The meeting point is at the hotel indoor parking lot, and I got lost because I couldn't find the reception. It's better to move with some extra time. I participated in the tour that started at 9:30 AM. Since we were told to meet on-site and check in 30 minutes early, I left my hotel in Waikiki at 7 AM with plenty of time, heading towards Haleiwa. The drive from Waikiki to the freeway was a bit congested, but after that, it was smooth sailing. I arrived around 8 AM near the North Shore and stopped by the 7-Eleven in Haleiwa for breakfast. (They sell pasta, hand rolls, and sandwiches similar to those in Japan.) I reached the harbor parking lot by 8:30 AM. After parking in a spot of my choice, I checked in at a small hut marked 'North Shore Adventures.' When I provided my last name, I was informed in English that "there is no restroom on the boat, so please take care of that in the brown building over there," and "wait around the pink hut until it's time." By the way, this tour company owns four boats, which have Japanese names like 'Kaiou' and 'Abunai.' This time, we were on the boat called 'Kanpai,' and fortunately, the captain was a Japanese person from Kumamoto (I believe his name was Reese; I apologize if I'm mistaken), who communicated with us entirely in Japanese. Once everyone was gathered, we set sail even before the scheduled time. We took off our sandals, placed them in a black box, and boarded barefoot, choosing our seats. After that, the staff provided explanations in English, mainly about "rules on the boat," "shark information," and "group division." This time, everyone except us was foreign, and we were divided into two groups of six, totaling 12 people. It took about 15 minutes to reach the site, and we arrived in no time. As many have mentioned, it does sway quite a bit, so motion sickness medication is a must. (It's not too bad while moving, but after the engine stops, the cage is directly affected by the waves.) If you forget, there is a 24-hour drugstore (Longs Drugs) in Waikiki where you can find "motion sickness" medication. After putting on our snorkels, we descended into the cage using a ladder while holding a GoPro. There were quite a few sharks. They passed right in front of us one after another, so take your time to get into position before starting to film. They are a docile type of shark, so they won't attack. After enjoying it for about 20 minutes, we switched with the next group and waited on the boat. There are no changing rooms on the boat, so we headed back in our swimsuits. This time, we returned to port at 11:30 AM, making it a very compact activity of about two hours from departure to return. If you choose an early morning tour, you'll have the entire afternoon free for exploring Haleiwa Town, shopping, or driving along the coastline, making for a meaningful day. Overall, this became the best memory of my trip to Oahu. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

朝9時半スタートの回に参加しました。現地集合、30分前にチェックインとのことでしたので、時間に余裕を持ってワイキキのホテルを朝7時にレンタカーで出発、ハレイワへ向かいました。ワイキキからフリーウェイまでは多少混みますが後はスイスイ、８時過ぎにはノースショア辺りへ到着、ハレイワのセブンイレブンに寄り朝食をとりました。（日本のセブンに近いパスタや手巻き、サンドイッチが売られています。）8時半にはハーバーの駐車場へ到着。好きな駐車スペースへ停めた後『North Shore Adventures』と書かれた小さな小屋で受付です。ラストネーム（苗字）を伝えると英語で「船にはトイレが無いからあそこの茶色い建物で済ませておくこと」、「時間までピンクの小屋周辺で待機すること」など伝えられます。ちなみにこちらの催行会社では船を４隻所有しており、『海王』や『危ない』など日本語の名前が付いています。今回は『乾杯』という船でしたが、たまたま運よくキャプテンが熊本出身の日本語の方（おそらくReeseさん、違っていたらごめんなさい。）で終始日本語で対応して頂けました。全員揃い次第、時間前でも出航です。サンダルを脱いで黒い箱に入れ裸足で乗船、好きな席へ座ります。その後スタッフから英語で説明、主に「船でのルール」「サメの説明」「グループ分け」についてです。今回は私たち以外は全員外国の方で全部で12名、6名ずつの２グループに分けられました。出航から現場まで15分ほど、あっという間に到着します。皆さん書いている通りかなり揺れますので酔い止め必須です。（走行時はそうでも無いですがエンジン停止後と、ケージが海面のため波の影響をもろに受ける）。もし忘れた場合、ワイキキには24時間営業のドラッグストア（Longs Drugs）がありますのでそこで「motion sickness」で探せば見つかります。シュノーケル着用後、GoProを持ってケージの中へハシゴで降ります。サメはかなりの数います。次から次へと目の前を通り過ぎるので、焦らずしっかり体勢を整えてから動画撮影開始です。おとなしい種類のサメですのでもちろん襲ってきたりはしません。約20分ほど楽しんだ後次グループと交代、船へ上がって待機です。船には更衣室はありませんので、水着のまま帰路に付きます。今回は帰港時11:30、出航から帰港まで約２時間の大変コンパクトなアクティビティでした。午前早目の回を選べば午後はまるまる空きますのでハレイワタウン散策やお買い物、海岸線をドライブなど有意義な１日を過ごせると思います。総合的に今回のオアフ島旅行で一番の思い出になりました。かなりお勧めだと思います。ありがとうございました。

・不可抗力によりバスにおいていかれることがある。2時間のツアーが終了して15分後にバスが出発するというのが元々の予定だったが、実際にはツアーが2時間15分くらいまで延びて、その後トイレに行っていたら帰りのバスにおいていかれた。後でチケット売り場の人に質問したら、バスは出発予定時刻の5分後までしか待っていなかったとのこと。手や顔を洗ってツアーの場所からバスまで歩く時間とトイレに行く時間を合わせて5分しかもらえなかったということになる。

This was by far the best tour I have been on in a long time. Driver Danny was a wealth of knowledge and freely shared his experience of the island in a friendly and easy manner.

A small breakfast treat by the blow hole was unexpected, but was a great way to see the blow hole and beach.

Danny's suggestion of dole whip was spot on and I hope that makes its way to Australia soon. Yummmm

Before returning on the round trip, we encountered a pod of wild dolphins. The sailing boat was spacious, and the staff were friendly, which made for a great experience. As we headed out to the open sea from around Diamond Head, the waves became higher, so those who are prone to seasickness might feel unwell. The view from the sailing boat is absolutely stunning.

I haven't driven in nearly five years, but I was relieved to manage the two-hour drive on this tour without any issues! It was certainly not monotonous; it was an exhilarating experience as we splashed through the jungle and zipped right past cows.

I saw something I thought I was too old to try. This being a birthday weekend of celebrating I thought I'd step out on faith and try something new. When the opportunity came, I said, signs me up, I'm all in. Though a little nervous the crew Russell and Sharky, made you feel relaxed and offered instructions that had you moving along as if you were a pro. There was, laughter, gentle corrections and so much fun. Before you knew it you were getting strapped in and sailing in the air at 1000 ft. Who would have known it would be so much fun. I'd do this again if and or when the opportunity comes around again.

I've always wanted to try outrigger canoeing! The first wave was a bit small, and since I had heard there would be three challenges, I thought there would be two more to go... However, the small ones didn't count, and I was able to ride three big waves. The thrill of riding those big waves and getting close to the shore was absolutely amazing! I ended up getting splashed more than I expected. (laughs) But I highly recommend this activity.

Next time, I definitely want to ride even bigger waves than this time! ♪

I had a great time exploring the eastern half of Oahu!

I took the number 20 bus from Waikiki, but there were places along the way where the sidewalk disappeared, so I recommend taking a taxi or similar transportation! (On the way back, I used Uber, and they arrived quickly.)

Once I arrived, I took care of the restroom and other preparations, watched the safety video, and then we were off. I got there early, so I waited while enjoying snacks from the vending machine.

They provided free jackets (like hoodies), sunglasses, and waterproof phone cases. Lockers were also free.

Since I get cold easily, I borrowed a long-sleeve shirt and pants, but it wasn't actually that cold.

The staff assigned me a seat, and by chance, I sat next to the pilot, which was an incredible experience.

During the flight, they introduced various sights in English, like Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head, but I could only catch about half of what was said...

The turbulence was just at the edge of what I could handle, but there were moments of high-speed flying close to the ground that were very thrilling!

You can take photos with your smartphone, but after the flight, you can purchase photos and videos as an option.

While swimming at Waikiki Beach, I see many helicopters every day, so I was really glad to have been on one of them!

怖がりでもギリギリ許せる程度の揺れでしたが、途中、ハイスピード+地面スレスレ飛行があり、とてもスリリングな場面もありました！

スマホでも写真は取れますが、終了後、写真と動画がオプションで購入できます。

ワイキキビーチで泳いでいると、毎日たくさんのヘリを見かけるのですが、その一本に乗れて本当に良かったです！

It felt like I was floating in the air, and it was very pleasant! It was higher than I expected, but the view of Waikiki was amazing! There wasn't much of a floating sensation, so it swayed a bit, but even those who are scared will be fine. At the end, we made a splash into the sea, which was also fun.

Here’s what I experienced: After checking in, we waited for about 10 minutes before boarding the boat, and then we went straight to parasailing. I recommend taking care of restrooms, motion sickness medication, and changing clothes before checking in. There was a public restroom nearby. Also, since you will be getting a little wet, wearing a swimsuit is a good idea.

In my group, there were 3 pairs of us, and we flew shortly after traveling about 10 minutes by boat. By the way, we were instructed to put sandals and bags under the boat seats.

Before flying, they asked us to remove our hats, but it was okay to hold onto our smartphones in waterproof cases (we could take photos from above).

Right before flying, the crew asked if we wanted to buy photos (for $40), and if you request it at that time, they will take over 100 pictures for you. The payment was made at the check-in hut after getting off the boat (credit cards were accepted).

トイレや酔い止め、着替えは済ましてからのチェックインがおすすめです。なお、公衆トイレみたいなのが近くにありました。また、海にちょっぴり浸かるので、水着が良いと思います。

私の回は2人×3組だったのですが、船で10分くらい行った先で、すぐに飛ぶことになります。
ちなみに、サンダルやカバンは船の座席の下に入れるよう指示がありました。

飛ぶ際に、帽子は取るように言われましたが、防水ケースに入れたスマホは持っててOKでした（上から写真もとれました）。

飛ぶ直前に、写真（40ドル）を買うかどうかクルーの方に聞かれて、その際にお願いすると、100枚以上写真を取ってくれます。
なお、お会計は船を降りたあと、チェックインした小屋にて支払いました（カードもOKでした）。

船はかなり揺れるので、酔い止めを飲んでおくほうがオススメです。

This is the second time going to Captain Bob’s Kaneohe Sandbar excursion. We went with friends last year and had such an amazing experience. We definitely had to take the kids to experience it. Kids had an amazing time playing volleyball and snorkeling around the reef. We even saw some turtles. Burgers were delish! The crew were professional and caring. While snorkeling my daughter was stung by two jellyfishes and the crew were so attentive to her. Major props to them. Definitely a 5 star!

As an individual who is terrified of heights it has been a dream of mine to ride in a helicopter so I booked my flight on my 49th birthday. I chose this company as it seemed to have the most positive reviews. Kyle was our pilot and let's just say I had an awesome time!! He flew us over the best parts of Oahu!! There were waterfalls, beautiful beaches, the Dole plantation, Pearl Harbor and much more. It was the best birthday present EVER!!

We had a great time. The crew were friendly and fun, and they ensured everyone was enjoying the experience. We were lucky to see so many turtles on the sail out to the reef and then magically we saw one while snorkeling. I will never forget that experience! The reef was full of fish; one of the best snorkeling excursions we've done. The sandbar was beautiful too. I'm so glad we did this, and we highly recommend it!

The children, who have strong core and leg muscles, were able to stand up on the SUP right away, but I, having passed my sixtieth birthday and with weakened legs, couldn't stand until the end, which was quite frustrating. Book this tour now! You can check around for other tours but you are wasting your time. Island Splash Tours is the best! Me and my girlfriend had a blast with Preston and Kris. Very private experience! Only us and one other group onboard. They are very safety oriented and make sure that everyone is having a good time. We saw so many turtles, too many to count. Kris found us an octopus and a collector urchin.

I was able to rent a long-sleeved wetsuit and long pants, so I didn't have to worry about sunburn or the cold. I was able to swim quite a distance. It would have been tough to go on my own, so I'm glad I joined a tour.

This time, I participated in two consecutive tours to different sandbars, so I will compare based on my experiences.
- Boat size (this tour had a larger boat. The restroom was also fairly decent. Since there were many passengers, the atmosphere may vary depending on the participants. When we joined, there were relatively many families and three generations participating, which created a friendly vibe.)
- Activities (if you want to try banana boating or bumper tubing, this is the tour for you. Both snorkeling and SUP were enjoyable on either tour.)
- Live music (when we participated in this tour, the songs were mainly famous ones from Japan and Disney.)
- Provided snacks (the donuts here were American-sized and sweet.)
- Boat docking location (it was a bit far from the shallowest part of the sandbar. ・提供される軽食（こちらのドーナツはアメリカンなサイズと甘さでした）
・ボートの係留場所（サンドバーの一番の浅瀬からは少し離れた場所でした。潮位の条件もあって身長120㎝程の子供は全く足が着かない場所もあり…ライフジャケット着用ですが、泳ぐのが苦手な子にはややハードルが高いかもしれません）
・日本人ガイド（日によると思いますが、どちらのツアーも参加した日は日本語で細々とした点まで説明してくださって安心感がありました）

I wanted to have a meal separately, so I chose a course that only allowed me to experience the show. When it was time, we were allowed into the theater, but it seemed that the middle area was reserved for those with meals, so guests who only attended the show were guided to the seats on the sides. The show was quite good overall. The kids didn't react much since they aren't very familiar with Elvis or Michael, but they seemed to enjoy the fire show. It might have been better if there had been a bit more acrobatics. There were perhaps too many songs, which made it slightly boring... As for Michael, he was a bit chubby and I wouldn't say his dancing was great. Of course, the real Michael is incredible, so it's understandable that he can't be imitated, but the overall quality was solid and it was enjoyable as entertainment. However, what we had imagined was enjoying music outdoors while feeling the sea breeze, so it was a bit of a surprise to be completely inside the theater in a sealed space. I thought maybe a show at a hotel would have been better. Well, I was glad to see the authentic Hawaiian hula dance, so next time I would like to book a package that includes a meal and some activities.

ショーは普通に良かったです。子供たちはエルビスもマイケルもあまり知らないから反応は薄かったですが、ファイヤーショーなんかは楽しめたみたい。
もう少しアクロバットな感じがあったら良かったかもしれませんね。
歌が多すぎて若干退屈だったかも…
マイケルもね。。太っちょマイケルで、お世辞にもダンスが上手とは言えない感じで。本物がスゴすぎるのでマネをすることはできないんでしょうけどねもちろん全体の完成度はしっかりしておりエンターテインメントとして楽しめました。
ただ、私たちが想像していたのは屋外で海の風を感じながら流れる音楽を楽しんで…というものだったので、シアターの中に完全に入って密封空間になったのはちょっと誤算でした。
それならホテルなんかでやってるショーでもよかったかなとちょっと思ったり。。
まぁでも本番ハワイのフラダンスは観られたので良かったです次は食事付きで、ちょっとしたアクティビティもついてる方を申し込んでみたいと思います。

The scenery was beautiful and it was fun, but the dust was worse than I imagined. You'll need to wash your face and change clothes afterward. It was good to have two drivers.
