It was quite windy, but the boat was large and stable, so I was able to enjoy the experience without getting seasick. I appreciated how the crew boosted everyone's spirits and their serious focus on searching for whales.

In the first half of the cruise, no whales appeared, and I was starting to lose hope, but in the second half, we encountered whales multiple times, and it was an amazing experience to see them spouting water and even their tails.

I also used the shuttle bus service, but since various tour pickup buses arrive at the same time, I showed my voucher to the staff to confirm which bus was for my tour. I think it would be clearer if the Veltra logo was displayed.

かなりの強風でしたが、船が大きいので安定していて、船酔いすることなく楽しめました。クルーの皆さんが気分を盛り上げてくれたり、真剣に海を見つめてクジラを探す姿に好感がもてました。
クルーズ前半はまったくクジラが現れず諦めかけていましたが、後半で何度もクジラに遭遇し、潮をふいたり、尾びれまで見ることができて最高の体験になりました。
バスの送迎も利用しましたが、同じ時間帯に色々なツアーのピックアップバスが来るので、自分のツアーがどのバスなのかスタッフの方にバウチャーを見せて確認しました。

I used this service to transfer from the airport to the hotel. I was worried because it took longer than expected to go through immigration due to the holiday rush and the fully booked flights, but I quickly spotted the shuttle buses lined up right outside the exit, with plenty of staff in yellow uniforms. The driver also drove safely and handled my luggage with care. I would like to use this service again when I visit Hawaii.

My wife, my nephew, and I participated together. We drove to the store with a rental car, and there was parking available right in front of the store. As soon as we started practicing, my wife and I, having done this six times before, got the hang of it quickly, and then it was my nephew's turn, who was riding a Segway for the first time! Thanks to the guide's precise advice and thorough explanations, he was riding smoothly in just a few minutes. After that, some older participants were practicing as well, and they managed to ride quite quickly too. Once the practice was over, we started the ride in the order of the guide leading, followed by the older participants, my nephew, my wife, and then me! Riding the Segway felt amazing with the wind in our faces! The guide also took photos at key points, which made my nephew very happy. Finally, we had some free riding time at Kaka'ako Waterfront Park, which was also a lot of fun! However, I was worried because rain clouds were approaching from the Manoa area, and eventually, it started to rain. It wasn't heavy enough to need ponchos, but it looked like it might pour, and with the strong wind, it got cold, so we decided to retreat. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't take our time returning, but even so, riding the Segway was fantastic! My nephew, who usually doesn't show much emotion, said he wanted to ride again next time!! He seemed to have a lot of fun. 店にはレンタカーで行きましたが店の前に駐車場もありました。
練習を始めてすぐに私と妻はセグウェイ自体は6回目なのですぐにOKが出て次は初セグウェイの甥！
それでもガイドさんの的確なアドバイスと丁寧な説明でものの数分でスイスイと乗れていました。
その後、少し年配の方も練習していましたが結構短時間で乗れていました。
練習が終わるとガイドさんを先頭に年配の方、甥、妻、私の順にライド開始！
セグウェイで走ると風がめちゃくちゃ気持ちいい！！
要所要所で撮影もしてくれて甥も喜んでいました。
最後にカカアコウォーターフロントパークの広場で自由ライド！
これもまた楽しいのです♪
が、マノア方面から雨雲が近づいて来ていたので心配していたのですがとうとう降って来ました。
ポンチョを着るほどの雨ではなかったものの強く振りそうなのと風が強く寒くなって来たので撤退です。
ゆっくりと帰れなかったのは少し残念でしたがそれを差し引いてもやはりセグウェイは最高です！
普段あまり感情を出さない甥も次もまた乗りたい！！
とかなり楽しかったようです。
セグウェイの楽しさに加え、ガイドさんのライド中の観光案内や丁寧かつフレンドリーな対応で尚更楽しめました。
ツアー後の駐車場の件も含め、この度は本当にありがとうございました。

I was using Uber to get around, but I decided to join a tour for sightseeing in Haleiwa and horseback riding. It turned out to be a great decision. Our guide was Japanese, providing attentive guidance and care that really hit the mark. Thank you, Arai! I wanted to try garlic shrimp in Haleiwa, and I was introduced to a restaurant. It was quite crowded, but thanks to the advance reservation and efficient service, we had plenty of time for sightseeing in Haleiwa. I got a cute Snoopy T-shirt for my grandchild. I do wish I had done a bit more research on Haleiwa beforehand.

Horseback Riding
The horses were very smart. I felt completely at ease; they were so intelligent that I think even kindergarteners could ride them. One downside was the explanation of how to handle the horses for those having lunch. Since the horses are smart, you just need to ride them, but the explanation wasn’t tailored for an elderly lady who didn’t understand English. It was a bit fast-paced! Thanks to our guide Arai, even though I didn’t understand English, I was able to grasp the meaning. It was a local approach of "just get on and get used to it." It wasn’t unpleasant at all, but it did have an American feel to it.

I had a wonderful day. Thank you!

さすがに大混雑なのですが、前もっての予約と手際良さで、ハレイワの観光時間が十分に取れました。
可愛いスヌーピーのTシャツを孫にゲット。
もう少し、自分でハレイワの下調べをしておけば良かったとは思います。

乗馬
賢い馬さん。なんの心配も入りません。幼稚園児でも乗馬できるのではないかと思うくらいの賢い馬でした。
一つ残念なのは、ランチの方々の馬の扱い方の説明。馬が賢いので、ただ、乗馬してれば、いいのですが、英語がわからないおばさんに対する説明ではありませんでした。早口でした！
そこもガイドのアライさんのおかげで、英語わからずですが、意味が理解できました。「乗って慣れろ」方式の現地の方でした。
決して不快ではないのですが、アメリカン的な感じです。

楽しい1日を過ごせました。

I was worried that it would be a cramped little car since it was a shared ride, but I was relieved to find that it was a spacious vehicle where I could sit comfortably all the way to the hotel.

I caused a bit of a problem when I forgot the bag of duty-free items I had purchased on the plane, leaving it at my feet while I waited outside on a chair for the other passengers to gather. I was feeling a bit dazed from jet lag.

I realized I had forgotten it while we were driving, and I was panicking about what to do. However, it seemed that the local staff and the driver were coordinating about lost items, and when we arrived at the hotel, they showed me a picture of my forgotten belongings to check if I had left anything behind.

The driver asked me to call the tour company for assistance, so I requested help from a Japanese staff member at the hotel, and they successfully arranged for my items to be delivered back to me on the next shuttle.

I was worried that my first day would be ruined, but thanks to their warm support, it turned out to be a great start to my trip. Thank you very much!!!

I participated in the luau in November 2023. The fire dance performance was truly spectacular! The powerful dance and unique techniques, along with a large number of male dancers handling fire, made for a very impressive luau!

The location is in the Kapolei area, a bit away from Waikiki, and the luau is held on the grounds of the theme park "Wet 'n' Wild." I visited using a rental car, but there are also paid shuttles available from Waikiki, so if you're feeling uncertain, using the shuttle might be a good option.

The luau starts around the time Wet 'n' Wild closes. Staff dressed in Hawaiian attire greet you at the entrance and place a lei around your neck. Along the way to the venue, you can take commemorative photos before entering the open-air venue. The seating consists of plastic chairs, but they are neatly arranged, and a staff member guides you to your assigned seat.

During the bright hours before all the guests arrive, you can experience Hawaiian culture. I tried making a crown using coconut leaves. It might be fun for families with elementary school children or groups to participate in. There was also a traditional fire-starting demonstration on stage. You can enjoy a friendly atmosphere while waiting for the show to start.

Once all the guests have arrived, the show begins. First, there is a welcome performance by strong male dancers, followed by the meal time. The meal is served buffet-style, and you take food in the order you are seated. Since there were many large guests from the mainland, some menu items were gone by the time I went for seconds... It might be a good idea to take enough food during the first serving.

The staff also provides drinks with the meal. I refrained from alcohol since I was driving, but there are menu items like Mai Tai cocktails that you can only enjoy in Hawaii! If you're coming with a shuttle or with family, I recommend enjoying the exclusive drinks.

After enjoying a hearty meal, it’s finally time for the dance show. By the time the show starts, the sun has set, and the torches on stage create an atmospheric setting. The audience also starts to get excited. The dance show features about eight performers, showcasing not only hula but also Tahitian dance and moody performances, all of which are very engaging.

The highlight of this luau is undoubtedly the fire dance! The number of performers, the intensity, and the main dancer's skills combined to create an overwhelming performance. 場所は少々ワイキキから離れたカポレイ地区、テーマパーク「ウェット＆ワイルド」の敷地内で実施されているルアウです。私はレンタカーを使って訪問しましたが、ワイキキから有料送迎も出ているので不安な方は送迎利用も良いかもしれません。

ルアウの開始時間はウェット＆ワイルドの閉園と近い時間。入口でハワイアンの装いをしたスタッフさんたちが出迎え、1人ずつレイを首にかけててくれます。会場までの道中で記念写真を撮っていただき、オープンエアの会場へ。座席はプラスチックのイスですが、きれいに整頓されており、自分の指定席にスタッフさんが案内してくれました。

お客さんが全員揃うまでの明るい時間帯はハワイアン文化の体験ができます。私はココナッツの葉っぱを使った冠作りに挑戦。小学生連れのご家族やグループで楽しんでみても良いかもしれません。ステージの上では昔ながらの火起こし体験も実施されていました。ショー開始までの時間、和気あいあいとした雰囲気を満喫することができます。

お食事と共にスタッフさんがドリンクを提供してくれます。私は運転があったのでアルコールは控えましたが、マイタイカクテル等、ハワイでしか飲めないメニューも！送迎つきで来られている方やご家族で来ている場合は、限定ドリンクを楽しむのもお勧めです。

お腹いっぱいまでお食事を楽しんだ後は、いよいよダンスショータイムになります。ショー開始の頃には日も沈んで夜も更けており、ステージ上の松明が世界感を演出。会場に合わせて、客席も盛り上がってきます。ダンスショーは男女8名程度の構成で、フラダンスはもちろん、タヒチアンダンスやムーディーなダンス等、見応えたっぷりの演目が続きます。

このルアウの見どころはなんといってもファイヤーダンス！人数、迫力、メインダンサーの技術など、総合して圧倒的なパフォーマンスでした。最後はスタンディングオベーションで大拍手喝采。とにかく迫力満点のショーを楽しみたい方には、是非参加いただきたいルアウショーでした！

今回初めての参加でした。早朝からのコースで行きました。船はとても広く屋上等も上がることができ、海が一望できました。清潔でトイレなども付いておりとても良かったです。ツアーの前にスタッフからクジラについての説明やクジラが見えた際の方向の指示の説明等があったため助かりました。出航後は何回もクジラを見ることができ、Tail Slap（テールスラップ）も見ることができました。帰りも船の中でゲームのような形でスタッフの方からクイズがありとても楽しめました。スタッフの方は皆さん親切な方ばかりで、クジラが出た方向の指示を聞き逃してしまった時もクジラの出た方向に連れて行ってくれたりしました。とても楽しかったです。また行きたいと思います。

We had a couple of hours to fill before dinner reservations in Waikiki, so I convinced my partner to do the tour, since it was only 1 hour and we could get back in time for dinner. They had a shower on site which was very helpful lol. There are no sides on these ATVs so there is nothing to protect you from mud and you WILL get really dirty! But it’s worth it, we had sooo much fun. The courses were twisty and had lots of jumps and puddles. We talked about it the whole way home and all through dinner. I wanna go back and do the zipline, it looked like so much fun!

I love ATV rides, getting dirty and all that so I knew I had to try this place as soon as I saw it. It wasn’t like any other rides I’ve been on though, I’ve never tried a stand-up ATV. It was like a Segway and a regular ATV had a baby. Very cool, unique and fun!

What an amazing fun time!!

This is NOT my usual idea of a good time... I was so nervous but the kids just had to go, so I went, despite my fears... but the tour guide, Kimo, was sooo nice, encouraging me without pushing me to do anything I was uncomfortable with, saying I had already done the hard part, just by coming here. The kids had a blast (apart from rolling their eyes at their lame dad). By the end I was zipping around and even doing jumps! I didn’t want it to end. I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Hawaii, but if I do, Coral Crater will be first on my list of things to do.

I joined the tour at the meeting point. I received a boarding sticker to place on my chest and boarded the ship. The boat was quite a large sightseeing vessel.

About five minutes after leaving the dock, we slowed down. I was able to see a baby whale. This was the closest I got to a whale, and I was able to take great photos with my 250mm lens.

After this, I saw whales spouting from a distance several times, but they only appeared small in the viewfinder. I didn't see any whales jumping, but I was very satisfied with the sense of openness.

It was a nice day with good weather.
I used the shuttle bus, and the driver, Chris, was very kind. The bus was large, clean, and comfortable to ride.
During the bus ride, we could watch a video explaining the ship and safety instructions in both English and Japanese.
The service from the cruise staff was also very good.
Unfortunately, we couldn't see any whales, but we received a voucher for a free ride, so I would like to try again.

As soon as I exited immigration, I met with the staff who guided me to the pickup area. The staff at the pickup point were informed and responded appropriately. I waited for about 20 minutes, but the journey to the hotel was very smooth. The driver was also very helpful with loading and unloading my luggage, and their service was excellent and kind. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that since multiple buses were departing for different destinations, I would have appreciated being informed about how much longer I would have to wait before I had to ask. With that, everything would have been perfect. I will also be relying on your service for the return trip from the hotel to the airport.

The day we experienced was a rough day at sea, and even though it was a very large ship, it rocked quite a bit. Wandering around the deck was somewhat better, but still, my child seemed to get seasick and ended up sleeping on the sofa partway through. We saw whales closer than we expected, and we also spotted dolphins. The tour itself was enjoyable, but I think it's a good idea for participants to bring motion sickness medication just in case.

I participated in the tour on February 22. I added transportation to the departure, which allowed me to arrive at the boat without any confusion. Additionally, we were blessed with good weather and were able to see mother and baby whales faintly. Feeling the sea breeze, the view of Diamond Head and Honolulu from the boat was very lovely. The interior of the boat was spacious, allowing us to see Honolulu from various angles. On the return trip, I got off at the Waikiki Prince Hotel and was able to walk directly to Ala Moana Center. It was a very satisfying tour!

また、天気に恵まれ、体全体、うっすらと親子クジラを見ることができました。
海風を感じながら、船から見るダイアモンドヘッドとホノルルの景色がとても素敵でした。船内はとても広いため、いろんな角度からホノルルを見ることができました。
帰りの送迎では、ワイキキプリンスホテルで下車し、そのまま徒歩でアラモアナセンターまで行くことができました。
とても満足なツアーでした！

My wife and I had a great time with this tour and it was super convenient being picked up for this tour. I can't say enough good things about our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to have many local connections in the area. He knew alot about more than just the Hawaii 5-0 show but alot of history around the island as well. He bleeds the Aloha spirit and was one of the best tour guides we had during our stay. Meeting cousin flippa was great, he answered many questions about the show and was just a very down to earth guy. Getting to see the house and know the history along the way was great. If you haven't done this tour and are a fan of the show I recommend it.

The day we boarded, the waves were incredible and the ship was rocking a lot. As I stared at the choppy sea, I started to feel seasick, haha. I was able to see the whale's tail and it spouting water. The dolphins also swam alongside us, which was quite a unique experience. The first mate provided a lot of explanations, and I became interested in the ecology of whales. However, it was really unfortunate how rough it was (though it's to be expected with nature). It was a large ship, but everyone was lying down on the sofa seats, making it quite a tough tour.

乗船した日はものすごい波で大揺れでした。
揺れる海面をじっと見ていると船酔いしました笑
鯨は尻尾と、潮を吹いているところが見れました。
イルカも並走してくれてなかなかできない経験でした。
副船長の方もたくさん説明してくださり、鯨の生態にも興味が持てました。
しかしとにかく揺れがひどかったのが残念でした。(自然相手なので仕方ないですが)大きな船ですが、ソファー席にみんな寝ていてなかなか過酷なツアーでした。

The Dole farm and factory were a lot of fun. The ocean was beautiful as well. For lunch, a sandwich lunch box was provided. No Japanese guidebook was handed out. However, at the Dole plantation, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese and explained important parts in Japanese (it might have been a coincidence). Additionally, the guide could speak some Japanese, so there were times when they communicated using Japanese words. During the transfers, the guide explained various things about Hawaii in English. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand most of the explanations, but I still enjoyed each of the places we visited.

ドールの農場も工場もとても楽しかったです．海もきれいでした．お昼はサンドイッチのランチBOXが配布されました．
日本語の案内書は渡されませんでした．しかし，（偶然かもしれませんが）ドール農園では，日本語を話せるスタッフの方が同行してくださり，重要な部分を日本語で説明してくださいました．また，ガイドさんも多少日本語が話せる方でしたので，日本語の単語でコミュニケーションを取ってくださることもありました．
移動中はガイドさんが，英語でハワイの様々なことを説明してくださいます．
