I reserved a one-hour buggy course. Since there is no shuttle service from the hotel, we scheduled it to coincide with the day we rented a car. As others have mentioned, although the voucher states a 9:30 start time, you need to be there by 9:00, or they will start without you. It seems they start calling names around 9:10. I knew this but still arrived at 9:15 and missed it. However, it was okay. There was another course at 10:30, so I waited a bit and was able to participate starting at 10:30. *Be aware that during peak times, they might refuse you.*

As a note for this tour, a certain level of strength and driving skill is required. Without these, you won't be allowed to ride the buggy, and they are quite strict about it. There was even one person in my group who dropped out.

I participated with my wife, and I wish we had chosen the two-hour course instead of the one-hour course because it was so much fun. The scenery was fantastic, and the weather was perfect with a temperature of 27 degrees in January! Overall, we had a great time.

Photography during driving or riding is prohibited. However, using something like a GoPro that can be attached to your chest is allowed.

For the one-hour course, there is only one photo opportunity. If you want more, I recommend the two-hour course. By the way, if you are late for the two-hour course, I believe it will be treated as a cancellation, so be careful.

There were also horseback riding and location tours, but it was clear that the people on the single-rider buggies were having the most fun.

It's expensive, but it's worth it.

私は妻と参加ですが1時間コースではなく2時間コースにすれば良かったと思うほど楽しかったです。
景色も快晴だったので最高。
1月なので気温も27度と快適！
とにかく楽しめました。

運転中や乗車中の写真撮影は禁止。でもGoProみたいなもので胸元などに付けられるものはオッケーでした。

1時間コースでは写真の撮影ポイントは1箇所のみです。物足りない人は2時間コースおすすめします。
因みに2時間コースで時間に遅れるとキャンセル扱いになると思いますのでご注意を。

乗馬やロケ地巡りもやってましたが明らかに1人乗りバギーの人が一番楽しそうでした。

高いけどやる価値ありです。

I thought we would have about two hours of practice time, but it was only about two minutes, which was surprising. I participated with my fifth-grade niece. At first, she was scared, but after trying it once, she said it was fun! (The first ride was a gentle line, but from the second ride on, it was a decent height and length.) We took a big jeep to the location of the lines after the first ride, so there was no turning back! It’s guaranteed to be exhilarating! Although Japanese is not understood, I was able to enjoy it even though I can't speak English ^_^

Absolutely amazing! The meeting time was at 5 AM, and it was cold and I was sleepy... The wait time before skydiving was 2 hours, which was tough, but by late morning the temperature rose, and the instructor was friendly and provided solid support, allowing me to feel safe and trust them! The view from 4,200 meters in the air and the free fall was an experience beyond my imagination. I'm afraid of heights, but I made a reservation because my husband loves this kind of thing and I thought he would enjoy it. At first, I regretted it, but after doing the first practice run, I was surprisingly not scared at all and didn't feel like I was falling, which was a relief. After a while, the scenery was the same, and since there were trees around, it didn't feel high at all. I thought maybe halfway would be enough because I was tired, but it turned out to be a great experience that I'll remember for a lifetime.

Along the way, we encountered a typical morning rain in Hawaii, which made me think, "Oh no!" But by the time we arrived, it had completely cleared up and was sunny!

We quickly checked in and were told to come to the buggy boarding area by 9:15. We stored our belongings in a locker for $5, which we could open and close multiple times. Finally, we boarded, and it took an hour to get to Ala Moana, costing $5.25 per person. We took the same route back to Waikiki, with locals getting on and off, and the bus was clean. It was a valuable experience since we don't often get a chance to ride the city bus.

バギー乗り場で10分もない日本語のＤＶＤを見て　ヘルメットを選びいよいよ乗ります。私たちは汚れてもいいスニーカーでしたが　そうでない方々はクロックスのようなものを借りてました（無料）出国前に他の体験談を読んで　私と高校生の娘は運転できないのでは…と心配でしたが　全く問題なく運転できました。私たちとオーストリアから来た夫婦と6人で回りました。ロケ地もＵＳＪやディズニー程ではないですが面白かったし　途中の牧場も牛がバギーが通るまでちゃんと止まってくれますし　何しろ自然が雄大で眺めも飽きません。スタッフさんもおもしろ動画を作ってくれたり　とてもいいかたでした。
終わってちょうどランチタイムなので　レストランで私と娘はハンバーガー、主人は照り焼きソースを絡めたステーキセットを注文。お肉は放牧されている牛のもの。これもおいしかったですよ！
帰りは路線バスを利用。昼間は1時間2本あるようで　それでも時間どうりにには来ません。ここはハワイアンタイム！30分くらい待ったでしょうか。ようやく乗って、アラモアナまで、1時間。一人＄5.25。来た道と同じルートでワイキキまで。途中ローカルの方々が乗り降りして　車内もきれいでした。
なかなか路線バスには乗るチャンスもないので貴重な体験でした。

I was worried about the rain in North Shore based on my experience, but the weather was really nice. The lush green scenery was wonderful.

The ziplining was refreshing as it cut through the greenery, and I felt great doing it. I was satisfied with the eight lines.

Not only did I glide through the greenery, but the heights and lengths varied, allowing me to enjoy views of the fields while zipping along, so I never got bored. The suspension bridge and other athletic-like activities were also fun.

I was able to experience things like letting go of the harness, starting backward, and even going upside down, which I definitely wouldn't be allowed to do in Japan.

The staff, who couldn't speak Japanese, did their best to explain things in simple English. I was very satisfied.

One thing I noticed was that tips were required separately, but no one was giving tips. When my husband gave tips to the three staff members accompanying us, they were very surprised. I wonder if very few people, especially Japanese, give tips? If that's the case, it might be better to include tips in the price.

We arrived early by rental car, and the journey was smooth, allowing us to arrive relatively quickly. The check-in process was handled by staff who spoke Japanese and provided thorough explanations. Since we arrived early, I inquired about other activities, but they were fully booked.

After watching the DVD several times, they selected horses based on each person's physique. The horses were well-trained and calm, and my 10-year-old daughter quickly got used to riding. We enjoyed the scenery while being grateful for the patient and strong horses with their big, round eyes. However, since the horses occasionally stumbled, it’s better to use both hands firmly.

Despite the cloudy weather and occasional light rain, there were muddy spots on the path that slowed the horses down, making the ride take over two hours, but it passed in no time and was very enjoyable. We went as a family of five, and I believe this will be a memorable page in our Hawaii experience. I was excited to be in a precious place that was only accessible to royalty, but the occasional sound of helicopters and four-wheeled buggies felt out of place, which was a bit disappointing.

On the way back in the afternoon, you can return via either Kahuku or Haleiwa, so I recommend taking your time and going by rental car.

曇天で時に小雨の降る中で、道がぬかるんでいる場所があり馬の歩みが遅く、
2時間以上かかりましたが、あっという間に過ぎ大変良かったです。
家族5人で行きましたが、ハワイの思い出に残る１ページになると思います。
王族しか入れなかった貴重な場所ということでテンションが上がりましたが
たまにヘリの音と四輪バギーは雰囲気に場違いなようでそこは残念でした。

帰りの午後はカフク、ハレイワ経由でもカイルア経由でも帰れますので、
やはり、時間に余裕をもってレンタカーで行くのがおすすめです。
