I participated in this tour at the end of 2019 with my 2-year-old child. The view of the cityscape from the venue, Diamond Head, and the sunset—all of them are etched in my memory and became the best memories. I attended the show on March 19. My stay lasted 20 minutes. It was not held on the rooftop of the Hilton, but in a large hall inside the hotel. Given the impact of COVID-19, the governor of Hawaii has announced that gatherings should not be crowded, so I was shocked to see around 150 to 200 people packed together. I don't know if it was the organizer's decision or the hotel's, but I think it was a wrong judgment. Honestly, since it wasn't on the rooftop, I would like a refund, but I have given up on that possibility.

場所がヒルトンの屋上では無く。ホテル内の大きなホールでしました。
コロナの影響で密集したらダメとハワイの州知事も発表してるのにまさか150人〜200人ぐらいが密集してるのを見てゾッとしました。
主催側の判断なのかホテル側の判断かわかりませんが、間違った判断をしたなと思いました。

The quality of the show was incredible. I thought it would mainly feature hula dancing, but there were also opera-like performances and fire dances, all of which exceeded my expectations and were so much fun that I felt emotional and almost cried at the end.

The hula dance depicted the evolution from the 1940s to modern hula, which was great. I saw a fire dance live for the first time, and it was amazing; I definitely want everyone to see it live.

There were also many beautiful men and women, and the women, in particular, were sexy and their dancing was sharp, which kept my eyes glued to the stage. The food was delicious as well. This is definitely one of the places I want to visit again the next time I go to Hawaii. Lastly, you can also take photos and get autographs.

ショーのクオリティーが物凄く、フラダンスがメインなのかと思っていたのですが、歌劇のようなショーや、ファイヤーダンスなど、どれも創造以上に最高で楽しく、終わった時は感動して涙が出そうでした。

ファイヤーダンスは初めて生で見ましたが、凄い、是非生で見てもらいたい。

In February, I went with nine family members. Everyone was very satisfied, and it became a wonderful memory.

I made a reservation for 1:00 PM on the day of my arrival in Hawaii. I wanted my family, who are visiting Hawaii for the first time, to get a concrete image of the scale of Waikiki, the location of our hotel, and Diamond Head, so this was a perfect choice to grasp the overall view from the ocean.

Before participating, I read reviews and thought it would be a participatory event with a rap-style BGM playing throughout, which might explain the low number of Japanese participants. However, it was completely different. You can enjoy it at your own pace, so there's no need to worry. The captain did tell jokes in English to the participants at the beginning, but that was just at the start. During the trip, he was very friendly, handling the sales and drinks, and occasionally pointing out, "You can see a turtle over there." I can't even remember if there was any BGM.

In addition to alcohol, there were about five types of soft drinks (canned juices) available for $3 each. I bought the pineapple juice, which was delicious.

As we headed out to sea, we moved against the waves, which caused some up-and-down rocking and heightened the excitement. We went to a position where we could see Diamond Head Lighthouse well, so the distance traveled was relatively long. On the way back to shore, it was almost completely calm, allowing us to enjoy the scenery peacefully.

アルコールのほかソフトドリンク（缶ジュース）も1缶$3で5種類くらいありました。最初に聞き取れたパイナップルジュースを購入しましたが、これがまた美味かった。
沖に向かっていくときは波に逆らって進むので上下に揺れ、テンションが上がります。ダイヤモンドヘッド灯台が良く見える位置まで向かったので割と移動距離も長めです。岸に戻る時は、一転ほとんど揺れないので、落ち着いて景色を堪能できます。
下船時に「良かったらそこの入れ物にチップをよろしく」的な話があります。

なお、乗る前に参加グループごとに船とダイヤモンドヘッドをバックに写真を撮ってくれます。下船時に2Lサイズの写真を見開きの簡易アルバムとして$20で購入を勧めてきます。購入は任意ですが、購入を考える方は荷物や履物は写らない場所に置いた方がいいと思います。私どもは購入したのですが、全員サンダルを手に持ってバンザイしているので笑えます。
それから船は乗る時のハシゴがある方が前です。水しぶきを多めに浴びたい方は前がお勧めです。
オアフ島でのオプショナルツアーは、必ずと言っていいほど、どこかしらから日本語が聞こえてきますが、こちらのツアーは良い意味で日本語と離れることができ海外に来たことを実感できます。

I was looking forward to it since I am learning hula. It was great that the show was in the hotel where I was staying, so it was close by. However, I didn't know that I needed to exchange the voucher for tickets, so even though I lined up early, I had to go through the process, which made me late. The food was also great; I enjoyed a variety of Hawaiian dishes, from vegetables to meat and dessert. The live performances, hula, and fire knife dance were all very impressive.

I'm glad I went! The sunset sinking into the ocean in Hawaii was amazing. I didn't plan to drink, but the staff kept making Mai Tais and handed them to me forcefully. (laughs) Among a few Asian couples, including my husband and me, the staff was very energetic and explained everything in English, but everyone was friendly and it felt very cheerful. Other guests were the same. During the cruise, they played music continuously, making it quite lively during the sunset moment. I ended up buying the photo taken before boarding. You might be asking yourself if a sunset Cruise is worth it. I asked myself the same thing. I went with my wife and some family and had a great time. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food was really good and had lots of options. The shows were very entertaining and some where quite funny thanks to the performers. Then the sunset was great. We went on a Wednesday and it was not many people. Felt almost like we had the entire ship to ourselves. Super fun experience overall.

Dinner was buffet style, but it was so delicious that it didn't feel like a buffet at all. I was able to enjoy a cute original Mai Tai. There’s also a non-alcoholic Mai Tai available, so those who don’t drink can feel comfortable.

While eating, we got to watch hula dancing, and in the second half of dinner, there was a hula lesson, which made for a wonderful experience. The show was from the second-floor seats, but we were in the middle and had a great view. The performers even came right up to us, and I was moved to receive a towel from them.

I would love to go see it again. Highly recommended!!!

We watched the show from the golden seats with four friends. The performance, including the kahiko, was really enjoyable. I think it was worth the price. I would have been happier if there were a bit more variety in the food, but I did leave feeling full. I definitely plan to bring my family next time and watch the show again.

Unfortunately, it was held indoors due to strong winds. It's just bad luck. There's no helping it. The indoor setting lacked the excitement. The standard seats were quite far away. The show at a certain indoor pool in Japan was more impressive.

It was helpful that children could go and get the buffet food. Also, it was great to see the fire show, which I thought we wouldn't be able to see indoors.

I cannot begin to tell you how great this cruise was! We went for my birthday. We had great food and drinks as well as a superior crew! The music felt like it was custom ordered.
Nick, Mash and Brad were terrific!
Do not miss an opportunity to take this trip!

Well-worth the time!

The views from the catamaran sail tour were outstanding. I saw two humpback whales breach. The crew was so friendly and helpful. It's a very popular tour, though, so book ahead on line to assure that you are able to have the experience. If your staying on Waikiki Beach, you can just walk down the beach to get on board. I would go again.

The explanation for the transfer from the hotel to the cruise ship was in English, so I could hardly understand it. The food was delicious, but the inside of the ship was cold, and there were people drinking hot water. There was quite a bit of time until the fireworks, and it was disappointing that the other children got bored and started running around.

ホテルからクルーズ船まで送迎での説明は英語でしたので　ほぼわからずでした。
食事は美味しくいただきましたが船内が寒くて白湯を飲んでる人たちもいらっしゃる状態でした。
花火までの時間がかなりあり　他の子供たちは飽きてしまい運動場化してたのが残念！
