Thank you to Veltra for making our trip to Hawaii special. Reservations for leis at the airport and our excursion to Kualoa Ranch was easy to make and worth every penny. I appreciated the call reminders and the help I received on questions regarding reservations.

The Polynesian Center provides a learning environment rich in Polynesian culture. I enjoyed riding the canoe and watching the luau.

Great time, not to miss! Best time !! It was amazing.

We were greated as promised with two beautiful fresh lei's and a very polite helpful young girl. She was so pleasant and helped us order a shuttle to our hotel. Our lei lasted nearly 6 days!

You can be picked up near the hotel early in the morning and enjoy sightseeing.

You arrive at the Polynesian Cultural Center in the early afternoon and have a not-so-tasty lunch.

After that, you can enjoy various attractions on the island with the guide.

After dinner (I wasn't expecting much since lunch wasn't good, but the dinner was delicious, possibly because it was deluxe), we watched a magnificent show.

It was impressive with a large number of participants, and we had a great time.

Since the ending time is late, if you sleep on the bus ride back, you'll quickly arrive at your hotel in Honolulu.

I recommend it.

早朝ホテル近くでピックアップしていただき観光も楽しめます。
お昼過ぎにポリネシア文化センターに着きあまり美味しくないランチをいただきます。
その後担当のお兄さんと共に島内で色々なアトラクションを楽しみ
夕食後(昼食が美味しくなかったので期待してませんでしたがデラックスだったせいか夕食は美味しくいただきました)壮大なショーを見ました。
大人数で迫力があり楽しめました。
終了時間が遅いので帰りのバスの中で寝ているとあっという間にホノルルのホテルに到着します。
おすすめです。

The Polynesian Cultural Center is an Awesome and Amazing Experience!!
Highly recommend to pay the extra for the Super Ambassador Package, We had reserved front row seats for every show and never had to wait in line, it’s well worth it.
The whole day was Fantastic! And the best part of this awesome experience was the “Breath of Life" Night Show after dinner was amazing!!
I would Love to come back...

The luau combined with the show was a perfect visit to the culture center. We all enjoyed the show! Amazing seats

I took my mother to Hawaii for the first time, and we participated in this activity where we could experience a museum, hula lessons, and lei making all at once. I've visited Hawaii many times before, but this place is an amazing hidden gem!!! The historical buildings are impressive, and the exhibits are wonderfully rich and engaging, making it easy to spend an entire day without getting bored. The hula lesson lasted a full hour, and the teacher was very easy to understand. Lei making was also fun, and my mother was very satisfied. I recommend this for both repeat visitors to Hawaii and first-timers!

母を初めてのハワイに連れて行くという事で、博物館・フラレッスン・レイメイキングと一度に体験できるこちらのアクティビティーに参加してみました。
これまで何度も訪れたハワイですが、ここは驚きの穴場！！！
歴史的建造物はすごいですし、陳列も素晴らしく充実していて一日居ても飽きない感じです。
フラレッスンもたっぷり１時間、とても分かりやすく教えてくださる先生で、レイメイキングも楽しく、母も大満足でした。ハワイのリピーターさんにも、初めてさんにもお勧めです！

I requested a surprise trip to celebrate my mother's birthday. I was very grateful that they kindly agreed to my request to include the message "Happy Birthday" next to her name on the card that would be held at the airport exit. On the day of the arrival, I was excited and nervous, expecting a warm Hawaiian welcome as I exited the airport. However, the person who greeted us was a girl in regular jeans and an aloha shirt. She was cute and very pleasant, but she blended in with the other staff to the point where it was a bit disappointing. That said, she did escort us to the rental car shuttle area, which was very courteous. I feel hesitant to give a low rating, but I believe a more festive welcome would really enhance the Hawaiian experience and boost the excitement. Therefore, I will give it two stars with hopes for improvement in the future.

母の誕生日祝い旅行という事でサプライズでお願いしました。
名前を書いたカードを持って空港の出口で待って頂けるとの事で、事前に“Happy Birthday”とメッセージを名前の横に入れて頂けるお願いした際、快く応じて下さったのはとてもありがたかったです。さて当日、さぞかしハワイらしさ満点のお出迎えかとドキドキして空港の出口を出たのですが、迎えてくれたのは普通のジーンズとアロハシャツを着た女の子―。可愛らしくとても感じは良かったのですが、他の添乗員さんに埋もれて分からないぐらいで、少々物足りない感じで残念でした。とは言え、レンタカーのシャトル乗り場まで見送ってくれたりととても丁寧な対応ではあったので、厳しい☆をつけるのは気が引けるのですが、もう少し華やかにお迎えしてもらえるとハワイ気分満点でテンションも上がると思うので、今後に期待して☆２つとさせて頂きます。

Nice touch to trip/vacation. Gal was very sweet, pleasant, happy. Took our picture, walked us to baggage claim, chatted, smiled, answered our questions...

The lei was beautiful and lasted a full 11 days until we through them into to the sea with thoughts to return again to Hawaii's tropical paradise.

Wonderful welcome to Hawaii! Very refreshing after the long flight and they were very helpful in helping us locate our transport and even offering to carry our bags!

I applied for the deluxe course on behalf of my parents, who are over 60.

As for the meals, while they were considered deluxe from a Japanese palate perspective, they were a bit lacking. However, they had a lot of fun riding canoes, and the bus guide shared various stories along the way. They were very active during the day, so they thought they might be too tired to stay awake for the show, but the fire dance was so impressive that it woke them up! They mentioned it with a laugh.

還暦過ぎの両親の代わりにデラックスコースを申し込みました。

食事は、日本人の味覚からするとデラックスでも、うーん？…だったそうですが、カヌーに乗ったり、バスのガイドさん？も行き掛けに色々な話をしてくれたそうで、とても楽しかったようです。
日中、目一杯活動するのでショーの時間にはもう疲れて眠っちゃうかも、と思ったそうですが、ファイヤーダンスなどがあまりにも迫力があったそうで、目が覚めた！と話しておりました。笑

It Was great time and all of steffs are very kind and friendly.
If u are foreigner , do not worry about language problem because they could be speak your language who work in PCC.

Purchased leis in advance of our trip to Honolulu. The representative met us at the gate with a clearly legible sign, two beautiful leis, and was very kind and professional. Highly recommend !

We arranged for a lei greeting at Honolulu airport - unfortunately, our flight from San Francisco was canceled. In the rush to get onto the next flight (which was within an hour of our cancelation) we forgot to inform Veltra about our flight change. When we landed in Honolulu (around 11 pm) we left a voice mail at their office - the next day they called me and then delivered 3 beautiful and fresh orchid leis (nicely packaged) to our hotel. They went above and beyond to help start a GREAT vacation. Thank you!

This was my third time in Hawaii, but I hadn't been able to go to the Bishop Museum's hula lesson due to scheduling conflicts, so I finally participated for the first time! A famous teacher is currently giving lessons in Japan, so his daughter stepped in as a substitute, and it was a lot of fun. It was a moment where I could truly clear my mind after a long time. There were also plenty of other activities like a Japanese-language tour and lei-making. The staff in charge of Japanese were all wonderful, and I had a great time. However, the location of the bus stop to Waikiki is quite difficult to find, so be careful. Even though I received a map, I made mistakes twice. Make sure to find School Street and take Route 2!

ハワイは3回目だけど、なかなか日程が合わず行けなかったビショップミュージアムのフラレッスンに初参加！有名な先生がいま日本でレッスン中ということで娘さんがピンチヒッターで教えてくださったけど、楽しかった。ひさびさに無心になれたひと時でした。そのほかにも日本語の館内ツアー、レイ作りなど盛りだくさん。日本語担当のかたもみんな素敵で、非常に楽しかったです。ただし、ワイキキへのバス停の位置はかなりわかりにくいので注意。地図をもらったのに2回も間違えました。スクールストリートをうまく見つけて、2番ルートに乗ってください！

You should all get the super ambassador ! This tour was totally worth it! VIP on the whole island special tours and front row sitting ! Really recommend this tour best of all Hawaii!

On the half-day tour of Oahu, we had a fun guide who felt like a friendly neighbor. The staff in the center greeted us with smiles and friendliness. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening Polynesian show. Changing from standard to a petite deluxe package was a success too! 😊

Very good, everything we were told it would be. The performers and staff were wonderful, warm and friendly, however, we were a little disappointed in the lava. It was not what we expected. It was more like a group buffet. On the other hand the Breath of Ha show was thrilling and excellent. We would highly recommend it. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable day.

What a great welcoming and aloha spirit experience. The young lady was most charming, gracious and informative about the whole Hawai'i experience. Answered questions and made recommendations as to sites and luau experiences I wished to take in. One great experience, something I would recommend Hawai'i travelers put their memories list!
Expectations well exceeded!

Easy and fun, made it a delightful way to land in Hawaii. The deliver was knowledgable too and helped us get to where we were going!!

Not only was I able to have my parents greeted at the gate, they were accompanied to luggage pick up and to their transportation. They said it was lovely! Thank you!

Very entertaining. Its a little tiring by the end of the day but u still want more. These performers are very enthusiastic and it rubs off on you.

We were promptly and happily greeted by Helena as soon as we exited the gate. The leis were very nice orchids, and lasted pretty well for a few days when kept in the refrigerator.

We did the full day PCC package and definitely loved it. However, its all about the tour guide. If you go try to get cousin Main he was extremely knowledgeable and manage to get us in the front row for all the events. Also, learning about how the majority of the proceeds go to student tuition it is a nice to know. Lastly, the HA fire show definitely is one of, if not, the best fire show luau ever.

This is a must see attraction. Of course very touristy but very well done. So much to see . Arrived around 12.30 had a quick lunch it was go go go for 5+ hours.It was very entertaining and informative. I want to come back to see what I missed. The extra $25 for lunch and guided tour was well worth it. Loved the Luau and night show . Don't think about this one just go!
