I felt safe and enjoyed myself as they paid attention to infection prevention. The staff who spoke Japanese provided clear explanations about the dolphins, which made it enjoyable. The experience of feeding the sea turtles was also fun as they came right up close. I definitely want to go again next time.

Had a great experience with my daughter. The boat was a little rocky and I’m very sensitive. But overall it was fun. The staff was very knowledgeable. I saw three huge shark and I was done.

The crew with Captain David was awesome! Very friendly and made sure we felt comfortable and safe on the way out to the cage, during the encounter, and on our way back to the dock. We were lucky to see 4 tiger sharks as we arrived. This was a bucket list item for me snd the crew made it all that more memorable. Would recommend booking with this company for your future shark encounters!

Overall we enjoyed this adventure.
-The staff was very good. They were both informative and entertaining.
- We went on a very windy day, but they managed the ocean well and got us to our destination.
- We managed to see a couple of nice sized Sharks while we were out. The cage was very secure and you had no feelings of not being safe.
- I had an AMAZING time, but my husband, who can't handle the sea travel, got sick.

This was a once in a lifetime experience!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt so safe and we saw some Galapagos sharks, some barracuda and even a tiger shark!! It was so much fun! Definitely a great opportunity for anyone!!

I booked this as a spontaneous adventure for my parents and siblings first time visiting Oahu. None of us are super outdoorsy people (I don't even know how to swim) but we had a blast with this experience. The crew was fun, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. There was a lot of nervousness and anxiety with an experience like this but I felt at ease with them with their experience at sea and knowledge of the sharks we encountered. I loved that they loved what they do. I loved that we all shared the same respect and awe for the sharks.

We were fortunate enough to see 2 tiger sharks and dolphins on the way back!! Even my mom who was brought along as just an observer had an incredible experience on the boat ride and took some awesome pics! I wish I had prior experience working with snorkeling gear and learning breathing techniques to stay down longer to spend more time seeing the beautiful tiger sharks we saw. Next time, because there for sure will be, I'll be ready to handle the currents, my breathing techniques, and will bring my own GoPro! Can't wait for next time! We are retired and this was a bucket list item. This was fun for any age an experience you take with you forever.
We made adventure friends and have pictures to share with our grandkids.
I highly recommend this for families with kids. A wonderful way to start a new appreciation for the ocean.

Is there a submarine experience in Japan? The wrecks of ships and airplanes were incredibly impressive, and I was able to see sea turtles, which was wonderful! Perhaps due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was no Japanese guide, and I got a bit lost along the way, but it turned out to be a very valuable experience!

I love this tour! Being in a submarine allowed me a different perspective and appreciation of all sea life. My children and I loved this tour. I would recommend this tour to everyone. All of the staff are friendly.

The COVID-19 measures were such that only the staff were wearing masks outdoors, but since online reservations were required and there was likely a limit on the number of visitors, the park was not too crowded, naturally avoiding the three Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings). Alcohol disinfectant gel was installed throughout the park, and it was available for use whenever needed. The food court had tables spaced apart, which was reassuring, and I enjoyed a delicious American-style lunch at Naked Dog with self-service ketchup, mustard, and relish (chopped pickles).

For the main event, the Dolphin Encounter, my 9-year-old son participated alone while I filmed from outside the enclosure. He had no trouble with English, so it wasn't necessary, but a kind Japanese-American staff member offered to provide translation if needed, so I believe those who are anxious about their English can participate without any issues. Commemorative photos with the dolphins were available for purchase in two sets of four photos, with one photo costing $35, and for $65, you could get two large prints, two small prints, and all the digital data included. The ticket I purchased included one photo ($35 value), so I paid the additional $30 to get the package that included all the data. It turned out that I needed to have received a photo coupon at the entrance, which I hadn't, and I was told to go get it. However, the aforementioned kind staff member said, "Don't worry, I'll go get it," and promptly returned from the entrance with the coupon, which was a great help. I hope that kind staff member continues to work there for the benefit of future Japanese tourists visiting Sea Life Park.

I entered the giant birdcage with no expectations, but feeding the colorful birds turned out to be unexpectedly fun. The staff gave me handmade feeding sticks, and when I held the stick horizontally, the birds, accustomed to people, would hop on to eat. Even someone like me, who isn't particularly fond of birds, found it so enjoyable that bird lovers might not want to leave.

コロナ対策は、屋外では係の方々しかマスクはしていませんでしたがオンラインでの事前予約が必要で恐らく人数制限がある為園内はそれほど混んでおらず自然と三密は避けられていました。園内のいたる所にアルコール除菌ジェルが設置してあり気になった時には随時使えました。園内のフードコートはテーブル同士が離れており安心でしたし、naked dogにセルフサービスのケチャップ、マスタード、レリッシュ(刻みピクルス)をのせザ・アメリカンな美味しいランチをいただきました。

メインイベントのドルフィンエンカウンターは9歳の息子1人で参加し親は柵の外でビデオを撮っていました。息子は英語に不自由しなかった為不要でしたが日系人の親切な男性の係の方が必要ならば通訳をと申し出て下さいましたので、英語に不安のある方でも問題なく参加できると思います。イルカとの記念写真は2カット計4枚が購入可能で、1枚だけだと$35、$65払うとプリント大2小2枚+データが全て含まれたパッケージでした。今回購入したチケットには写真1枚($35相当)分が含まれていたので、差額分$30を払ってデータも全部含まれるパッケージを購入しました。その際どうやら入園時に入口で写真クーポンとやらをもらっていなければならなかったそうなのですがもらっておらず取りに行ってと言われましたが、前述の親切な日系係員の方が『Don't worry I'll go get it』と颯爽と園内を入口まで戻ってクーポンを取ってきて下さり大変助かりました。今後シーライフパークを訪れる日本人観光客の為にもあの親切な係の方が長く働き続けてくれる事を祈ります。

全然期待していないで入った、巨大な鳥籠内でカラフルな鳥に餌をあげたのが予想外に楽しかったです。手作りの餌棒を係の方がくれ、その棒を横にして持つと人に慣れた鳥が飛び乗って餌を食べに来ます。特に鳥好きではない私でもあんなに楽しかったので鳥好きの方は出られなくなるかもしれません。

I signed up for the Dolphin School with the expectation of seeing dolphins. It was mentioned that there was a good chance of encountering them, but unfortunately, I was unable to see any dolphins. Since it was an early morning tour, I was quite tired. However, if you don't encounter dolphins, the next time you participate in the same tour, the tour fee is free, so I plan to take revenge on my next trip to Hawaii.

イルカを見る事ができると期待して、イルカ中学を申し込みました。かなりの確率でイルカに遭遇出来るとありましたが、残念ながらイルカに遭遇する事ができませんでした。早朝スタートのツアーだったため、かなり疲れました。イルカに遭遇出来なかった場合は、次回同じツアー参加の際はツアー料金無料との事ですので、次回ハワイ旅行の際にはリベンジするつもりです。

This was so freaking fun. i thought that id be scared but the crew made me feel comfortable and calm. It was a great experience and i highly recommend to anyone

When visiting Oahu, go to the north shore and participate in this excursion. It was a great experience, got lots of footage and learned so much. The crew was great.

Very reasonable priced glass bottom boat trip with a knowledgeable captain who told
great stories on the history of the area. His lovely wife even took a family photo for us with diamond head in the background.
We saw dolphins, turtles and lots of colourful fish.
The boat was clean and sanitised before we boarded. Free Water was provided and a toilet onboard.
Only negative is that It would have been wonderful if able to to go below deck to view under or From side viewing panels instead of Viewing down from the top.
I would recommend this trip for the views and experiences.

This is an absolute must do. It was so amazing to see the sharks swimming right next to you and under you in a completely safe environment. The crew was also amazing; very knowledgeable and kind.

We had such an awesome time and our guides were so nice and knowledgeable! There were about 14-16+ sharks when we went which was incredible. We highly recommend doing this at least once when you’re here.

The crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were many sharks swimming around the cage. The water was a bit rough the morning of our experience but sharks could still be seen. We would highly recommend North Shore Shark Adventures.

This was one of the best experiences! Such a thrill and the sharks were beautiful, we seen so many! The girls were so friendly and they taught us so much about everything, they really made it a great experience.
If we’re ever back in Hawaii we would do it again :)

Loved the shark adventure and specially the service provided by Justin and the captain. They were so supportive and helpful.
A day before we got the message with parking instructions, which really helped us specially when you are new to area. We took a wrong turn and was running late however Justin was too supportive, she was continuously with us over the phone to guide us the route and made sure we reached on time. Thanks to Captain as well who waited for us.
Now coming to actual shark adventure: It was really fun, amount of time in a cage was ample. My 10 years old also enjoyed it. There were lot sharks around the cage. Also while coming back we saw lot of Dolphins and Captain gave us sufficient time to clicks photos as well.

We had an amazing time. We got 20 minutes in the cage with a total of 6 people, and 12 people on the boat. We saw dozens of Galapagos sharks that came right up to the cage. I felt completely safe inside the cage while still feeling connected to the sharks. Both Erin and Alexis were helpful and knowledgeable. They did their best to make sure we had a fantastic time. They even stopped on the way back so we could enjoy watching the dolphins. I 100% recommend this shark tour. Just be weary that it was very rough in the cage so maybe not ideal for those not comfortable in the water.

Our tour guides where very informative. I would suggest next time high winds like on this day maybe they reschedule. We felt beaten up by huge waves heavy winds that day. I rented the go pro camera so hopefully I got some good shots. But the experience was still top pick for me on my vacation.

My wife and daughter enjoyed the experience. I did as well but swallowed too much salt water during open swim and got sick off the side of the boat. The crew was very professional in dealing with me. I did get to enjoy feeding the fish before my unfortunate sickness. I would definitely recommend this adventure. It is a very unique experience!
