Once in a lifetime experience

Anthony, the captain, was personable and informative. He was happy to answer a LOT of questions, and provided insight into Hawaiian culture throughout the experience. When it came time to enter the water, Claire was an outstanding guide. She ensured that the kids (10 & 12) felt confident with the unfamiliar snorkeling equipment, and took the time to locate and identify a variety of sea life. The crew made this a memorable experience for our entire family, and we highly recommend this experience for visitors to Oahu.

Captain Bruce Kaneohe Sandbar Snorkel & Private Speed Boat Rental
Excellent choice

We learned a lot about the history of the sandbar as well as got to enjoy the water and sandbar area. We got lucky with the weather since it rained earlier in the day. The provided snacks and musubis were excellent. We were sad when it ended, but brought back many memories.

Excellent Snorkel experience

They were punctual, the equipment was in good condition. Turtle Canyon has turtles, but lots of other tour boats. They were very situationally aware which kept us safe. We also got some bonus dolphin activity on the way out and back. Two thumbs up.

Highly recommend, kid and family friendly.

The boat was very nice as well lots of seating and a restroom on it. Lunch was good burgers were tasty overall the only down fall was no cold water after the first like 15 min. So I would suggest bringing and insulated bottle thats filled. Would for sure recommend and do it again!

Such a fun day!
Reviewed by: Jen F., 2024/04/13 This was by far the best cruise excursion I have ever participated in, and I’ve done quite a few on Oahu.
Pickup was well organized and on time. The ride out to the boat was pleasant.
The crew in itself felt like family. They were the nicest people, very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Captain even jumped in the water with the kids and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Bbq lunch was great.
We saw manta rays and turtles that came right up to the boat,it was a really wonderful day and I can’t tell them thank you enough.
I will absolutely book this again next time we visit.

Friendly crew and so much marine life

The crew were such a pleasure to be around every one of them was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was small but that was the best part because then we had a much more intimate experience and were able to feel comfortable with our crew(not hard they were all so nice). We were out for over an hour but could hang out on the boat and reenter the water whenever we felt like. The boat had a nylon strap front you could sit on and get wet which we did on our way back to shore after the snorkeling. It was a great relaxing and fun time. Definitely would recommend this company because the price is great, the crew was amazing and the trip was not overly packed.

Reviewed by: Joseph, 2024/04/11Had an amazing time with Captain Bruce on the Kaneohe sand bar cruise! From the get-go, Jeff, Josiah, and Karen were super kind and welcoming, making sure everyone on board felt at ease. They had snacks and drinks ready for us, which was a nice touch.
One of the highlights for me was definitely swimming with the turtles. It’s not every day you get to do that! And I’ve got to give a special shoutout to Karen. She was a real star, especially with my mom who's a bit uneasy in the water. Karen made sure she felt safe and enjoyed her snorkeling experience. Plus, the way she helped us retrieve my dad's forgotten sunglasses turned into a hilarious moment we all shared.
This trip is a must-do for families looking for a fun and memorable day out on the water. I’m already looking forward to my next trip with them. Absolutely a 10/10 recommendation!

one of the best adventures we went on

The crew were friendly and very helpful, we saw a mother and baby whale bottle nose dolphins all around our catamaran . when we got to the spot to snorkel with the turtles the crew really went out of there way to make sure everyone had a great time.
I would highly recommend this adventure if you come to Honolulu.

We recommend this group because they are very knowledgeable, you get to play on the sandbar, enjoy a great lunch, snorkel around a small reef and they take you to a spot to see many turtles!!!!
Our captains were so helpful with our family members that needed extra help, they were so attentive to their needs and were watching our for them all the time...... They were so friendly and pleasant to be around..... Awesome, fantastic, wonderful, excellent were the words my family of 6 kept saying over and over...... Waikiki Turtle Snorkeling Tour on a Private Catamaran - Hawaii Ocean Charters

It transformed into the most unforgettable whale watching adventure of our lives! We were fortunate enough to witness over 20 humpback whales just off the coast of Waikiki. It was truly a breathtaking sight.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the flexibility in the itinerary. The fact that we were given the opportunity to dedicate some time to whale watching before snorkeling made the experience even more remarkable.

Good value and tour

The water was a bit murky that day but we still got to see a lot of fish and some sea turtles. The only part I didn’t like was at the end the guide threw crackers into the water to attract fish so we could get a better view of the fish. This seems like it would be bad for the fish and not sustainable.

シュノーケルでのサンゴ礁ウッチも見応えあります。
ウミガメも普通に近くを泳いでますよ。
2月は雨期で半袖だと寒いので、上に羽織るものを持参して下さい。
