As it was a traditional show, there were a lot of people watching. I'm not sure if reservations are absolutely necessary, but I think the day we went it was fully booked. The show was quite impressive, and I believe it's worth seeing at least once. However, being outdoors, it is very much affected by the weather, which is a downside. We watched it in the rain, which was quite disappointing. That said, there's nothing we can do about the weather, so for those interested, I definitely recommend it!

予約が絶対必要かは分かりませんが、僕たちが行った日は満席だったと思います。
ショウもなかなか迫力のあるもので、一度は見ても損しないと思います。

The content of the show was very good. The host was entertaining and it was lively. However, as everyone has mentioned, it wasn't exactly a smooth dining experience. The buffet style is nice, but there was a long line. The quality of the food isn't terrible, but it's best not to have high expectations.

We had a great time at the Luau. We came to Oahu for our honeymoon. All the entertainment of the activities and the Luau itself was fun. If you never been to a Luau I recommend this one.

We don't received any gift,as they promised. In the bus the Air aconditional was very high,we told them but they don't do anything.
We are on honeymoon and we don't want to have a flu.

Presley was incredibly cool!! He came right up close, and the fan service was amazing, as expected! It was an American show. The quality was high! The singing was very good, and even if you're not familiar with the singers or songs, you can still enjoy it completely. I felt a bit floaty and dreamy for a while, haha. I want to go again!!!!

I participated with two friends from Brazil in their 60s, two mothers in their 60s, and my husband. Thanks to the lively guide on the bus, everyone was in high spirits.

We were the only Japanese people on the bus and at the venue. I was surprised to find a place in Hawaii with so few Japanese visitors.

There are various paid and free activities before the show starts, and they are all very exciting. Even if you don't participate in the activities, watching the sunset over the ocean is truly magnificent, and seeing the hula in that setting is very moving.

Everything is in English, and I didn't encounter any staff who spoke Japanese, but you can still enjoy it with simple English.

The food was just okay.

The bus ride was about 40 minutes long.

60代ブラジルからの友人、60代母2人、旦那さんと参加しました。バスの中から盛り上げ上手なガイドさんのおかげで皆さんテンションが高いです。
日本人はバスの中でも、会場に着いてからも、私達だけでした。ハワイでこんなに日本人のいない場所があるんだなぁ、と。
ショーが始まるまで様々な有料・無料のアクティビティがありますが、どれもとても盛り上がるものばかり。アクティビティに参加せずとも、海に日が沈んでいく様はとても壮大で、その中でフラを見るのはとても感動的ですよ。
全て英語ですし、日本語を話すスタッフには出会いませんでしたが、簡単な英語でも楽しめます。
食事はまぁこんもんて感じです。
バスで約40分位はあったかな。

We loved our tour but found we required more time before our scheduled entry into the theater. the tour was great and our driver was great also.....We think a bit more explanation should be made about the rules regarding bag storage and pick up procedures... we needed more time at Pearl Harbor and less time on the bus.. we did not require a city tour. We need more time in the exhibit areas.

As mentioned in everyone's experiences, they did not understand Japanese when ordering alcohol. However, I enjoyed it enough, and the food was delicious. I think it's definitely worth a visit for those staying at hotels in the Ko Olina area. I felt that even the cheapest seats were sufficient.

皆さんの体験談にある通りアルコールを頼む時も日本語は通じませんでした。しかし十分楽しめ料理も美味しかったです。コオリナエリアのホテルに宿泊される方はぜひ行ってみる価値はあると思います。席は一番安い所でも十分かと思いました。

We had a spectacular time! Easy to book, easy to get on board, DELICIOUS crab and steak and ice cream ! Mai Tais are excellent! Gorgeous dancers and costumes! I loved the ukulele musician, he was wonderfully entertaining and kept everyone happy. He has a beautiful voice! Our pictures on the Star are unforgettable. This really made our last night in Hawaii memorable. Junior was our staff member and he was terrific. Thank you for the night of a lifetime!

Somewhat Boring

First part of the trip was informative and somewhat interesting. Half way through we stopped for lunch at the Kualoa Ranch ,food was not bad. Then after the lunch break the trip became very boring. Drove along the north shore of the island for well over an hour without stopping to view anything. We then turned inland heading to the Dole Plantation which took another 1/2 an hour plus. Stopped at the plantation for 15 minutes to buy gifts or have a Dole ice cream??. Then it was off to home sweet home. Our Driver Leo was very cordial and informative and generally helpful with the boredom. This tour should at best last the first part of the trip and head back. Sorry

Truly loved the experience, it was my daughters first trip to Hawaii and your representative made her welcome one to remember, she took pictures for us walked us to baggage claim and gave us useful information to help make our trip memorable. She also waited with us for our transportation to arrive. She was truly amazing and should be recognized for it..Will definitely use company again.

I arrived first thinking I would get a good seat and waited in line for an hour, yet I was the last to get my meal, which is unbelievable!!! If you're going to serve meals in order of the tables, shouldn't you let the tables that arrived early go first? I had high expectations thinking it was Hilton, but I never want to go back again! I wanted to stay at Hilton too, but that's enough!!

良い席をと思い一番に行き、1時間も並んだにも関わらず、食事にありつけたのが一番最後とは有り得ない!!!(￣ヘ￣メ)（｀Δ´）テーブルの順番に食事を取りに行くんだったら、早く来たテーブルの順番に食事を取りに行かすべきではないでしょうか？ヒルトンだと思ってとても期待していたのに、もう二度といきたくありません！ヒルトンも泊まりたかったけど、もういいです!!
