Never been on a helicopter so this was really exciting for me. It is a great way to see the island. The way you are seated in the helicopter is by weight distribution with other passangers so it is by chance you get the window seat or not. The only small complain I have is that I wish the pilot could have circled or turned around on some spots so everyone could have a chance to view the scene. I was lucky to have a window seat but there where times when I had to strain over to see a tourist spot on the other side of the copter and I would be lucky if I was even able to catch a small glimpse of whatever the attraction was.

This time, my husband and I experienced skydiving for the first time. The moment we jumped out of the plane was so quick that I didn't have time to feel scared; I was dropped on a count of one, two, three, so I didn't feel that much fear. The weather was nice, and the view was really beautiful.

However, while falling, the wind was strong, making it hard to breathe. Additionally, when the instructor asked me, "Do you like roller coasters?" and I answered, "Yes!" I was spun around to the right and left, which made me feel a bit nauseous. There were also others doing aerial spins.

My instructor was Japanese, so after the parachute opened, he explained various things while we enjoyed the scenery, which made it easy to understand. I'm glad I was able to land safely. The video and photos became great keepsakes.

今回主人と２人でスカイダイビングを初体験しました。
飛行機から飛び降りる瞬間は、怖いと思うまもなく、ワン・ツー・スリーで落とされたのでそんなに怖さは感じませんでした。天気が良かったので、すごく綺麗でした。
ただ、落ちている間風が強くて、息がしづらかったです。おまけに、インストラクターの方に「ジェットコースターは好きですか？」と聞かれたので、「はい！」と答えたら、右回りや左回りにくるくる回され、体を締め付けられているから、少し気持ちが悪かったです。空中回転している方もいらっしゃいました。
私のインストラクターは日本人の方だったので、パラシーウトが開いたあと、景色を
見ながらいろいろ説明してくれたので分かりやすかったです。なんとか、無事に着地する事が出来てよかったです。ビデオや写真も記念になりました。

The tour operator and the tour company BIke Hawaii was outstanding. Mattias with Bike hawaii provided a comprehensive, active, fun and enjoyable experience. He was professional and exuberant to share his local knowledge with us.... Out of all the outstanding things we did in hawaii, my kids said that our day with BIke hawaii was the best... Mattias is to be commended on a job very well done. The experience was even perfect for my 6 year old

This is an excelent way to experience Hawaii, I recomed this tour to every body who likes the outdoors. Expect to get mudy up to your nees, Oh let me tell you something "Take the Boots" you will know what I mean when you get their, My son and I loved it bery much and the gides are well experienced and friendly.

The trio combination of snorkeling, hiking and biking was unique. Our favoriate part of the day was the hike through the rain forest and snorkeling. The biking was OK but not at all challenging; good for the scenic view only. The snorkeling was OK, but could have been better if there was more to see i.e. aquatic life beyond the turtle. We also found it to be a bit intimidating to snorkel in the ocean, which was rather rough that day. We have snorkeled in the past in more protected areas such as coves and bays, and were anticipating something similar. Overall, if we could do it again, we would chose the hike, skip the biking and only do snorkeling within a contained area.

Great Ride!

This was a great activity for myself and my husband. We have experience riding atv's so felt very comfortable with riding and looking around. If we hadn't we would have missed much of the views as there weren't but two stops where we could look and take pictures. The ride was not too advanced but challenging enough for beginners and experienced riders. Only complaint would be not being able to enjoy the scenery we were riding through more as it was spectacular.

Mike is a great guide and really knows what he is talking about. He explained all about the different types of plants, trees and flowers, and was very nice about taking photos of all the guests. The hike is a perfect level for almost anyone. It isn't too easy and boring, but it isn't incredibly difficult as well. The waterfall at the end made for a great Kodak opportunity.

The bike portion was a great, smooth ride and the views from the various vantage points were breathtaking.

A definite reccomendation!

The hike in the Monoa Valley was a great time. Our guide, Jeremy, made the entire experience fun and enjoyable.
The bike ride portion was a blast. It was not difficult for those that might be concerned. It was all downhill, very little pedaling required. Several stops offered great views.

Overall, anybody, primarily first time visitors, looking for a fun activity with moderate exercise will really enjoy this tour.

If you are the outdoorsy type or just want to see and experience nature while you are in Hawaii, then I TOTALLY recommend doing this tour. You get do see so much of the beauty of the island in just one day. The hike is perfect; it is not too strenuous, the views are amazing and the waterfall at the end was a picture perfect point too! On the way back from the waterfall, our awesome guide took us through a bamboo forest as well (very Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon). Afterwards, we went on a great bike ride down a mountain road and then a great picnic lunch at the end at this cute little park. Snorkeling was the perfect ending to a fun-filled day!

Date of participation: March 19, 2007 (Monday). We participated as a couple. Gunstock Ranch is about an hour and a half by car from Waikiki, located beyond the Polynesian Cultural Center. The area is lush and green, quite different from the rocky terrain of the Big Island, making it suitable for horseback riding. We gathered at 8:30 in the morning. It was just the two of us participating. After the rain, the greenery and rainbow were beautiful. We signed some documents, learned the basics of horseback riding, and mounted our horses. We proceeded with three horses into the greenery. Along the way, the female guide asked, "RUN?" and when I answered "YES," we started to gallop. The horse I rode was well-trained and very responsive. Since it was a horse that wanted to run, I hardly had to kick it at all. We mostly galloped except for the climbs and descents to the hill and some slippery red dirt areas. The trees on both sides formed an arch, and we moved through it at a comfortable speed. The guide picked guava fruit for us, which was sour and delicious. When we reached the top of the hill, we had a 360-degree view. We could see the ocean as well. The wind felt nice, and the view was amazing. The hour flew by. It was a lot of fun.

ガンストック牧場はワイキキから車で約１時間半、ポリネシアカルチュアルセンターの先にあります。緑が一面に広がっていて、ハワイ島のゴツゴツした地面とは違い、乗馬に適していました。朝、８時半に集合。参加は私たち夫婦２人のみ。雨上がりで緑と虹がとてもきれいです。書類にサインをし、乗馬の基本を教えてもらい騎乗。緑の中へ３頭で進んでいきます。途中、女性のガイドさんから「ＲＵＮ？」と言われたので「ＹＥＳ」と答えると駆け足開始。乗った馬は良く調教されていてとてもよく言うことを聞きます。走りたがりの馬だったのでほとんど蹴らずにすみました。丘までの上り下りや、赤土むき出しで滑りやすい場所以外はほとんど駆け足です。両側の木がアーチになっていて、その下を心地よいスピードで進みます。ガイドさんがグァバの実を採ってくれます。すっぱくておいしい。丘のてっぺんに上ると、そこからは３６０度の視界が開けます。海も見えます。風も気持ちよく最高の眺めです。あっという間の１時間でした。とても楽しかったです。

Since my son's wedding is in Hawaii, I took the opportunity to challenge myself to skydiving, which I've always wanted to do, as a celebration of my upcoming 60th birthday in March. I participated with excitement and felt no fear at all; jumping from 4,500 feet was nothing. The blue sky I flew through with the instructor was amazing. Surrounded by the blue sky and blue ocean, it was a very happy experience of walking in the air.

If you're hesitating about whether to try skydiving, I definitely recommend taking the plunge. You'll experience a feeling that only those who have jumped can understand! Even now, when I close my eyes, I can feel myself flying in the sky. I'm really glad I challenged myself to skydiving! It was so much fun!!

When I was in elementary school, I saw skydiving on TV and thought I wanted to try it at least once, so I was really looking forward to it. When I told my friends, they said, "Eww, scary!" but my curiosity was stronger than my fear, and I was excited to find out what it would be like.

When I actually jumped, I was surprised by how strong the wind pressure was during free fall. The wind was so intense that it felt like it was sucking in my cheeks, making it hard to breathe, but it felt amazing. The cameraman was flying opposite me, and I wanted to pose for the camera, but I didn’t have the energy for that at all. They took about 100 pictures in total, and even though I hesitated because it was expensive, I’m glad I chose the photo package.

Once the parachute opened, it felt like I was floating down slowly, and I was able to enjoy the view from above. When I landed, my legs were shaking, but I was really glad I did it. They say it can change your perspective on life, and I felt like I could do anything.

トータルで100枚くらいとってくれたし、高いから迷ったけど写真つきにしてよかったです。
パラシュートが開いてからはふ~わふ~わとゆっくり降りてくる感じで上空からの景色も堪能できました。
地上に着いたときは足がガクガクでしたが飛んでホントに良かったです。
人生観が変わるって言うけど、なんだか何でも出来るような気持ちになりました。

I previously participated in the Haleakalā downhill and found it enjoyable, so I wanted to challenge myself again. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go to Maui this time, but I heard that downhill biking is available on Oahu, so I joined in.

リピーターの方や、長期滞在される方など、運動不足解消にもお勧めで、ハイキングなど、ひと味ちがったハワイの魅力に触れられると思います。

I've been to Hawaii several times, but I've always wanted to try skydiving. This time, my daughter turned 18, so my husband and I signed up with her. We chose this place because we learned there had been no accidents. The staff were all fun, laughing, and relaxed! Off we went into the sky! We dove from an incredible 6,000 meters! If you're thinking about it, you definitely should do it! Words can't fully express it. You'll just want to shout, "It's the best!" I might end up skydiving every time I go to Hawaii (laughs). Thank you so much to all the staff!

I participated in skydiving for the first time before turning 50. I had always struggled with amusement park roller coasters and free falls, which made me feel sick, but after seeing the Pacific Skydiving Center's website, I was drawn in and decided to sign up. My experience was incredibly refreshing; it had been a long time since I felt that way. By the time I was ascending in the airplane, all fear had completely vanished. During the approximately one minute of free fall, as I pierced through the clouds, I felt something sacred. Once the parachute opened, I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hawaii. I could even feel that the Earth is round. There were Japanese staff members, which made me feel at ease. Although I thought the price was a bit high, I opted for the video and camera services. I definitely recommend getting those; it was great to see how I flew. I was so thrilled that I signed up on the spot to jump a second time. For anyone hesitating, I absolutely think you should give it a try!

I had various anxieties, but I thought it would be a valuable experience and decided to participate. During the transfer, I was a bit intimidated by having to sign various consent forms, but the instructor was very friendly and put me at ease. As expected, I checked my equipment multiple times on the plane. Before I knew it, we were in the air! It felt like a different world. Instead of the sensation of being dropped like on a roller coaster, it felt like being hit by strong winds, so even those who can't handle thrill rides will be just fine. In no time, we finished about a minute of free fall and deployed the parachute. At that moment, I finally felt like I was flying. I enjoyed a leisurely stroll in the sky. This is definitely a tour I recommend experiencing. There were other places besides Pacific Skydiving, but the equipment was different. The planes there were ridiculously small and slow, making me wonder if it was safe. In contrast, the plane at Pacific Skydiving is large and fast, and it definitely takes you up to 14,000 feet. Since there are Japanese staff for the transfer and instructors, you can trust them much more than the cheaper options at $100.

いろいろ不安はありましたが、貴重な経験と思い参加しました。送迎途中いろいろ承諾書にサインをさせられてビビらせられますが、インストラクターはとてもフレンドリーで安心させられます。当たり前でしょうが、飛行機の中でも何度も装備をチェックしてました。そして怖いとか言ってる間もなくいざ空へ！！そこは別世界です。ジェットコースターのように落とされる感覚ではなく、強い風を浴びてる感覚ですから絶叫マシーンに乗れない人でも全然大丈夫です。あっという間に約１分のフリーフォールを終えてパラシュートに。ここでやっと空を飛んでる実感が沸いてきました。ゆっくり空中散歩を楽しんできました。ぜひ体験してほしいツアーです。あとパシフィックスカイダイビング以外のところもありましたが設備が違います。飛行機なんかムチャクチャ小さく速度も遅く大丈夫？って感じです。パシフィックスカイダイビングの飛行機は大きいし早いし、確実に１４０００フィートに連れていってくれます。送迎やインストラクターも日本人の方がいらっしゃいますので、１００ドルの安いところより絶対信頼できますよ。

I participated on September 27. It was my first time in Hawaii for my honeymoon, and before leaving Japan, when I told everyone I was going skydiving, they all said, "Why would you do something like that, which feels like a punishment game, on your honeymoon?" But... it was definitely the right choice!!! It was incredibly fun!!

I had an amazing experience that I wouldn't trade for anything else! The indescribable tension at the moment of freefall and the feeling of breaking through the clouds was just so moving! I definitely want to recommend it to everyone.

新婚旅行で初ハワイだったのですが，
日本を出発する前，スカイダイビングをするとみんなに言ったところ，
なんでそんな罰ゲームみたいなのを新婚旅行でわざわざするのーって
言われていたのですが・・・。

ものすごく楽しかったです！！

I enjoyed an hour of horseback riding on May 9, 2014. Since it was my first time riding, I was a bit scared at first, but the horse was very calm and walked slowly, so I got used to it quickly. It might be a bit lacking for experienced riders, but it's perfect for beginners. However, both my husband and I had muscle pain in our groin area the next day.

We encountered a heavy downpour during the ride, and I was impressed that the horse managed to keep walking even while slipping a bit. Next time, I’d like to ride for two hours. The four-wheeler buggy also looked quite interesting.

05/09/14に乗馬1時間を楽しみました。初めての乗馬だったので、最初は、少し怖かったですが、非常におとなしく、ゆっくり歩いてくれたので、すぐ慣れました。乗馬経験者には物足りないかもしれませんが、初心者には、もってこいかも、しかし夫婦二人とも次の日は、足の付け根部分が筋肉痛になりました。
　途中激しいスコールにあい、少し馬もすべりながらがんばって歩いてくれたので、感激しました。今度は2時間乗って見たいです。あと4輪バギーもなかなか面白そうでした。
