I really loved this. Our guide was fantastic. He was so funny & entertaining. They break you up into small groups, which is very nice. There were a couple of times I would have liked to stop & admire views instead of zipping by. But when we did stop, it was at all the best places. Our guide even went out of his way to get wild fruit for us to sample along the way.
We went on the two hour ride, which was perfect. Any less would have been too short, any more...well, you know.
Bring a water bottle (they don't tell you that) and a hat, because when you take the helmet off to take pictures, you have hat-head! Also, an i-pod would have been nice to have. The guides all used one.

Great experience. Friendly staff, great for people who like to spend the day exploring and relaxing outdoors. Kailua & Lanikai are great for relaxing on the beach, snorkelling & kayaking and isn't overly crowded. After spending the day at the beach, come back and get sweets & shave ice at the next door eateries and enjoy the ride back to Waikiki.

We all had a great time and I cannot say enough on how wonderful all the crew members are! They were all very attentive and helpful as well. My sister had never been snorkeling before and they had her swimming around and looking at fish in in no time. The area is also beautiful too and how cool was it to hang out on the sand bar in the middle of the bay?! Great time!

The 2-hour ATV ride was the most awesome adventure all week. The view of the island was absolutely gorgeous, riding through the 4 or 5 streams was great, the challenges of the rugged landscape was great and the equipment was safe and fun to work with. We probably could have used bandanas over our mouths - we didn't expect to eat so much dirt but we didn't know we were going to kick up so much dirt. The guides were so cool too. It was the best adventure for us 18 year olds and glad we did the two-hour ride instead of one!

My friend and I had a great time! We biked from Kailua to Lanikai and did a little snorkeling and then back to Kailua for a little R&R on the beach.Kailua was one of the best beaches we went to, great water and sand.... wish we did the kayaks but I guess it's best to reserve something for next time!

Great Ride!

This was a great activity for myself and my husband. We have experience riding atv's so felt very comfortable with riding and looking around. If we hadn't we would have missed much of the views as there weren't but two stops where we could look and take pictures. The ride was not too advanced but challenging enough for beginners and experienced riders. Only complaint would be not being able to enjoy the scenery we were riding through more as it was spectacular.

My family and I had a wonderful time with the Bob's boat and would recommend this tour to anyone coming to the island of Honolulu. Everyone had a good time since there was something for everyone to do. My grandmother just wanted to chill on the boat, and she did, my mom would wade in teh shallow water and then work on her tan, and my brothers went crazy chasing each other down the sand bar. Me? I had a blast snorkeling at the reef and hope to go back soon!

Best fun on the water

There are so many snorkeling cruises to choose from, but I am very glad that I chose Captain Bob! It was a breath of fresh air to get out of Waikiki and the beaches and the sky were absolutely breathtaking. The food was grilled fresh and the crew were made sure that all guests were attended too. Really, I just cannot say enough good things about this tour and have been recommending it to all my friends! Now they just need to get to Hawaii lol. Good job!

Fun in the sun

Lots of fun for everyone. The crew is top-notch and very friendly. The day provides a perfect amount of water time and the lunch was grilled and ready when we got back on the boat. My friends and I decided last minute to go on this tour and it was a last minute decision that was great! If you want to get out of Waikiki for the day (and trust me, you SHOULD!) this is the tour!

This was a really great trip and better snorkeling than Hanauma Bay. The second reef we went to had lots and lots of fish and we didn't have a million people surrounding us. Getting out of Waikiki was a great idea and the water is just beautiful! The sandbar was really fun and I got my butt whooped at water volleyball! A big round of applause the fantastic crew! Thank you and I cannot wait to come again!

The guide and his first mates were top notch. It was nice to experience snorkling around the reef with just a few dozen people, especially since it was our first time. Would recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Oahu! Was a great way to spend one of our days on the island. Great value too.

The day before, our youngest had a fever of 40 degrees, and we were half resigned to not going, but thanks to seeing a doctor, the fever went down to normal, and we were able to go after all. However, I was surprised by how effective the medicine in America was. Now, getting to the main point, it goes without saying that this is the best view on Oahu. Even my grandfather, who is over 70, ended up doing the boogie board because of the incredible sense of freedom at this private beach. During the day, we took loco moco to the beach and ate together. By the way, there are several options to choose from, but the hamburger set seemed to be the best. Also, for couples, this is probably the perfect place to hide in the shade and talk about love. I also came here on my honeymoon, and I promised myself that when our family grows, I will definitely bring them here. This time, I brought my four children to Kailua.

I enjoyed an hour of horseback riding on May 9, 2014. Since it was my first time riding, I was a bit scared at first, but the horse was very calm and walked slowly, so I got used to it quickly. It might be a bit lacking for experienced riders, but it's perfect for beginners. However, both my husband and I had muscle pain in our groin area the next day.

We encountered a heavy downpour during the ride, and I was impressed that the horse managed to keep walking even while slipping a bit. Next time, I’d like to ride for two hours. The four-wheeler buggy also looked quite interesting.

Before joining, I read some negative comments and was worried about whether my parents would be okay (my father had injured his left hand before our trip to Hawaii and couldn't use it), but during the ride, the staff kindly checked on my father in simple Japanese. My mother, who initially looked anxious on the horse, was very satisfied by the end of the two hours, saying, "I want to ride a little longer!" As someone who has experience in horseback riding, I felt it was a bit lacking, but trying Western style for the first time was interesting, and the scenery was wonderful, allowing us to enjoy it leisurely. The staff member who galloped alongside our line was cool and I was envious (laughs). The view from the horse's back is different and lovely, so I highly recommend it to those who haven't tried it yet.

Four-wheel buggies are definitely not difficult vehicles to ride. However, my friend kept going off course, and due to the dangers like falling off cliffs, we ended up having to take a different route from the other participants. I was really disappointed because I wanted to race around the mountains. By the way, the course is a riding trail with gentle paths. There were piles of dung along the side paths, which made me feel even more disappointed. The one happy thing was that the staff leading us allowed us to experience picking papayas☆ They were really delicious when we ate them with ice cream. I definitely recommend participating with someone who has a similar level of physical ability.

It was my first time horseback riding, and I took the two-hour course. I was in control of the horse myself, and unless there was a major issue, the staff didn't assist, but that actually made me feel like I was handling the horse, creating a memorable experience that is hard to come by. The two-hour course allowed us to explore Hawaii's nature, including movie filming locations, and the scenery was wonderful. Don't question why horseback riding in Hawaii; definitely give it a try. It will surely become a great memory.

I participated on June 25, 2004. We left the hotel at 1:30 PM and returned around 6:20 PM.
All the participants were foreigners, but the guide spoke both Japanese and English, so there were no issues.
The guide humorously explained how to ride the horses in Japanese, and then we all walked in the mountains for about an hour.
As advice, since the horses tend to go off to eat grass, I recommend wearing long pants!
Also, I think it's better not to bring large luggage while riding. This may not apply to those who are experienced, but...
I heard there is a place to store your belongings. However, it's not advisable for valuables, as there is a risk of them getting lost!
I plan to participate again.

04年6月25日に参加しました。時間的には13時30分ホテルを出発して18時20分頃ホテルに着きました。
参加者は全て外国の方でしたが、ガイドの方が日本語、英語と両方話す方なので問題はありませんでした。
馬の乗り方などもユーモアを含めて日本語で説明し、以後みんなで山を1時間ぐらい歩きました。
アドバイスとして馬が草を食べるために、いろんな所にいってしまうので長ｽﾞﾎﾞﾝがおすすめ！！
後、大きな荷物も持って乗らない方が良いと思います。なれている方は別ですが・・・
預ける所があるそうです。貴重品などはダメですが・・・なくなる恐れがありますので！！
私はまた参加しようと思っています。

I was confident in my driving skills, so I thought it would be easy, but it turned out to be more difficult than I expected. The instructor joked, "Do you have a license?"
