Great welcome on ship, platters were waiting and salad, great entertainment and staff. The lobster was not what i am used to, so would not select this option again.Was beautiful and seeing the fireworks out in the sea was amazing. Would go again and highly recommend.

The male staff near the entrance left a very good impression. He had a great vibe and seemed like someone who could get along with anyone.

The food was delicious, and I had a great time throughout.

They never came to take our order, and we could only use one drink ticket. While we were outside, the coffee spilled and spread all over the table, but they didn't change the tablecloth. I also asked for a refill of coffee, but it never arrived until the end. It was quite disappointing, especially since the sunset was also underwhelming due to the clouds. The only saving grace was the Hilton fireworks.

The sunset was indeed beautiful! Also, since it was Friday, I was able to see fireworks, and I'm glad I participated. I chose the buffet, and personally, I found the chicken to be delicious. There were people from various countries on board, and by the end, many were dancing to YMCA together, creating a party atmosphere. For those who are not comfortable with a lot of excitement, the deck is quieter, but it can get chilly with the wind after sunset, so I think it's better to have something to wear.

Even though it's a large ship, it was quite rocky the whole time, so if you're worried about motion sickness, it might be a good idea to have some medication on hand. Regarding COVID-19, I felt a bit uneasy because the spacing between tables was narrow. Most people weren't wearing masks, and since everyone touches the same areas at the buffet, I think it's better for those who are concerned to bring their own disinfectants.

The sunset from the beach is of course lovely, but the cruise sunset also became a wonderful memory.

また、大きな船とは言え、結構常に揺れていたので、心配な方は酔い止めの薬があった方が良さそうです。
コロナに関しては、テーブルの間隔が狭く、少々不安でした。ほとんどの方がマスクをしていないですし、ビュフェは皆触る所が同じなので、気になる方は消毒等個人で持参された方が良いと思います。
ビーチからのサンセットも勿論素敵ですが、クルーズサンセットも良い思い出になりました。

I attended with my baby, and we both had a great time dancing and singing throughout! I had arranged for transportation, but I was a bit flustered when the bus we were supposed to take left without us. However, we were able to get on another bus, so it wasn't a problem. I think it would be good to confirm the number of passengers, though. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had so much fun! I will definitely participate again!

I sat towards the center tables to the left. I couldnt see anything because the performers sit too low on the stage. Also many people in the front seats (as if they already not happy enough with their view) would stand up and block our view. I missed the fire show. :(

I participated in a Hawaiian show in Hawaii that I was looking forward to with my wife.

The meeting place and schedule were as planned, and they provided transportation by bus without any issues.

The local Hawaiian show, including hula dancing and fire dancing, was so much fun!!

However, there was no Japanese announcement on-site, so I couldn't keep up with the vibe. There were hardly any Japanese people there. If I could speak a little more English, I think I would have enjoyed it more and been able to communicate with the people at my table!

This was my husband and my first time in Hawaii and we booked this sunset dinner cruise to celebrate our honeymoon. We were amazed by the way we were received, we booked the 5 course meal package which was to die for. Their food is amazing! Going up to the dock of the boat and watching the sunset was the Cherry on top. We got amazing pictures and the atmosphere was perfect. Then we came back inside to enjoy watching the dancers perform. It was a perfect and relaxing cruise.

I made a reservation to create memories in Hawaii during my honeymoon. Before boarding, there was a hula show in front of the ship, and guests with the 5-star package are guided first. Right after being guided, we had a photo opportunity with the captain, and were served a welcome drink and appetizers, followed by commemorative photos on the deck and the hula show—there was so much to enjoy.

When I used the service, it seemed that there were not many 5-star reservations, and the occupancy of the 5-star section was about 40%. There was plenty of space between seats, and the ship felt spacious, so I didn't have any concerns about infection prevention. All the staff were not wearing masks, which might make some guests uncomfortable.

There were about ten couples, along with two groups celebrating birthdays. The food was delicious and served in just the right portions, leaving me satisfied. The staff who served us were polite, and the drinks were large enough that the three drink tickets were more than enough.

Along the way, there were hula shows, jazz performances, and dance time, making it a wonderful memory fitting for a special occasion.

I highly recommend this experience for couples visiting Hawaii for their honeymoon or birthdays!

My family had a lovely time together as we looked for a low-key activity in the evening after busy days in the sun. For our session, it was cool to meet at the rooftop tennis courts and not too hard to find. We saw a variety of stars, the moon close-up, and even Saturn. Our group was larger than I expected but anyone could ask questions throughout the experience. I'd love more stories or information to be shared throughout, but again it was an easy, light-hearted, and informative night. Also, we didn't want to commit to one of the long star-gazing activities especially on the other islands because it wouldn't work well with the different ages in our group so this was shorter and manageable.

The hotel shuttle bus was beautiful, and they even played music while we boarded the ship, which really lifted our spirits. It seems that the floors are different depending on the star rating, with the 5-star guests on the top floor, and the deck area exclusive to 5-star guests where you can enjoy the sunset and fireworks, creating a very VIP atmosphere. The food and drinks were delicious, and overall it was a great cruise. However, wanting to enjoy the sunset and fireworks on the deck made it difficult to have a leisurely meal. Additionally, the seating is close to the next table, so you might get talked to by the person next to you. While that could be part of the travel experience, it might feel a bit uncomfortable if you want to have a quiet time just for the two of you.

I participated in the Sunset Dinner Cruise on August 26, 2022. The weather was nice, and I was seated in a spot where a pleasant breeze was blowing. We were welcomed with a drink.

The food included salad, appetizers (buffet), and the lobster had a visually appealing portion with just the right amount of flavor. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. With the ticket, you could choose up to two drinks, and for those who wanted more, additional orders were available, so be careful not to drink too much!

We were also able to see fireworks from Hilton, and there was a show to enjoy on board. It was a wonderful time that I will remember, and I would love to participate in this cruise again.

The show was overall good, especially the fire dance at the end. And the chief is quite talented because he needs to run the show, tell jokes and play drums.

Anyway,
This luau is inside the water park, and we use the restroom inside the water park which is a 5 minutes away from the luau place. Before the sun goes down, it’s very hot and sweaty. And we don’t have much space while seating. The experience was not pleasant.

Also, after everyone takes a picture and ready to seat down, they give u a cup of mai tai and takes one of the drink tickets. Don’t take that Mai Tai drink right away, just go to the bar section for the drinks.

And there are one thing I can’t figure it out, before the buffet starts, they showed us a roast pig and said this is gonna be one of the main course tonight. And everyone go line up for the buffet, the only dish pork-related is the pull pork which has nothing to do with the roast pig for sure. And they didn’t cut the roast pig in front of everyone. It looks like the roast pig is one of the actor for the luau.

For the price we are paying, we expect more.

The friendly staff and outgoing nature of the performers kept my husband and I engaged and satisfied the entire time! Great outdoor space for the little ones! Can’t beat the view!!! Definitely worth the trip to roam the legendary grounds of The Royal Hawaiian.

Get there early for sure. Games and activities were fun. Make sure to watch the pig coming out of the ground! Food was good but not great but the show during and after dinner was really good. Left there not regretting spent the money.

I booked the Three Star tour. 85% of the guests were present. Among them, about 40% were Japanese, which shows that Japanese people really enjoy this tour. The lobster was the easiest to eat of all I've had so far, and it was wonderfully prepared, allowing me to finish everything.

The pre-show activities ? None of those happened.
I was really looking forward to experience their culture but NO. When we got there, we were welcomed (speech and all that) then lined up for food and drinks then the show started.

I paid for a VIP royal package expecting my experience will be smooth… The only distinction between VIP and non VIP is the table arrangement and priority line for food but doesn’t apply if you wanna get drinks… which was very inconvenient.

Bottom line, I didn’t get my money’s worth.

Our first stop was to see city sights and he allowed us time for pictures along with him taking our group pictures. The battleship was fascinating and of course Pearl Harbour was very touching.
