I chose the buffet style. In a room with a pleasant number of people, we toasted with champagne. A large rainbow appeared, and we enjoyed the dazzling view of the slowly setting sun. It was also the day of the fireworks display, and we thoroughly enjoyed the scenery. The hula dance show and the Hawaiian singing of the ukulele player were unexpectedly wonderful. At the end, everyone formed a circle and danced together to conclude the event. It became a fun and great memory.

Saw this performance with my teen age daughter. It was a great show and we both enjoyed it. It was a fun night out in Waikiki. The dancers are the best part in my opinion. Elvis has strong vocals. Good band too. Excellent stage show - very entertaining. The food was great - my steak was cooked perfectly. Beautiful presentation. Even my picky daughter liked the food and tried the lobster. We had great seats - center stage up front. Everyone was very welcoming and the wait staff attentive. The drinks are quite tasty and pretty potent. We did the VIP package and the welcome mai tai was delicious. I'm glad we went.

We participated in a one-star all-you-can-eat crab and steak course with six family members. My mother, who cannot eat meat, was relieved to be able to switch to crab and fish. The show and the view were decent, and the food was somewhat tasty, but our experience was marred by the very careless service from the female staff assigned to our table. I believe that was the main reason we couldn't fully enjoy the cruise.

Specifically, even though we were guided to our table at first, we waited a long time without receiving our welcome drinks, while drinks were served to those who arrived later. We were left waiting until we were parched. When the staff was serving food to the neighboring table, the tray she was holding came right over our heads, showing a lack of consideration, and we had to eat while worrying about whether it would spill on us. It didn't feel like a relaxed dinner atmosphere at all.

When she was serving the crab refills, she dripped sauce on my child's clothes and arms without apologizing, which even made my elementary school son angry.

The response from Veltra (for reservations and meal changes) was very prompt and courteous, and I have no complaints about that, but I don't think I will ever take this cruise again.

I was worried about the late-night plan, but the kids, aged 10 and 4, were super excited. At first, a Mai Tai was served, and they asked if we wanted it with or without alcohol. While nibbling on bread and waiting for everyone to arrive, it felt like a long wait, but it was nice to enjoy the Mai Tai and the buffet. There was singing and dancing, and eventually, everyone started dancing too. I realized halfway through that this was a party! As I lay back in the beach chair on the boat, feeling the cool breeze and watching the sunset, it felt like the sky was moving. I highly recommend this for your first day in Hawaii.

This is my fourth time using this dinner cruise, and I am always very satisfied. This time, I enjoyed the buffet with my friends for the first time. However, I plan to visit Hawaii again soon, and I intend to use this cruise again.

This time, since there were some people with small appetites, we opted for the buffet course only. Upon boarding the Star of Honolulu, we were first shown to our seats. There, cakes and coffee were prepared, along with a welcome drink. After departure, we were called in order to go get our meals.

The dining area was quite cramped, and we had to fit everything onto one plate. I wish I had known this in advance.

The food itself was delicious, and we were able to enjoy the sunset and fireworks. The final group participation in the YMCA was a lot of fun!

I'm really glad I made a reservation for Friday! The fireworks were absolutely wonderful. However, since I only went on Friday, I can't say for sure, but I felt that it was difficult to enjoy a leisurely meal because people were reserving spots early to watch the fireworks. The all-you-can-eat crab was also brought out quickly, so I was able to eat a lot, which was great!

I was well taken care of in Hawaii during my meals! I enjoyed the drinks and food, and since I have weak legs, they helped me carry things and I also enjoyed dancing!
