First, we practiced in the garage before exploring the city and the coastline. The instructor and guide, while wearing an earpiece, ensured our safety and made the experience enjoyable. Riding the Segway, they provided interesting explanations, and at Instagram-worthy spots, we stopped to take photos, which was very kind of them. The shop owner's family was also fun, and they offered advice on places and restaurants to visit in Hawaii.

I was able to see a pod of dolphins swimming alongside us for a long time. The whales were quite elusive, but we managed to spot one in the distance after continuing to move the boat. It seems that there are significant differences in sightings depending on the day.

Along with sunscreen, motion sickness medication is essential. When heading out to search for whales, the waves can be quite rough, and it can be pretty scary until you get used to it. There were even children who fell inside the boat. The guide was speaking in English and kept cracking quite a few dad jokes. I recommend this for those who aren't afraid of the ocean's swaying!

Well, it seems that in Japan, when ticket sales are sluggish, promoters often arrange for this kind of thing... But they really livened up the atmosphere. I'm very impressed. My companion has a small appetite, so we only attended the show without having a meal. Since others had a buffet set, it was very helpful to have just the show option. Lastly, I've seen hula and Polynesian dance at places like the Tokai Hawaiian Center and Ikawa Island, so I wasn't particularly moved by that, but the rock segment was really good. I recommend this show over other hula shows.

This was such a fun excursion that my friends and I did in Hawaii! we all had so much fun and agreed it was the best thing we did our entire trip. I have always wanted to go to Heaven's Beach, and this time my wish came true! The weather was cloudy, but I enjoyed the friendly staff, beautiful boat, and activities like SUP! The drinks, snacks, and spa rice balls were delicious as well. There are staff members who understand Japanese, so I felt安心して楽しめます! I also want to see the scenery on a sunny day, so I made a reservation to join during my summer trip to Hawaii. I'm looking forward to it!

We did the Raptor Tour and tremendously enjoyed it. The views are great! I was the only woman who drove raptor ATV in this group, there was no any problem and it was fun driving the mule. I highly recommend. It is expensive but worth it and will create a great memory.

We participated as a couple in our 60s. The hotel picked us up on time, explained the operation methods, and we started the sightseeing tour. The explanations were thorough, which made us feel at ease for departure. After that, we visited various places and received clear explanations through the earphones provided, gaining a lot of new knowledge. We also had many photos taken, which made us very satisfied. After returning, we looked at the map and were surprised by the long distance we traveled.

I think the participation fee is high because of the expensive cost of living in America, but it was a satisfying experience. Thank you very much.

小型ボートだけど、ガンガン勢いのある船にのって10名くらいで、パラセーリングを楽しみました。
初めての経験だったのでメチャクチャ怖かったけど、スリル満点で、高校生と大学生の子どもたちは、笑いが止まらず、今回のハワイ旅で経験してよかった、と思います。
ただ、空港到着当日の夕方直接行ったのですが、これは、ハードスケジュールすぎたかも。翌日体にこたえました。船酔いの薬は飲んで参加してよかったです。
人生一度は挑戦してみる価値のある経験だとおまいます。非日常を味わえて、メチャ楽しかったです！

The music from Kalani was great on the way out to the sandbar. He was so nice, making sure he was delivering the best Ohana. The sandbar was amazing, if it hadn’t been so windy it would have been the perfect day. My son didn’t hesitate to get out on the kayak and SUP. The fish were breathtaking in the reef. We will definitely be back. The staff were so amazing and so ready to help out with anything. We loved it as a family.

The weather was nice, and the scenery was very beautiful. There was no time to get bored while waiting for activities, as I could see exhibits, shops, and horses. However, since all the explanations were in English, I felt that I could have enjoyed it even more if I understood English, so I deducted one star for that. On the day of the visit, it was a good decision to bring a raincoat based on others' experiences. However, your face and hair will get covered in sand, so it's easier to participate with a simple hairstyle and no makeup.

It was unfortunately rainy on the day, but it cleared up after about two hours!
At first, it was cold, but I got used to it once I was in the sea.
I was glad to experience various activities like snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding.
I wanted to see a sea turtle, but unfortunately, I couldn't.
The staff were attentive, and they instructed us to return if we went too far, which made me feel safe while enjoying snorkeling.
There were only about four groups of Japanese people, but a few of them spoke broken Japanese, so we were able to communicate.
They also took photos for us, and I was very satisfied.

We had the most incredible time touring the Mighty Mo!! Really incredible to stand on a battleship where WWII came to an end. Saffron, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic!!! She was so informative, interesting and kind. Could listen to her all day! We also met Alvin in the Aviation Museum and really enjoyed listening to him! We had toured the Arizona on our last visit to Hawaii and very much enjoyed that tour. Pearl Harbor is well organized and well worth the visit.

We had a fantastic time as a family of four! 家族4人　大満喫しました！！

The horses were quite large, and I was nervous at first, but I gradually got used to it and was able to enjoy both the horseback riding and the surrounding scenery. The guide was very supportive and incredibly cute, which made the experience enjoyable throughout. Each horse had its own personality; mine was very smart, as it was in the lead, my son's horse was a glutton and a bit impatient, my husband's horse was the calmest and most experienced, and my daughter's horse was quite laid-back. After the horseback riding, we had a lively discussion about the horses. My son, who rode the gluttonous horse, was desperately trying to control the reins to stop its appetite, and he ended up with blisters on his hands!

By the way, I had no time to take photos, which is my only regret. The tour itself was wonderful, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of both the sea and the mountains.

Additionally, the Kualoa Burger ($15) we had at the attached cafeteria was exquisite. I regretted not bringing a light jacket because the shuttle bus was quite air-conditioned. The lockers ($5) were convenient as they allowed for all-day access, and credit card payments were accepted. You can bring a water bottle or smartphone in a bag attached to the horse, but there’s no time to drink slowly. Photos can only be taken with one hand, so balance is essential—no dropping allowed.

Our schedule was efficient with a 10 AM pickup, horseback riding at 12:30 PM, and a bus departing at 3:45 PM. However, since there’s a beach within walking distance, I’d like to allow more time to visit it next time. The buggies also looked interesting, so I’d like to try those as well. The burger is a must for next time!

お馬さんがかなり大きくて初めは緊張しましたが徐々に慣れて乗馬も周りの景色も楽しむ余裕が出てきました。ガイドのお姉さんが一生懸命サポートしてくれましたし、とってもキュートな方だったので終始楽しかったです。お馬さんはそれぞれ個性があって、私のお馬さんは先頭を任されるだけあってとても賢い子、息子はその後ろで食いしん坊でせっかちなお馬さん、パパの馬は一番落ち着いててベテランな感じ、娘のお馬さんはかなりののんびり屋さん。乗馬が終わってからもお馬さん談義に花が咲きました。特に食いしん坊なお馬さんに乗っていた息子は彼の食欲を止めるのに手綱を必死で操り手にマメができました笑　
ちなみに写真を撮る余裕は私には全くなく、唯一の心残りです。ツアー自体は景色は海も山も自然を大満喫できて素晴らしかったです。

その他
併設のカフェテリアで食べたクアロアバーガー（$15）は絶品でした。
送迎バスはかなりエアコンがきいてたので羽織ものを持っていけばよかったと後悔しました。
ロッカー（$5）は1日開閉自由なので便利だと思います。クレジットカード払い可。
お馬さんに付けるバッグにペットボトルやスマホを入れて持っていけるけれどゆっくり飲む時間はないです。写真も片手で撮れる方のみ。バランス必須。落とすの厳禁。
我が家は10時pickup、乗馬12時半予約、15時45分発バスで無駄がないスケジュールでしたが、歩いていけるところにビーチがあるので、今度行くときはもう少し時間に余裕を持たせてビーチまで足を伸ばしたいなと思いました。バギーも面白そうだったのでそちらもやってみたいです。バーガーは次回も欠かせません。

If you're going to Hawaii, I want to meet sea turtles! After comparing various tours and reading many reviews, as well as checking the duration and costs, I found this one to be the best overall and made a reservation. (＊Since it's primarily in English, if you're worried about understanding, I think a tour with Japanese-speaking staff would be reassuring.)

As a result, I was able to see about 5-6 sea turtles, there were plenty of fish, and the staff were cheerful and fun, making me glad I chose this tour. I unfortunately got seasick on the way back and couldn't see, but it seemed there were dolphins and whales as well!

As others have mentioned, there were about 30-40 participants on the day, but we were the only Japanese. All the staff were locals, so you won't experience Japanese hospitality or explanations in Japanese, but you can enjoy the local atmosphere and a casual vibe, which I recommend.

On the day, I was lucky to have a local staff member who could speak a little Japanese. When I was scared to let go of the stairs while entering the water, they asked, "Are you scared?" and "Are you okay?" and checked if I wanted to return to the boat. I really wanted to see the sea turtles, so I said, "I'm scared, but I want to go into the water," and they held my hand and swam with me until I got used to it, lending me a float cushion. (At one point, an elderly person had to return to the boat due to fatigue, so I returned the cushion, but by then, I had gotten used to the water and was able to swim on my own!)

I tend to get seasick easily, and it was windy that day, so I took medication beforehand, but I ended up getting seasick on the way back and vomited a couple of times. There was a restroom, so I managed to be okay, but if you're prone to seasickness, be cautious depending on the weather that day. (By the way, the restroom was basic, and you couldn't flush paper; you had to pump it yourself to flush.)

It was my first snorkeling experience, and I was anxious since I can't swim well, but I was moved to see the sea turtles. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. I'm grateful to the wonderful staff.

当日は運良く日本語を少し話せる現地のスタッフがいました。海に入る時にこわくて階段から手を離せないでいると「こわい？」「大丈夫？」など声かけしてくれて、「船戻りたい？」など確認してくれました。私はどうしてもウミガメを見たかったので「こわいけど海には行きたい」と無茶を言ったところ、慣れるまで手をつないで一緒に泳いでくれて、浮きクッションを貸してくれました。(途中で高齢の方が体力的に厳しくなって船に戻るため、そのクッションはお返ししましたが、その頃には海にも慣れて1人で泳げるようになっていました！)

船酔いしやすい体質で、当日は風が強かったので、事前に薬を飲んでいましたが、帰りに船酔いを起こし2回ほど吐きました。トイレがあったのでなんとか大丈夫でしたが、船酔いする方は当日の天候次第では要注意です。(ちなみにトイレは簡易的なもので、紙は流せない&自分でポンプを上げ下げして流すトイレでした)

初シュノーケリングで、ほぼ泳げないので不安でしたが、ウミガメをみれて感動しました。ほんとにこのツアーに参加して良かったです。素敵なスタッフの方に感謝です。

This is a must do excursion with family when visiting Oahu. A full day of cultural background, canoe rides to island, interactive activities for everyone. Friendly staff. It's not enough time for us to see all the areas, so definitely will come back again next time. Highly recommend!
