I participated with my 5-year-old daughter and dad!

We were picked up early in the morning from a nearby hotel, and our guide, Julie, was so energetic and fun. I learned a lot of interesting facts about dolphins.

I thought I could swim, but then I realized I had never swum in the ocean with a current before. At first, I couldn't really take care of my daughter, but Julie helped watch her, and gradually I was able to use the fins and keep up (sweating a bit).

We encountered dolphins three times, with as many as ten at one point. I brought an underwater camera, but the professional photographer dove down for us and was great at getting close to the dolphins and sea turtles. So, instead of floundering around, it might be wiser to pay about $50 and enjoy being photographed, then buy the professional pictures (since you'll want them anyway).

Anyway, Julie was great at keeping us entertained, and my daughter was totally into it, even participating in the final diving competition. It became a wonderful memory!

早朝に近くのホテルから拾ってもらい、テンション高いジュリさんのガイドっぷりも楽しく、イルカの豆知識も勉強になりました。

泳げるつもりでしたが、考えたら潮の流れのある沖で泳いだことはなく、娘の面倒を最初はほとんど見る事が出来なかったけど、ジュリさんが娘を見てくれ、徐々にフィンを使って進めるようになり何とかついて行けました（汗）

イルカには3回遭遇出来、多い時で10頭でした。水中でも撮れるカメラ持参でしたけど、プロのカメラマンさんは潜ってくれますし、イルカやウミガメのそばに行くのも上手なので、バタバタする位なら、50ドルほど払いますが、写される事を楽しんで、プロの写真を買った方が賢明かもしれません。（どうせ、欲しくなりますから）

とにかく、楽しませるのが上手で、娘はすっかりノリノリで、最後のダイビング大会も参加する始末。
良い思い出になりました！

I had an amazing experience that I can't usually have! I was able to feel an indescribable thrill as sharks constantly swam around the enclosure! I want to go every time I visit Hawaii!

Great experience! Kids really enjoyed themselves. The tour guy on the submarine was hilarious! The boat ride out to the submarine was really nice and got to see some beautiful scenery. Everyone was very friendly! Have to do it if your here, we wanted to do things that we aren’t able to do back home.

I thought I would be operating the underwater scooter myself, but the diver controlled the left, right, and up and down movements, so I was a bit disappointed that I only had to open the throttle. This time, it was a bit chilly after the experience, possibly because of the cloudy sky from the volcanic smoke on the Big Island, so I needed something to wear afterward.

I was moved to see wild dolphins and sea turtles. The tour guide is energetic, which I think can be polarizing. After getting on the boat, there was a feeling of forced excitement, and those who want to genuinely enjoy the activity might feel put off. However, the staff were generally nice, but I had some doubts about the Japanese cameraman's attitude. I admit I struggled to understand the intent behind his questions and had to ask him to repeat himself several times, but saying "That's enough" in Kansai dialect was inappropriate. I was left feeling uncomfortable as I didn't know him well. I've participated in snorkeling tours many times in the past, and I felt a lack of professionalism this time. By the way, if you don't take measures against seasickness and cold, the return trip can be tough, so it's important to prepare properly.

野生のイルカとウミガメ見れて感動しました。ツアーガイドはエネルギッシュなので好き嫌い分れると思います。船に乗った後は無理やり盛り上げてる感があって純粋にアクティビティを楽しみたいと思って参加する人はしらける方もいるかもしれないですが、スタッフの皆さんはいい感じでいいか…と思いきや担当した日本人のカメラマンの対応に疑問を感じました。話しかけられて質問の意図が分からなくて何回か聞き直してしまった自分にも非がありますが関西弁で『もうええわ』はないです。知り合いや仲良くもないのになぜこんな態度を取られるのか不快な思いしか残りませんでした。過去に何度もシュノーケリングツアーに参加してきましたがプロ精神に欠けていると感じました。ちなみに船酔い対策と寒さ対策はしないと帰りがキツいのでしっかりとしなきゃ厳しいです。

It was an early morning tour, but since I had plans to go to Ala Moana in the afternoon, I opted for the morning tour. I was really sleepy, but our guide, Julie, was super energetic despite the early hour! She talked non-stop, and before I knew it, we had arrived at the marina.

She mentioned on the bus that seeing dolphins in the wild can vary; sometimes you see them right away, and other times you might search for over three hours without spotting any. I was a bit anxious as we left the marina, and although the waves were quite high and the boat was rocking, we started with a ceremonial Hawaiian song to meet the dolphins and tossed plumeria flowers into the sea. Thanks to that, we quickly encountered dolphins! We saw several dorsal fins breaking the surface! We hurriedly prepared our snorkeling gear and dove into the water! The visibility wasn't great, probably due to the high waves, but we managed to encounter some dolphins!

Swimming was quite tiring, but I thought of it as good exercise, and it was worth the effort. After that, we changed locations for snorkeling. Again, the visibility wasn't very good, but we encountered many sea turtles! A photographer who was underwater took my camera and captured close-up shots of the turtles.

Captain Gian (a famous former lifeguard) and his daughter, who claims to be part of the EXILE crew, along with our guide Julie, who was at her maximum energy level, made for an entertaining and enjoyable time! Thank you!

あさが早めのツアーでしたが、午後からアラモアナに行く予定があった為午前のツアーにしました。めっちゃ眠たかったですがガイドのジュリちゃんのテンションが早朝に関わらずMAX!!喋りっぱなしで気が付いたらマリーナへ着いていました。
自然のイルカなのですぐ見れる時と3時間以上探しても見れない時もあるとバスの中で言っていたのでどーかなぁ〜？と思いながらマリーナを出て、波は中々高く船は揺れいましたが、まず出航してからイルカに会う為の儀式的なハワイ語の歌、プルメリアの花を海に投げ入れお願いしたおかげか、すぐにイルカに会えました！水面にイルカの背鰭が何個も！早々にシュノーケルの準備をして海へダイブ！波が高かったせいかあまり透明度はありませんでしたが、何とかイルカに遭遇！
泳ぐのは結構疲れますがいいエクササイズと思いながら頑張ったかいが有りました。
その後ポイントを変えてのシュノーケルやはり透明度は余り無かったですが沢山の海亀に遭遇！水中カメラマンの方が、私の水中カメラを持って潜ってくれて、至近距離のカメを撮ってきてくれました。

On the day of the festival in Waikiki, the meeting place was changed the day before. However, thanks to VERTRA's attentive email support, I was able to participate without any issues. There were Japanese-speaking staff on-site, which made everything very smooth. The park had a pool for feeding fish and a space for feeding parrots, so we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about the time until our transportation or activities. It was difficult to take photos or videos of the dolphins during the activity, so I think we will end up buying the ones taken by a professional, which were $30 each. I participated with my 8-year-old son, and he was not afraid of the dolphins at all; he was thrilled to swim with them.

当日ワイキキでお祭りがあり、前日に集合場所が変更になりました。しかし、VERTRAさんの丁寧なメール対応で問題なく参加できました。
現地に日本語のスタッフがいて非常にスムーズ。パーク内には魚にえさをあげるプールやインコにえさをあげるスペースもあり、送迎やアクティビティまでの時間は気にすることなく楽しめました。イルカの写真や動画はアクティビティ参加中は撮ることが難しいのでプロに撮ってもらったものを買うことになると思います。１枚３０＄でした。８歳の息子と参加しましたが、イルカに怖がることもなく、一緒に泳げて感動してました

We participated as a family! We were anxious because we hardly speak English and my mother is not a good swimmer, but the Japanese instructor Musashi was cheerful and provided excellent support, even swimming with those who couldn't swim. We could borrow float boards for free, so there were no issues.

Of course, since we needed to swim towards the dolphins, it was better to be able to swim to see many dolphins, but even without swimming skills, we were able to see them properly this time. The dolphins were wild and not accustomed to humans, so they didn't come close. I was worried about whether we could swim together with them.

They guided us to a total of three spots, and at the last spot, we were able to see many dolphins up close, and they swam alongside us, which was truly moving. I think they were about one meter away. We were able to take videos with an underwater camera and took lots of photos!

After that, we went to a snorkeling spot while viewing power spots from the boat. The snorkeling was in a very clear area with a depth of about four meters. There, we were able to see a large sea turtle and thoroughly enjoyed it.

One thing to be careful about is that the sea is deep, so the seawater temperature is cold. Additionally, it gets even colder on the boat due to the wind. It's better to bring a bath towel or a windbreaker.

Finally, we all danced the hula, and there was an explanation that made us think about ocean environmental issues, so I felt glad to have participated in the tour.

親子で参加しました！
私たちは英語がほぼ話せないことと、母は泳ぎが得意ではないので、不安でしたが日本人のインストラクタームサシさんは明るくて、泳げない人も一緒に泳いでくれサポート万全で、浮きボードも無料で借りられて問題なかったです。
もちろん、イルカのところに人間が向かっていく必要があるので、多くのイルカに会うためには、泳げるに越したことはないですが、泳げなくても、今回はちゃんと見ることができました。
イルカは野生で人馴れしていないため寄って来るという感じではなかったです。
なので、近くで一緒に泳げるのか不安でした。

全部で3箇所のスポットを案内してくれたのですが、最後のスポットではたくさんのイルカが間近で見れて、まさに一緒に泳いでくれて、感激しました。
距離的に1メートルくらいの近さだったと思います。
水中カメラで動画も撮れたし、写真もいっぱい撮れました！
その後、船上からパワースポットなどを見ながらシュノーケリングスポットへ。
シュノーケリングも透明度の高い場所で水深4メートルほどあったと思います。そこでも大きなウミガメを見ることができて満喫できました。
注意したほうがいいのは、海が深いので、海水温度が冷たいです。そして、船上は風が吹くのでさらに冷えます。バスタオルや、ウインドブレーカーなどを持参した方が良いです。
最後にみんなでフラダンスを踊り、海の環境問題を考えさせられる説明もあって、ツアーに参加してよかったと思いました。

This trip was the first time we have ever been on a submarine and we are glad we did it as it was one of the best experiences of our lives. My boyfriend Daniel and I were booked on the Premium Seats which I definitely recommend as those windows are much larger. The staff members are very knowledgeable and always looking out for your safety. You will first board the ship that will then sail out to take you to the submarine dock. The sail is really beautiful as you get to see Waikiki and diamond head on the way. When loading into the Submarine they ensure that your safety comes first and are very careful about every little details. During the submarine tour we went as deep as 110ft and it was just wonderful. Everything is super blue and you get to see a lot of different varieties of fishes, treasures and coral reefs. Also the guide and captain are super funny so you will definitely enjoy your time.

I recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance. Also, since they can only be seen from a distance, I couldn't tell what they were. Apparently, the tail was visible. It seems like having a telephoto lens or binoculars would be a good idea. It might not be an activity you can fit into a short number of days.

酔い止めの薬の事前服用をオススメします。
あと遠くにしか見れないので小さくて私は分かりませんでした。
尻尾が見えたらしいですが。
望遠レンズ、望遠鏡もあったほうが良さそうです。
少ない日数の中で入れるアクティビティじゃないかも。

I had so much fun! I was able to meet the dolphin teacher right away, and swimming together was incredibly healing. The time flew by, and I wanted to stay much longer. When I come to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate again. And Julie is the best! It was even more fun because I was with Julie. I'll request again!

The pickup did not arrive even after the meeting time had passed, and when I called Sea Life Park, I couldn't get through because it was outside of business hours. In the end, they arrived about 15 minutes late. The dolphins were very cute and amazing. The photos were sold for $15 each, which felt a bit expensive. Also, since the return shuttle was combined with other time slots, I ended up having about 3 hours of free time after it was over, so I took the bus home.

集合時間過ぎても迎えが来ずシーライフパーク に電話をしても営業時間外で繋がらなかった。結局15分ほど遅れて来た。イルカはとても可愛くて最高でした。写真が1枚15ドルでの販売で少し高い。また帰りの送迎がほかの時間帯の方と合わせる為、終わってから3hほど時間を持て余したのでThe busで帰宅しました。

I was a bit anxious being alone, but Julie was bright and kind in her response. I had wanted to join a dolphin swimming tour for a long time, but I never had a friend to go with me. This time, I came to Hawaii alone for the first time and decided to participate without hesitation. I was worried about not being able to swim well, not having much experience with snorkeling, and not being young anymore, but my strong desire to see the dolphins helped me get through it. Thank you so much to Julie, of course, to the warm Papa, to Brandon who led us, and to Mele who took beautiful photos!

ずっ〜と前からイルカと泳ぐツアーに参加したかったのですが中々同行してくれる友人がいなく、今回初めてひとりでハワイに来ることになり、迷わず参加しました。
ほとんど泳げないこと、シュノーケルを使ったことがあまり無い事、そして若く無い事が不安でしたが、イルカを観たい一心で何とかなりました。

I took a tour bus to the location.
During the bus ride, the guide provided various explanations, making it a fun time.

Also, after arriving, the Japanese staff at the park were very attentive, allowing us to experience everything without any worries.

It's best to wear your swimsuit in advance; you just need to take it off when you get there. A bath towel and a change of clothes are sufficient.

As for the interaction with the dolphins, the instructor does not speak Japanese, but communication through gestures and other means is more than enough. It lasts about an hour, but it was so enjoyable that it flew by.

After the experience, we participated in a dolphin feeding experience (additional fee). We explored the park until it was time to leave. Although it was surprisingly small, we had a great time interacting with birds, watching the sea lion show, the dolphin show, shopping for souvenirs, and dining… it all went by in a flash.

また、到着後もパークの日本語スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれ、不安なく体験できました。

水着は予め着用、現地では脱ぐだけ。

イルカとのふれあいですが、
インストラクターの方は日本語不可ですが、ジェスチャーなりなんなりで充分コミュニケーションしてくれます。
約1時間ですが、楽しすぎてあっという間でした。

体験後はイルカエサやり体験(別料金)をしました。
帰りの時間まではパーク内を散策。
意外と狭いのですが、鳥とのふれあい、アシカショー、イルカショー、お土産、食事…とこれまたあっという間でした。

The entire experience was amazing. The crew was friendly, the scooters themselves were fun, and the divers that stayed next to each scooter did such a great job showing the sights and making it fun. Easily a highlight of our trip!

I enrolled in Dolphin Junior High.
All the instructors were cheerful, and I had a great experience!

As soon as the boat set sail, we spotted a pod of dolphins and were able to swim close to them.
When we arrived at the next snorkeling spot, we saw five large sea turtles, and we could also watch them come up to the surface for air.

In the end, we all danced the hula and had a fun experience.
The boat also had a restroom, which was reassuring!

船が出港してすぐにイルカの群れを発見し、イルカの群れと近くに一緒に泳ぐことができました。
次のスノーケルスポットに到着し、2回目のスノーケルをすると大きなウミガメが5匹おり、息継ぎをしに海面に上がって来る様子も見れました。

最後は皆でフラを踊って楽しく体験できました。
船にはトイレもあって安心でした！

I was not confident in my swimming skills and was anxious about my stamina, but the instructor provided excellent support. It was clear that they were paying close attention to each participant. The conversations on the bus were also very enjoyable, and we arrived in no time. The dolphins appeared right away! We also got to see many sea turtles. I never imagined I could swim with so many dolphins and sea turtles. Just the amazing location alone was more than satisfying, but it was the warmth of the crew that truly healed me. Especially the instructor, J, who is half Japanese and half Hawaiian, was beautiful. Thank you so much. It became the best memory. There seemed to be many repeat customers, and I completely understand why. With the best ocean and crew, I will definitely come back again! I think there are various reviews out there, but I hope you continue to stay true to your character.

泳ぎが苦手で、体力にも自信が余りなく不安でしたが、インストラクターさんがしっかりサポートしてくれました。
たくさんの参加者ひとりひとりをしっかり目配せしておられるのがよく分かりました。
バス中でのトークもとっても楽しく、あっという間に到着。

I saw a lot of dolphins! I was able to swim with them! When the captain spots a dolphin, he immediately calls for us to jump into the sea. During the first three attempts, we couldn't encounter any dolphins, but on the fourth try, we hit the jackpot! I think I swam with the dolphins for about two minutes. It was really moving. However, it requires quite a bit of stamina, and by the time we went snorkeling with the sea turtles, I was completely exhausted and quickly got back on the boat. Also, it gets quite cold on the boat. You can rent a wetsuit for $10, so I think it's a good idea to prepare one in advance.

イルカ、沢山見られました！一緒に泳げました！
船長さんがイルカを見つけたらすぐ海に入るよう声が掛かります。最初の3回は中々イルカと鉢合わせられませんでしたが、4回目はバッチリ！2分くらいイルカと一緒に泳いでいたんじゃないかなぁと思います。すごく感動しました。でも結構体力が必要で、ウミガメシュノーケリングの時間にはヘトヘトになってしまい、とっとと船に上がってしまいました。あと、船上はかなり寒いです。10ドルでウェットスーツ借りられるので、用意して行くと良いと思います。

I had a very precious experience swimming in a pool with dolphins, touching them, and holding onto their fins!

Although the price isn't cheap, I felt it was worth more than the cost!

They also took several photos for us, and the composition was great, so I decided to purchase them. It became a wonderful memory.

It was more fun than I expected, and I was very satisfied! Under the guidance of the fun character Musashi, I completed the Iruka Middle School curriculum! By chance, I got to meet the principal of Iruka, and the boat captain and crew members conveyed their hospitality so warmly! Is this also the power of Iruka? On the day of the Hawaii lantern floating, I was able to connect with the ocean and express my gratitude, which was also wonderful.

期待以上の楽しさで、大満足！楽しいキャラのムサシさんの引率で、いるか中学カリキュラムを、修了！偶然にも、いるか校長に会えて、ボート船長、クルーメンバーも、おもてなしの心がじんと伝わりました！これも、いるかパワーかな？ハワイ灯籠流しの当日、海と仲良くなれて、感謝出来て、これまた、よかったです。

Captain Dave and deck hands Dave and Martin were fantastic. We had young and old on the trip and everyone had a good time - except maybe the ones who got seasick - it was a little rough on the day of our trip according to Martin. The time in the cage was worth the cost and each person had plenty of time in the cage to see the sharks. You have to have some strength in your arms to hold onto the cage and keep your body in position to see the sharks. Not sure if the rough conditions added to that or not. Once in a life time experience, so if you are unsure about doing it - do it for sure! The ocean water was an amazing deep blue that was a surprise to me, it was awesome!!!

There were staff members who spoke Japanese, creating a very friendly environment. The instructor only spoke English, but they guided us in a way that was easy to understand. If you go to the first session in the morning, you'll make it in time for the 12:30 show, and you'll be able to return to Waikiki in the afternoon, making good use of your time.

日本語を話せる受付の方もいて、とても親切な環境でした。インストラクターは英語のみですが分かりやすく進行してくれます。朝一の回に行くと、1230のショーにも間に合い、午後にはワイキキに戻れて時間も有効につかえますよ。

Motion sickness medication is a must (laughs). It shakes quite a bit. But the staff were amazing! They engaged with us to lift our spirits and made us laugh. Of course, I was satisfied to see the dolphins, but what made me the happiest was being able to swim with the sea turtles! Being able to see the sea turtles swimming gracefully at just the right distance is a lifelong memory. Also, the captain's homemade burgers are the best!

私たちの気分を紛らわそうと声をかけてくれたり、笑わせてくれたりしました。イルカを見ることが出来たのはもちろん満足なのですが、私が一番うれしかったのは、ウミガメと一緒に泳ぐことが出来たことです！スイスイ優雅に泳ぐウミガメを近からず遠からずの距離で見ることができたのは一生の思い出ですね。あと船長お手製のハンバーガーは最高です！

It is very windy on the boat, so a jacket is essential. I was quite disappointed that I couldn't encounter any whales, but in the end, I was able to see a whale, so it was really great!

船の上はとても風が強いので、上着は必須です。
なかなかクジラに遭遇できず、残念に思っていたが、最後の最後にクジラを見ることが出来たのでとてもよかったです！

The whole tour from start to finish was breath taking! Truely an experience of a lifetime. To be able to go under the waters depths and see the hawaiian pyramids and see the marine life in their natural habitat . Loved it

There were few fish. More than half of the scenery was empty. I felt seasick. Since they don't shine white light on the fish, it was almost a black-and-white world. It was a wedding, so despite having paid a lot of money, my mother whispered, "This is one of the three major disappointments in Hawaii."

魚が少ない。何も無い景色が半分以上。船酔い。魚に白色光を当てないので、ほぼ白黒の世界。結婚式だったので、折角高いお金を払ったのに、母親が「これはハワイ三大ガッカリの１つ」と呟いていました。

It was a nice outing. You can bring your own liquor. The crew was nice. They only offer beer and water, but I think wine would be a nice addition. It was good, especially for the price. Nothing exceptional though.

I participated in a three-generation family trip! My father had been hoping to see a submarine! I was so moved when I saw it emerge from the sea before diving!! However, once we dove, there were not many fish to see. I was expecting to see a variety of fish, but there was a lot of time spent just looking at the endless seabed, with only occasional fish…

I took my 7.3-year-old daughter to participate in Dolphin Touch (without swimsuits). We boarded a large bus with participants from various locations and set off! It was cold inside the bus, so a jacket is necessary. The scenery on the way was beautiful.

The location is surrounded by the sea and mountains, and just being there is healing. There is a "Wolphin," a mix of a whale and a dolphin, which exists only in two places in the world.

The birdhouse was an incredibly fun experience, where you can feed the birds inside. Many beautiful birds perched on our hats and hands, and the kids were super excited! Additionally, there were sea turtles, opportunities to feed fish, and a small slide, making it a place full of activities.

7,3歳の娘を連れってドルフィンタッチ(水着なし)に参加。大きなバスに各所から参加者が乗り込んで出発！バス内が寒く、、上着必要です。
着くまでの景色が綺麗でした。
場所は海と山に囲まれた所で、いるだけで癒されます。世界で二頭しかいない、クジラとイルカが混ざった、”ウォルフィン”がいます。
鳥小屋がとにかく面白い体験で、小屋内で餌をあげれます。帽子や手に綺麗な鳥が沢山止まり、子どもも大興奮‼︎ その他、ウミガメもいたり魚に餌やりが出来たり、ちょっとした滑り台があったり、遊びが満載でした。

Under the clear blue sky, I boarded the boat welcomed by a genuine Hawaiian captain and a cheerful crew. Just as we were about to leave the harbor, we encountered a sea turtle right away! And to our surprise, we also saw a pod of dolphins, which is quite rare. We were able to see dolphins several times afterward, and when I jumped into the sea, dolphins were swimming right in front of me. I was truly moved by that sight! The water was so clear that I could see them well. After that, we moved to another spot and met more sea turtles. I was once again touched by the graceful, slow swimming of the turtles! The beautiful, rich sea of Hawaii, the deep blue sky, and the vibrant mountain scenery were so healing that I felt like crying.

The spam onigiri we had for lunch was also delicious. Finally, we danced hula with the crew on the boat. That was really fun too.

It became a treasured memory for a lifetime. I’m really glad I participated. Lastly, Aino, the Japanese staff member, was friendly, and her smile was very lovely and cute. I felt very reassured that I could communicate in Japanese. I definitely want to participate again when I go to Hawaii! 😊

快晴の空の下、生粋のハワイアンの船長さんや明るくて陽気なクルーさんに迎えられて船に乗り込みました。ハーバーを出ようとしたところ、早速ハーバーの中で海亀に遭遇！そしてなんとイルカの群れにも遭遇しました。大変珍しいそうです。その後もイルカの群れに何回も遭遇できて、すぐに海に飛び込むと目の前にイルカが泳いでいました。その光景に心から感動！海の透明度が高いのでしっかりと見ることができました。その後、場所を移動して海亀にも会えました。優雅にゆっくりと泳ぐ海亀にまたまた感動！ハワイの美しい豊かな海、真っ青な空、鮮やかな山の景色に涙が出そうなくらい癒やされました。
お昼ごはんとして頂いたスパムおにぎりも美味しかったです。最後にクルーの方達とフラを船上で踊りました。
それも本当に楽しかったです。
一生の宝物の思い出になりました。
本当に参加して良かったです。
最後に、日本人スタッフさんのあいのさんがフレンドリーで笑顔がとても素敵でキュートでした。
やっぱり日本語が通じるのはとても心強いと思いました。
ハワイに行ったらまた絶対に参加したいと思います(^^)
