I participated in my wife's 60th birthday celebration. The highlight was definitely enjoying a Mai Tai and beer while feeling the refreshing sea breeze all around me, and witnessing the enchanting sunset—it was truly moving. The staff's enthusiasm also contributed to making it an incredibly fun experience! I will definitely participate again!

妻の還暦記念で参加しました。
何と言っても醍醐味は、爽やかな潮風を全身で感じながら飲むマイタイ、ビールそして幻想的なサンセットを目の当たりにして「感動」の一言に尽きます。

Due to the weather, the performance was held in the hall, but it was a wonderful adult show where we could experience not only hula but also Hawaii's history and traditional culture.

天候の関係でホールでの公演となりましたが、フラだけでなく、ハワイの歴史や伝統文化にも触れることができる素晴らしい大人のショーでした。

I've been to Hawaii many times, but this time, since it was a trip just for the two of us without kids, we decided to check out Blue Note Hawaii, which we had been curious about for a while. It was unfortunate that we couldn't see Air Supply, who had a live performance the following week, but we still enjoyed a wonderful Hawaiian night filled with a mature atmosphere at Spyra Jaira. The tour included one drink and tips, so I thought there wouldn't be a bill, but lacking English skills, I ended up paying with my card for the bill the waitress brought. However, after returning home, I contacted VELTRA, and they responded very politely, and to my surprise, they arranged for a refund. I didn't think getting a refund would be possible, but I was truly impressed by their attentive responses and the numerous emails I received. I definitely want to participate in the tour again. Thank you very much! ♪

ハワイはよく来てますが、今回は子供のいない夫婦2人での旅行ということもあり、前から気になっていたブルーノートハワイに行ってみました。翌週にはエアサプライがライブをやる予定があったのでそちらが見れずに残念でしたが、それでもスパイラジャイラは大人のムードたっぷりで素敵なハワイの夜を過ごせました。ワンドリンク、チップ込みのツアーだったのでお会計がないはずでしたが、英語力のない私はウエイトレスが持ってきた請求書に対しカードで支払いをしてしまいました。しかし帰国後VELTRAさんに問い合わせをしたところ本当に丁寧に対応していただき、まさかの返金対応となりました。返金までは難しいと思っていましたが本当に何度もメールを頂き丁寧な対応に感動しました。
また是非ツアーに参加したいと思います。ありがとうございました♪

Very good show snd service. We had a great table location but honestly, all the tables had a great view of the show.

The bowl-shaped seating allows for a great view even from the back, making it very enjoyable. The acrobatics, presented with a sense of Hawaii's history, are beautiful and impressive. I'm glad I went. It will be a memorable experience.

すり鉢状の客席は後方席でもよく見え十分楽しめます。ハワイの歴史を感じる演出でのアクロバットは美しく、迫力も有り。行って良かった。思い出に残ります。

The production was incredibly elaborate. There were circus-like acrobatics, and there were also funny performances along the way, which made me very satisfied.

演出が凄く凝っていました。
サーカス的な曲芸もあり、途中面白おかしいパフォーマンスもあり大満足でした。

I have seen Cirque du Soleil in Odaiba once, but I think the show in Waikiki was more impressive because the distance was closer and it had more impact. The performance was breathtaking and moving.

お台場でも一度シルクドソレイユを見たことがありますが、ワイキキのショーの方が距離が近くて迫力があったと思います。パフォーマンスは圧巻で感動しました。

Originally, I was planning to see a hula dance show. There are various types of hula, and while I was unsure, I discovered Auana. I was intrigued by the fact that it was a newly released program that could only be seen in Hawaii, so I made a reservation. It had a somewhat circus-like image. However, when the show started, there was a story as well. The best seats were sold out, so I reserved the second-best option, which turned out to be the front row on the right side with my back to the stage. People of all ages can enjoy it. If you have time in your schedule, I definitely think you should see it.

もともと、フラダンスショーを見るつもりでした。フラも色々と種類があって迷っていたところ、アウアナを発見しました。まだ公開して間もないプログラム、ハワイでしか見れないというとこに関心を持ち予約しました。若干サーカスのイメージでした。
ところがショーが始まるとストーリーもありました。
一番いい席は完売で2番目のところを予約したところステージを背にして右の最前列でした。
老若男女が楽しめます。日程に時間ある方は絶対に見た方がいいと思います。

The weather was perfect, and we had an amazing experience. We enjoyed a 1 hour and 30 minute dinner at Hyatt, and then the show started right after. It was truly a precious time to experience a real show up close! (I felt the show was longer than scheduled.) Our 6 and 10-year-old children were also completely satisfied with everything. The staff provided pleasant service as well. On our way back, we were lucky to see fireworks right in front of us at Waikiki Beach.

ハイアットのディナーを1h30m堪能し、そのままショーがスタート。
間近で本物のショーを体験でき、本当に貴重な時間でした！
（予定時間より長いショーだと感じました）
6才と10才の子ども達も全てに大満足してくれてました。
スタッフの方々も気持ち良いサービスを提供していただきました。
帰り際にワイキキビーチでの花火も目の前で見ることができ、ラッキーでした。

You can see the culture and dances of the region in each section. It was fun just being there! I accidentally forgot to book the evening luau, so next time I want to see it with the luau included.

The course we had this time was more of a short course consisting of three dishes: an appetizer, a main, and a dessert, rather than a full course.

The main dish featured meat from the Big Island of Hawaii, which was very substantial and satisfying. I believe it would be particularly satisfying for meat lovers.

The dessert also showed a lot of care and left the impression of being meticulously crafted until the very end.

Overall, I would recommend this course for those who want to truly enjoy meat dishes; it was a satisfying experience.

今回いただいたコースは、フルコースというよりも、前菜・メイン・デザートの3品構成のショートコースでした。

メインにはハワイ島産のお肉が使われており、非常にボリュームがあって食べ応えがありました。お肉好きの方には特に満足感が高い内容だと思います。

デザートもこだわりが感じられ、最後まで丁寧に仕上げられている印象を受けました。

全体としては、肉料理をしっかり楽しみたい方におすすめできる内容で、満足感のあるコースでした。

The dance and singing performances were amazing! The band was cohesive and skilled. I really enjoyed the women's hula dance and singing as well.

ダンスや歌そのパフォーマンスは最高でした!
バンドもまとまっていて上手です。女性達のフラダンスや歌も大変楽しめました。

Transportation and vessel operation were good. Food service and food need improvement. Service was very slow. Food was not served even remotely hot. Our steaks were so rare as to be inedible. A different dessert should be offered as the the one being served has very little taste. The food was a real disappointment.

I saw Cirque du Soleil in Japan, but the Hawaii version was incredibly entertaining and full of emotional moments. The small venue creates a great sense of unity, making it a fun experience.

It was a wonderful tour where I could fully enjoy the nature, culture, and local flavors of Hawaii. I had a great experience!

Thanks to the precise advice given after asking what I wanted to do at each location, I truly had no wasted time and was able to enjoy everything I wanted to do.

The pineapple I received as a souvenir was cut and eaten fresh with my child at the condominium, and we also enjoyed it as frozen pineapple.

I was worried about whether we could finish it, but it was so delicious that we quickly finished one! At this rate, it seems like it will be gone by tomorrow, haha.

I will definitely repeat this experience!!!

ハワイの自然、文化、そして地元の味を存分に楽しめた素晴らしいツアーでした。大変良い体験をしました！
それぞれの場所で何をしたいのか質問して下さり、的確なアドバイスをして頂いたおかげで本当に無駄な時間がなく、かつ全てやりたい事は満喫する事ができました♪
お土産で頂いたパイナップルはコンドミニアムで子供とカットして生で食べたり、冷凍パインにして楽しみました(*^^*)
食べきれるか心配でしたが、あまりの美味しさにあっという間に１つ完食！！
このペースで食べたら明日にはなくなりそうです笑

The doll factory tour was overwhelming with its vast pineapple fields, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of nature. The guide's explanations were very clear, and I learned a lot of things I didn't know about how pineapples grow and their history!

What impressed me the most was how kind the guide was! Whenever I asked questions, they answered patiently and greeted me with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I gained knowledge, was healed by the scenery, and it was a truly satisfying experience.

Additionally, the sightseeing in Haleiwa Town, downtown, and the macadamia nut outlet was well-timed, allowing us to enjoy the attractions while also having enough time to explore the town freely.

I've been to Hawaii many times, but there were so many new discoveries, and it was fun! I highly recommend it to both first-timers and those who have been here multiple times!

ドール工場見学は、広大なパイナップル畑に圧倒され、自然の美しさを満喫。ガイドさんの説明もとてもわかりやすくて、パイナップルの育ち方や歴史など、知らなかったことをたくさん学べました！
何より印象的だったのは、ガイドさんがとても親切だったこと！
わからないことを聞いたら丁寧に教えてくれて、笑顔で接してくれるので、より楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
知識も増えて、景色にも癒やされて、大満足の体験でした。
その他、ハレイワタウンやダウンタウン、マカダミアナッツアウトレットなどの観光も、ツアーの時間配分も良く、観光スポットをじっくり楽しみつつ、自由に町を探索できる時間がちょうど良かったです。
ハワイには何度も来ていますが、新しい発見がたくさんあり楽しかったです(*^^*)
初めての方にも何度も来ている方にもとてもオススメです！

There were only five of us Japanese, but the explanation was skillfully done in Japanese, making it very comfortable and enjoyable even for our 7-year-old child. The size of the venue was just right, and it had a great live atmosphere. The foreign guests at the venue were also having a lot of fun, and it was a wonderful experience to share that space.

We enjoyed the magic, and the magician was Japanese. The introduction before the performance was also done by a Japanese person, but the conversation and flow of the talk were excellent, involving people of various nationalities in the venue and creating a very enjoyable atmosphere. It was a lot of fun!

日本人は私たち5名だけでしたが、日本語を上手にはさんで説明いただき、7歳の子供でもとても快適に楽しませていただきました。
会場の広さもちょうど良く、ライブ感がありよかったです。
会場の外国の方もとても楽しんでいてその空間を共有でき素晴らしい体験ができました。

マジックも楽しめましたし、マジシャンも日本の方、マジシャンの紹介の前説も
日本の方でしたが、会話や話の流れがとても素晴らしく会場内の色々な人種の人を
全て巻き込んでとっても楽しい空間に参加させていただきました。

The performance was incredibly powerful and impressive! We were seated in Category 2, but since the venue isn't that large, it was more than satisfactory for us.

迫力がすごくて圧巻でした！
カテゴリー2の席でしたが、会場自体がそこまで広く無いので自分たちにとっては十分満足できる席でした。

The 90-minute stage was incredibly fun and I enjoyed it thoroughly. They know how to entertain the audience, so I lost track of time and had a great time.

Regarding the handling of the options, I made a reservation through Veltra, but the staff struggled to understand the meaning of the voucher. Even though one drink is free with the admission fee, they asked for payment. The voucher clearly states that it's free. I hope Veltra and Blue Note staff can coordinate better on this matter. That aspect left a bad aftertaste.

めちゃくちゃ楽しい90分のステージがノリノリで楽しめた。お客さんを楽しませる術を知っているので，時間を忘れて楽しかった。
【オプションの扱いについて】
ベルトラを通して予約したが，スタッフがバルチャーの意味が分からず手こずった。入場料を支払えば飲み物一杯は無料なのに代金を要求してきた。バウチャーには無料と書いてあるのに。ベルトラとブルーノートのスタッフとの打ち合わせを密にしてほしい。その点は，後味が悪かった。

The venue was always lively and great. There were many guests from overseas, and it was full of energy with constant cheering. This is not a show to watch calmly. There were a lot of people, from families with children to elderly couples.

会場は常に盛り上がりよかったです。
海外からのお客さんが多く、常に声を出していて活気がありました。
落ち着いて見るショーではないです。
子連れから、老年夫婦までたくさんの人がいました。

The meal included a salad (ordinary), the main dish of frilly chicken (huge and tender), an ahi poke bowl (deliciously seasoned), today's fish dish (lightly flavored white fish, very tasty), and dessert was ice cream.

The performance was authentic and truly wonderful! I was really impressed by the high level of talent!

However, the seating was a bit disappointing, as it was lined up right next to the stage, and the entrance behind the bar was clearly visible, making it feel less like a resort. Of course, there was no view of the ocean at all.

If I go again, I would like to sit in the area by the pool, which has a much larger space, without making a reservation. On this day, there were quite a few empty seats even after the performance started.

料理は、サラダ（普通）、メインのフリフリチキン（巨大で肉とろける）、アヒポケ・ボウル（味付け美味）、本日の魚料理（白身魚薄味美味）、デザートのアイスでした。
演奏は本格的で本当に良かったです！すごいレベルが高く感動しました！
席がちょっと残念で、ステージの真横にずらっとある感じで、バーの裏方の入り口が丸見えでリゾート？な席ではなく、海はもちろん全く見えずです。
次に行くことがあったら予約はせずプール側のまだ広い空間の方の席に行きたいなと思いました。この日は演奏始まってもかなり席が空いていました。

Every aspect of the luau was wonderful. The ambience, the view, the dinner, the singing, and the dancers!

The highlight of the night was the show, the music, dancing, and storytelling were captivating!

food was good for buffet, and the entertainment was so much fun!!

The show was entertaining and out of the ordinary. You won't find another show like this one on the island! Elvis and MJ both did a great job!

The luau show and the fire show were wonderful. The tattoo experience was also great, and I got a unique flower design. I could choose designs like turtles or tribal patterns for the tattoo. Of course, since it was done with a permanent marker, it faded by the next day.
The food was just okay—neither good nor bad.
I was able to see a beautiful sunset from the venue, and on Friday night, I watched fireworks that were among the best I've ever seen.

ルアウショーも、ファイヤーショーも素敵でした。タトゥー体験も素敵で個性的な花を描いてもらいました。タトゥーは亀とか部族の柄も選べました。もちろん油性マジックなので、次の日には消えました。
食事内容はまあまあです。可もなく不可もなくといった感じ。
会場から素敵な夕日も見れたし、金曜日の夜で花火を見たのですが、人生最高に近い花火でした。

The Xplore ride was really fun and brought out the kid in me! If you know a little about VR and Mixed Reality, this experience starts off with Mixed Reality with nice fish and marine life around you and some light educational sections on Waikiki and the beaches. The ride does transition into full VR at times with underwater volcanic vents, above ground volcanic eruption, a 360 visual aerial view above the islands (nice!), and an underwater route with all sorts of aquatic creatures around you, known to be local to the islands and some nice coral (this was my favorite part). There is more light educational pieces dispersed in these full on VR parts as well. The movement of the bus really gives you the sense of “traveling” through the VR worlds and even the fish “swimming” through the bus in Mixed Reality was enhanced by the movement. Our host was wonderful and really explained everything well! The driver was very friendly too. The experience can be heard in Japanese or English. Too me, the only negative, though the headsets are of very high quality, was the pass through video of the outside was a bit unfocused when it was too far in the distance (like the ocean views near Diamond Head). Final thoughts are that it is definitely worth it and please consider supporting this business and others that bring the beauty of nature and the immersion of technology and imagination together!

I saw Auwana for the first time. It was wonderful. Three generations of our family enjoyed it together. I had seen a Cirque du Soleil performance in Japan before. The theater is small, so you can enjoy a great sense of presence from any seat. It was cool, but it wasn't too cold even without a jacket.

劇場のサイズが小さいのでどの席でも臨場感たっぷりで楽しめます。
