Our tour guide is very candid making the trip entertaining and as we head our way to Pearl Harbor, he was able to make us feel and re-lived the day of the attack and its so full of emotion. We were happy he did this as we didn’t realize they closed out the theater to watch the documentary and move it outside so we weren’t able to watch it. Thank you again for such an excellent tour

Experiencing Germaine’s Luau is a must-have on everyone’s bucket list when in Oahu. It’s a True Polynesian experience, Hands down. The professionalism of the entertainment is nothing less than Beautiful. Everyone was beautiful and they set the tone of a family environment when I was there as well as my entire time on the island.

Funny activity. Long time to get food

It was fun! Waited a long time for food though. We missed a hula hula class or some activity that allowed people to dance and participate more.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and I'm so sorry that it took so long for you to get your food. It's been a little challenging for us with all the safety guidelines in place during this pandemic. Even the dinner process takes a little longer because our Servers have to pre-plate the items on each plate, and set them up for guests to "grab and go", and so it takes a little longer to serve everyone. We don't do any audience participation type activity while guests are going through the dinner line, but I believe what you heard was our "People of Polynesia" presentation, where our dancers come out and present each of the costumes that represent, Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, and New Zealand with a little dance for each native island. Now that some of the restrictions have been lifted, things are slowly getting back to normal, so I hope you will be able to come back and visit us again some time in the future.!! What an entertaining evening

Took the Star of Honolulu dinner cruise with my sister to celebrate her birthday and we could not have asked for a more enjoyable evening. It was such fun with non-stop, great entertainment. You are well taken care of from start to finish. The entire crew and entertainers were top notch. The sunset and views of Waikiki from the ocean at night are so pretty - many fantastic photo ops. I would highly recommend this dinner cruise, you won't be disappointed.

Passport to Pearl Harbor Ticket - Official One-Day Admission & Self-Guided Tour
Passport to Pearl Harbor (still need to get your own USS Arizona tickets)

This Passport to Pearl Harbor was very convenient because you have the QR code that'll easily get you all the places except the USS Arizona Memorial.
Once you arrive, they'll check your vaccination card & ID and will give you a wrist band. From there it's up to you where you want to visit.
I started with the USS Bowfin, where they'll give you an audio you can listen to as you walk through the sub. My advise is to make sure to carefully listen to it before moving forward cause it's not going to replay. Once you're done visiting the sub, there's a museum that has a virtual tour of the submarine.
After taking a 10 minute shuttle to USS Missouri, you get to step foot where the Japanese surrendered 80 years ago. On the Battleship there's guides who can answer your questions and give you a piece of history. You take another 5 minute shuttle to the Pacific Aviation Museum where they have displays of old aircrafts. It's a great place for those have interest in airplanes cause you are standing right there in front of 20+airplanes! The last stop I made was to the USS Arizona. Highly advise to purchase the boat ticket in advance on the Recreation.gov website because if you don't have one you're going to be in the stand-by line. Give yourself about 1.5-2 hours for each attraction so you can make the most of this passport.

Everything from start to finish was excellent!! We included transportation from our hotel to the cruise site also. Everything was clean from top to bottom. Customer service from our waitress was amazing. Karen was nothing short of amazing & she was super sweet. The food was good as well.

Our driver, Chelsie, was fabulous! I am giving this tour 4 stars because she deserves the stars! Very interesting and informative tour of the Island. As for the transportation…you definitely need to invest & updated the buses with better air conditioning. It was fully packed, not one spare seat on the bus…and the air conditioning was inadequate to keep the bus at a comfortable temperature.

We have done a couple of other Luaus since the pandemic, and this by far is best one so far that is closet to a normal luau prior to covid. We got the plumeria package, totally worth it. The show was spectacular and food was great! Compared to other luaus completely recommend Germaines and would do this again. Booked through Veltra, it was easy and seamless.

Good Food and GREAT show

Went as 2 couples to the show and it was a blast. We got two free Mai Tai's each and they were good, not watered down. The show was AWESOME, it told a lot of history and the Chief was quite funny. The fire spinning was great and very cool. They have a few world champions doing the show.
It is buffet style, and they have two different lines when you go to the buffet. There is a Pick your own food, and a server prepared plate. The server prepared they give you a little of each things. You can go back later and get more of what you want. The Pick your own food is slow and it will take time, but the other line is very very quick.

My Family and I didn’t really know what to expect with this cruise; we picked the deluxe lobster and steak dinner…. We were thoroughly impressed all the way with the deliciousness of the meal to the entertainment and the Polynesian culture dances! The service was impeccable, the people were very friendly and the cruise was beautiful especially the view of Diamondhead! I felt like the ship was in great condition and looked very nice too! I highly recommend!

Great place to visit. Highly recommend going but honestly will next time rent a car or take an Uber and just pay at the park or on line for tickets. We went with buffet and stayed for the show. Things could get hairy at the end because the bus you arrive in may not be the same you head back on. There are multiple buses waiting and you have to ask each driver if they are going to your stop. We were very lucky to hit the right bus on the first try. Need a better system. Great place to visit with kids. Folks there are super friendly.

Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial & USS Battleship Missouri Tour - Tickets and Transportation Included
A must see tour

How can you visit Honolulu and not see Pearl Harbor and the Missouri. Trip started off badly as our bus was over an hour late. It meant things we were supposed to see on the way to Pearl Harbor was squeezed in on the way back. Not good when you have made dinner cruise plans with the same tour company. Guide Ru Ru was pleasant but brushed aside the delay as being on “Hawaiian time.” Wish we had more time to spend at the Missouri.

I highly recommend this service!! It was the biggest smile I've seen on my husband in a long time! It was our 30 year anniversary Hawaiian trip and after that long flight, it was delightful to get a true Hawaiian greeting!! The young lady was gracious and very informative! She directed us straight to the shuttle service send took several pictures for our memory book. The flowers lasted 5 days and kept our condo smelling like a sunny floral garden.

The Polynesian Cultural Center is a beautiful, fun, living museum. Pacific Island Native people use songs and traditional dances to tell the stories of their culture. They have reverence for the Islands and also have fun showing the beauty and fun of their heritage. We visitors are referred to as “Family”. We are made to feel very welcome and are invited to participate in crafts, dance and games with the Island people. The Buffett and the show are wonderful. Thank you!!!

Great Luau Experience

This was a great experience! We had Cousin T as our guide on sexy bus #2. Fun time on the bus both ways.
The luau was great. The activities were Hulu lesson, bowling and spear throwing. Those were a bit boring honestly.
The food was very good and plentiful. Due to COVID restrictions there was not a buffet. The food was handed out pre plated in the buffet line. The food was very tasty. I don’t agree with other reviews that said it was like cafeteria food.
It was a little rainy off and on and they handed out rain ponchos which was nice. The show was good, especially the fire dancer.
