The sunset dinner was truly a great experience. Everything was very well organized. We were served champagne to begin with and helped ourselves to fresh cheese, crackers and fruit trays. And those were left out for everyone the entire trip, which is beneficial when you have kids who might not like the whole dinner but still want to eat something. The entire dinner was fresh and tasty, and plentiful. Beverages were refilled as necessary but there weren't a lot of soda options. The sunset was beautiful. You just have to keep watch for the ideal time to take pictures of your experience. The entertainment was great, with music and dancers. Great experience overall!!

I usually avoid these typical places, but this one was quite entertaining.
Honestly, I didn't expect much from the food, but the crab was delicious.
I was pretty much silent while eating, and there was unlimited refills.
Since I was eating crab, I completely ignored the show and the scenery.
Actually, the sunset only lasts about 20-30 minutes, so I wasn't sure which was the main attraction, but I did manage to get some nice photos of the sunset.
There were fewer Japanese people, and it was a mix of people from various countries, so I enjoyed the overseas vibe in Hawaii more than in Waikiki.

I enjoyed this event very much because of the beautiful view and interesting stories about the stars. At about 8 to 8:30 pm, the sky was getting darker and darker. I was able to many stars in the sky with my naked eyes. However, if your eyesight is not very good, I recommend you bring your glasses or wear contacts. I was able to see the cluster of stars, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and more through the telescope. I really liked it, especially because it is such a rare opportunity to observe the stars through telescopes.

It was a viewing experience combined with dining in the VIP seats. It was quite a show! You can enjoy it fully even from seats that are not in the VIP section, so I also recommend watching the show from the general seating. You can enjoy it from any chair.

Since this is my second time participating, I chose the buffet dinner option. The entertainment starts with the meal, as the servers are actually dancers who will perform in the show later. They kept the atmosphere lively while we waited for our food, and the hula dance performance was enjoyable.

As for the main show, it features not only hula and fire dancing but also impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, complete with must-have songs and the moonwalk. Both performers interact with the audience, going beyond just the VIP seats on the first floor to visit the second floor as well, showing great enthusiasm for customer service. After the show, you can take photos and shake hands with them.

Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend it.

今回2回目の参加なのでビュッフェディナー付きを選択。この食事からエンターテイメントは始まっていて、給仕されてる方がこの後のショーに出演するダンサーさんで食事が出るまでの時間を盛り上げたりフラダンスの披露等楽しかったです。
本番のショーですがフラダンスにファイアーダンスは元よりエルビスプレスリーやマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんショーでも外せない曲やムーンウォークもしっかり押さえてます。
また二人とも歌いながら客席内に入って握手やプレゼントを配ったりしますがいわゆる1階のvip席だけでなく2階席にまで足を運んでくれる等サービス精神が旺盛で、ショー終了後には一緒に並んで写真撮影や握手も出来ます。
総じて満足度は高いのでお勧めです。

As mentioned in other reviews, the cruise turned out to be the worst due to troubles with the shuttle service, ruining what was supposed to be a wonderful trip. I arrived at the designated location 15 minutes early and showed my voucher to the staff in cruise uniforms near the bus that was parked at the bus stop, but I was told to wait in the waiting room and was left unattended even after the scheduled time had passed. I showed my voucher again since other tour guests from different travel agencies were being picked up, but I received the same response that the driver would come in and call me, so I should just sit and wait in the waiting room. I complied quietly, but there was no announcement or call, and after 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I became extremely anxious. I called the Japanese support line for VELTRA, but was told that there was no one who could speak Japanese at the moment and that my name was not on the reservation. I persisted, and it seemed they called the staff at the pickup point, and finally, my name was called, allowing me to board somehow. Meanwhile, I received a follow-up email from VELTRA stating, "We received a notification from the cruise company that we would depart if we couldn't meet you on time, and refunds are not possible in case of cancellation," which only added to my anger. It was a cruise experience that left me feeling utterly frustrated.

I had a wonderful time from start to finish. The performance and Hawaiian music were absolutely fantastic, and the female duet performing Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley was very exciting. The dancers' movements were sophisticated, and I was so captivated by the final fire dancer that I forgot to breathe.

I think it depends on the plan, but honestly, the food was about what I expected. It felt just as I imagined. However, for those who prioritize the atmosphere and scenery of the dinner cruise, even the most affordable buffet can be enjoyable! We didn't have high expectations for the food with this plan, so we finished eating in less than 30 minutes and spent the rest of the time enjoying the view from above!

Although it wasn't sunny, I was very moved by the beautiful orange sky, even though we couldn't see the sunset properly. Additionally, the staff took photos for us, and they made sure to get my partner to smile, resulting in some really great pictures! Although there is a fee, the quality is professional, so I recommend purchasing them! (Of course, you can check them first, so if you like them, it's a win!)

However, depending on the weather and wind conditions, there was more rocking than I expected that day, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case. Neither my partner nor I usually get motion sickness, but we both felt a bit queasy even while enjoying the breeze outside.

また、スタッフの方が写真を撮って下さるのですが、写真でなかなか笑わない彼が硬くならないように笑わせて下さるのでとても良い写真が撮れました！
有料にはなりますがさすがプロなのでとても綺麗な写真になりますので購入をお勧めします！
(もちろん確認ができますので、気に入れば◎)

ただ、天気や風の状況にもよりますがこの日は思ったより揺れがありましたので念の為酔い止めを飲む事をお勧めします。
なかなか乗り物酔いしない私と彼ですが、2人とも外の風を浴びていても少し酔ってしまいました(^_^;)

We participated as a family of four adults and two children (both girls, 8 years old). We drove there with a rental car, and the location was easy to find. Having participated in several similar activities before, we decided to choose this one because it seemed like there wouldn't be many Japanese people. Indeed, we hardly saw any Japanese, and we were able to enjoy the atmosphere of being abroad. I don't speak much English, but I didn't have any trouble communicating, and both the activities and the meals were great. The children were able to participate in most of the activities and seemed to have a lot of fun.

I participated in the same course last December and had a great experience, so I joined the same course again this time. However, the service from the staff was so terrible that it turned into a nightmare.

There were three of us, and three chairs were prepared, but four plates were set on the table, so we asked for them to be cleared. They took a long time to respond, and another staff member kindly removed them. After that, the main staff member came to our table, glaring at us, saying things like, "I'm the one in charge" and "Don't ask anyone else." They continued to complain as they walked by (unfortunately, I had no trouble with everyday English), broke a glass, and insisted we "finish, finish" while we were still eating, as if they wanted us to hurry up. The timing of the food being served was also much slower than at other tables, and when the steak was served, we had no drinks.

The person at the next table received an apology after breaking a glass, but of course, we were ignored! In the end, we received only one survey form for the three of us, and when they took it, they slammed it down on the table. They probably crumpled the survey as well. If it weren't for being on the ship, I would have left. I was really looking forward to the last day, so it was very disappointing.

I wasted my time and money. While there may be some ups and downs with other tours, the cost of this experience was far too high. I hope for a more professional attitude in customer service. I would like to see a satisfactory explanation after reviewing the survey.

3名で参加、椅子も3脚で準備されていましたが、4人分のお皿がセットされていたため片付けをお願いしました。いっこうに片付けてくれなく別の方が快く下げてくれました。その後「担当は自分だ」「自分以外の人に頼むな」などテーブルに来てに睨み付けられ、その後も通りすがりに文句を言われたり（残念なことに日常英語には困りません）、グラスを割られたり、頂いている途中の物を「finish、finish」と捲し立てられ、まるで早く終われといわんばかりの対応。食事が運ばれるタイミングも他のテーブルよりもはるかに遅くステーキの時には飲み物なしでした。隣の席の方には、グラスを割った後謝っていましたが、勿論私たちのことは無視！最後は、アンケート用紙・・一人1枚来ている用紙も私たちには1枚。持っていくときにはテーブルを叩きつけて持っていきました。アンケートも握りつぶしているのでしょうね。船上じゃなきゃ帰っていました。最終日に楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。
時間とお金を無駄にしました。他のツアーにも当たり外れは多少あるのでしょうがあまりにも代償が大きすぎます。接客にもプロ意識が欲しいですね。アンケートを確認し納得のいく説明が欲しいです。

The venue is on the rooftop of the 6th floor, and every visitor is given a fresh flower lei, which you can take back to Japan. During my seven-day stay, there were many cloudy days, but on this particular day, there were no clouds, and I was able to see a beautiful sunset. I chose the lowest-priced meal option, so the taste was good enough for me as I was heading to see the sunset right away. However, the rooms were ranked differently, and the hospitality inside the room varied, which was a bit disappointing. For those aiming to see the sunset, I think the lowest-priced all-you-can-eat course is sufficient, but if you want more Hawaiian hospitality, I recommend opting for a higher-ranked course.

7日間滞在していた中で雲が多いことが多かったのですがこの日は雲がなく綺麗にサンセットが見ることができました。料理は一番安いランクにしていたので味は美味しくすぐサンセットを見に行くので充分だったのですが部屋がランク別で、部屋の中のおもてなしが違い、少し残念でした。サンセットがお目当ての方は一番安い食べ放題コースでいいと思いますが、ハワイアンなおもてなしがたくさん欲しい方は上のランクのコースにした方がいいと思います。

Perhaps due to the large number of attendees, the weather was not particularly bad, but the event was held in an indoor facility adjacent to the outdoor venue. However, the indoor space was equipped with better lighting and facilities, which made the show even more enjoyable than it might have been outdoors.

Additionally, the fire dance was performed in a small courtyard area just outside the indoor venue. We were able to stand up from our seats and surround the performers, allowing us to see them up close and truly enjoy the experience.

人数が多かった為か、特に天候は悪くなかったのですが屋外会場でなく隣接する室内施設での開催でした。
ただ、屋内の方がライトアップ設備等が充実しており、むしろ屋外よりもショーを楽しめたのでは、と思っています。

また、ファイアーダンスのみは室内から少しだけ出た中庭のような場所で行われ、席から立って演者を囲む形で見学するのですが、とても近くで見ることが出来、楽しむことが出来ました。

The most beautiful sight was the sunset, which you can enjoy more than the show itself. You can freely go out on deck to view it. (I believe that, due to the ship's structure, only the 3-star or 5-star courses allow access to the deck, so it might be worth choosing one of those two courses for that reason.)

ショーがメインとなる為、料理はまぁ及第点かなという内容でした。

一番きれいなのは、ショーそのものよりも船より見れる夕日で、そちらは勝手に甲板に出て自由に見学することが出来ます。
（恐らくですが、船の構造からして甲板に出ることが出来るのは3スターか5スターのコースだけかと思いますので、それだけでも2コースのどちらかを選ぶ価値があるかと思います。）

We had a participation of four parents with two girls, aged 6 and 3.

As for my impressions, the timing was just right. We started by enjoying the food on the boat.

Regarding the meal, I had no expectations for the tour food, but it was better than I thought.

We went out on the deck to enjoy the scenery and have our meal, and by the time we finished eating, the show began.

After the show, it was sunset time, which was perfect for taking photos.

In the end, we all danced together upon arrival. The experience was lively and enjoyable without any downtime. The parents were very happy as well. I think it's a perfect finale for a trip.

嫁さん、6歳、3歳の女の子、親４人の参加でした。
感想としては時間配分がちょうどいいです。
船に乗ってまずは料理を楽しみます。

ご飯の感想。

ツアーのご飯で全く期待してませんでしたが思ったよりイケます。

デッキに出て風景見たりご飯食べたりして食べ終わる頃にショーが始まります。

ショーが終わるとサンセットの時間で写真タイム。

最後はみんなでダンスで到着。
時間を持て余す事なく終始ワイワイして終わりました。
親もとても喜んでいました。
旅行のフィナーレに最適だと思います。
