I wanted to enjoy a special dinner cruise, so I chose the highest-end course. I was looking forward to it, but I was surprised when I sat down. The space was cramped, the seats were too close together, and the table was way too small. When the servers brought out the dishes, they bumped into my shoulder and hands, making it impossible to eat comfortably.

Unfortunately, the food was not great either. However, the fireworks from the Hilton Hotel were a saving grace.

It was a fun dining experience where we could enjoy not only Hawaiian hula but also Polynesian dances from other countries. The food was somewhat lacking for the price. The lobster in the photo was delicious.

I reserved a window-side or private seating with a commemorative photo included, but I was initially guided to a group seating away from the window. When I mentioned that I had reserved a private seat, I was made to wait in the group seating for about 30 minutes.

It’s frustrating to think that perhaps someone who didn’t have a reservation was sitting in the window-side private seat.

When I was finally guided to my seat, there was not even a simple "sorry," and I was placed in a corner near the stairs where I couldn't see the outside view. Everything was ruined from the start, and it was the worst experience. I was really looking forward to this on my honeymoon, wanting it to be a very special day and a lifelong memory, but it left me feeling truly terrible.

Regarding the commemorative photo, I was asked for money, and even when I explained that it should be included, the staff had a sulky attitude and showed no signs of apology. There was nothing I found good about this experience.

It was truly the worst final day, and I will never use this service again; it was a complete waste of money.

I couldn't even enjoy the taste of the course meal due to my anger, and everything was ruined. I want all my time and money back.

ハネムーンで楽しみにしながら、とても大切な日に、一生の思い出の日にしたかったのに、本当に最悪な気分でした。

記念写真も、お金を要求され、全て含まれてるはずと伝えても、不貞腐れたような態度を取られ、それも謝るそぶりも何もありませんでした。
良いと思ったところは、もう何一つありません。

もう本当に最低な最終日で、今後2度と利用しませんし、金の無駄にも程があります。

怒りでコース料理の味も感じないし、全てがパーになりました。
時間とお金を全て返してもらいたいくらいです。

At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but I was more satisfied than I expected. The sunset and the night view of Waikiki were very beautiful, the food was delicious, the show was a lot of fun, and the boys were kind, making for an enjoyable time.

Astounding! My husband and I looked forward to this tour for three years. Covid decided to interrupt. It was well worth the wait and then some. Huge fans of the show. McGarret’s house was surreal. Actually being there blew us away.
More importantly, Sean (not Flippa) was sensational. Cannot say enough about him. Here goes: Professional, personable, polite, informative, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient. Kind and went above and beyond. By far the best tour guide we’ve had on all our trips to Hawaii. Just pleasant to be around and always accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had whether it by about Five 0 or just Hawaii in general. Hawaii Five 0 fans shouldn’t miss this tour,
Only downfall was not meeting Flippa.

I was disappointed that the sun had set while I was getting my buffet, but I had a great time. It was mid-November, but I was fine without a jacket and in a sleeveless top until the end. The boat didn't rock too much either. It was a trip with kids, and even though I didn't understand any English, everyone was in high spirits and it was fun.

ビュッフェを取りに行ってる間に日が沈んでしまった事が残念だったけど楽しめました。
11月中旬でしたが上着なしのノースリーブで最後まで大丈夫でした。

Noni our tour guide made this experience even better! I have a young child and he engaged with him and made the day fun. Pearl Harbor was somber and something like I’ve never experienced. The USS Battleship Missouri was neat as well. Be sure to get some Dole whip at the snack stand before you leave!

On the first day of our honeymoon, we participated in this activity after arriving in Hawaii. The pickup location was very close to our hotel and easy to find, which was great. The weather was nice, and we were able to see a beautiful sunset.

During dinner, the distance between guests was a bit close, but it wasn't too bothersome. The lobster was very delicious and has left a lasting impression even after returning home.

The commemorative photos also became wonderful memories.

A great and smoothly run experience!

This sunset dinner cruise was a truely amazing experience for myself and my partner.
The three course dinner was ok, the appetiser and dessert were nothing special, but the main meal was incredible!!! We both couldn’t get enough of the crab!
The dancers were all very talented and was great entertainment onboard.
The singer and his niece also provided great entertainment in between meals.
The fireworks towards the end was also an amazing experience I will not soon forget.
One thing that stopped this from being a 5-star experience was that we were sat opposite a random couple on the same table as us, making this ‘date night’ a lot more awkward than we had expected.

I attended with my children! The excitement was enough to make us forget about the pandemic! Since it was Friday, we could see the Hilton fireworks beautifully, and the night view was amazing! The food options for kids were a bit limited, but there were desserts and fruits, so we were satisfied! The crew's service was excellent, and the variety of performances made for a fulfilling time. ◡̈

As a first time visitor to Hawaii, this 7 hour tour of Honolulu and Pearl Harbor covered everything I was hoping for. Our guide Finny was extremely knowledgable and courteous. The first part of the tour focused on the history of the islands, the culture prior the American annexation and the impact of our occupation on the people and their culture. In addition to taking us to many historical sites, Finny pointed out some familiar Hawaii 50 filming locations and the harbor where the Gilligan's Island 3 hour tour started. The 2nd part of the tour was Pearl Harbor. The visit included dedicated tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial (where the war started) and the USS Missouri Battleship (where the Japanese surrendered to General MacArthur. Finny pointed out many interesting details of the attack and some of the heroes of the day, that I was not previously aware of. The visit was a very moving and memorable experience.

Security does not allow you to enter the base with any back packs or bags. You can carry small items like cell phones and a water bottle. Storage lockers are available.

I highly recommend this tour for first time visitors to Pearl Harbor and Honolulu.
