I chose this place for my last dinner before returning home. The stage was filled with Hawaiian characteristics and left a memorable impression. To be honest, the food was quite ordinary and didn't stand out. However, the view is fantastic.

The drinks (including water, alcohol, and soft drinks) were unusually slow. I had the cheese and fruit buffet and salad without any drinks, which was tough. I think the meal was acceptable, but with the view and stage, it felt like "well, it was okay."

Since you sit in a vertical line, if you arrive late, you might end up behind tall people, making it hard to see, so I recommend arriving early. Those with priority definitely get in before the general admission, so there is quite a wait between entry and the commemorative photo session. Even after being seated, you have to wait for those who arrived later, so it can feel long while holding a drink. With the buffet-style food, you can only go around once, and because there are many people, you will have to wait. I recommend taking a larger portion of food. If you don’t mind waiting, it’s not a problem, but since it’s in a foreign country with English all around, it can feel like you're waiting longer than the time spent watching the show. However, surprisingly, there were no children throwing tantrums, perhaps because they understood it was a special place.

Chief's Luau was such a fun experience. The chief was such a funny person and made me laugh the entire time during the luau. The show was very intriguing, the Chief likes to have the audience take part in the show which made the experience personal. The weather was great the day I went so there was no rain at all which helped make the experience more enjoyable. The food was okay it wasn't something extraordinary but it was still good. My favorite part of the luau was when the chief had a special segment where he recognizes couples on their honeymoon and couples who have been married for a long time. The chief also helped someone propose to his love. He really acknowledges family and makes sure that everyone has a good time while they are at the luau. I would definitely recommend this luau to families and couples.

I participated on the night before the last day of my trip. Since it was the final day, I was quite tired, but all the fatigue disappeared and I had a great time.
Being Friday, it felt like there were a lot of passengers. The buffet course was set up at the far end of the first floor and felt like it was for a small number of people, but more than anything, I was lucky to get a seat right in front of the stage where I could see the show up close!
I thought I might not be able to eat much at the buffet, but everything was delicious.
I was also glad to see the fireworks well!

I was unsure at first, but choosing the VIP course was definitely the right decision. You can get excited right away at the VIP entrance with the red carpet. The dinner was delicious and the portion size was just right; I was almost completely satisfied except for the drinks being a bit weak. In the VIP seats, the cast comes down to the floor, creating a great sense of connection with the stage. You can take photos as long as you don’t use a flash! I thought it was a show that truly represents Hawaii.

We used this service as a family. Since we had elementary school children with us, we opted for the buffet to allow for more freedom to move around the ship, and it was just right without being too formal.

As expected, we quickly enjoyed the view of Waikiki from the rooftop, returned to our seats, got some food, and went outside to watch the sunset. It was a great course for families with children who want to move around during the live show.

The view of Waikiki from the sea and the unobstructed sunset from the ship will create special memories.

It was indeed cold inside the ship. Please be sure to bring a jacket.
We were guided to the first floor for the all-you-can-eat crab and steak course.

In that case, maybe the buffet would have been cheaper and better?

There was no explanation about the drinks, and I didn't know that alcohol had to be ordered and picked up from a different place, so I ended up with a drink that tasted strange. The waiter was not friendly, and it seemed like the people at other tables were having more fun taking pictures.

When we went up to the fourth floor, it was incredibly beautiful, and desserts were being served. Our course had desserts served early, and it felt like we were all excited in a small circle.

They say to shoot for the stars...so why not go for as many stars as you can? Now that I've been on the three star and the five star dining options, I can honestly say that the five star is worth the extra money. Both dining options were enjoyable and both exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food and service were excellent on both cruises, but I preferred the extra elegance of the five star. From the private welcome reception with the captain on the upper deck, to the live Jazz music, and the less crowded dining room, the five star was truly a luxurious experience.

We did the Alii Luau dinner and standard show package and had such a great time! We were entertained the whole time while we ate and the food was amazing! The Ha: Breath of Life show was very well done and I loved the amount of fire dancers that they had. There are plenty of shops, places to grab food and things to see there to where you can really make a whole day out of it! It was overall a really cool experience.

I would definitely recommend the Five Star package if you're having trouble deciding which package to choose from! It was such a nice evening filled with an amazing meal, lovely live music and a great view of the sunset. This is definitely more of an elegant feel compared to the Three Star package if you're looking for something a little more upscale. You really can't go wrong with either one though, both are very nice and the food was exceptional on both!

I participated in this tour because I wanted a luxurious meal on my last day in Hawaii, where I had been cooking for myself in a condominium. There was no shuttle service since we headed directly to the hall. Upon entering, light snacks and wine were served, which really boosted my spirits. Since it was during the Bon holiday, about 80% of the guests were Japanese. Given the current circumstances, there were many solo travelers. In such situations, I prefer to share a table with others, but there was no consideration for that.

Dinner was served at tables set up in front of the stage. The food, lobster and steak, was not exceptionally delicious but had a safe flavor. Alcohol was free for one drink, and after that, it was paid. I ordered a Blue Hawaii for $10.

During the meal, a photographer circulated around, taking pictures and later trying to sell them for $25. Although I knew I wouldn't look at them later, I ended up buying one.

After about an hour and a half of dinner, people started coming into the second-floor seats. The show began at 8 PM, starting with hula dancing. Next, a man hung upside down from the ceiling and dropped coins onto the tables. There was a performance featuring Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. Of course, they were impersonators, but they were really good at it. Following that was a fireman show, skillfully handling torches with flames. The packed show ended at 9:30 PM.

　ディナーはステージの前に設けられたテーブル。料理はロブスターとステーキですごく美味しいわけではないが無難な味だった。アルコールは1杯だけ無料でその後は有料。ブルーハワイを頼んだら10ドルだった。
　食事中は写真屋が巡回していて、勝手に撮影してあとで売りつけに来る。25ドル。あとで見ることはないのについつい買ってしまった。
　1時間半ほどのディナーのあと、2階席にぞろぞろ人が入ってきた。20時にショーが開演。まずはフラダンス。続いて天井から逆さ釣りになった男がテーブルにコインを落とすパフォーマンス。エルビス・プレスリー、マイケル・ジャクソンのショー。もちろん偽物なのだがこれが実に真似が上手い。その後は火の点いたたいまつを自在に操るファイアマンショー。盛りだくさんのショーが終わったのは21時30分。
　食事も悪くなかったし、ショーもよかった。雰囲気込みでこの値段なら納得できる。同じのをもう一度観てもいいかなと思います。

Chief's life story is so touching, and I love how he shares it with the guests. As always, Chief is very entertaining from the beginning to end, always full of laughers! This was my second time attending with a friend. The view was decent, but the food was bad. The show was average; you can see something similar in Honolulu. The price is too high. At this price, I probably won't come back next time!

We went on our honeymoon on the first day. We chose a 5-star plan with a window seat and a commemorative photo, and we had an incredibly luxurious time. I had seen the reviews about the food beforehand, so I honestly didn't have high expectations, but it was very delicious! The stuffed lobster and USDA prime tenderloin beef were especially tasty. The meat was super tender (о´∀`о). The staff provided attentive service, which was great.

Just before the ship departed, a rainbow appeared, and I was really glad we had a window seat. Plus, it was a double rainbow (*^_^*)♪ It was cloudy, so we could only see a little bit of the sunset, but the Hawaiian sky was still very beautiful. The commemorative photo was given to us in a mini album with the Star of Honolulu logo and pictures, which became a lovely keepsake♪

The jazz performance, singing, and dancing were also enjoyable. I play the piano regularly, so I was thrilled to hear live piano right in front of me. We had a seat near the middle by the window, so we were super lucky. The fireworks were on the smaller side and viewed from a bit of a distance.

There were one or two things that were a bit troublesome; my husband and I took the bus from the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, but the bus stop was crowded with other dinner cruise guests, and it was unclear which line to stand in or which bus to take. The staff seemed busy, and it was a bit hard to get clear directions (><) (It might be understandable since it's a large hotel with many guests). Also, they put stickers on our clothes, but the adhesive was weak and came off quickly (it might depend on the fabric?). So, it's best to be careful not to lose them!

By the way, my husband wore an aloha shirt and chinos, while I wore a pretty ivory dress with small yellow flowers. The first bus was a bit challenging, but overall, we were very satisfied (*≧∀≦*), and my husband was happy too. We booked about seven tours with Veltra for this trip, but this one was definitely at the top with no complaints◎.

花火は規模が小さめなのと少し遠い位置から見ることになります。
ひとつ、いやふたつほどちょっと困ったことが;
私たち夫婦はシェラトンワイキキホテルのバス乗り場から行ったのですが、バス乗り場は同じディナークルーズのお客さんでごった返していて、どの列に並べばいいのか、どのバスに乗ればいいのか振り分けられるのですが、スタッフさんも忙しそうで少し指示が分かりづらかったです(><)(大きいホテルなのでお客さんもたくさんいて仕方ないかもしれませんが)
あと服にシールを貼るのですが、粘着が弱くてすぐ剥がれるので(服の素材にもよるかも？)なくさないように気を付けた方がいいです！
ちなみに服は旦那はアロハシャツにチノパン、私はアイボリーに黄色い小花をあしらった綺麗めのワンピースで行きました。
最初のバスだけちょっと大変だったけど、トータルで見たら大満足でした(*≧∀≦*)旦那も喜んでいました。
今回の旅行でベルトラさんで７つくらいツアーを申し込んだけど、こちらは文句なしの上位です◎

This time, I participated in a tour that also served as a dinner party after my brother's wedding. I usually only catch a glimpse of fireworks, but I was able to watch them closely from start to finish, and I was very satisfied! We had an absolutely fantastic time. It rained the entire day and never put a damper on any of the festivities. Our luau dinner was delicious. One of the best activities we participated in on our recent vacation to Oahu. Each of the villages not only provided us with information and a look into the culture from a variety of islands but they also provided activities for us which were fun an interesting . If I ever return to Hawaii I will go to the Polynesian Cultural Center for the full day experience including the luau.

At the end of my trip, I made a reservation here. Until then, I had been running around in a T-shirt and shorts, but I dressed up a bit for the first time in a while and boarded the cruise ship feeling sharp. It's nice to do something like this once in a while.

Onboard, various shows were held, and the Hawaiian dance performed by the girls was especially cute. We even took a photo together after the dance, which became a lovely memory.

The food wasn't exceptionally delicious, but it was generally tasty. I ended up sitting a bit far from the food, so it was a hassle to go get it, and I could only go a little (you can't really walk around much during the live performance). I enjoyed the cruise with great scenery as well.

旅行の最後にこちらを予約しました。
それまでTシャツに短パンで遊びまわってきましたが、久々に少しドレスアップをしてきりっとした気分でクルーズ船に乗り込みました。たまにはこういうのもいいですね。
船内では様々なショーが行われ、中でも女の子たちのハワイアンダンスがとても可愛かったです。ダンス終わりに一緒に写真もとってもらってよい思い出になりました＾＾
食事は特別美味しい！というわけではなかったですが普通に美味しかったです。ちょっと料理から遠い席になってしまったので取りに行くのが面倒で少ししか行けませんでした。（ライブ中はあまり歩き回れない）クルーズの方も景色良く楽しめました。
