It was a beginner course, so I thought it would be easy, but there were some challenging parts that made it very interesting. Our guide was a man named Luis, and he spoke English slowly, which made it easy for the children to understand, and they were happy about that. He also showed a lot of consideration, and I think it’s a tour that can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations along with the magnificent scenery.

The only area for improvement is the amount of downtime. We departed from Waikiki at 7:45 AM and arrived around 9:00, but the tour didn’t start until 11:30. After the two-hour tour, the return to the hotel was initially scheduled for 5:30 PM. It would have been nice to have some events to participate in, but everything was popular and sold out, so we ended up with quite a bit of free time. I asked the local staff to change to the 3:30 PM bus, but even then, we still had a lot of time to spare. I felt it would be great if there could be an improvement where we could choose the pickup time during the reservation stage.

初心者コースですので、楽々かな、と思っていたら、そこそこハードな部分もあってとても面白かったです。ルイスさんというガイドでしたが、英語をゆっくりと話してくれるので、子供たちも分かりやすかったと喜んでいました。また、いろいろ心配りもしてくれて、雄大な景色とともに、幅広い世代で楽しめるツアーだと思います。
唯一改善点は、ロスタイムの多さです。朝7:45ワイキキ出発で、９時ぐらいに到着ですが、ツアー開始は11:30。また、２時間のツアー後、ホテルへの送りは、当初17:30出発となっていました。何か参加できるイベントがあればいいのですが、どれも人気があってSold Outなので、かなり時間を持て余してしまいます。現地のスタッフにお願いして、15:30 のバスに変更してもらいましたが、それでもまだかなり余裕がありました。予約段階で、送迎時間を選択できるような改善ができるといいのにな、と感じた次第です。

The sunset sinking into the horizon is very beautiful, and the hotels in Waikiki that can only be seen from the sea are also wonderful. The lobster was delicious, and the steak was tender and easy to eat. I recommend ordering drinks early as they take a while to arrive.

Unfortunately, it rained lightly during my visit, but I was able to fully enjoy the magnificent nature. Riding the electric bike was a breeze! The guide spoke English and provided thorough explanations, which made me feel comfortable participating. As mentioned in other comments, if you're concerned about mud (which may include natural animal waste and horse manure), it's best to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. I brought disposable plastic shoe covers that I purchased from a 100 yen shop in Japan, and they turned out to be better than I expected, so I recommend them. Please refer to the photos for information about coin lockers and raincoats.

残念ながら小雨の日にかかってしまいましたが、壮大な自然を満喫できました。電動自転車でラクラクでした！ガイドさんは英語ですが丁寧に説明いただいたので安心して参加できました。他の方のコメントにもありますが、泥ハネ（自然動物や馬の糞を含む）を気にされる方は、汚れても良い格好でいくのがいいです。日本から100均で購入したビニールの使い捨て靴カバーを持って行きましたが、思ったより良かったのでおすすめです。

I was a beginner at mountain biking, but I had no problems thanks to the pre-ride video viewing and practice sessions. I had the best experience in the wonderful nature of Kualoa, which is also a famous filming location for movies. I highly recommend it!!

The crab was really tasty. Overall, really liked this menu. There's also entertainment on-board. We really liked walking around the boat and the observation deck on the top floor of the boat was my favorite. There were lounge chairs on the top deck so it was the perfect place to catch sunset.

Absolutely LOVED this dinner menu. We opted for the Friday Fireworks cruise with window seating. And it was worth it! I had done the other menus before (Buffet, Casual, & Deluxe) so I was looking forward to try out the fine dining menu.

The only not-so-great thing was the time it took for us to get any beverages. Our waiter passed us every time. We waited and waited - everyone else around us was being served. Finally, we flagged someone down but even they also took a long time so we had to flag a 2nd person.

The food was so delicious. Would definitely recommend the menu! This options also comes with premium drink tickets. We had mocktails which were delicious.

A trip to Hawaii with nine family members, six of whom visited Honolulu for the first time. Everyone was thrilled. We made wonderful memories with delicious dinners, Hawaiian shows, and night views from the ocean. It was a perfect experience all in one go. A cruise is definitely something you won't regret experiencing at least once.

The crew was welcoming from boarding to disembarking, which made the experience very enjoyable! There were people from various countries, and after watching the Hawaiian dance at the end, we all danced together, which was great and very participatory. It does sway quite a bit, so if you are prone to seasickness, taking motion sickness medication is a must.

Fantastic show and we really enjoyed it even my kids. However pick up time should have been earlier as stated. Due to traffic we were just in time for the show and disappointed we couldn’t tried the activities provided. However it was a great experience and show. My kids enjoyed the show. Variety of foods from buffet was good however when you are the last table, whatever are left that’s it. Disappointed as the stir fry noodles was finished and when asked if there are more noodles, no answer was provided. Do hope next time you can cater for all the guest. Please advise all guest to put mosquito repellent as we were bitten by mosquitoes on our legs. Great and beautiful pictures taken by the staff and it’s digital, sent link to your phone and pictures can be downloaded for free. Thank you. Memories will treasure. Great performances and talented staff. Love the musics and dances. Highly recommended. Mahalo.

Aloha! We had a great time on the tour. Cousin Kimo was very knowledgeable and made the information on the tour interesting. It is the perfect length to get a sneak peak of Pearl Harbor and visit the Arizona memorial with a 3 year old in tow. So glad we did it. It is also a nice way to see a few of the hot spots downtown. Thank you cousin Kimo for all the information and the jokes that made it fun.

I'm glad I participated in the North Shore tour. I was the only one attending alone, but the guide, Takashi, was very considerate and made it enjoyable. He talked with us the whole way, and I learned a lot. I thought it was wonderful that people live abroad. I also received a lot of snacks, most of which I wouldn't have eaten on my own, and I was very satisfied.

The sunset dinner cruise was quite crowded. Since I had reserved a 5-star experience, there wasn't much of a feeling of congestion when I arrived on the floor, and I was able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. The meal also progressed slowly, so many people went out to the deck to enjoy themselves along the way. While sipping on a Mai Tai and gazing at the sunset... I realized the sky was filled with stars. Fireworks erupted from Waikiki Beach, and the atmosphere on the boat reached its peak! After that, we returned to port while indulging in jazz. It turned out to be a wonderful day.

We booked this cor the sunset and fireworks. Seating was packed and food was okay / ordinary, what you would expect from set menu for hundreds. Staff worked hard, tried to keep things moving. Sunset was almost missed due to service. Noisy entertainment. Fireworks were short and low key, and hard to see with packed walkways. We were some what disappointed overall and regreted not going on a smaller and cheaper vessel.

I was able to check in early, and while waiting nearby, the welcome hula dance began.

There was guidance based on rank, and once we were shown to our seats, we could choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic welcome drinks. In addition, water and coffee were available for free in the hallway. For the food, we were guided in lines at first, and it was a one-way buffet. After settling down, we could freely go and get more food. All announcements and the show were in English.

The show featured a variety of performances, including gentle songs and music, participation time, and impressive displays by cool dancers. People celebrating birthdays, honeymoons, or anniversaries were called up to dance in front, and a singer would come to each table to talk and sing. Additionally, a photographer came to each table to take commemorative photos for $30, which were placed in an album and delivered before we left. Payment was made by card.

The rooftop was reserved and we couldn't go up. To see the fireworks at 8 PM, we started heading to the hallway about 15 minutes early. When the staff quietly began to open the roof, we were able to find a good spot by casually stepping out into the hallway. As it got closer to 8 PM, the hallway became crowded, but we managed to share space a bit.

When leaving, we also exited by rank and in lines. It seemed that those on the shuttle tour had priority guidance. After the event, the taxi stand was crowded, so I was glad I made a reservation.

Overall, it was a calm and wonderful time.

ランクごとに案内があり、席に通されると、welcomeドリンクはアルコール、ノンアルで選べました。これ以外は廊下にある水、コーヒーなどがフリーでした。料理は、はじめに列ごとに案内があり、一方通行でビュッフェをとり、落ち着いてからはフリーで取りに行くかたちでした。
案内やショーは全て英語でした。
ショーは穏やかな優しい歌と演奏の時間や参加の時間、かっこいいダンサー達による迫力あるものなど様々でした。お誕生日の人やハネムーンの人、記念日の人達が呼ばれて前で踊ったり、ひとテーブルごとにシンガー？の方が来て話したり歌ったりしてくれました。また席ごとにカメラマンが来て
記念写真を30ドルで撮ってアルバムに入れて降りる前に届けてくれます。支払いはカードでしました。

屋上は貸切で上がれませんでした。
20時からの花火を見るために15分くらい早めに廊下に出始めました。スタッフさんが、静かに屋根を開け始めたら、それとなーく廊下に出るといいところがとれました。20時近くになると廊下は人でいっぱいになりましたが、少しずつ譲り合ってみることができました。
降りる時もランクごと、列ごとでした。送迎付きツアーの人は優先案内があったみたいです。
終わったあとはタクシー乗り場が混んだので予約しておいてよかったです。

全体的に穏やかで素敵な時間でした。

I enjoyed the hula dance show while eating delicious food on the boat. The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea was amazing! However, I was disappointed that we returned to the harbor while it was still light outside, as I wanted to see the night view.

This is my third time on Oahu. I thought it would be nice to watch the sunset while dining and drinking at a beachside restaurant, but I also thought it might be good to experience watching the sunset from a boat just once.

Since we were on the third floor, there were no windows, and the sea breeze was very pleasant, neither hot nor cold (I was in an aloha shirt and shorts). The seating was arranged for two people. The couple next to us was quite large, which felt a bit cramped, but the seating was arranged to avoid the typical Japanese island experience.

After toasting with the complimentary beer included in the tour, we had dinner. It was salad → lobster → steak. The lobster was particularly delicious.

Not only did we enjoy the sunset, but we also had the time to drink champagne (which we reserved in advance) while watching the hotels of Waikiki and Diamond Head illuminated by the sunset, which was absolutely gorgeous. A live band was quietly playing music with major seventh chords.

As dinner wrapped up, it was time for the sunset, so it was nice to take photos with my wife while watching the sun go down (in a state of complete relaxation).

After that, until we returned to port, we enjoyed watching Hawaiian and Tahitian dances, and in the end, everyone danced together (though some people chose not to, so no worries).

3階のフロアだったので、窓がなく、海風が流れてとても気持ちが良く、暑くも寒くもない状況でした（アロハと短パンです）。席は、2人席が用意されていました。隣は体が大きいカップルだったので圧迫されましたが、日本人島みたいにはならないように配置されていました。
