I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was my first visit to Kualoa Ranch. The tour of famous movie filming locations was enjoyable, but the scenery was absolutely stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful ocean, mountains, and nature. I especially want to highlight the buffet-style lunch. It even included delicious cookies, and I was very satisfied. I want to go again.

The view from the sea was great! The staff's explanations in English were easy to understand, and they had a good vibe. On the way back to the beach, we spotted dolphins, and even though they said we had just 5 minutes left, they took the time to let us enjoy watching the dolphins until they disappeared. I was very satisfied. It was a lot of fun!

We departed smoothly, cruised calmly, and returned to port without any issues.

Other activities that included dolphin encounters and snorkeling seemed too expensive, and I thought the snorkeling might scare the kids. Additionally, there were limited boat activities available for a one-year-old, so I thought this sailing would be just right and made a reservation. The size of the boat and the duration of the trip were perfect for the kids, and by chance, we were able to see a school of flying fish and a turtle, which was exciting. The waves made the boat bounce, and the splashes of water were fun for the elementary school kids, while the preschooler clung to me in fear. I couldn't let the one-year-old roam freely, but they fell asleep partway through, allowing us to enjoy the ride at a leisurely pace. It became a very enjoyable memory.

First, we crossed the fish farming pond in a small boat and visited several locations used as filming sites for movies.

After that, we made our way to the sandy beach and switched to a glass-bottom boat to head out to sea. You can see the majestic mountains, including Kualoa Ranch, from the water! The view was breathtaking, just like the pictures on postcards! We also got close to Chinaman's Hat, which was clearly visible. The color of the sea changed beautifully between the shallow and deep areas.

We stopped for a bit offshore, and our guide helped us look for sea turtles. This time, we spotted sea turtles surfacing for air four times, and one of them was huge and very close to the boat.

When the turtles were hard to find, our guide cheerfully suggested looking over there or pointed out an island that looked like a turtle. They were very engaging and even took photos for us, showing great hospitality!

One thing to note is that when switching to the boat heading out to sea, it stops on the sandy beach without a dock, so you need to time your boarding with the waves; otherwise, your shoes might get wet. I wore sneakers and managed to get on and off at the right time, but since we walked on the beach, I wouldn't recommend wearing shoes you don't want to get dirty.

ガイドさんも亀が見当たらないときは、あっちを見てた方がいいよ！や、あそこに亀の形に見える島があるよ〜など楽しくおしゃべりしてくれました。
写真を撮ってくれたりなど、サービス精神旺盛でした！

注意点としては、沖に出る船に乗り換える際に砂浜に船がとまっているので桟橋などなく、波が引いたタイミングに乗り込まないと靴が濡れます。
私はスニーカーで行きましたが、タイミングよく乗り降りできたので大丈夫でしたが、砂浜を歩いたりするので汚したくない靴などで行くのはおすすめしません。

Since you will get splashed, it's definitely recommended to wear clothes that can get wet. The catamaran moves on the sea, so it can feel quite chilly at times, especially after getting splashed. The sea can be quite rocky, so it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication for stability.

This is a tour I wanted to go on for a long time. Since going individually with THE BUS takes a lot of time, I decided to join this tour.

Upon arrival, I received a tour explanation in Japanese, and during the waiting time, I was able to see horses and take photos.

The movie location tour was great as we traveled while enjoying the magnificent mountains from the bus. It was nice to take pictures with dinosaur bones used in Jurassic World.

The Kaneohe Bay cruise was smooth without feeling seasick, and there was no splashing of seawater (those who don't mind getting wet can sit at the front), allowing us to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea.

However, the explanations were in English, so I couldn't understand much. Also, since I was seated at the very back of the bus on the return trip, it was too cold, and I felt like I might catch a cold.

Since the local weather can vary, I arrived on-site and checked the weather forecast, making my reservation two days in advance. The arrangements on the day went smoothly, and the people I participated with said, "I want to ride this again when I come back to Hawaii!" I was really happy to hear that since it was an activity I suggested.

You can see the familiar shape of Diamond Head and even get to view the backside, which offers a fresh perspective of its shape. The cheerful staff and the excitement of the other guests made it a fun, American-style experience. I will definitely come back to ride again!

I love Jurassic Park, so I was interested in this place. At the meeting point, Twin Fin Waikiki, I got flustered when they said my name wasn't on the list, but it seemed to be just an oversight.

The meeting point is easy to find, and since there are many buses stopping there, I think it's better to wait on the road. We arrived almost on schedule, and they provided guidance in Japanese for about half of the group, which was easy to understand.

For each tour, they tell you how many minutes before to arrive at the meeting point, but generally, they leave around that time, so I feel it's better to be there 5 to 10 minutes early. The meeting point is easy to find.

Lunch is a buffet. Even if you haven't ordered the buffet, there are places to eat. There is also a designated smoking area, which is reassuring for smokers. Actually, since there is quite a bit of waiting time, having a smoking area is helpful.

ビュッフェを頼んでいない場合も、食べられる場所があります。
喫煙所もしっかりあるので、喫煙者にも安心です。

ロケ地巡りツアーでは、2回下車しますが、あとは車上から。

The Sunrise Cruise, which includes a delicious breakfast, is truly appealing. I was the only Japanese person on board, but the crew engaged with me, making it a fun cruise. I chose loco moco for breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised to find fruit included! The gravy sauce was tasty, and having breakfast on the boat while watching the sunrise was the best! You can enjoy a leisurely cruise. Drinks like coffee, various sodas, and water are all-you-can-drink, which is great.

On the way back to the port, we changed direction, and to my surprise, there was a huge pod of dolphins! It unexpectedly turned into dolphin watching. Baby dolphins jumped and swam alongside the boat, which was amazing. They likely extended our time beyond the scheduled return to let us enjoy it fully.

Since the meeting point is early in the morning at the port, you can use a taxi, rental car, or bus, but I walked from the Hilton to the port, which took about 30 minutes. It was really great. I want to participate again on my next trip to Hawaii.

早朝港集合なのでタクシーかレンタカー、バス？利用ですが、私はヒルトンから30分歩いて港へ行きました。すごく良かった。次回のハワイでも参加したいです。
