でした！

Good, Fun Event with a couple minor negative details

Let's start with the good. Crew was fabulous. Boat was great. Live music was excellent. Variety of activities was excellent--especially the banana boat and disc events--which I highly recommend you add to your experience. Paddle boarding and kayaks were also a nice option for the family. Food/drinks was good too.

The not so good--the snorkeling was just average because we were not allowed to have much freedom to explore. They should allow a time allotment for the extra perks so more can enjoy the extra activities. The main negative was the music they played traveling back to shore--although fun for young adults and old--not too great for my 7 y/o as there was not the consideration of having music with bad language being played for her to hear and ask questions.

Still a good experience overall and would do again IF the music was at least filtered a bit.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The band is also very talented and made our time during the boat ride even more enjoyable! We added the banana boat and bumper tube and it was well worth it! Chill and relaxing trip

Very friendly crew and overall a good experience. Just a bit too crowded in the boat especially while we are still in a pandemic.
The boat was clean overall and great music played on our way there and way back. Lunch was fresh and nice. Overall a good experience with the ability to choose what you wanna do. Kayaking was fun and other options to paddle board or snorkel. No sea life since the coral reefs are dead unfortunately.
